And thank you for fairly covering the HD-F and HD-G fairly. So, those of you who are willing to offer it when it makes sense will quickly build a trusting client and therefore, earn commissions on other products. Once again, thanks. • Dr. Seheult, I was researching info on why someone’s pet rat with no history of biting would bite me and it turned into a deep dive which ultimately landed me on….Leptospirosis.
I have never in my life heard of it. Anyway I was just wondering how many things like this have I not heard of. Do you anything about the infection besides the norm like 1.03 million people in the world get it a year and 68,900 of those people ultimately succumb to it, and its been around since the early 1600’s or possibly before. Thanks Doctor.

  • Dr Seheult, has there been any analysis of death rate as a function of the victims weight? There have been correlations to age,and BMI but none on weight that I can find.
I found a strong correlation by using the national average weight by age to the death rate by age in the USA. This eliminates age and BMI as a variableIm. It suggests to me that succesful defense against the virus is inversely proportional to the individuals volume.. this would also explaine the disparity between men and women.

  • What about all the people that are presently on plan G and everyone on Plan F will run to plan G and cause the premiums to skyrocket with sick people rolling into G plan when the F plan is discontinued.

  • Awesome Coach!! I actually been using Core Hard cycled since September and I’m very impressed with it. Thank you for all you do as always, Happy New Year to you and the family and hope to catch you at the Arnold

  • Thanks so much Dr you explain extremely clear and well. I wish you were my chemistry lecturer at university then i would of continued with the subject. Keep u the excellent work that you are doing we are all very grateful. God bless.

  • Would you care to share your thoughts on what I believe to be the Solution to COVID-19 -here’s the link to my video:

  • I am a private functional foods health chef for over 30 years and can provide recipes. My early training was for reducing heart disease risk with the Pritikin approach. It works. Since then, I have worked with many doctors and dietitians. I was inspired by “The End of Illness” by Dr.David Agus in 2012 and since then created an anti-inflammatory cookbook featuring purple anthocyanins, quercetin, zinc, and more. I hope that our society will adopt a healthier approach to their lifestyle diet.

  • Great Q&A. For a deeper understanding vitamin D blood levels and affecting the immune system I suggest the following video.

  • Recently news has come out that SARS 1, which was 2003, can confer some immunity to Covid 19.

Also antibodies to other protiens than the spike protien have been shown to confer some immunity.

There are apparently 4 other coronaviruses with mild symptoms that have been in circulation.

I wonder if those infected but with very mild to no symptoms may be benefitting from previous infections with other coronaviruses.

And this might explain the lack of antiodies to covid 19 as the tests are looking for antibodies to the covid 19 spike protein only.

Are there studies regarding these? and what is your take on this?

  • Dr. We just discharged all of our patients who had tested positive for COVID 19. Do you have any suggestions on how to know when to reintegrate the patients back to their units?
And if a person has had COVID 19 how long will they test positive? We had a staff member who had tested positive, became asymptomatic then 30 some days later tested positive. Is this a reinfection or is she testing positive from the initial infection?

  • two hospital protocols that include early and constant anticoagulation (and some of the stuff we talk about here):
im trying to figure out a way to organize the pantheon of paper links in some evolving postable linkable way….

  • Can you risk shedding virus from a flu vaccine through breath? It seems possible for a few days after getting a shot that a person can shed virus to others. If this is true it seems that it might be advisable to wear a mask around those who just received flu shot.

  • None of these people wanting to hold Cuomo and other govs accountable for the murder of seniors in nursing homes, weren’t even allow visitors from loved ones.

  • Can’t believe or trust any of these “professionals”. The politicization of all of these professions/agencies is the real threat. No longer trust these people.

  • Wow. You guys are providing an incredible public service with you thoughtful discussion providing insight into the problems and complexities of COVID-19. Thank you!

  • I use the core hard and it’s amazing. Iv tried different products over the years and this core hard product is my favorite. Thanks Paul. I learned about it from you.

  • So grateful for the amazing updates and clear information and especially your valuable time, during this incredibly busy and crucial period. You help me feel more grounded. Thank you.

  • Awesome review.

Gonna disagree with you re: the addition of Ash to Burn X. The purpose behind fasted exercise is precisely to elicit acute stress. Hormesis requires it. To add Ash to mitigate that stressor is counterproductive, imo.

Otherwise, Alpha and Bolic for the win… time to add Hard.

  • @ 20:20 regarding HRT. Dr. Seheult, do you consider the use of congugated estrogen to be a sensible way to effect human female hormone replacement? Good grief! You can’t reasonably expect horse estrogen to work in humans without complications. This was unwise from the beginning, but I understand that it was profitable for the manufacturer and fine before we had the data. Why not do the study with our subsequent bioidentical hormone replacements? I am surprised that your study of this would not identify this critical deficiency in the Women’s Health Initiative study & following. HRT does NOT use horse estrogen, or certainly should not.

  • Your video’s are always helpful and thanks Keith. I am a SHIP counselor and I always recommend your videos after I have given them the New To MdCr talk. I think its important to really cement it into their knowledge even though I have already given them this info. They can watch at home in quiet and re-watch. Really appreciate your stuff.

  • I have read studies on the affect of N-acetyl cysteine in relationship to pulmonary hypertension. The studies have contradicted themselves, with some showing (in rats) that it increases PH, while in others it is suggested that NAC may be a treatment for PH.

I am currently supplementing with NAC and have hypertension. I started on this supplementation after viewing your videos on COVID 19.

Could you please clarify this NAC PH connection? Perhaps you can address this in one of your videos.

    Thank you very much.

  • 12:00 What about the dangers of ventilators? Death by ventilators is a VERY real and common occurrence! Treatment with hydroxychloroquine with as-reported-by-doctors-in-the-field 99% efficacy ELIMINATES the need to go on a ventilator.
Government NIH statistics in quote and link.
MSM media never points out the following statistics for some reason! Don’t you find that odd? if our plague managers are really concerned with our health why do they carry on about “ventilators! ventilators!”? One might assume that MSM and especially NY Governor Cuomo WANT people to die given the high frequency of death by Ventilator Associated Pneumonia.
“Ventilator associated pneumonia (VAP) is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in intensive care units. The incidence of VAP varies from 7% to 70% in different studies and the mortality rates are 20–75%”

  • As Dr. Seheult talks about having his Vitamin D level checked please make sure to STOP taking Vitamin D supplements AT LEAST 3 DAYS before having a blood sample taken. Otherwise the determined values are not realistic (actual values can be much lower).

  • I can’t believe Dr. Seheult brought up the China Study. It is not that is was an epistemological study and there are mistakes in it, but that the data was created. Much of the data was re-evaluated and the exact opposite was found from what the book wrote. Also, a large part of the data was “lost’ as per the author. It is the most unprofessional study ever created-right up there with the 7-country study by Ancel Keys.
There are millions of people who have moved on to a reduced carbohydrate diet to lose weight and reset their health. It is also in the ADA guidelines in their 2019 and 2020 guidelines. How could you have completely ignored that even type 2 diabetes is reversible! I am shocked. In some ways, all my enthusiasm just flew away from your lectures, as much as I enjoy them. Shame shame shame. I am very sad to have found out about your ignorance of all new work in nutrition!

  • Awesome content on the update of nursing school. I just completed community health and it has definitely changed from clinical from to completely virtual. Thank god its only 2 semesters before graduation keep it up with the amazing content definitely subscribing.
I just started a nursing channel myself if you want feel free to check out the channel if you want.

  • Dr Seheult, respect to steroids, in Brazil most of hospitals are using hidrocortisone as anti inflammatory. What do you think about it?

  • This article details the same hypothesis that id detailed in these videos. Consensus!

  • NEXT TIME QUESTIONS: Any comment on Camostat Mesilate / Mesylate for covid-19. Also, does Alka Seltzer Gold have a useful role in covid-19 by modifying PH? Finally, is there a place for Adcirca (tadalafil) in covid 19 treatment. Thanks for all the fantastic content.

  • I retired from the US Air Force 17 years ago after serving 24 yrs. I retired with Tricare. Since 2002 I have used Tricare sometimes but most of my “care” came from the VA. (We could have a really long conversation about that!!!) I became totally disabled 3 yrs ago at about 57. Last year Social Security automatically enrolled me in Medicare Parts A, B and D I believe it was. I told them I received my Meds from the VA and didn’t need to be charged for Pharmacy stuff. Took them 3 months to stop charging me for Meds…that I wasn’t getting from them!!! So now I still go to the VA but I have no idea what this whole Medicare thing is and if I have totally lost my Tricare….that I served 24 years for. The government promised me and millions of other Vets we would have health care all our lives if we served enough time. Apparently that wasn’t true. So now I use the VA for my “care” and I don’t have a clue what else I have, what all this talk about “supplements” is or if I will get back my “Tricare for Life” that I was promised. Call me CLUELESS!

  • 1. regarding steroids, emcrit did a review of study etc it is the standard treatment along with anticoagulant at some hospitals.
    2. an alternative to azithromycin might be doxycycline which is standard with quinines for malaria and dengue and I think there was some Sars number one study. Doxy seems to be very heart safe. Doxy did come up with Pepcid on some computer model for Covid Sars two that you mentioned?. Doxy discourages cell division I believe which might have some anti inflammatory effect in the sense that is subdues angiogenisis and such? I can quite remember but there were some antibiotics credited with interrupting pain somehow, so the mode of action I can only guess. sorry I have not provided links, tired..

  • hi! Paul, I would like to get the BURN X, however, when I read the label, it contains Sucralose, I immediately don’t want to get it, do you think they can change it to stevia or monk fruit? I just thought it would make it a better product. thanks for all the info. love you channel.

  • Keith, you’re talking about a Medigap Part C type of plan rather than Part C for Medicare Advantage right? I have Medicare Advantage which I just transitioned to this month so it combines Part A, B and D which is an HMO type of plan allowing me to keep the same carrier. So you’re talking about Medicare Supplement Plan which is Medigap, right.?

  • Are you one of the authorities in Medicare or you are just got some report and explaining to us…. If you are one of the authorities can you please explain what will be the premiums oops copays n deductibles as per the plans available….pls

  • This blog (link below followed by cut and paste contents of blog) explains why ventilation is deadly and what Wuhan doctors in China did to cut the death rate in half. Can someone look into this?
According to the epidemic report, the number of deaths in Wuhan today (February 27) has halved for the first time, from more than 100 people a day to more than 50. The anatomy of the patient’s body has revealed that a large number of sputum plugs appeared in the lungs of the deceased. The sputum plugs were generated by the use of a ventilator. The sputum plugs eventually caused hypoxia and death. Starting yesterday, the rescue was switched to a sputum suction machine, and the death toll was halved all at once. This is to thank the donors of the remains, and the second is to thank the team of Professor Liu Liang from the Department of Forensic Medicine of Tongji.

This information is for reference only. I am not a medical doctor. It is up to the professionals to make decision. Doctors should investigate this issue scientifically.I hope the doctors can find a cure of this horrible disease soon.

  • Vaccines can cause you to “grow another head?” Boy, the anti-vaccine folks would love to put that on their list of harmful effects… on the other hand, sometimes I think I could use another head.

  • Can you tell me how much total caffeine is in one serving of the Core Burn X? I’m trying to read the label on the website but I can’t enlarge it enough there are more than one caffeine source so I’m trying to see if it would be too much for me even if I just take 1/2 scoop. Thanks!

  • Core Hard is definitely one of my favorites. I used in whether in prep or not. I have noticed less water weight fluctuations and better sleep. Last prep was by far my easiest since implementing it. Any chance you could do a more in depth video on Core Bolic and if/what you are seeing specifically? I’m have been running it for a bit now and have noticed some change but just want your expert opinion on it.

  • Thank you Paul for your informative content, there’s many fitness channels on YouTube that offer not much more than basic info, and I appreciate that you reach much further. I’m 50 years old, been training for 30, and competed for my first time last November taking 1st in bodybuilding and classic physique. I guess I’m a sucker for punishment, my wife and I are doing shows March 21st & 28th in AZ. My question to you is; I’ve been taking Creatine HCL for about a month, (I took it waaaay back maybe 20 years ago) and really notice the difference in the pump I get in the gym. Do you have experience in staying on creatine HCL right through the show? My concern is it might keep too much exterior water and I’ll look soft.

  • Do you have any recommendations for combatting the reduced serotonin production while dosing ksm66? I can take about 250mg daily with no issues but if I take two doses or even if I take one dose too close to bed time, I end up depressed

  • great oped by Nina Teicholz about how low carb diets improve your health

  • Dear Dr. Seheutl thanks for your videos. In the case of the Lancet paper, the fundamental question is the origin, nature, and true existence of the data. Are you aware about the discussion about the data origin? are you aware that there have been 3 papers written using that database (one about Ivermectin, AC2 inhibitors, and the one about HCL/CL) and already 2 have caused a deep revision of the methodology and received criticism? The data is from a company Surgisphere, owned by one of the researchers Please review these links:
    1) 2)

  • If coronavirus is a real danger, why aren’t we allowed to get together in order to get herd immunity considering the many cases of people who report no symptoms?
why aren’t you talking about studies such as the one from Stanford university, and other one from Israeli wiseman institute of science that show that coronavirus case are 10 to 40 times more common than official sources? Why are governments not making mass antibody tests? Just why?

  • Dr Seheult should know that instead of swallowing vitamin D pills it’s best to get vitamin D from foods like cod liver, sardines, salmon, herrings, and butter made from the milk of grass-fed cows. And sunshine of course.

  • Thank you so much for this video it’s so funny because today in the morning I was taking my hard supplement and I was going to send you a message to tell you how much I really like it. I’m doing my first bikini prep and it has been so good in controlling my stress, my job can be stressful plus prep but this is the best side effect I have had so far from this formula. So this video was just meant for me to write you a thank you note. I will order it again

  • Real Talk: How many oreos per day? Is it true that double stuffed can increase the anabolic window? Most importantly, can krispy kreme be substituted at times?

  • Hi, these videos are fantastic. One question i would have liked to ask (but i missed the live stream), i was wondering what your thoughts are and any publications you may have come across on hyperbaric oxygen therapy for severe covid19 cases? I’ve been aware of hbot for some time now since i added it to my mother’s regimen due to cancer.

  • I don’t understand how someone can ‘test positive’ for a test that is triggered by any corona virus exposure, for example, your last flu shot, OK, so that means you have or HAVE HAD a corona virus, what does that have to do with CoVid? Then now you test ‘negative’, which means you don’t have and have never had a corona virus.
Or have they upgraded the virus test to specifically ACE-2 receptor and how do you then test for ‘immunity’? I think the medical industry is slinging a lot of hash here. There doesn’t seem to be any double-blind testing of these tests on confirmed by bio-assay CoVid victims. For example, test dying CoVid patients on ventilators and determine the margin of error for HAVING the disease, but how does that translate to this imaginary ‘immunity’ thing.
The only test I know of is ‘you have been exposed to’ test, not an immunity test, other than TB tine test, which tests if you are actively fighting TB infection. Have not seen ANY discussion ANYWHERE about the veracity of these tests. Also ‘herd immunity’ has always been 92% to 95% immune, now suddenly they’re slinging the ‘80% is herd immunity’ hash, which would mean for USA 3,000,000 dead (at 1%) plus 4,000,000 dead just among Seniors! (at 10%) 7,000,000 dead? That’s insane. What Einstein suggested ‘herd immunity’?

  • There are people with symptoms and severe fatigue months after becoming ill. The symptoms are not lingering but rather come in waves. Just as you feel you have recovered, a set of new symptoms hits. #apresJ20 is a hashtag they use in France. Stands for After Day 20. Some people are at J75…J100.

  • Spoke at length with Laurel…she rocks! So helpful…answered all of our questions…( and we had a lot)…found us the best supplements….thank you sooo much…we were so lost and you gave us direction!

  • Hi there Keith. Very happy with Laurels help with my Medigap supplement plans for myself and hubby. Also she was very helpful with my drug plan selection, Laurel was absolutely fantastic. Very personable and professional and knowledgeable. Thank you very much. Happy to do business with you and laurel and will highly recommend laurel to others,, thanks again, will be looking at your dental video shortly. Christine daley

  • Would not azithromycin be a no-Brainer because hydroxychloroquine calms the immune system, so would be necessary to protect against opportunistic bacteria?

  • Is it ok to take Acetylcysteine Effervescent tabs everyday? And It’s hard to find vitamin D here in my country for affordable price, so does getting sunlight in the morning at my terrace will do the same thing as taking vitamin d supp?

I have Covid-19 with mild symptoms. And at home quarantine.

Thanks for the answers and concerns.

  • I’m already on Medicare. I just switched to AARP Medicare advantage plan 1. What is this? The girl I talked to made it sound wonderful! She said I get free dental and vision. I just agreed because I don’t know a thing about this stuff.

  • I have conflicting ideas about the type or choice of masks people are wearing. In the hospital, I was fitted for a N95 mask, which is used for various patients who have contagious diseases, like TB, and for patient care in the isolation rooms. When being fitted for the N-95 mask, they also placed a hood over my head that covered as far down as my shoulders and then they sprayed a mist with a “sugar” scent under the hood space. While wearing the N-95 mask, they asked me if I could smell the scent (not sure if this practice was a valid comparison to the size of a microorganism). My question is, Even if the typical mask worn in public prevents some or most visible wet aerosolized particles, does that prevent the Corona virus from escaping from one mask and entering into another mask when wearing a non-N95 mask in public? Granted, I understand that enclosed, public spaces (grocery stores) are not equivalent to an isolation room with negative pressure.

  • If your low income AndGet on Medicare at 62 It’s been great for me if your low income you get Medicare Medicade My I pay 3 Dollars For Meds I Deserve this break I spent many years with few others started Hiv/AIDS I councilor Testing Work with few wonderful nuns Was Here for any one any time this was 1980 So I did not do to much work cleaned few houses in between

  • Medcram helped me in a extremely large way make it through my Acute Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Program. Thank you and I have been watching the COVID 19 videos since the beginning. Great work.

  • I hope you will do an update on the results of the U of Minnesota Hydroxycloroquine study. I was disappointed that it didn’t prove effective. I know from your earlier videos, that it requires zinc ions to stop the replication of the virus’ RNA. So my question is, why didn’t they require the use of zinc as part of the study? I also wonder why they didn’t study the severity of virus effects in the two control groups? Even if similar percentages ended up infected, if the one group fared much better, that would be important to know. Can you please do an update and comment on those two questions?

  • So core hard is only good for competing so if I’m 29 percent bottom fat and working out hard and trying to lose weight would you recommend this or not till I’m at a lower body fat percent

  • Paul, long time subscriber, love the content…Couple thoughts…First glad that someone like yourself tried laxogenin and found it effective. Been wanting to try it but hesitant to spend money on the latest hype.  However, I will say that I believe you said you take two in the morning and two at night, while BOLIC recommends two cap serving (100 mg daily)…I’ve heard 200 mg daily is the better dosage, what made you go to 4 caps a day? And how long did you try it for?Secondly, because I get drug tested at work, I started looking into consistently safe products…not sure if you know or not, but some Core Nutritional products are on the WADA watch list with some listed found to be previously contaminated…any thoughts?

  • I’m a little stunned that no one that has watched my channel, has mentioned that I have found something. That I am right in my thoughts about lung fluff. Is it cuz I don’t have an intro and I’m not into production yet? I don’t care about likes or subscribers, I care about the mf truth. But it looks as though when starring in the face of truth, you’re too close to see it.

  • New medicare change,,,,,,ABSOLUTELY “NO” PAIN MEDS. for anyone,,, unless you hooked yourself on drugs, then you deserve pain meds, and you can get them. They would want the druggies to suffer, like 70&80 year olds with severe arthritus…

  • COVID STATS QUESTION: If (for example only) 30% of the Community is obese, and the Covid Death Rate for obese folk is 30%, is that a surprise? (However, if there are 30% obese folk in the community, but 40% are dying of covid, then that would be relevant but surely not otherwise?)

  • Online nursing courses are happening due to the COVID pandemic. Online courses are horrible sometimes….especially nursing courses I imagine..
