It is an awesome exclusive product for learning how to burn stubborn body fat without the normal expense. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin after many years got cool success with it.

  • I was going through some accession symptoms and this was the only thing i could eat without wanting to vomit, now that the symptoms gave passed i think I’m gonna stick with it for a min, i love watermelon!!!! I also no longer eat meat or dairy or sugar!!!!!!

  • Thanks for the Video! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you considered Chireetler Effective Workouts Rule (do a search on google)? It is a good exclusive product for learning how to burn stubborn body fat minus the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my best friend Jordan finally got astronomical results with it.

  • lmao you just brought back a memory. I didn’t know that watermelon was a laxative. When I was singing overseas one night before getting ready I didn’t want to eat anything hot and heavy. In the summer I don’t eat as much. So before my show I decided to eat a daggone huge container of just watermelon. Well when I was performing on stage I could feel my stomach rumbling. 45 minutes of my stomach rumbling lol Well when it was time for our 30 minute break I ran off the stage so fast and sprinted in heels to the bathroom. Mind you we do 4 sets of 45 minutes and 30 minute breaks.Well honey child this went on all night. That’s how I learned about the watermelon laxative.: )

  • The answer is no but if you live somewhere the heat index is high af like Phoenix or Cali Bakersfield and you eat Watermelon from like 6 am to 6 am you could do it like if you are like Matt Stonie and you just piss it all out and workout in heat you could do it I bet. Im saying eating the 6 watermelon

  • Ok, but 10000 cal of bananas and dates is really possible. If my maintenance was 2500 cal, would 5000 cal of fruit make me gain fat? Probably not.

  • How about if you drink as many huge smoothies as you could possibly drink in a day without endangering your health made of bananas, mangoes, and dates and the most calorie dense fruits. You can reach 5000+ calories which is a calorie surplus for most people aka umans.

  • I was once part of the 30 bananas a day crew up till 2/3 years ago. I had unrealistic expectations from the diet ( cringeworthy mostly based on stupidity and ego), getting fat was extremely easy. Started at 50 kilos wanted to get back down to 45 without suffering, went up to 65 at the heaviest I’d weighed myself and in just a year. It was even quite enjoyable eating. I ate lots of dates Hana’s and plain boiled potatoes without salt. Check out Julia Boer as well..

  • Definitely not watermelon. Think of a fruit higher in calories. You could get fat by eating 30 bananas per day, easily. Also, avocados (technically they are a fruit). Eat 20 of those per day

  • It’s sort of like when someone resorts to a hyperbole to prove wrong a very basic point that applies most of the time. Basically you can be dieting down to a reasonable bodyfat% for health or cosmetic reasons AND still include fruit in your diet. Calorie deficit still applies, but in meeting your calories go ahead and include fruit.

  • I eat watermelon often and there is about 150 calories in one pound of watermelon. About 67 pounds of watermelon has about 10,000 calories.

  • Stop having kids they have no future due to catastrophic climate change and overpopulation. Each person on earth comes with a carbon footprint and places demands upon the earths fast disappearing resources.

  • It was me who left that comment lol. 10,000 is extreme, but any thing over maintenance you will technically gain fat. So let’s say your maintenance is 2500 you could eat 3000 of watermelon. Would you gain any fat?

  • Nice information about watermelon, the seed is also valuable for human body, we Indian use watermelon seeds in some recipes
I like watermelon very much ❤️

  • As far as I know only 4 men have pressed 700+ lbs raw in competition. Henderson, Mendelson, Spoto, and Sarychev. Before anyone throws Arcidi in there, he did it single ply.

  • Well, Jason, seeing as how you are ethically bound to not encourage people to do stupid shit like consuming 10,000 cal worth of watermelon, I would like to personally step in and invite them to try on my own volition. This truly sounds like a self-solving problem.

  • Sheesh.. can you cut the watermelon before you start recording ‍♀️‍♀️ great video tho besides you, the knife&watermelon hah

  • Six years ago I was eating a small bowl of watermelon in the morning and night and that’s all I ate for a month. I lost lots of weight but realized that I was having eating disorder tendencies and luckily that never spiraled into anything worse.

  • Excellent Video! Sorry for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you considered Chireetler Effective Workouts Rule (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a great exclusive product for learning how to burn stubborn body fat without the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.

  • When I grew my watermelons, they had soooo many seeds in them. If you have a little space, you can grow some delicious sugarbaby watermelons.

  • I just ate a whole water Mellon, this shit send me straight to the bathroom. I’ve been sitting on this seat for a good 30+minutes…

  • I ate watermelon yesterday, and a bunch of it. Not gonna eat that much anymore because I have been in the bathroom all morning.

It’s not healthy to eat too much watermelon you can get too much lycopene and experience symptoms from that. Nausea, diarrhea etc

  • THANK YOU!!! lol when you said ” most people think you can only get your protein from animals” ive heard people say im killing myself and making myself sick cause i dont get any protein, i have too tell them for every 100 calories of meat you get 6 grams of protein, 100 cals of broccoli you get 11.1 grams of protein, (just an example!)

  • Thank you for this useful information. I pretty much use everything of the watermelon. I use the flesh to make salads, smoothies, just eat as is, juice it, etc., the white part I pickle, the seeds can be toasted, the outside rind part I place into the compost. So nothing goes to waste.

  • You don’t even look like you’ve been pregnant you have a beautiful body I’ve searching for diets to have a great body and you look like your 16 your so young and beautiful

  • Great vid as always. I’d recommend going a little more easy on those asking these kind of questions though. I know you do get trolled a lot, and that there are genuine smart asses all over YouTube.

HOWEVER some people asking this kind of stuff are really just asking for clarification, for instance about calories in = calories out. In this video you definitely went into depth about that, such as really making it clear the thermogenic expenditure involved in eating such quantities of watermelon.

Regardless, solid info as always, keep it up! Just my 2 cents for feedback.

  • Good video. Not being a wise arse or anything, but it is a good practice to wash the outside(I see the residue) of the watermelon. You never know what kind of bathroom habits or facilities are available to the field workers who harvest them There can be anything on the outside of the watermelon from ecoli to several pesticides. The knife tends to carry what is on the outside straight to the inside when you cut it.

  • I’m legitimately eating a watermelon right now watching this video because my mum was like “you’re eating too much watermelon”. Clearly, I need to show her this vidoe as proof it is good for you.

  • I really should try it cause I freakin love WATERMELON so if this works for me I’ll be happy, I’ll try it this season in spring or summer!

  • I love watermelon so much and I just went and got a lot of running after watching another one of your videos of you eating a watermelon and talking about a gallon of water a day. I will probably eat this whole watermelon because of how much I love it the only issue is I am allergic to them. I am actually allergic to all melons, bananas, in raw carrots. All things that I absolutely love nothing serious happens other than my mouth lips and throat itching really bad but I’m going to eat this watermelon, watch your videos, and drink tons of water. I’ll probably have a side of salad for dinner because that is what I’m craving. A salad with a little bit of apple cider vinegar, lemon, juice, and honey
