  • It should have the inner seal under the cap or the clear plastic wrap around the outside cap. If you have the clear plastic seal over the top cover then you may not have the inner seal. If you dident have one of the two, you should take it back. If i remember correctly the gold standard only had the plastic seal over the top.

  • Yes I heard that monohydrate is the better of the creatine.  How often shall I take creatine?  And I keep hearing about the loading phase and then taking a break from it for awhile.  What is your opinion?   • Carbs are 4 cals per gram
    Proteins are 4 cals per gram
    Fats are 9 cals per gram

    This goes for nearly everything, once you remove water weight. So the oil and granola are easy to guess, since there’s minimal water.

    Granola is primarily carbs and a bit of protein… so 100 cals /4 is 25g

    Oil is fat, so 100 cals /9 is around 11g

    Alcohol sugars are a bit different, at 7 cals per gram…

    Not only that, alcohol sugars will spike insulin like crazy. Then, while insulin levels are elevated, any fats you eat are more likely to be deposited in your organs and visceral fat… which leads to a beer belly, even if you’re skinny elsewhere.

    I get DC isn’t for everyone (don’t love it either) but DC+Citrus is an awful combo.

    But I did give you a like for a straight forward and helpful vid. ��

  • I remember that when I tried to lose weight I would only eat raw spinach because it had 7 calories per cup. I wouldn’t reccomend it to anyone tho I’d eat about 500 calories a day and I felt tired and grumpy all the time

  • I have been using both the extreme milk chocolate and the strawberry switching between both flacors and have never had that problem of itching at all

    I eat these tiny pizza things for dinner. I have one of them, and they are really tiny but filling, around 200 Calories, for a meal, that’s good.

    There’s a lot more but I can’t think of it on top of my head… �� But remember to work out 10-20 minutes everyday and drink lots and lots of water, the more water you drink, the longer you will stay full after meals and the your metabolism will be full.

  • Because fruit is like 80% water, the calories that it does have don’t really matter because it goes right through you. Your body metabolizes (burns off) fruit so quickly. I binge on fruit!!! And a banana has like 80 calories.

  • No you aren’t poorly educated lol just look at the back of the things you buy it’s not that hard… i don’t know the exact situation in america but in germany for example every brand is obliged to put the nutritional facts for 100g on the back of the package.
    as far as I know in america they put the nutritional facts of one portion on the pack and also add how many grams one portion equals to

  • To be honest, I do think Americans need to smaller their portions. Having family in the United States and having been to several restaurants there, the portions and calories in the food scared the sh*t out of me. Sometimes a burger meal contains the day amount of calories…

  • calories are meaningless it’s only what is in the food that matters. Just because something is low in calories, it could still be high in sugar or salt or vice versa

  • Protein is protein. For me Dymatize Elite was good with me loosing weight. The calories and carbs are very low compared to others. I only switched to gold standard because I was not digesting the Dymatize too well. I will send you the link to my review

  • Appreciate video content! Apologies for the intrusion, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you tried Yeyandon Hardgaining Transformer (search on google)? It is a good one off guide for learning how to go from skinny to packing on muscle minus the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my work colleague after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical results with it.

    People tend to underestimate how many calories are in the food they eat. And just because a food is healthier does not mean it’s low in calories, a goddamn banana has 100 calories, a pear has 100 calories (well, it depends on the size but you get my point) and before you spread a whole avocado on 2 pieces of whole wheat toast put some boiled eggs on it and drizzle it with olive oil that’s 700+ calories ma’am. Assuming food is lower in calories than it actually is may be the reason people eat more than they think they are��

The other flavours I tried were strawberry banana and choc mint. Both were very tasty and not overly sweet. Strawberry banana smells funky but when you drink it its better.

    People tend to underestimate how many calories are in the food they eat. And just because a food is healthier does not mean it’s low in calories, a goddamn banana has 100 calories, a pear has 100 calories (well, it depends on the size but you get my point) and before you spread a whole avocado on 2 pieces of whole wheat toast put some boiled eggs on it and drizzle it with olive oil that’s 700+ calories ma’am. Assuming food is lower in calories than it actually is may be the reason people eat more than they think they are��

  • This is really tempting me to just eat fruit becuase i love fruit i could eat it for days but i know i need grains and dairy and other things i i love fruit so much!!!

    Greek VANILLA yogurt!
    Baked puffy hot Cheetos (only healthy if you don’t splurge on it. Around 90 calories for a small to medium bag.)
    Sea salt Popcorn
    A microwaved potato ��
    Cantaloupe and watermelon!
    Strawberry’s
    Grapes..
    I eat these tiny pizza things for dinner. I have one of them, and they are really tiny but filling, around 200 Calories, for a meal, that’s good.

    There’s a lot more but I can’t think of it on top of my head… �� But remember to work out 10-20 minutes everyday and drink lots and lots of water, the more water you drink, the longer you will stay full after meals and the your metabolism will be full.

  • Good review bro. The itching only happens with Creatine or Pre workouts like NO Xplode, Jackd and so on. I doubt protein shakes like the ON does that, there’s no creatine in it.

  • calories are meaningless it’s only what is in the food that matters. Just because something is low in calories, it could still be high in sugar or salt or vice versa

  • Currently logging all my food to lose weight (I am obese, losing for health reasons) so the entire time I was like NOPE YOU ARE SO WRONG lol

It is a good one off guide for learning how to go from skinny to packing on muscle minus the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my work colleague after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical results with it.

  • Its not so much about the protein, Its about keeping your calories low. Just factor those calories into your plan and you should be good. Some proteins vary in calories but most are not that drastic if your watching your caloric intake you should be good.

  • It should have the inner seal under the cap or the clear plastic wrap around the outside cap. If you have the clear plastic seal over the top cover then you may not have the inner seal. If you dident have one of the two, you should take it back. If i remember correctly the gold standard only had the plastic seal over the top.

  • Calories arent neccesarily bad ok a single calorie is the amount of energy needed to raise the temperature og a single gram of water by a degree

  • About to buy a 5lbs jug. I’ve tried the cheap 6 star whey from CVS/Walmart tastes so artificial to me. Hopefully this tastes better. Thanks for the nice straight forward review.

  • I know this video is a over a year old but in case someone didn’t mention the extreme milk chocolate is best tasting chocolate brother. The other flavours I tried were strawberry banana and choc mint. Both were very tasty and not overly sweet. Strawberry banana smells funky but when you drink it its better.

  • Yes I heard that monohydrate is the better of the creatine.  How often shall I take creatine?  And I keep hearing about the loading phase and then taking a break from it for awhile.  What is your opinion?   • I remember that when I tried to lose weight I would only eat raw spinach because it had 7 calories per cup. I wouldn’t reccomend it to anyone tho I’d eat about 500 calories a day and I felt tired and grumpy all the time

  • To be honest, I do think Americans need to smaller their portions. Having family in the United States and having been to several restaurants there, the portions and calories in the food scared the sh*t out of me. Sometimes a burger meal contains the day amount of calories…

  • Yeah, but I can no problem eat 5 bananas and 3 apples coupled with a few more fruits in one sitting… so fruits still have too many calories xD xD how nice it would be to just be able to eat nonstop… crazy high metabolism would be fun!

  • Protein is protein. For me Dymatize Elite was good with me loosing weight. The calories and carbs are very low compared to others. I only switched to gold standard because I was not digesting the Dymatize too well. I will send you the link to my review
