  • I only eat breakfast at Denny’s because that’s the only time they have the smart wait staff; at least at the Denny’s in my town. The rest of the day the wait staff are dumber than a box of rocks. They bring dessert before you get your appetizer. Once, the dingy waitress brought the check and we hadn’t even ordered yet. Ordered soup as my meal, once, and had to ask the waitress 3 separate times to bring me a spoon. If I eat lunch or dinner, I always do takeout but you have to check the order before you leave because they always forget something.

  • I rarely go to Denny’s but now I see what a vegan could order in a pinch. I have a more restrictive diet due to senior health problems so would avoid Denny’s if there r other options. I have eaten oatmeal there for breakfast but you have to bring plant based milk and your own sweetener. I avoid the Denny’s near me cause they have buggy, crawly uninvited guests joining you at your table. I do love Wendy’s baked potatoes with broccoli sans cheese. TFS. Tere
