  • Its still astonish me just how many people don’t know about Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine) despite the fact that lots of people lost crazy amounts of weight using it. Thanks to my personal buddy who told me about this. I’ve lost crazy amounts of fat.

  • I’ve got a question
so yesterday i found cat on the streets so i tried to feed her some cookies and she accidentally bit my finger. I don’t really know if that cat had a rabies or other disease. what should i do?

  • When you say Diabetes do you mean Type One Diabetes or Type Two Diabetes To avoid confusion it would be helpful if you could be clear about the difference.

  • I wish it didn’t end saying it’s for kids, because I feel adults need to not feel patronised needing this information. Because it simply isn’t common knowledge. But overall, fantastic presentation

  • When ever a food “expert” out weights me by 50lbs I’m not taking their advice. Dr. G is FAT, and that doesn’t happen on it’s own or from eating healthy!

  • Sugar alcohols, like xylitol, INCREASES tooth decay risk? Since when? I never got the memo on that one… My understanding is that it decreases your risk of tooth decay. Which is it?

  • Thank you, I learn something from the video. It can be a pressure to live up to our expectation and society’s expectation. I’m also struggling to eat healthy, but snail’s pace is better than not starting at all.

  • Do you think he knows he looks like an OCD jarhead who spends too much time working out and thinking about how he looks? Sad. This young YouTube generation wants to tell the world all about life. When a young person learns something knew, the person thinks the whole world is just now learning about it. Young people rarely understand that most of their new life hacks go back to ancient greeks. Young people should be quiet until they have read ancient wisdom.

  • Most modern dieticians would disagree about his point about completely removing “bad” foods from your home. This causes your brain to give these foods moral authority, and as a result, you can feel deprived from these foods; once you are out in public and have the opportunity to eat one of the “bad” foods, it is extremely common for people to binge. It will only create a guilt cycle once you consume them.
And we often talk about cutting out “bad” foods to lose weight, but will complete elimination really make us happy? Can we achieve a peaceful relationship with food if we label certain foods as “bad”? We all need to learn more about consuming all foods in moderation, listening to our bodies, as well as having gentle nutritional knowledge.

  • I find the props helpful. An old truism holds that a picture is worth a thousand words, and a prop is a three dimensional picture. It often enables a concise demonstration of a concept that is easy for me to understand.

  • Now we just need a mega episode of all the short ones put together into a single video. What’s the next examination, though with the pandemic going on we may not get one for some time.

  • I eat whatever i can, im 32yrs old, 6’4″ and weight 155lbs. Im always eating, from eggs to mashed potatoes, lots of fruits and i love vegetables, home made soup, im not picky at all, very little junk food. Always look for food with high calories, cant never gain weight and with all honesty i havent got sick since i was 21yrs, not even a flue. Got food poisoned once. Now i started drinking beer, its been two months and im getting a very tiny little belly:(

  • So much love and respect for standing up at such a young age and teaching us your thoughts. Thank you for being braver than most of us are

  • Great video! I’m still schooling and i haven’t much time to think about foods. But always i want to get healthy foods. This help me so much

  • There is an enormous amount of really important information here, but my goodness, the packaging is so boring that it is not surprising that people don’t watch programmes like this. I get it, it is education/university….but perhaps if you ‘package’ this information in a more attractive wrapper, you could get through to many more people?

  • Hi lovely I would like to ask why no grains? What about oats? Or rice or millet which are gluten free? And do you have porridge? Can you share a recipe if you do?

  • This “advice” is WHY there is so much chronic disease. At least he mentions Lustig. Lustig is the only one of these UC characters that knows what he is talking about. Must drive him mad.

  • When considering eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern day fad diet plans. Extreme diets undoubtedly are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your every day nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should search Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine as it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • u know wht, when u live with ur big family with a toddler of ur own & nobody gives a *&#@ about healthy eating…. its almost impossible to cook different just for yourself in the same kitchen whatsoever…. any videos on that plz

  • Anybody tried the Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine)? I’ve heard many amazing things about this popular weight loss secrets.

  • I WONDER IF THIS SOURCE WILL WRITE ME BACK, RATHER THAN OSTRACIZE ME LIKE A HOT POTATOE???
THIS “TECHNIQUE” OF NO RESPONSES TO MY WRITING IS WHAT IS CAUSING MY ANXIETIES WHICH LEAD TO BINGE EATING WHEN I AM ALONE.
THIS AND THE ANXIETY OF NO JUST SETTLEMENT YET LEAD TO MY DIET PROBLEM BEHAVIORS….PWW

  • I would like to thank you for sharing these great tips. One year ago, I didn’t know how important it is to think about what I eat. Gradually I have taken your tips and now I am mentally and physically healthy. Thank you very much. And looking forward to watching more of your videos.

  • Environment plays a huge role. He’s right. What I usually do to force myself to eat healthy is the following: I buy a lot of fruit and veggies and I try my best to eat them all before they go bad. I put bowls of fruit as ornaments around the house. So it if it visible I will eat the fruit. The same with water. If I serve myself a glass of water while I’m working I will drink it. If I keep lots of water bottles in the fridge I will drink them instead of soda.

  • I find the visual learning is easiest for me to follow, so props/demonstrations are preferred.

That said, I’m good with either it’s informative either way.

    Appreciate it, Doc.

  • hello, first thank you for the download, as one of my goals for this year is to start eating healthy, i have been looking and trying to figure it out….. needless to say am not doing that well but am still trying, so i was really happy to come across your channel….
hope to see more videos from you

  • Guys. lost tons of weight does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a popular weight loss system called Custokebon Secrets (google search it). Thanks to it I’ve lost a lot of weight. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I do not want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I’m just in a excellent mood right now so I’ll share the wealth lol.

  • Soul you like to share some easy to digest breakfast option Meghan? Something you can have as a pre workout that won’t weight you down! It would be AWESOME IF YOU COULD… GRATEFULLY Francesca

  • My Plate is also sponsored by the Food Industry, only 1 Cup green Veggies a week? What the fuck. And recommend starch and grains again.

  • Meal prep is definitely one of the best ways to be consistent with a healthy lifestyle. I find it extremely helpful to spend a couple of hours on Sunday mornings and then forget about it during the week. Great tips! thanks for sharing:)

  • Any one tried the Custokebon Secrets (just google search it)? I’ve noticed many amazing things about this popular diet plan program.

  • After every sentence this guy smacks his mouth, geez, have some water before you start talking already. Poor oration. Very disappointed

  • My advice is to plan your meals, only get the food in you need and dont go food shopping when you are hungry. Also, dont weigh yourself, your weight fluctuates on a daily basis, it’s best to measure yourself if you are going for weight loss, you can physically see the difference in your size and it’s much more motivating and your less likely to have days or weeks where you feel a bit rubbish because you have gained a few pounds. Remember you are only human so don’t forget to treat yourself, lifes too short to miss out on the Joy’s of eating your favourite food, you just need to have it In moderation and keep a healthy relationship with food.

  • Eat WHITE grass-fed livestock meat (fish and poultry) and fiber leafy, also non-starchy veggies, that’s it. You may not even size them. Eat until feel full, of course if that doesn’t mean you eat all day long, some sense of what is full should stay

  • Great stuff! I love the trivia about the thirteenth cranial nerve. That’s typically what I find interesting!
Thanks for your work. I hope you’re well.

  • This student has spoken sensibly his heart and mind out. Really appreciate that. The best is to address the root cause at the thinking level before getting onto the action level. What & How is what we have covered in our channel as a small simple story under the title secret of healthy lifestyle. not only in terms of eating, but also in terms of everything be it sleep, exercise, spending pattern, hygiene practices, harmony with friends and family around us etc.. Interested viewers can watch that as well.

  • If you want to shed weight, it is best to check out Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine. They will make it easier to get the body you need.

  • Hooray your brother looks great!! Wonderful that you cared about his food because it helped his health in his life!!!This is exactly what I did while raising my children. Remove the temptations, it does help to accept other choices. You can have something’s once in awhile, but the more you eat the right things, the less you will eat the wrong things. It’s the best way!

  • Huge leap to conflate calorimeter with human system as far as burning calories. Completely outdated understanding of calorie needs, counting calories. This talk reflects ignorance of known science of hte last 100 years and even common knowledge of the past 50 years. Sad.

  • i should probably sing anime music huh ok found it Brothers! Two stars run across all the heavens in the night

    And they’re stirring

    The surface of the dark

And the surface of the light

And the ripples echo together as they’re burning bright

And the sun will lead the way

For all of those who seek a path

    Into glory

    And the sacrifice to pay

    For all who would pursue

    A way to rise above

    Though he never can advance

How bizarre, he tumbles and tumbles

    He’s spiraling down

But the soul within a man who faces all his fears

    Will be ever-golden

And the two who met back then

They fight so they can find a way to rise above

    And now the cutain’s rising

On a story, a perpetual tale

    As lives will clash

The sparks will cast a light

    Of secrets hidden

  • Hi I’m suffering with stomach complaints I’ve been eliminating dairy and reducing gluten but haven’t completely eradicated them as I live with a husband and provide for a child so trying to provide for everyone and they don’t share my tastes. Please help

  • It would be a shame for you not to get rid of body fat while other typical people are capable to slim down easily by using Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine).

  • You need saturated fat. That is the good fat. Eat saturated fat often. Cut all the carbs. Carbs are not needed. No sugar, no grains, no root vegetables, no white bread.

  • I would have tried that with my brother… He would have hit me with a rock…

This message applies to every problem we’re dealing with… Not just to healthy eating.

  • For me, explaining why you’re doing while you’re doing helps me connect the specific part of the exam with the reason for doing it and what you’re looking to find.

  • I find the visual learning is easiest for me to follow, so props/demonstrations are preferred.

That said, I’m good with either it’s informative either way.

    Appreciate it, Doc.

  • Hi Meghan,
Thanks a lot for this wonderful video. Personally, I don’t like cooking at all but yeah, I realise now that this might be because of my perfectionist behaviour. I will try to look at it from a different perspective now that I have seen this video of yours:)

  • Hi Meghan! I follow your channel for a couple of months now but tbh I kinda never really watched your videos. So a few weeks ago I started to change my nutrition, started to cook healthy and to work out, I really want to change my life and become a better version of myself. So I started to watch your videos and they help so much! They keep me motivated and they are so informative and your voice really calms me. So thank you very much for helping me on my journey!

  • Thanks for this video, Ive been feeling discouraged about trying to eat healthier since I havnt been able to be consistent but your video is encouraging.

  • Hello
I’m a beginner on Youtube. I try to climb to the top. I started on the phone, hoping to get the finance to move on to better shots.
Help me make my wishes come true. But I want to travel and publish my travels around the world.
Subscribe my channel and I will be grateful

  • At that age, the 11 year old probably idolized his big brother so they were able to accomplish their mission. I’m happy for them both. <3

  • Hi Meghan all the meals look great! I was wondering what your thoughts were on the controversy on eating chicken and eggs are? As far as eggs being high is saturated fat and chicken being bad for you because of all the added hormones they are being Injected with. Just wondering..

  • And to think if you wouldn’t had broken your leg…none of this would have happen. So, I am in need of some suggestions. While attempting to chang my habits, I notice feelings of being deprived etc… what would y’all suggest? How do you prevent this while habit forming?

  • It’s so easy! Why didn’t I think of that?! Just find one of the free nutritionists lying around, in the gutter, and get them to live with you and dictate your diet, all day everyday. Duh!!! Forehead smack.

  • Clickbait scam.
Came for the portion sizes image, found a boring speaker who drones on and on and on without really reaching the point. 8 minutes babble about nothing until he starts showing a little, very little.

  • These are things never were to eat, don’t sugarcoat it. All  the things on the list except the beef were things never were to eat.

  • A fantastic way to finish off your “understanding the cranial nerves series”, A brilliant job well done I have found this series to be both interesting and insightful, so thank you for all your hard work throughout this series, I look forward to the next one.

  • Has anyone used the Custokebon Secrets to lost crazy amounts of weight? Just simply do a search engine search. On there you will discover that an awesome tips about how exactly you can lost lots of fat. Why don’t you give it a shot? maybe it will work for you too.

  • Dont believe everything you here or read. It can take time to get to the truth. The best that we can do is stick to the well balanced whole foods diet > Dr Bruce ames, PHD, bio chemistry. All animal food and drink creates inflammation in the human body. Disease starts at the cellular level in the form of inflammation. The industrialized diet does not match the human genetic code. Humans are the sickest species. Humans are herbivore by design. A wise quote > fix the cell to get well. Plants dont feel pain and sadness. Suffering reduction regarding life in general is the way forward, not just humans.

  • Great video! I’ve got a question. Most nutritionists say that dairy is not ideal for your health. Though not a fan of fresh milk, I feel good after eating yogurt, cheese, kefir, butter etc. Is there something inherently bad about all dairy, or is eating fermented/non-fresh dairy okay if it soothes the gut instead of bloating it like it does for others?

  • Thanks for the very nice video. Can you please talk about salt? There is so many conflicting articles and videos about how much salt is too much. How much would you recommend for daily intake?

  • For me, explaining why you’re doing while you’re doing helps me connect the specific part of the exam with the reason for doing it and what you’re looking to find.

  • Now we just need a mega episode of all the short ones put together into a single video. What’s the next examination, though with the pandemic going on we may not get one for some time.

  • Even more simple,.. avoid carbs., eat wild caught fish and grass fed meats. Forget about counting calories just eat until to you are full.

  • I suggest humans get less light at night and more natural light during the day. Go for a walk outside without sun glasses. Let the high outside LUX stream into your eye balls.

  • Hello there, have you considered this kind of diet plan known as the Custokebon Secrets? My sister says it helps people lost tons of weight. Is that possible? I also noticed a lot of good review relating to this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • This video is mostly Old Guard nonsense. There is not one study that shows dietary saturated fat (or cholesterol) causes cardio-vascular disease. It is Old Guard Doctor Dogma. Move on. Tackle real health issues.

  • You look like a teenager; I guess you hear that a lot. In any case, you will be grateful that you look young when you are older. Thank you for sharing.

  • If you wish to shed pounds, it is best to check out Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine. They’ll make it easier to get the body you deserve.

  • I’m glad I can sometimes understand what’s going on thanks to high school biology, still entertaining if you’re watching just for fun

  • As expert, I’m sure Custokebon Secrets can be good way to lost lots of weight. Why don’t you give it a chance? perhaps it’ll work for you too.

  • Total quack. Gracing on food all day will burn burn calories? No it will only make you insuline resistant and fat, sick. GMO harmless?. come on!

  • I am still a high school student learning about the cranial nerves. Now with the crisis, we put way less time in biology. This series has helped me a lot with understanding the topic. Thank you!

  • Hello there, have you thought about this kind of diet plan known as the Fenoboci Diet Plan? My cooworker says it helps people lost a lot of weight. Is that possible? I also read a lot of good review relating to this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • I think this guy is only right about people who are over weight havinh a genetic component only to the extent that their system is more sensitive to all the bs and sugar they put in everything you buy. If people were more prone to be obese then why wasn’t people over weight like they are now 30 years ago. People are eating dead food even the so-called organic food is sub par so people are starving nutritionally while overeating on food that doesn’t feed their system. I can’t believe he recommended people drink alcohol for energy. I don’t know he could be right, I have an employee who drink like a fish and he gets the job done so who knows. His liver is shot and he knows it but to each their own I suppose,

  • Hi there, I want to know if Fenoboci Diet Plan, will really work for me? I notice lots of people keep on speaking about this popular fat burn secrets.

  • Its still astonish me just how many people don’t know about Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine) despite the fact that lots of people lost crazy amounts of weight using it. Thanks to my personal buddy who told me about this. I’ve lost crazy amounts of fat.

  • Dont believe everything you here or read. It can take time to get to the truth. The best that we can do is stick to the well balanced whole foods diet > Dr Bruce ames, PHD, bio chemistry. • It would be useful if you could do some examinations where the patients have problems so you can identify them and we can see what is to be expected and what it may look like. Thanks

  • It would be a shame for you not to get rid of body fat when other normal people are capable to lose weight quickly with Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google).

  • I am not a medical student, so unfortunately I cannot confirm, nor deny the helpfulness of these videos in that regard, but. It has been very interesting, and has helped me sleep. Keep it up doc. You da best!

  • Grain and starchy food WTF even worst brown and whole grain!! Just to make it harder to digest great. Wt a horrible lecture. How in earth this got so many likes.!!

  • Hi there, I want to know if Fenoboci Diet Plan, will really work for me? I notice lots of people keep on speaking about this popular fat burn secrets.

  • It really is that simple. This is my strategy too. Just don’t buy unhealthy foods. Easy.

I have a friend who can’t lose weight because they keep “slipping up” with chips and ice cream… It’s like… Why are these even in your house? It’s clear you can’t control yourself so don’t buy them.

    ANYWAYS

  • Great speech/lecture. I bookmarked it to watch fully later when I get the chance. Thank you.:). I watched the first 30 mins of the lecture.

  • It would be useful if you could do some examinations where the patients have problems so you can identify them and we can see what is to be expected and what it may look like. Thanks

  • I like most of what Meghan has said here, though I don’t fully agree with her conversation about food label reading and alternatives to refined sugar. I am completing my masters degree in human nutrition in pursuit of becoming a registered dietitian. I already have an undergraduate degree in nutrition, too. So, with the food labels, I think of course it is important to read the ingredients, and the more readable they are to you as a consumer, the better… for example, sodium phosphates are potentially damaging to our kidneys, and they are in a TON of products you probably pick up all the time! But I would encourage you DO look at the nutrient facts label as well. There is important information about how much salt, what kinds of fat or carbohydrates are in the food, etc. This can become very useful information for a health-minded individual to inform better choices and compare products. I would say calories are important to be mindful of, but aren’t the whole story or often aren’t the most important, like Meghan says. What matters more is where the calories come from, and what other nutrients are being provided. An example would be avocado very high in fat and therefore calories… but also contain lots of wonderful nutrients. So, they’re healthy, but in moderation, like most foods. I think that is what Meghan was getting at, maybe just went about it differently. FINALLY, sugar… well, I do not agree that using more natural sweeteners like maple syrup or honey are any healthier than refined sugar. Your body uses them in the same way, because at the end of the day, it is all simple sugar. Technically, the tree or the bee has refined the sugar rather than a mechanical process. If eating natural foods is important to you, or you enjoy the flavour more, that’s wonderful. But for most people, any form of ‘sugar’, natural or not, will still cause spikes in blood sugar and still contains the same amount of calories. Limit all forms of sugar, but let yourself enjoy it occasionally, in moderation, as with all things.

  • A fantastic way to finish off your “understanding the cranial nerves series”, A brilliant job well done I have found this series to be both interesting and insightful, so thank you for all your hard work throughout this series, I look forward to the next one.

  • I’m glad I can sometimes understand what’s going on thanks to high school biology, still entertaining if you’re watching just for fun

  • I used to looooove fries with gravy. Now, I have cravings but eat about a quarter of what I used to eat loll It started happening when I’ve started eating more healthy. I used to eat oatmeal packages for breakfast. I’ve started adding ground flax and chia seeds to it with berries and I love it even more. I’m planning on slowly ditching the packages for a bag of plain oatmeal to make it even healthier.

  • Ive been watching those kind of videos for the past few days and they all talk about themself but never get to the point. They just hover around the subject and doesn’t talk about the solution!

  • Anyone tried the Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine)? We’ve heard numerous awesome things about this popular weight loss secrets.

  • “Para ter sucesso você tem que minimizar as decisões difíceis a serem tomadas”.
“Deixe o seu ambiente trabalhar ao seu favor e não contra”

  • I find the props helpful. An old truism holds that a picture is worth a thousand words, and a prop is a three dimensional picture. It often enables a concise demonstration of a concept that is easy for me to understand.

  • Hates the word but uses it anyway. ‘Primitive’ coming from a white person is like porceline calling coal white. Another wonder of the world (“-_-)

  • Doesn’t any supermarket in the US have a greengrocer section?? There’s nothing wrong with the meat and veggies but if it comes in a packet, leave it on the shelf, it’s full of sugar.

  • I wish I have a young, handsome athlete to be around me and set nice healthy environment for me, preparing good and delicious meals for me everyday!

  • the best part of his talk is he made me realize that its very important to raise kids who can support their siblings in such a powerful way. the world is not going to be a lonely place anymore. secondly he taught a lesson that this formula applies in every temptation. food, relationship, any kind of desire. throw it out for a certain time out of your mind and life and fill with something everlasting and see the results. good job buddy.

  • This presenter doesn’t look particularly healthy…I half expected him to keel over from a heart attack before the 2 hours were up.

  • I respond to this so much! Mental and physical health focus! Your approach is soothing and sustainable! The editing is elegant! Love from a newer subscriber!

  • When ever a food “expert” out weights me by 50lbs I’m not taking their advice. Dr. G is FAT, and that doesn’t happen on it’s own or from eating healthy!

  • In the beginning of creation…the food science had been done for us…this is mumbo jumbo…just say as it is MANUFACTURED FOOD CAUSES HUMANS AND ANIMALS TO BE SICK…which is a huge corporate plus…who are these people in the audience? He said industry specialists..mama mia…
    .God bless n

  • dont think all carbs, fats, proteins, alcohols r calorimetrically equivalent as he saiud. they can very in small ways, and many times people have different digestibilities for certain nutrients!! celiacs, lactose intolerance etc…

  • A big issue with weightloss is most of us (myself included) want a pill or diet trick that makes it quick and easy. The question we should probably ask ourselves is what are we willing to sacrifice to achieve our goals? Removing the temptation foods from the house is a simple but effective strategy.

  • I am not a medical student, so unfortunately I cannot confirm, nor deny the helpfulness of these videos in that regard, but. It has been very interesting, and has helped me sleep. Keep it up doc. You da best!

  • Hi, I’m a new subscriber to your channel and have been looking at your videos and so far I am finding them very useful and informative. I’m currently going through some lifestyle and dietary changes to help with health issues I have so I think you’re videos are going to be great reinforcement for that. I also love the free download and am looking forward to checking out your blog and other videos. Thanks Meghan

  • This is the 2nd video I’ve watched of yours and now I have you on the big screen in the living room sacrificing all dignity because my family is laughing at me because of how tearfully hopeful and excited I am because I found you! Thank you so so much for sharing your life! You have seriously changed my life and have given hope. Thank you!

  • I find it easier to accept knowledge about nutrition from people who practice what they preach AND look healthy, fit and strong for their age. Furthermore, a litttle energy and ‘life’ wouldn’t go amiss. My own personal experience is that LCHF diet make lean, strong, healthy and fit. Carbohydrates and industrial oils in any significant amounts damage my health.

  • The dairy and meat industry have funded recommendations from the start. Why is dairy a food group…how much are they paying for that? They have alternate sources for the nutrients on the list under DAIRY but it’s still the named food group.

  • Eat foods with no manipulation, as we were intended to eat before food became MANUFACTURED for profit.
Ever heard of the book WHEAT BELLY? or the book UNDOCTORED?
I m not on board with this man’s “nutrition” lesson.

  • I feel this. Respect to you for helping your brother while on crutches. I’m in the exact same position as you now, in a moon boot and crutches and I don’t know how you did it… I can’t even pour myself cold drink and carry it to my room

  • I really appreciate how you discussed labels. Often times you get YouTubers who only talk about how a product had ”90 calories!” but skim past the part where it’s actually really horrible for you considering the ingredients. It creates an unhealthy mindset of low is good and as long as it’s below 100 cals who cares what company puts in it? Great video, very informative and honest!

  • No if I have a choice of paying a little more and knowing they used mint to keep the bugs off of my food I will. Or I can pay less have them using nerve damaging toxins to kill the bugs including the honey bees that feed off of the ” weeds “. I will take the organic any day. We have become stupid and egotistical enough to believe we no longer need the food chain we can just make it in a lab and grow it in a fake plastic garden. We can kill the tree lines to out up yet another Starbucks just to leave it empty in a few years one day we will be breathing out of tanks it’s about as stupid and far fetched as we will one day be drinking water from a bottle and paying for it. It’s all about our way we look at our world around us and some time more often then not the way we DONT look at it at all. Stop drinking out of a bottle once and throwing it away. Get a metal straw and a metal glass and there you go less mess for the world to process like a drunks liver. And as for eating I don’t think any one knows really I will tell you I tried salads all day and was told hey you have to have meat protein or your going to go into renal failure like I did. So even though it was helping me loose weight I quite and it all came back. I went on a big but kick. It worked well but then herd there was mercury in walnuts so that stopped even though I felt sharper mentally on them. So what do you do. Eat what you feel best eating and at least do some crunches and planks a few times a day and get some sun for vitamin D watch that milk it will make you constipated but yard work in the sun for 20 or 30 minutes or oh no an hour won’t. Shoot for logic it works every time. Our government has been working on population control for many years now threw street drugs and food and water sources GMO falls into that poison and baby powder and shit food and bad water and smog is do to over population we are padding the corners because all lives matter when all we are doing is proving that Earthes life matters less.

  • I guess you could say obesity is genetic. Our genes don’t allow us to eat unlimited fructose and “healthy whole grains” without consequence.

  • Stopped watching when he said cholesterol has calories and is part of the total fat on the nutrition facts label. Cholesterol is a “sterol” and the body cannot derive any energy from it, therefore it has no calories.

  • Yes organic food is much BETTER FOR YOU. nothing controversial about cutting out gmos and pesticides+insecticides. SHheesh, objective?

  • They laughed when i told them i was planing to lose weight with just using Fenoboci Diet Plan, but after i showed these people incredible results after i used it they are begging me to tell them about it. Of course i won’t tell them the detail about this diet plan, hahaha

  • Anyone tried the Fenoboci Diet Plan? I’ve heard many incredible things about it and my sister lost a ton of weight with Fenoboci Diet Plan (look on google search engine).

  • My mom doesn’t understand that when I began to workout daily, that I cannot JUST workout and expect weight loss. She buys so much junk and it’s so annoying but I go for it anyways because my willpower is weak on a regular basis. When my mom tries to eat healthy, she just puts it out there to us and eats a salad for lunch every day for about a week. Then once the lettuce is gone, she gives up. Eating clean is basically the same as Drinking water, you can’t finish a water bottle and decide to stop drinking water, it makes no sense.

  • eggs, fish, red meat, and milk are not healthy proteins. It’s funny how these people never talk about the heart disease related to these products. Studies show diary in moderation at a young age increases on chance of developing cancer. Heart disease and so called healthy fat from cheese clogs the arteries.

  • Recently, my cousin feld that she was not thin enough and began to go on a diet to lose weight. Yestody, my sister said she wanted to lose weight, either. Girls are all alike. All they want to lose weight.

  • When considering eating healthy, you must try not to fall victim to modern day fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your every day nutritional intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short period of time and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should check out Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine as it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • If everybody would not eat proceed foods, then nothing of this would matter. Then we would have enough micronutrients and no other artificial shit.

  • Thanks Luke..I did that..something so simple & yet so effective..I didn’t even consider myself to be overweight & was certainly nowhere near clinically obese but I’ve still man as he’d to lose 2 stone in weight somehow..from somewhere..maybe I’m dying..lol

  • This video has good information, but I’m confused about the best diet plan that I need to use, only because I have never used any. Anybody tried the Fenoboci Diet Plan? I’ve noticed several people mention amazing things about Fenoboci Diet Plan.

  • I wish it didn’t end saying it’s for kids, because I feel adults need to not feel patronised needing this information. Because it simply isn’t common knowledge. But overall, fantastic presentation

  • Great video. The visual stuff is clearer to me, but explanation of why and how would probably be enjoyable as well. Doesn’t make your job easier, you are good at it though.

  • I’ve got a question
so yesterday i found cat on the streets so i tried to feed her some cookies and she accidentally bit my finger. I don’t really know if that cat had a rabies or other disease. what should i do?

  • Great video. The visual stuff is clearer to me, but explanation of why and how would probably be enjoyable as well. Doesn’t make your job easier, you are good at it though.

  • Thank you Megan for your great tips! I always feel so calm when I am watching you! Makes me believe I can make these lifestyle changes. Please keep doing what you are doing and sharing your recipes!

  • Great way! I can confirm, fist thing I started (after finishing junk food, hihi) to change is the list I made before going to the store!

  • This is the most efficient weight loss guidebook that I’ve ever come across. I have dropped 8.5 pounds. I wish I could have googled about “fizy unique plan” (Google it) just before with out wasting my time on some other products.

  • This is a thoroughly useless video. The Suit has a diploma, giving a speech of doublespeak. Utterly aimless pseudo intellectual doublespeak.

  • Recently, my cousin feld that she was not thin enough and began to go on a diet to lose weight. Yestody, my sister said she wanted to lose weight, either. Girls are all alike. All they want to lose weight.

  • Great stuff! I love the trivia about the thirteenth cranial nerve. That’s typically what I find interesting!
Thanks for your work. I hope you’re well.

  • I am still a high school student learning about the cranial nerves. Now with the crisis, we put way less time in biology. This series has helped me a lot with understanding the topic. Thank you!
