  • oh please. i drink 2 liters of soda daily combined with 1 or 2 energy drinks for last ten years and im 5’10” 155 lbs. So clearly their data is skewed.

  • A few seconds in and I’m confused. He keeps referring to diet drinks as… sweet… tasty…. ewww… diet drinks are foul and chemical tasting. Artificial sweeteners don’t count as sweet to me. I don’t understand how anyone can drink them…

  • Later studies have shown that artificial sweeteners do not cause an insulin response so how does this fit in with diet sodas causing insulin stimulation in the pancreas?

  • I’m not sure but,if anyone else needs to find out about can sugar free gum cause stomach problems? try Jayceren Fat Result Method (should be on google have a look )? Ive heard some super things about it and my colleague got excellent success with it.

  • Fluoride? Not a good thing to be recommending any more. Why did you here? Now I’m prone to questioning your researchers validity please care more

  • only drink water…. learn from my personal experiment… drinking 12 ozs a day will give you type 2 in 2 years…. 100% Guaranteed

  • I disagree with your advice that drinking sodas and diet sodas in moderation is ok. Most people are creatures of habit, so “moderation” is bad advice to the vast majority of humans. Even if someone is capable of drinking soda rarely, it’s like saying “poison in moderation is ok.” While you might not notice the negative effects of sodas and diet sodas immediately in smaller amounts, that doesn’t mean they are harmless in moderation.

  • I only drink rootbeer cuz its so good. I crave it because I must crave the sugar. I’m going to try to only have some on the weekends to cut down its a good idea. Then maybe after a while cut it out completely.

  • Soda taste so fucking good but I leave that shit for the weekends only. And that’s if I feel like I want some. Glad I’m finding out how bad it is for you at a young age

  • Cheers for the Video! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you researched Dinanlinson Shrinking Body Approach (probably on Google)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for discovering a weird waist slimming water to lose belly fat without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my close friend Aubrey after a lifetime of fighting got cool results with it.

  • I was only on 1300 cal a day, but drinking up to 12 or more sugar-free Cokes a day /alt with caffiene free… but cldnt lose weight. Took me 3 yrs to give up coke but once I did my weight fell off tho I ate more.. weird..

  • @multihappydayz
Wow, seriously? Read a nutrition book. You are painfully uninformed. Salt causes water retention. Drinking water causes urination and sweat; nothing else.

  • Winner of a video, I have been researching “keys to bulking up” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Senictoria Bulking Paradise (just google it )? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my m8 got cool results with it.

  • hi everyone,if anyone else is searching for is it bad to chew gum on an empty stomach? try Jayceren Fat Result Method (search on google )? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate got great results with it.

  • all this talk of soda is making me thirsty… pass me a coke… no, better yet, what ever happened to Jolt cola? I gotta get me some of that!

  • This video is bs I lost 80 pounds with diet soda. No plain water. Granted, I got inflammation, but everyone is different and not sure if it’s the soda that’s the cause. Also I’m not diabetic I believe. Just tested my blood. If it’s right, I either reversed in when I did low carb, or I’m a crazy person that can eat more sugar than 5 diabetics combined and live to tell the tale lol. But yeah I’m sure water would be better, but for weight loss I did fine

  • Used to drink 8 to 11 diet Cokes a day, damaged my teeth, upset my stomach, and didn’t sleep well… even tho I drank caffiene free after 2pm! Rotten cancer causing stuff..Great 4 cleaning yr BBQ, toilet..they use it to clean CAR accident sites, blood off road. It’s a corrosive like acid

  • I drink on average 10 Diet Coke’s a week. Honestly, though, EVERYTHING is bad for you if you overdo it. All things in moderation, people.

  • You’ll get more shut eye
    Your heart will thank you
    Your skin will thank you
    Everyone will love your smile
    Your hair might get healthier
    You could lose weight
    You will crave less sugar
Your sense of taste may strength
    Initially,you might feel irritable
    You may crave carbonation
    Your immune system may improve
    You might miss the flavor
You could boost your brain health
    Your bladder will thank you
    You might just live longer
    You’ll probably feel better

  • Knock off the mindless hipster b.s. Unless they’re medically contraindicated, sodas drunk in moderation are harmless. None of the lifelong Coca-Cola drinkers I know have any of the problems listed.

Worry about the gallons of wine you jerks guzzle every week instead.

And get rid of that awful script reader. Her voice is like fingernails on a chalkboard.

  • I get why they would try to put a law and limited oz on beverages, but thats the persons right to choose whether to be healthy or drink freely which it practicaly taking one of our rights away even though we could still buy two drink with the law in order.

  • The tooth decay, at least, will be a result of regular soda too.

On the bright side, you can’t store fat from energy consumed while drinking diet soda, if you don’t eat anything while drinking it.

  • If your trying to loose weight Diet Coke or stuff like sugar free gum is great. As long as your getting active and burning calories. Stuff like Diet Coke is good to satisfy your cravings. It was one of my tricks when I was loosing weight.

  • Forget the insulin stuff…i heard claims regular drinking of diet soda can cause brain cancer…the video didn’t mention those claims. Maybe its another myth…i love diet soda especially coke zero….regular sugary stuff and drinks makes me sick and dizzy..my tolerance for actual sugar is very low..i find diet drinks satisfying without the harmful or nauseating feelings real sugary drinks give me.

  • I’m not american, but nowadays when it comes to “Soda” the whole world seems to lost control about it, you find soda in everywhere, anytime or event. The first drink that they see is Soda to any occasion instead of a natural juice and it is becoming very dangerous because you see kids drinking it every day and their parents don’t say anything.

  • I noticed that the light orangelemonade in the glass releases tiny bubbles from carbondioxide and it sounded like a tiny schoolbell ringing in the glass, perhaps it is a wake up call.

  • I still say aspartame is addictive. I don’t even like cola, let alone diet cola, but if i stop chewing sugar free gum for more than a week I get this horrible craving for it. Drink half and then can’t stomach the rest.

  • Diet Soda was my vise. I drank caffeine free Diet Soda Morning, Noon and Night. I stopped drinking caffeine free Diet Soda about 2 years ago, I now Lost my taste for it. I drink lots of water and/orgar free seltzer. I have not lost 1 pound. I do not over eat, but I have not lost 1 pound, so I don’t believe it.

  • I haven’t really drink pop for so much years since i think i stop drinking pop at 13 years old, i honestly agree they sure ain’t good for anyone
    To have in my opinion.
