  • Nice Video clip! Forgive me for butting in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you heard about Dinanlinson Amazing Look Approach (search on google)? It is a good one off product for learning how to quickly lose weight minus the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my best friend Jordan after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical results with it.

  • IF may work for some, not for others. But it did work for me! Lost 22lbs in 6 weeks! With less calorie intake, paired with regular (tho not so intent) workout, I guess it would definitely work for anyone

  • Calming and humble doctor! I also agree that eating throughout the whole day is not something that our bodies are made for. I have my first meal of the day at 3:30 and my last at 8:30. A lunch and a dinner and a snack in between.

  • I’ve been doing a 16 to 19 hour daily fast since September, 2019. In addition to positive results mentioned in the video I experience a dramatic uptick in energy during morning hours that continues until I eat (usually between 11 am and 2 pm). This may be due to caffeine (I drink black coffee half-caff in the morning, switch to full-caff after I eat then decaf around 3-4 pm). It is a very good feeling feeling. Interestingly, my body now interprets hunger in a not unpleasant way it is something I look forward to. I think you have to experience it directly to understand. I encourage anyone who wants to try this out to do so and see if it works for you!

It is an awesome one off guide for learning how to quickly lose weight minus the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my best friend Jordan got great success with it.

  • Been doing the fasting for around a year and I feel awesome. first I lost a little bit of muscle but then it stopped and I started loosing Fat <3

  • Starvation mode is not a myth. It is very real. However what they’re discussing here is fasting and that is totally different. Your body goes into starvation mode when you go and use a caloric deficit-based diet while still eating multiple times a day. Your body never receives enough calories to maintain its metabolic rate. at that point your body starts to store fat by lowering the metabolic rate because it’s not sure when you are going to have another substantial meal. All the while you’re continuing to put some food and calories into your body so that is what gets burned for energy. Fasting you’re putting no food in the body so your body via hormonal changes after some time enters fat burn mode in order to maintain the metabolic rate. Two very different things that neither one of these doctors clarified on this particular video.

  • I been doing 18-21 hours fast for over 1.5 years, average it 25 fasts per month, being a Muslim that does Ramadan fasting also, I found my energy and living functions has been much better compared to when I not fasted in the past, in the gym I’m training much better, getting better muscle form and tone, sleep is deeper, I can go on n on but I feel I eat more ‘ethically’(less gluttonous) we forget that all fast food and junk food industries want you to eat excessive amount of sugar and junk everyday so destroy your body and mind and further more be fed into the pharmaceutical industry that’ll give poisonous ointment to make you ‘better’, eat healthy! Live healthy! just remember one old thing, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!

  • Growing up I hated breakfast, my mom would have to force feed me cereal or toast cause she thought I would starve until lunch, I always had a natural inclination to eat my first meal around noon. I would then eat another meal after school and a snack before bed. Even though the foods I ate were mostly carbs I still felt better. It wasn’t until University when I began to have a bagel and coffee every morning and I got acne, gained 20 pounds and felt tired all the time. Breakfast isn’t natural, it’s something sold to us by companies and commercials.

  • Intermittent fasting, if done right, does not restrict calories. It is a nutrition plan. I do the 16:8 to 18:6 plan. I eat between 1PM to 7:00-8:00PM. I eat highly nutrient dense foods 3-4 times during the window. I eat about 1,500 to 1,600 calories. I eat the same first meal each day, except I add 3 slices of high quality bacon every other day. My last meal is always a mixed green salad with olive oil, zucchini, asparagus, kale, tomato with a lean protein. I strength train in the morning and I do cardio in the early evening. Every couple weeks I fast for 24 hours to 36 hours. The body is not designed to graze all day and night.

  • I’ve lost alot of weight from intermittent fasting. I’m a mechanic not a doctor but the main points I’ve learned from my personal research is intermittent fasting causes an increased production of Bile from the Liver. Bile helps with digestion by breaking down fats. The More bile the more the pancreas also produces enzymes for digestion. Thats why bowel movements are intense, smelly and oily. High bile production leads to water loss in the body. If not properly hydrated headaches can occur. Also fasting reduces insulin resulting in your body burning fat instead of storing it. Adding apple cider Vinegar and green tea to the fast enhances this process significantly.

  • I’ve been doing the 16/8 now (in my 3rd week)and have lost 8 lbs. The key is also getting sufficient rest and exercise and eating normal portions of food, steer clear of sugary foods. I have my one night to Indulge which is Sunday. This method works best for me because I have tried so many different ways and I have always found myself back into eating poorly and regaining that weight again. Down over 11 lbs in less than a month as of today.

  • You literally eat breakfast whenever you break your fast. Be it at 8 am, 1 pm, or 6 pm. If it’s your first meal of the day, it’s breakfast.

  • What A load of crap! It’s calories in versus calories out. It doesn’t matter when you eat, if you are in a calorie deficit you will lose weight. If you are in A calorie surplus you will get fat!
    I don’t know why people make it so complicated����‍♂️!

  • Keep insulin low (cut sugar, refined carbs, soda,junk food,) fast every now and then, try low carb diet and high fat and you will lose weight.

  • Intermittent fasting when you are not in ketosis would be a disaster – it would set off sugar cravings and intense hunger. Running your body/self on glucose requires many refills all day long.   • I do intermittent fasting but my eating window is 9-2. Most people do an evening eating window but I find I make better food decisions in the morning

  • This sounds great! My stomach feels better when I eat less on certain day. I also like the Ketogenic diet, but I don’t go crazy on the fat like butter, so I use less fat like only little bit of olive oil. I try use as little fat as possible without sacrificing the taste; using less fat really helps my stomach feel better. I think it’s easier on the digestion.

  • At the end of the day it’s all about calories. Regardless of time of day. Be in a caloric deficit and you’ll lose weight, trust me I know I went from 195 to 155 in 5 months. Just from eating less basically. Forget all the cutting carbs and fat garbage. When you cut carbs and fat your cutting calories technically.

  • It’s better if we ensure everyone has access to healthy food, alongside clean water and affordable housing. Intermittent fasting is just another form of disordered eating.
