  • Dear ex-Apple company employees, Thank you for seeing, that your company did act in a here dear friends really words fail me in describing the behavior of your ex-company towards me ok that you are not just nuts in a huge ugly machine but have some that universal human quality called conscience. I promise you with my brains that i will try to protect you ifrom a company which has behaved ltowards me ike a evil devil I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IS A COLLECTIVE OF EX-INDIVIDUALS. Thank you again for listening.

  • I cook all my chicken in coconut oil. Super healthy here at my house. On a mission to lose fat and get healthy. I sprinkle raw unsweetened coconut flakes in my salads.

  • I don’t avoid apples with a bruise. You just need to cut the bruise off and eat the rest. It’s still good, and throwing it away would be wasteful.

  • I’m not going to avoid better tasting, higher quality apples simply because they have a marginally lower concentration of antioxidants. Beyond being good for you, what our food tastes like is still important. All the apples at the top are mealy and taste wretched.

  • Bruh I land on the houses on top of pleasant and I didint know there was apple spawns. Time to use my landing spot knowledge imma be getting free kills

  • There is a another factor that I wonder was considered in that study.  Apples sold in your typical grocery store could be up to 1 year old.  When harvested, they are sprayed with something that prevents them from releasing some kind of gas that makes they ripen, and then they are stored in a cold place.  When you buy them, who knows how old they are and how much nutrients have been lost as a result.

  • Below is the only way I ever eat apples because I don’t really like them that much but…………
2 Honey Crisp apples with some sharp cheese and crackers is my favorite lunch,
with Guldens’ spicey mustard and a glass of chablis or zinfandel.
But I am flexible on the variety of apple and the brand of crackers.
I slice the apples into thin sections before I begin.
This is my lunch 2-3 times a week.
It surprises me sometimes how much the taste of one fruit or vegetable
can be enhanced by what other things you eat them with.

  • But really, any Apple is more healthy than lots of other foods. So I see us getting overly obsessive about food choices. Any Apple over potato chips, crackers, cereal would be best unless you needed a dense calorie boost more than antioxidants at the moment. It’s all relative to what you just ate and what you are planning to eat after.

  • It is true that you cannot buy crabapples in the grocery store (yet). However, some varieties are exceedingly delicious. And they can usually be picked for free. My neighbor has a crabapple tree with tasty, cold-hardy fruit. I enjoy its nutritious and tangy flesh (tastes like a cross between tamarind and Rosehip) from November through early March!

    Go for number one!:)

  • #freefortnite rip mobile I am also mobile I hope we can get through this and epic and Apple with solve it soon before the new update

  • Sigh… red delicious is one I won’t buy, because (frankly) I find it tasteless. I would only eat it cooked, to make it more palatable and I suspect the antioxidants don’t survive the process.

  • scrape the skin to cheack if its a waxed apple..
most apples are unless organic..peel it n avoid the wax at all costs!
nd also the seeds..ur better off dat cyanide even in likke negiligible amount!happy eating!cheeres!

  • I love apples but I was instructed to peal the skin, because allegadly apples are heavily sprayed with pesticides and although there’s a great amount of vitamins in the skin, if the apples are not organic the damage is greater than the benifit. What’s your opinion on that?

  • Is it true that apple most accounts don’t work because my mobile account actually works…

Still a bit more laggy than before but works…

  • That’s accurate. We do our research. That’s a per person average. We’re sure there are some folks out there who eat way less than that, and some that eat way more. But when you think that there are actually some people who eat an apple a day, and there are about 6 apples in a pound, they’re eating 60 pounds of apples a year.

  • We use quite a few sources for each episode. We read a lot of articles from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition and the National Institute of Health. • No wonder, crabapples consist half of the core with seeds only. They tend to be as tiny as cherries.
You get way more skin, hence way more surface area for the same amount of grams in crabapple then from any other variety.
Also crabapples weren’t bred for calorie density, sugar content, look, size, etc.
So a higher phenolic content really isn’t a surprise.

  • Thanks, great information, I’ve caught the springtime planting bug, I now have a Gala, McIntosh and Fugi tree in my yard.  Looking forward to regularity!
