  • Did you know frozen vegetables unlike frozen fruit are not ready to eat, they need another kill step. Eating frozen veggies without cooking them can cause listeria and other bacterial infections, it’s sad you and other food bloggers like weeliciois don’t do basic research before telling women, potentially pregnant or immune compromised, to consume frozen uncooked veggies.

  • Chocolate Almond milk a scoop of BN unflavored protein powder handful of spinach handful of kale tbsp honey tbsp milled flax seed tbsp wheat germ tbsp of Hersheys cocoa tbsp of peanut butter dash of cinnamon. If I leave out the veggies I use a banana.

  • If u want to add some greens just steam some zucchini and freeze it! U can’t taste it and it adds a nice texture to the smoothie

  • I tried the first recipe. Omg it tastes really good. I hate drinking protein shake, but this is like a bomb. Thank you for sharing

  • Hi Robin thanks for posting this video on the smoothie I’m sippin it now as we speak and I love it great video thank you very much
    Ken

  • you can use frozen cauliflower to add creaminess instead of a banana! plus its good nutrients and very low sugar and net carbs:) i also use frozen broccoli sometimes (sounds nasty but you cant taste it)

  • U said add something that sounded like cheacy or something like that which i have never heard of. What’s the correct spelling and will my local store have it? Thank u!

  • Your so frickin cute! And thank u so so much I am fighting diabetes and I crave a sweet treat so this is perfect!!! Again ty I Waz getting so bummed out and this gave me some hope!!

  • hey nearly the same i make……. at least the chia banana……. and blueberry…. but i use milkalmond and normal and no water……… no spiceys but……vanille proteins.(for more protein).. and alga powder…(for more minerals) the nuts is a nice idea……u can also add wheat germ.. or ricemilk soya…… i mostly mix to milks and look that one of it is sweet. and the good its really yummy… ps almond and cashwe are close only different big one almond got more calcium iron and zink… and cashew more magnesium

  • I do that every other day with the water, just like you, but instead of ice I also use a frozen banana…. Just peel a few ripe nana”s stick in bag, then in freezer, take one out when ready….# just sayin.. have a nice day…

  • Exactly what I do, except no ice cubes, just peel nana and put in freezer with berries in separate bag, and it works way better,……..

  • looks so yum! workout routines please:) and omg I’m so nervous i need to know if u put the pit of the medjool date in the smoothie lollllll those things are basically rocks

  • I make a similar smoothie, but I omit the cashews and chia seeds. Instead, I use rolled oats, almond butter, flaxseeds and almond milk. Creamy and delicious!!

  • Wow! Haven’t thought to put nuts in a smoothie, yet I guess I’ve put almond butter in one in the past! And, I totally need a vitamix. My Magic Bullet is not nearly as powerful! I make a similar smoothie, but instead of cashews, I add frozen peaches and raw kale! Yummy. Bananas make all smoothies good!

  • Your “ride or die” protein shakes are now my “ride or dies” too! soooooooo good! My favs I have found on YouTube by far. You were the reason I started using Cacao! Can’t wait to try these.❤️

  • When I construct my blueberry smoothies: I use 1 cup soy milk. 1 ripe banana. 1 cup frozen blueberries & tbl.spoon of honey. Almost similar to you’re recipe minus the seeds. I would like to start adding cinnamon for an extra kick. Unfortunately I have to omit the seeds because of an aging diverticulitis issue. That won’t make or break the recipe will it? You say you use a handful of raw unsalted cashews? I can handle that, if they’re ground right. Thanx…
