Supplement Plans On a Budget $1 and $2 a Day — Tiger Fitness. Maximize your spending and get the most muscle building impact by using these efficient, cost-saving supplement plans. Maximize your spending and get the most muscle building impact by using these efficient, cost-saving supplement plans. MTS Clash Back In Stock | CLICK HERE. It’s an interesting conundrum, that eating $1-2 meals often requires up-front investments that might be beyond one’s means if actually on SNAP benefits ($4/person/day). It’s something that Leann Brown’s awesome recipe book “Good and Cheap” addresses – how to build pantry items over time on such a tight budget.

Sauté two sliced chicken sausages in 1 tablespoon of oil ($2.50) until browned, then set aside, leaving excess oil in the pan. To the pan add one-half sliced onion and one sliced bell pepper ($1.50), and sauté until soft. Add the sausage to the pan and toss to combine, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Day 12 Total: $7.30. If you keep the first two meals of the day around $0.50 a pop, you can spend $2 a pop on ingredients for the evening meal and still keep the daily average at $1 a meal. Since you can actually make a pretty good breakfast for $0.50 (and a passable lunch, too), it ends up working out quite well.

The point isn’t to live off $1 a day. The point is to live a healthy lifestyle. Food plans come down to only 2 things: Lifestyle and Money. If you have no or little money, you are almost forced to spend very little on food such as $1 a day.

The government spent $4.1 trillion in all of 2018 and $4.45 trillion in 2019, according to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) and Office of Management and Budget. Tomato-Basil Soup Recipe Cost per serving: $1.88 Healthy benefit: Low-sodium chicken broth and no-salt-added tomatoes make this soup better for your heart than the store-bought kind. Money-saving tip: OK, we cheated on this one. Since fresh basil accounts for more than half the cost, we substituted 1/2 teaspoon dried basil instead.

Meeting your daily nutritional needs to pack on muscle size and strength might seem like a daunting task if you’re on a tighter budget. Fortunately, putting together a healthy and well-rounded “cheap” bodybuilding diet is perfectly possible as long as you plan things out properly. Rhode Island House Democrats hope to plug a projected $235-million year-end budget hole opened up by the COVID-19 crisis with a raid on the state’ rainy day fund and more than $1 billion in additional federal spending. On Monday, they unveiled an $11.8 billion budget rewrite for the fiscal year ending in two weeks (June 30,) that would spend $1.8 billion more than they approved for the year.

Sample Meal Plan for a Bodybuilder. LowCarbAlpha. Bodybuilding Meal Plan For Beginners Typical meals to eat on a day of bodybuilding. Meal 1: Breakfast (8 a.m.) 2 Boiled Eggs and 1 Banana.

A lot of people are rushed for time in the morning.

  • Great documentary! I saw this on Amazon a couple of years ago so it’s great to see it again on Youtube. Any other projects for the future with Immagine productions?

  • ENOUGH OF THIS CRAP
ABOUT ALL THESE HIDDEN THINGS ON THE BACK OF
    THE PRESENT $2 BILL
    BRING BACK THE DESIGN FROM
    THE 1950s OR THE JEFFERSON
    MEMORIAL ON THE POTOMAC…
    JEFFREY SIMON….BOSTON

  • A great documentary and a lot of historical and current research. Here in the Philippines a local moneychanger gets two dollar notes from time to time and I convert my pesos to get these. I quite have a stack now for gifts.:)

  • I love the $2 bill, so much so, that I collected every modern $2 bill since 1928 (even the 1982-B). I also have a 1917 along with a 1899. I’m looking out for 1891 treasury note but it’s hard to find without taking out a second mortgage.

  • Fantastic job! Funny and informative. I really enjoyed this delve into two-mismatics. I’ve got some friends who I think will, two.

  • Will miss you Tara! Get your R and R and come back refreshed! As far as Mike and son hosting the show, could you have simple car care videos for us older women?

  • Tawra, I’ll miss you, but I totally understand. I teach full-time with fibromyalgia and CFS and I sleep almost 24 hours a day for the first few days of every holiday. I hope that you really rest and take care of yourself. I love it when your mother shares her wisdom. She is truly an amazing woman. The shows with Mike and the boys cooking are great, too. I think it would also be great to hear about Mike’s faith and life lessons. And PLEASE don’t take any nasty comments personally. I think you are FABULOUS! I love how down to earth and real you are. You have a lovely sense of humour and matter of fact way of speaking that I treasure. Please know how much you are appreciated!

  • I have only seen 1 $2 At my job and we put it under neath the tray with $100 and $50 bills we have slots but the 5th has to be used for stamps.

  • I heard that other countries that use the US dollar as their local currency such as Ecuador and El Salvador aren’t given one dollar bills anymore just one dollar coins, so businesses have started giving two dollar bills as change.

  • Tawra, i know from your other videos, you guys are rocking it being frugal in all areas of your life. I think if you did a once a week talk show, you could do topics like: decision making for used cars, garage sales, thrift store tips, how to repair clothing, etc.

  • First of all, hi from California! Enjoy your time off, we all need a break. I’m retired and don’t know how I had time to do everything while I was working, because there is never a shortage of stuff that needs attention. Take care, and God bless.

  • The Euro doesn’t have a $1 or $2 bill, they have $1 and $2 coins. So you windup getting weighed down all day carrying all that change. I don’t know why they do this.

  • oh man, I got stuck out shopping last night and missed the live:( you are very welcome! hope you enjoy it all! rest and relax on your break…you guys will be missed:) see ya soon!!!! p.s-I was saved in February too!!! February 16th 1991:)

  • Such an interesting video. I had no idea we needed that much potassium a day. I haven’t added electrolytes yet but someone told me I probably wasn’t getting enough sodium cause I have headaches all the time so I started looking into it this week.

  • Imagine This Would’ve Happened in 21st Century after YouTube came, take a loan, travel the world, different cities everyday, different countries every week and Post it on instagram and make Travel Vlogs on YouTube, Earn Even more money, Pay Back loans, become Famous and Rich

  • I am not getting the electrolytes I need this is why I feel like crap all the time. I could use this product to get on track. Thanks for the chance to win.

  • I spent a $2 bill at Little Caesers the other day and the dude just stared at me for a few seconds and then went to his co workers about how he had just received very valuable money. I was laughing really hard then I pulled up on my phone to show him they were still made and not rare. He was extremely disappointed after that but still glad he had $2 to buy it with.

  • Very well-made documentary! Like the two dollar bill, it’s a definite keeper. I was sent the link by a friend who’s listed in the “Special Thanks To” section of the credits, and I’ll be forwarding it to others.

  • I know this is your income, but your health and well being are paramount. Go on if you feel it, but don’t fret if you’re absent for a while. Just like tv networks, scarcity makes them want you more. Take care, all of you and best wishes for a happy and healthy new year for you all.

  • AA are morons.. All they had to do is to do the unlimited pass but on a yearly membership fee. maybe even offer it on economy plus for us Plebs too, continegent on availability.

  • Great documentary. Very well done! Extremely informative. I definitely learned some more facts about the $2 dollar bill. Interesting how Hornady gifts them as a bonus. That’s my favorite brand of ammo! I absolutely love the $2 bill!!! Going to revisit the documentary again early tomorrow morning. Thanks very much for producing it.

  • American Airlines is disreputable, clearly violating their contract. It is not their customers’ faults that they made a bad business decision.

  • I was a bit sad when I read the title but then was happy again when I heard Mike and family still doing videos love ya all equally Woa 99 k subscibers.

  • I mostly spend $20 bills because if I try to spend something else I feel like an a**** because a 20 is literally just pulled out and hand it to the person we’re as if it’s like $15 and you try to pay with a 10 and a 5 you have to go find both of them and it takes longer and I feel like I’m holding up the line even though it usually takes maybe 5 seconds more

I never use coins because i feel like a bigger assholes that I do with paper money because trying to count out your change takes a long time even if it’s only probably like 30 seconds and I feel like I’m holding up the line even more

  • First time viewer! My daughter loves you guys, so I had to make a visit. Would love to find out where you got your spice holder. Making chicken soup today.

  • AA are morons.. All they had to do is to do the unlimited pass but on a yearly membership fee. maybe even offer it on economy plus for us Plebs too, continegent on availability.

  • Please keep your videos going..you help so many people. maybe you can keep your mom and people in your life to help keep the videos going.

  • Keep going Mike! It inspires me to cook from your cookbook. I love cooking what yall make and the tip and tricks Tawra gives while cooking. It gives me confidence and makes me WANT to cook (that’s a miracle) and makes me want to buy a new cookbook. I love that yall are normal joes. Thanks!

  • I finally finished watching the whole show before commenting again. I look forward to seeing your mom again and the videos that will be coming out with Mike and Dave. I wish you guys a very Merry Christmas and pray many blessings over you. I believe you will hit 100,000 subs as your New Years present. I will say that you may be there already and not know it. I was watching Melissa the homesteading momma and she said something is up with you tube as she was only around 6000 subs and overnight it jumped up to over 10,000 subs. We all know that no one is going to have 4000 people all of a sudden sub to a channel over one night. Anyway, you do have 99,000+ Subs. That is a heck of alot of people no matter how you look at it. You, your content, your family and your channel are very much appreciated. Please enjoy your break but not so much that you don’t come back, lol. Merry Christmas to you guys!

  • I love how Joe breaks it all down. Tabitha will do well on keto as it would more naturally mimic diet in the wild then commercial dog food. My cats are total carnivore, as I feed them raw diet. I did all the break down and found making my own food much cheaper, but the save in loiter. The poop less and it doesn’t stink up the house when they do. And what a healthy coat they have no more dandruff from kitties. Let us know how tabitha does.

  • It’s funny how languages work, I am Dutch but I have never heard of the term Dutch oven. We Dutch would just call that simple a pan or cookpot. hahaha.

  • My big question where do all those stamped $2 bills go I spend $2 bills all the time, and buy at least 4 to 6 straps a year yes, up to $1200 a year spending the bills.

  • You should try pureboost ultra. You can find it on amazon. It is just like zip fizz as far as vitamins and minerals, but uses stevia

  • Will miss you Tawra, but you have to take care of your health. Just listening to how busy you are makes me feel tired. I will look forward to your mom’s videos. I don’t get why you guys don’t have more views than you do. Some of these people who have so many, I just shake my head and wonder why.

  • Speaking of Scott toilet paper. Why I bought it? But never again. Love the soup. I brought home turkey bones from my sons house for my soup. (Daughter-in-law thinks I’m crazy )

  • I just told a friend about your channel ( she is digging out of debt), with you being off she will have time to watch all the older videos and be up to date on your videos when you come back!!
    Take care of yourself!
Love the show and hope you will continue with it in February! ❤️

  • My income doubled this year thanks to a career change, but that does not mean I will stop watching you! Love your videos! Stay thrifty!

  • oh man, I got stuck out shopping last night and missed the live:( you are very welcome! hope you enjoy it all! rest and relax on your break…you guys will be missed:) see ya soon!!!! p.s-I was saved in February too!!! February 16th 1991:)

  • Another valuable resource to why you can never get me to fly with these guys. No wonder why they keep getting into financial difficulties, they could never meet anyone’s standards.

  • “Adjusted for inflation”
    Yep…

Lets be fair however, even if AA terminated these contracts by abusing their power, getting 40 million dollars worth of flights for 250K is still a win.

  • Hi guys. Not that you need more to do…..just a thought….. I have been cooking gluten, dairy, and egg free for almost 20 years. I know the substitutions are easy. However, most gf people believe they are not easy. I think a gf dining on a dime cookbook would sell. I’d buy it as a gift to give bc i know young people want gf recipes. Our daughter asks, and unfortunately, most of the time, i don’t use recipes..i just throw things together. I think there’s a market for gf cook books, especially frugal ones.

  • Tawra and Mike, I’m so excited!!! My cookbook came! I can’t wait to start cooking out of it. I’ve just started watching this video so will check back in afterwards. I hate picking the bones too, lol

  • Awesome video!

Regarding zipfizz: I drink 2 a day (their packaging said not to drink more than 2 a day). I pay under $1 per serving (83 cents) from Costco ($25 for a 30 pack). You can buy any flavor you want in 30 packs online ($25). Also, the Peach-Mango flavor has maltodextrin why? Always eat my yummy avocado too.

I just ordered some magnesium and electrolyte drops from Keto Chow to try as well just came in yesterday (along with some of their other items). I’ve started taking magnesium pills at night which has relieved my night leg cramps. Hoping I can use their mag drops instead.

  • Will miss you. Make the most of it. I can totally understand that stuff has piled up on you since the court case. Don’t join the bandwagon. Love the fact your ordinary Joe’s. Feisty, honest, straightforward, decent lovely family. It’s the jokes and camaraderie and obviously so much real love. God bless xxx

  • I rarely comment, but honestly, I like the fact you’re “normal”. The outrageous type channels don’t have the staying power. I like the frugality and the cooking and all the stuff you’ve been doing. Enjoy your rest and come back soon. Deb

  • Oh wow this was one of my favorite videos from y’all!!! Love the nerdy.
I use Dr Ken Berry’s recipe for ketoade (pink salt, nu salt, liquid magnesium, stevia, lemon juice) I skip the ACV i love it! But I’d love to try the ketochow version in Zevia maybe!

  • Tawra is saying shipping starts back on January 4, does she mean February 4 the day Tawra comes back on YouTube? Enjoy and get rest Tawra! Merry Christmas to your Family including Jill!

  • Will miss you Tawra, but you have to take care of your health. Just listening to how busy you are makes me feel tired. I will look forward to your mom’s videos. I don’t get why you guys don’t have more views than you do. Some of these people who have so many, I just shake my head and wonder why.

  • Rest up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Actually you are kinda weird! That is cuz it’s a bit weird to be smart with your money these days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Completely understand..I have fibromyalgia and CFS..and currently have Bronchitis..still need to care for and Homeschool my 2 youngest..Take a break and take care of YOU. ❤️

  • Someone using a seat, that you think you could have sold for say $1000, is not the same as losing $1000. For example, they were freaking out on how much money they lost when that guy flew to London 25 times in 30 days. The airline was assuming that he would have paid if it were not for the free pass. No, they would have had 25 seats empty, they lost nothing. Very rich to assume you would have sold every seat every time.

  • I use one zipfizz and 2 servings of ultima per day along with potassium and magnesium supplements. I’m interested in the keto vitals. Also, LMNT makes a good electrolyte mix.

  • The only thing I do for electrolytes is Dr Berry’s ketorade (to which I add Redmond’s real salt, Nu-salt for potassium, and magnesium)…I’ve never figured out if I’m actually getting as many electrolytes as I need. I do occasionally have leg cramps at night. Thanks for doing all the nerdy work for us!

  • Where was this video 6 months ago when I was trying to figure this out for myself? Lol Electrolytes are so important to get right. I eat a bunch of greens, take 2 servings of KetoVitals a day, and also supplement heavily with salt. Great job with this video!

  • Can you make a short video of you pounding the table and saying get it together people!? I’m really going to miss your common sense.

  • Rest up Tawra, there’s a season for everything….. looking forward to the changes coming!! Sounds like fun.God bless! P.S, just be your fabulous selves.. forget the grocery hauls, if they are ‘ outrageous’, who needs that. LOL!!

  • I also just saw that one serving of keto chow (shake) gives you about 1500 mg potassium, 850 sodium, and 220 magnesium. I might have to start drinking those daily.

  • Well that was cute. But despite your efforts with this ”documentary” you overlooked the most important reason the $2 is always going to be in circulation. Nuclear War. Yeah, I know what your thinking. WTF? The IRS is still going to tax you after a nuclear war! The Federal Reserve noted that people don’t like using $2 bills, but were just as loath to throw them away. The IRS is still going to levy taxes on your nuclear bomb blasted property. Property taxes must be paid. Some government we have huh? In any event the Federal Reserve built Raven Rock to hold some $2 billion. This is what they expect will be needed to sustain ”the economy” (sic) for up to eighteen months. Thats the ammount of time they believe it will take before they can begin printing money again. The $2 bill is insurance for the American economy post-nuclear war. They are more likely to discontinue the $1 bill, than the $2 bill any time soon. Don’t you just love how the government thinks? The more you know.
    Peace.

Thanks!

  • I was gonna leave a like here if not the sponsors… I tried them out, same as my family and friends did. Not worth the price, doesn’t work properly and staff in unbelievably rude.

  • I think that would be amazing videos to do of Mike and Dave cooking it would encourage other men and possibly Sons to step out and attempt to do things. I have three sons and two of them do cook and their wives have reaped the benefit of them knowing what they learned while they lived at home. I think what you’re thinking is a great idea and I think Tawra taking a rest and being able to do those things that she wants to get to is a great idea. I am so excited my daughter ordered three books and she is giving me one. I think she’s keeping one for herself and not sure what she’s doing with the other one who she’s going to gift it to. Public static when the box came in all she could do is giggle because I wasn’t sure if she got it in or what you was going to do. Pretty awesome for 21 year old to do. I know when she wants to try something new I have to laugh the rule used to be go through the family cookbooks now she grabs for yours pad thank you for doing all that you do get the rest have an amazing Christmas as we celebrate the birth of a Savior and also may the Lord flood your new year with all the great things he has for you and your family. I was trying to watch your live today but it was helping out my daughter watching a almost 9 month old baby can my daughter is off helping her brother in Rochester do a project on his home except my son fell and I hope he didn’t ruin his back and his arm so if everybody could pray that would be amazing. My son has a bad back and his job is standing and also he had surgery on his one arm how does a mom to be so far away and no I can’t do much but I can do much I can pray and ask the Lord to pour out healing and restoration to his body pan. Tawra that’s what my prayers going to be for you is that the Lord will restore your body give you the strength to accomplish the things that you want to get done and also give you and Mike some much-needed time together not only with each other but with your family as well.God bless you all
I learned some new channels on this video that I did not know you had so that will be fun to watch and learn

  • Can you make a short video of you pounding the table and saying get it together people!? I’m really going to miss your common sense.

  • Whole lot of bullshit that AA would cancel their passes when it was said NO CONDITIONS applied… that means do whatever the hell you want with your pass, does it not?

  • Tawra, you need to relax and take care of yourself. Mike, you and the boys can do this! We enjoy your cooking shows too:) Do a Red Green show, Mike, from the garage!

  • Tawra..we will miss you…get lots of R&R. Looking forward to the father/son episodes. Home-improvement videos by you 2 fellows, outdoor sports, cooking by 2 fellows, and Bible study Q & A…would be great. Merry Christmas and many blessings through the new year!!!

  • I use Zipfiz and add the keto chow fasting drops for the sodium. I also make a ACV tea at night with AVC redman real salt a lemon pack and steva drops

  • thank you so much for this i REALLY appreciate it. ive looked into many items others have suggested and ive been unsure on what to invest in that would work best.

  • The airlines should be held accountable to their deals. Or refund them their money with inflation accounted for. It’s absolutely not okay.

  • My opinion on the break? What took you so long! You have been exhausted since the spring! I see you making all kinds of exceptions already… You don’t have to. Take your break and enjoy it. If you can get away for a few days and recharge… go for it. You know you can’t run at a energy deficit for a long period without getting yourself to the point where you will need a 2 month long break again. You can’t take care of others if you don’t take care of yourself first. Quit looking at comments and get on vacation already. Hahahaha

  • American Airlines is disreputable, clearly violating their contract. It is not their customers’ faults that they made a bad business decision.

  • Prerecorded or live shows really don’t make a difference to me. I watch whatever I have time for regardless as long as it’s something I want to watch at the time. Both of your content you do saving money living or soaping are both of interest to me. So you can’t continue with either or it’s no problem. It’s your life and you have to do what you have to do, it’s your channel. You have to put your family first. We will be fine. Your health and family first. God bless you and whatever is in your hearts God will make a way for it to happen. ❤️

  • Where was this video 6 months ago when I was trying to figure this out for myself? Lol Electrolytes are so important to get right. I eat a bunch of greens, take 2 servings of KetoVitals a day, and also supplement heavily with salt. Great job with this video!

  • Well done! I gave each of my nephews an ’emergency’ $2 I told them at any time in life they could bring it to me and I would swap it for a $50 bill no questions asked. They also know they can purchase their bills back for… $50. So far, one has taken advantage of it; we’ll see how it plays out in life for them!

  • bait and switch. AA we need cash; scheme… AA this is costing us money… AA we need cash you cheated the users and created fraud in buying UNLIMITED! AA put in more seats and squeeze the passengers for every penny, charge them for everything. NEVER FLY AMERICAN AIRLINES.

  • How cool, I wish I had that kind of money, I would definitely fly every weekend, and yes I would go to London for breakfast and Paris for lunch all the time, ooooh. I hope Emirates does one.

  • Every year airlines up the prices in summer for when school holidays start now they are asking us to give them money because they ran out we’ll look how the tables have turned coronavirus isn’t that bad after all

  • Even if you took out a loan that and the compaine pass would easily be worth it and the ways you could abuse it is countless. If they still had it I would get a loan skip country then call it a day.

  • Whole lot of bullshit that AA would cancel their passes when it was said NO CONDITIONS applied… that means do whatever the hell you want with your pass, does it not?

  • Even if you took out a loan that and the compaine pass would easily be worth it and the ways you could abuse it is countless. If they still had it I would get a loan skip country then call it a day.

  • Is always because one or two assholes abusing the privileges that a company may offer, and other people lose their privileges, even though are honest.

  • I haven’t been adding any extra electrolytes to my diet but Keto Chow sounds good. I would also like to try their meal replacement shakes.

  • all of America seems with is corrupt company holders, this is why ill never ever in a million years ever do anything to do with an American company

  • I know a old guy who is ridiculously wealthy from a “drugstore” you all know. He had ALL employees fly TWA and essentially screwed them by KEEPING all their miles because it was his CO paying for the tickets. I was fortunate enough to join his family on trips to certain islands. I’ve never seen a “ass kissing” anything like how this guy was treated by TWA employees. First Class ALL THE WAY. He knew all the TWA employees at the airports too. I’ve never been as drunk as I got in many of those great TWA planes.

  • I don’t like AA, but come on. Booking and cancelling is incredibly cancerous behaviour. This is literally the equivalent of entitled Karen yelling at kids working in starbucks.

  • … and yet there’s a bunch of idiots out there who still claim that if we made healthcare free, that somehow it wouldn’t have any negative consequences…

  • I had a friend who had this pass and he used it a lot. I went on many trips with him as he had the companion pass also. The thing not mentioned in the video is that these people also got advantage points at a rate of 1 1/2 points per mile as it was first class. My friend didn’t live to be really old but in about 15 years he managed to acquire 25 million advantage points, I saw the embossed card with the numbers on it that they gave him. He had a game of trying to get the most miles he could from a flight when they had special offers for so many extra points for doing more segments on a flight or more flights per month, some months he got 35 to 40 k miles. So altho he didn’t live all that long and could not leave the pass to his wife at least he left her 25 million advantage points. I also knew Jack Vroom and he got his pass back after a court fight.

  • Amazing how everyone sides with Rothstein when he clearly violated terms of the agreement. He received multiple warnings and continued to manipulate and abuse the system, essentially running a scam.

  • Tawra, enjoy your break!!! I hope you get the R&R that you need. I’ve been told to listen to your body. It tells you when you need a break. Merry Christmas to you and your family!!!

  • When you mentioned not recovering since court, it really struck home for me. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and went through a divorce in 2015 after 3 years of being separated. I was a stay at home mom. Due to the divorce(not my choice) I had to return to work. My ex pays child support, but doesn’t help raise our daughters. My youngest was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and ehlers danlos earlier this year after a year of medical tests. With the divorce, the financial fallout, emotional part of the divorce, my daughter’s illnesses and resulting medical bills, having to homeschool her due to her health issues, and my own health issues, I am exhausted and don’t feel I can catch a break. I keep praying for the resources to get the rest and restoration I crave. Please keep my daughters and me in your prayers.

  • The one MOST IMPORTANT NOTE to this entire video… that makes AA out to be the bad guy… is SECTION 12 OF THE AGREEMENT! It’s almost as if that section was intentionally NOT shown so as so keep this whole video vague. If there were TRULY “NO CONDITIONS” then there would not have been THAT MANY sections in the AGREEMENT. I would not be surprised if section 12 doesn’t SPECIFICALLY SAY that they aren’t allowed to pick up RANDOM PEOPLE or BOOK HUNDRED OF OVERLAPPING ADVANCE FLIGHTS ONLY TO CANCEL THEM MINUTES AHEAD OF TIME. Just the fact that there are MANY others still holding onto THEIR PASS shows that those two PROBABLY were actually abusing their agreement… but we may NEVER KNOW NOW.

  • XD but really, all you need is 250k and you can live the rest of your life, think about it, you can first class rooms, which to be honest much better than most houses, and the food is expensive too.

  • COME PLAY WITH ME!¡!

I got into This Same Game with American Airlines, bought the companion ticket too!

Mine are for the VIP Admirals’ Club, I have unlimited access to the first class lounges at over a thousand airports.

They keep trying to restrict them, but I haven’t lost access yet.

LAX has three clubs covering more than a hundred thousand feet.

  • Sometimes we have to take a break. We have to realize our limitations. Glad you realize you need this. I take vacations frequently from work. I get goals accomplished at home.

  • I think it’s important to mention caffeine when comparing them too. My mom has heart issues and is sensitive to caffeine, so she drinks Ultima (0 mg) instead of Zipfizz (100 mg). I’m not sure what the others contain.

  • Tawra, enjoy your break!!! I hope you get the R&R that you need. I’ve been told to listen to your body. It tells you when you need a break. Merry Christmas to you and your family!!!

  • I do sometimes have problems with electrolytes as I’m not a big salter. I try, but I do sometimes need supplements. I’ve been trying a few, but just recently saw the Keto Chow drops and wondered if I should try them. So, this is really timely for me. I really appreciate the work you put in to compile all of this information. Thanks!

  • Imagine how much money this pass would allow people to make if they just got the companion pass and then every time they were at an airport just offer someone flying alone half the price they would’ve been paying and first class passage

  • I drink salt water with ACV daily and also do Calm for Magnesium now will be looking into those electrolytes drops since want to get keto chow stuff I just priced all the stuff I want ‍♀️ I will budget this in after the holidays cause I need all this stuff thank ya’ll so much for all the time you put in to bring us great information

  • Good info! I use zip fizz periodically, calm with added potassium & iodine nightly, quality pink salt and/or redman real salt daily.:^)

  • I think it’s important to mention caffeine when comparing them too. My mom has heart issues and is sensitive to caffeine, so she drinks Ultima (0 mg) instead of Zipfizz (100 mg). I’m not sure what the others contain.

  • Great information, so thorough. I use zip fizz & my food (avocado etc) for potassium, vitamin supplement for magnesium & pink Himalayan salt for sodium.

  • That’s very interesting! I use my Zipfizz at least once a day. I also keep salt with me, I have a small container in my car and in my purse. And I add a dropperful of Magnesium to my coffee every morning. I can’t stand Gatorade or PowerAde. Thank God!

  • all of America seems with is corrupt company holders, this is why ill never ever in a million years ever do anything to do with an American company

  • I have been hiding a table spoon or two of sole water in my oced coffee in the morning. With my caramel stevia drops it tastes like salted caramel. These packets would be nice to keep around for electrolyte emergencies on the go.

  • I love my book and you are too funny about the amount of books and how sales go up during recessions. I bet you can’t stay away but you do need a break.

  • I had to pause the show after your appointment… AHHH, is this how you scream in you tube? I’m going to miss you but as I also suffer from several autoimmune disorders including the disorders that affect you I most definitely understand your need for a break. Please rest well as you need to take care of yourself! I just got my cookbook and was hoping to be able to share with you as I begin using your recipes. I will have to either save my joy or pass it through Mike to you. I also stopped the video after Mike made the comment about not being sure about making videos because of comments that were made. I don’t know what was said but Mike I think your shows are FANTASTIC so whatever was said please disregard them. I would LOVE to see shows with you and Dave! Well back to the video…

  • I have been hiding a table spoon or two of sole water in my oced coffee in the morning. With my caramel stevia drops it tastes like salted caramel. These packets would be nice to keep around for electrolyte emergencies on the go.

  • I currently use Zipfizz for my electrolytes, plus I love the added pep in my step from all the B vitamins.:) I also use Ultima, and have used Poweraide Zero in the beginning of my journey. But, I did not know about some of the ingredients, yikes! Would love to try the Keto Chow Singles. Thank you for offering this amazing giveaway, and thanks for all the information you provided in this video, it is so useful!!

  • I was a bit sad when I read the title but then was happy again when I heard Mike and family still doing videos love ya all equally Woa 99 k subscibers.

  • Potassium Citrate or Bicarbonate should be taken by people who take blood pressure medications. ‘Nu-Salt is the wrong kind = potassium chloride. FB Optimal Ketogenic Living explains it all. Recommended dosage = 4 grams Potassium Citrate/Bicarbonate to 1 gram of salt…work up slowly, yup it’s a lot.

  • Hi. I use Dr Berg’s and he has 2 flavors now. I love his powder. If you tasted it 2 years ago….I believe he has improved the taste. Thanks for taking the time for comparison.

  • I love this $2 bill. It is truly a work of art. I am using it to reward “good behavior” for my grandchildren’s learning during the Coronavirus issue. Their parents give them a grade at the end of the week pertaining to their home-schooling. I payout on a sliding scale as a function of their “grade”…they LOVE $2 bills

Hahahaha

  • I think I’m going to go to my local banks to see if they have any just so I can spend them and get weird looks. Also maybe spread it out more, but I doubt I alone spending them will spread the currency

  • I get my electrolytes by drinking Good Girl Moonshine from Trim Healthy Mama. I add potassium in the form of NoSalt. I also like to take long hot bath with Epsom salts for absorbing magnesium.

  • Ascorbic acid is not a sweetener. It’s Vitamin C.
“It can be used as a preservative in a vast array of food products, including bread, cured meats, jams and jellies, and other sauces and spreads. The Vitamin C properties of ascorbic acid make it an excellent ingredient for vitamin supplementation.”

  • NOT REALLY GETTING MY ELECTROLITES IM JUST WINGING IT SO I LOOKED ON AMAZON AND ADDED THE DROPS TO MY CART SO THANKS FOR THIS VIDEO LOVE YOU GUYS

  • That’s very interesting! I use my Zipfizz at least once a day. I also keep salt with me, I have a small container in my car and in my purse. And I add a dropperful of Magnesium to my coffee every morning. I can’t stand Gatorade or PowerAde. Thank God!

  • I’m just saying I could totally eat 4 avocados a day! All time fave food. 3 net carbs, yes please. We use Ultima every morning and zip fizz frequently when we aren’t fasting. Would love to try Keto Chow drops.

  • Great video! Love the way you broke it down by ingredients and cost per serving.

I worked in a vet clinic for 10 years and we used unflavored pedialyte for sick puppies and kittens all the time especially if their owners were unable to afford an IV and hospitalization.

  • We should read our labels. We take magnesium and potassium and we use redmonds. Thanks for the code. We were using powerade or gatorade, but we will use one of your suggestions.

  • I heard that other countries that use the US dollar as their local currency such as Ecuador and El Salvador aren’t given one dollar bills anymore just one dollar coins, so businesses have started giving two dollar bills as change.

  • I love the Fall backround, soooo beautiful. I love Fall. This review is so informative, I didn’t realize Zip Fizz had 2 carbs, yikes I like this the best. Will definitely look into the CALM for sure. I never liked Gatorade. Thank you:-)

  • Thank you for this very informative video on electrolytes. I have really learned a lot, especially that I am not getting enough!!! I have just recently starting taking salt, but not my favorite way to get it. I supplement with magnesium and potassium tablets, but not fond of that either, as I don’t feel I absorb much of it.

  • Great documentary! I saw this on Amazon a couple of years ago so it’s great to see it again on Youtube. Any other projects for the future with Immagine productions?

  • I take Dr. Berg’s electrolyte powder and I have found it tastes a bit better if you let it get cold. Thank you for all this information.

  • I remember this in the Neiman Marcus Christmas catalogue along with a scheme where you could get a pass to unlimited hotel stays ( though not first class).

  • Someone could definitely just book a flight to get into the lounge and spend ALL of their time there, even if they miss all of their flights.

  • I collect these damn things. I have, 10 and I collect them cause I thought they were so rare… I literally buy them when I see someone with it…one time I got it as change. Lol… I even paid 3bucks for one. Lol

  • The Euro doesn’t have a $1 or $2 bill, they have $1 and $2 coins. So you windup getting weighed down all day carrying all that change. I don’t know why they do this.

  • I think I’m going to go to my local banks to see if they have any just so I can spend them and get weird looks. Also maybe spread it out more, but I doubt I alone spending them will spread the currency

  • My big question where do all those stamped $2 bills go I spend $2 bills all the time, and buy at least 4 to 6 straps a year yes, up to $1200 a year spending the bills.

  • I love the Two Dollar Bill!
    My favorite denomination.
I collect the best condition, and special serial number bills as well as the star notes.
I also use them as much as I can too.
Every pay day, I get more from my bank.
Then I circulate them on my purchases.
I wish that the vending machine companies would make it possible to use the Two Dollar Bills!
That would really get the bills to circulate like One Dollar Coins!

    Peace.

  • Fantastic job! Funny and informative. I really enjoyed this delve into two-mismatics. I’ve got some friends who I think will, two.

  • I love the Two Dollar Bill!

  • American Airlines is a blight on the reputation of all airlines. Not at all surprised that they violate their own contracts. I feel sorry for their employees; if they’re willing to violate these legal agreements imagine how they treat their workers.

  • What a great documentary. My Grandmother gave my Mom a 2 dollar bill back in the 40’s the day my brother was born. She always kept it with her.

  • Speaking of Scott toilet paper. Why I bought it? But never again. Love the soup. I brought home turkey bones from my sons house for my soup. (Daughter-in-law thinks I’m crazy )

  • Great video! Thank You! I currently use keto chow drops at least once a day. I would love to try the singles. I supplement potassium with an empty gelatin capsule of NoSalt and I found I am deficient in Magnesium so I switched to a cheated (chelated lol, spell check ) Magnesium capsule daily. I tried to increase my magnesium glycinate but that gave me pyrotechnics, lol Rachel, love that phrase. Just trying to figure out what works best for me to get what I need without overdoing it.
I also have some Sweet leaf water drops that I got from Publix (Amazon too). These are a small squirt type container and are sweetened with stevia to flavor my water if I want for times when I might be sick and just want a touch of flavor. I found though that they are too sweet when they come out in a “squirt” so I put them in an old liquid stevia bottle so I can control the sweetness. Just nice to have something on hand just Incase I am not feeling well. And of course I love my Redmond’s real salt.

  • loved the documentary! t-shirt idea: use the same outline of the number 2 from the large $2 logo tops shirt and put jeffersons portrait from the $2 bill inside the outline of the 2. Id buy that!

  • I love the ZipFizz, but haven’t tried the Keto Chow drops or the KetoVitals. I may have to look into those as well. Thanks for the info.:)

  • Such an interesting video. I had no idea we needed that much potassium a day. I haven’t added electrolytes yet but someone told me I probably wasn’t getting enough sodium cause I have headaches all the time so I started looking into it this week.

  • Great video, I’m sharing it.
I use Real Salt, Dr. Berg’s, and some Trace Minerals Research Liquid Magnesium 300 Mg. I salt everything I drink.

  • Please keep your videos going..you help so many people. maybe you can keep your mom and people in your life to help keep the videos going.

  • I also just saw that one serving of keto chow (shake) gives you about 1500 mg potassium, 850 sodium, and 220 magnesium. I might have to start drinking those daily.

  • Awesome! I’ve been watching the episodes coming out on this channel, and now I have something to enjoy for like 30 times longer! Thank you! I know $2 bills aren’t especially rare or anything, but I like keeping a few of them around on me because they’re just fun to have.:)

  • I remember this in the Neiman Marcus Christmas catalogue along with a scheme where you could get a pass to unlimited hotel stays ( though not first class).

  • I got my cook book sooner than I expected. I was willing to wait, but extremely happy to get it earlier. For mother’s day I bought your cook book for my granddaughter’s mother and I bought my son’s girlfriend one for Christmas. She had thumbed through the one I got myself and thought it was an awesome cook book. She doesn’t know I got her one too.

  • I love ZipFizzz in the morning, on my way to work (45 1hr drive) and 20 drops of KC baby bottle in a “shot” of night-night juice. Okay, my “juice” is water, but I have to make it fun for me and Mocha. She gets one drop in her gravy shot.

Love that you guys use Origin for Tabs. Mocha eats “Now” out of Canada, but it lasts 3 months cause she’s inly 8.3 lbs LOL.

Thank you, both, for this great video

  • GREAT #keto video… LOVE ❤️ the 2of you I am addicted to zip fizz I only wish they would sweeten with monk fruit. Also just FYI COSTCO just started carrying the huge container of calm! Very cost efficient and you can get on line shipped for free #motheronamission approved and also Costco zip fizz is on sale right now or was 2 days ago

  • I use Zipfiz and add the keto chow fasting drops for the sodium. I also make a ACV tea at night with AVC redman real salt a lemon pack and steva drops

  • Great video! Thank You! I currently use keto chow drops at least once a day. I would love to try the singles. • I use one zipfizz and 2 servings of ultima per day along with potassium and magnesium supplements. I’m interested in the keto vitals. Also, LMNT makes a good electrolyte mix.

  • We should read our labels. We take magnesium and potassium and we use redmonds. Thanks for the code. We were using powerade or gatorade, but we will use one of your suggestions.

  • I take Dr. Berg’s electrolyte powder and I have found it tastes a bit better if you let it get cold. Thank you for all this information.

  • I was gonna leave a like here if not the sponsors… I tried them out, same as my family and friends did. Not worth the price, doesn’t work properly and staff in unbelievably rude.

  • I loved this one! As a triathlete, 2 time Ironman finisher, I definitely have to stay on top of my electrolytes! One of my previous massage therapists had told me about the calm due to the magnesium to address my nighttime cramps. I’ve tried many others, but I do love the Zip Fizz.
One interesting little tidbit…many triathlon organizers have banned Gatorade from their courses due to the high levels of sodium & not being a complete replenishment. Many athletes choose JUST to drink the Gatorade on the course, the high levels of sodium make them more thirsty, they drink more Gatorade…viscous cycle that can lead to many dangerous conditions for an athlete. It also hinders absorption of foods, which in Ironman when you’re riding a bike for 112 miles, that’s when most athletes attempt their various calorie dense bars. I always try to have my own electrolyte drink for those events, but I have run out & may sip a little of the G, but stick to my water.

Lots of great info guys, thanks!

  • I currently use zip fizz. My favorite flavors are blue raspberry and pink lemonade. I hadn’t heard of keto vitals. Interesting video. Thanks for the hard work you put into it.

Thanks!

  • Thanks for the great information. Not nerdy at all. It was great for us frugal people that want to get the best “bang” for our buck. The winner will be announced the day before my birthday. Maybe a happy birthday to me? Thanks again for your amazing videos!!!

  • I get my electrolytes by drinking Good Girl Moonshine from Trim Healthy Mama. I add potassium in the form of NoSalt. I also like to take long hot bath with Epsom salts for absorbing magnesium.

  • Awesome! I’ve been watching the episodes coming out on this channel, and now I have something to enjoy for like 30 times longer! Thank you! I know $2 bills aren’t especially rare or anything, but I like keeping a few of them around on me because they’re just fun to have.:)

  • Nothing to do with the video but had to share, my daughter (15 months old) was sitting on my lap watching the video with me and kept pointing to Joe and saying papa haha I thought is was so cute because both of her papa’s are bald! Thanks for all the info, been looking for a good way to get my electrolytes in! ❤

  • NOT REALLY GETTING MY ELECTROLITES IM JUST WINGING IT SO I LOOKED ON AMAZON AND ADDED THE DROPS TO MY CART SO THANKS FOR THIS VIDEO LOVE YOU GUYS

  • I’m just saying I could totally eat 4 avocados a day! All time fave food. 3 net carbs, yes please. We use Ultima every morning and zip fizz frequently when we aren’t fasting. Would love to try Keto Chow drops.

  • I just told a friend about your channel ( she is digging out of debt), with you being off she will have time to watch all the older videos and be up to date on your videos when you come back!!
    Take care of yourself!
Love the show and hope you will continue with it in February! ❤️

  • Just FYI, Ascorbic acid is Vitamin C. I don’t think there is any sugar in it. I use Calm, Sole water, and ACV in my Ketorade, also Ultima sticks sometimes, and Zip Fizz (though I don’t like the carbs). Thanks for the review. I really appreciate you breaking everything down!

  • With 66 people paying 250k airline got almost 15 million during such time. Airlines also always don’t go full FC. so hardly except few, most would not have made few hundred trips. Besides if these guys would have invested in stocks, it definitely would be 50 million dollars rather 4/5 million they actually would pay for seats

  • I love the Fall backround, soooo beautiful. I love Fall. This review is so informative, I didn’t realize Zip Fizz had 2 carbs, yikes I like this the best. Will definitely look into the CALM for sure. I never liked Gatorade. Thank you:-)

  • I haven’t been adding any extra electrolytes to my diet but Keto Chow sounds good. I would also like to try their meal replacement shakes.

  • Good for you Tawra, everyone needs a break and February will be here before u know it..hope u get rested and just take time for you.. Blessings to you and Mike!! See you in February. Tell your sweet momma hello and Merry Christmas..

  • thank you so much for this i REALLY appreciate it. ive looked into many items others have suggested and ive been unsure on what to invest in that would work best.

  • AA definitely messed up the contract wording but what the two top guys did obviously was wrong enough that even lawsuits could not get a judge to tell AA “you made your bed now sleep in it”. Double/speculative bookings where there was no possible way they could take the second flight, like a ticket from New York to London and then later that day from LA to New York… They were in London so no way to get on the LA to NY flight.

  • “Adjusted for inflation”
    Yep…

Lets be fair however, even if AA terminated these contracts by abusing their power, getting 40 million dollars worth of flights for 250K is still a win.

  • The airlines should be held accountable to their deals. Or refund them their money with inflation accounted for. It’s absolutely not okay.

  • Imagine how much money this pass would allow people to make if they just got the companion pass and then every time they were at an airport just offer someone flying alone half the price they would’ve been paying and first class passage

  • What a great documentary. My Grandmother gave my Mom a 2 dollar bill back in the 40’s the day my brother was born. She always kept it with her.

  • Good info! I use zip fizz periodically, calm with added potassium & iodine nightly, quality pink salt and/or redman real salt daily.:^)

  • there is no cheap t paper anymore its so expensive now has been for afew yrs now and why dont rhey have the color ones anymore because of dyes i guess who knows

Lol

  • Very well-made documentary! Like the two dollar bill, it’s a definite keeper. I was sent the link by a friend who’s listed in the “Special Thanks To” section of the credits, and I’ll be forwarding it to others.

  • Is always because one or two assholes abusing the privileges that a company may offer, and other people lose their privileges, even though are honest.

  • Tawra TAKE A BREAK AND REST!! Yes, we’ll miss you, but we like Mike & Dave, too. And we understand needing to rest. Anyone who doesn’t understand, doesn’t need to be here. Also, for the future, if you update the cookbooks with new recipes, put a little asterisk next to them in the table of contents or the index or on the recipe page so you can easily identify them.

  • I don’t like AA, but come on. Booking and cancelling is incredibly cancerous behaviour. This is literally the equivalent of entitled Karen yelling at kids working in starbucks.

  • I know this is your income, but your health and well being are paramount. Go on if you feel it, but don’t fret if you’re absent for a while. Just like tv networks, scarcity makes them want you more. Take care, all of you and best wishes for a happy and healthy new year for you all.

  • … and yet there’s a bunch of idiots out there who still claim that if we made healthcare free, that somehow it wouldn’t have any negative consequences…

  • The money claim for legal doesn’t apply. Those two would have had no problem getting a lawyer on contingency for ckear breach of contract by AA and the millions $$$ in settlement

  • American Airlines is a blight on the reputation of all airlines. Not at all surprised that they violate their own contracts. I feel sorry for their employees; if they’re willing to violate these legal agreements imagine how they treat their workers.

  • The money claim for legal doesn’t apply. Those two would have had no problem getting a lawyer on contingency for ckear breach of contract by AA and the millions $$$ in settlement

  • First of all, hi from California! Enjoy your time off, we all need a break. I’m retired and don’t know how I had time to do everything while I was working, because there is never a shortage of stuff that needs attention. Take care, and God bless.

  • Will miss you Tara! Get your R and R and come back refreshed! As far as Mike and son hosting the show, could you have simple car care videos for us older women?

  • I love the ZipFizz, but haven’t tried the Keto Chow drops or the KetoVitals. I may have to look into those as well. Thanks for the info.:)

  • Great video, I’m sharing it.
I use Real Salt, Dr. Berg’s, and some Trace Minerals Research Liquid Magnesium 300 Mg. I salt everything I drink.

  • I love your channel because you are Not outrageous. I like the fact that you are honest, down to earth, and real. I have been following you since Not Just Beans and your earliest postings. Hope you get a good rest and come back. You’re like family.

  • AA definitely messed up the contract wording but what the two top guys did obviously was wrong enough that even lawsuits could not get a judge to tell AA “you made your bed now sleep in it”. • Tawra and Mike, I’m so excited!!! My cookbook came! I can’t wait to start cooking out of it. I’ve just started watching this video so will check back in afterwards. I hate picking the bones too, lol

  • Tawra, i know from your other videos, you guys are rocking it being frugal in all areas of your life. I think if you did a once a week talk show, you could do topics like: decision making for used cars, garage sales, thrift store tips, how to repair clothing, etc.

  • My income doubled this year thanks to a career change, but that does not mean I will stop watching you! Love your videos! Stay thrifty!

  • I currently use zip fizz. My favorite flavors are blue raspberry and pink lemonade. I hadn’t heard of keto vitals. Interesting video. Thanks for the hard work you put into it.

  • Great video! Love the way you broke it down by ingredients and cost per serving.

I worked in a vet clinic for 10 years and we used unflavored pedialyte for sick puppies and kittens all the time especially if their owners were unable to afford an IV and hospitalization.

  • You should try pureboost ultra. You can find it on amazon. It is just like zip fizz as far as vitamins and minerals, but uses stevia

  • Thanks for the great information. Not nerdy at all. It was great for us frugal people that want to get the best “bang” for our buck. The winner will be announced the day before my birthday. Maybe a happy birthday to me? Thanks again for your amazing videos!!!

  • I rarely comment, but honestly, I like the fact you’re “normal”. The outrageous type channels don’t have the staying power. I like the frugality and the cooking and all the stuff you’ve been doing. Enjoy your rest and come back soon. Deb

  • It’s funny how languages work, I am Dutch but I have never heard of the term Dutch oven. We Dutch would just call that simple a pan or cookpot. hahaha.

  • I love my book and you are too funny about the amount of books and how sales go up during recessions. I bet you can’t stay away but you do need a break.

  • Tawra is saying shipping starts back on January 4, does she mean February 4 the day Tawra comes back on YouTube? Enjoy and get rest Tawra! Merry Christmas to your Family including Jill!

  • Tawra TAKE A BREAK AND REST!! Yes, we’ll miss you, but we like Mike & Dave, too. And we understand needing to rest. Anyone who doesn’t understand, doesn’t need to be here.

  • I love your channel because you are Not outrageous. I like the fact that you are honest, down to earth, and real. I have been following you since Not Just Beans and your earliest postings. Hope you get a good rest and come back. You’re like family.

  • Rest up Tawra, there’s a season for everything….. looking forward to the changes coming!! Sounds like fun.God bless! P.S, just be your fabulous selves.. forget the grocery hauls, if they are ‘ outrageous’, who needs that. LOL!!

  • First time viewer! My daughter loves you guys, so I had to make a visit. Would love to find out where you got your spice holder. Making chicken soup today.

  • Great information, so thorough. I use zip fizz & my food (avocado etc) for potassium, vitamin supplement for magnesium & pink Himalayan salt for sodium.

  • Amazing how everyone sides with Rothstein when he clearly violated terms of the agreement. He received multiple warnings and continued to manipulate and abuse the system, essentially running a scam.

  • I have only seen 1 $2 At my job and we put it under neath the tray with $100 and $50 bills we have slots but the 5th has to be used for stamps.

  • Good for you Tawra, everyone needs a break and February will be here before u know it..hope u get rested and just take time for you.. Blessings to you and Mike!! See you in February. Tell your sweet momma hello and Merry Christmas..

  • Is there a video saying why you’re not going to Ireland in the spring? Is this a good thing or bad thing I know you all were so excited
I agree about the thought of not doing quite so many instapot because not everybody uses those and your recipes are something that everyone can use

  • Tawra, you need to relax and take care of yourself. Mike, you and the boys can do this! We enjoy your cooking shows too:) Do a Red Green show, Mike, from the garage!
