Strawberry Protein Chia Seed Pudding with Purely Inspired Protein Powder

Creamy Strawberry Chia Pudding is a healthy snack loaded with protein and omega-3. With chia seeds, honey, Greek Yogurt, vanilla extract, and strawberries! This Strawberry Pudding recipe is made from a similar base to Classic Chia Pudding, but with fresh strawberries and a more creamy texture.

Creamy Strawberry and Chia Pudding is an. In a speed blender or food processor, blitz the strawberries, milk, whey, and maple syrup. Add the chia seeds and mix well.

Place in the fridge for about 10 mins to thicken, mixing 2-3 times, to ensure it thickens evenly. Serve straight away or store in a refrigerator. This Strawberry Chia Seed Protein Pudding uses yogurt, milk and collagen peptides for added health benefits for skin, joint, and gut health.

Strawberry Chia Pudding. This recipe makes four servings which makes it perfect for a family or for meal prep! Since chia pudding lasts for about 5 days in the refrigerator, you can make up a batch on the weekend and enjoy it for breakfast, snack or dessert throughout the week. Ingredients.

2 cups plant-based milk (I used coconut) ⅓ cup chia seeds; 4 tsp. Ingredients. 12 oz. frozen strawberries thawed. 1 cup milk or your favorite milk alternative/ vegan alternative.

1 cup yogurt or your favorite yogurt alternative/ vegan alternative. 1/2 cup chia seeds. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

2 tablespoons maple syrup. This yummy bowl of strawberry chia oatmeal pudding is the perfect high protein breakfast. It’s also delicious for spring as the temps start warming up and strawberries come into season. This oatmeal pudding comes together in just minutes the night before. So it’s all ready for a quick and easy breakfast in the morning.

The word “chia” means strength in ancient Mayan. These seeds are a powerhouse packed full of vitamins. One ounce (2 tbsp.) contains fiber, protein, healthy fats, calcium, manganese, magnesium, phosphorous, and some zinc, vitamin B3, Potassium, Vitamin B1, and Vitamin B2. I would say that is quit a lot of nutrition in a tiny seed!Strawberry Chia Pudding is a great breakfast option for any following a low carb, gluten-free, or clean eating diet.

It can take the place of oatmeal in the morning and is packed with healthy fats, fiber, and nutrient from the chia seeds. I make all kinds of chia seed pudding. Puree almond milk and strawberries in a blender until smooth; pour into a bowl. Stir chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract into the strawberry puree.

Stir coconut milk and almond milk together in a bowl. Mix in chia seeds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Stir mixture 3 to 4.

  • I made some chia pudding last night but it did not gel up like yours did….I mixed it well before putting it in the fridge and this morning the chia seeds were at the bottom… you know why that would be? It thickened very little.

  • Love your site and you are hot to boot! All that healthy eating shines through! I like chia seed pudding with a tablespoon of any nut butter. if buying from the store, I look for a sugar-free one. I put some cocunut oil in the pudding and some cinnamon and then add some frozen blueberries, which I always keep on hand in the freezer. Sometimes I treat myself with some 90% dark chocolate grated into the mix. Definitely my favorite breakfast AND it is ideal for people traveling, as they can pack and bring chia seeds with them. Instead of water, coconut milk can be used.

  • So just curious since I’m just now researching chia seeds. Wouldn’t all the chia seeds in the cup filled that high expand causing them to overflow? I mean I’ve read they expand up to 27x their regular size. You literally pour4d them in straight from mixing and they came out barely the same way they went in? I would of thought they would of taken over the entire glass they were in.

  • Hi, I am just about to place any order for some almonds online to make some milk for the Chia pudding. I normally just order whole raw nuts but noticed they sell broken raw almonds. As they are going to be blitzed these would on the surface seem to be suitable (and cheaper ��) but are you aware of any nutritional issue with using broken nuts to make the milk?

    I’m on a 1600 calories pr day, and 220 of that is for breakfast. How do I messure the right amount?

  • WOOOO I made this using the cashew milk that turned out pretty bomb from your video! I needed a meal prep breakfast that was simple and quick. I added in a little homemade strawberry-chia seed jam to it:D. i usually put the chia seeds last since they do clump up while adding in the other ingredients. I also put this on top of my overnight oats.

  • So let me just say, I made this last night. Only the chia pudding and it was super delicious. Thick and creamy with coconut milk. I added a few cut up strawberries and a bit more maple syrup swirled on top of the mixed berries and it was heaven. This will be my morning go to breakfast. I am going to try it with almond milk next. But omg! Ahmazzing! Super easy to make and quick. I would love to try the other one with figs, this is a filler breakfast.

  • So what went wrong? I followed the steps but after about 6hours I decided to check on the progress. The top of the bowl was mostly almond milk and appeared to be floating on top. I decided to give it a stir and discovered all the seeds had fell to the bottom of the bowl in a clump and needed to be stired to be broken up so the seeds better incorporated. The pudding is very clumpy. It will need to be stired again to make it smooth. So, what happened?

  • this is a keeper. Just made it using what I had on hand. Used milk. I ground the chia seeds into a powder and added flax too ground them together. I used 2 frozen fresh bananas and some blueberries. I did have the actual vanilla bean. Tasted GREAT before I refrigerated it. Two more hours and it can be eaten but I think I will wait til tomorrow. If my husband loves it I will do somersaults because he will not eat chia or flax on his own. Argh! LOVE U 2!

  • Eric Berg, D.C. operates The Health and Wellness Center in Alexandria, Virginia, has been reprimanded, fined $1,500, and ordered to stop using and promoting Body ResponseTechnique (BRT), Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET), Contact Reflex Analysis (CRA), and testing with an Acoustic Cardiograph (ACG). BRT, NAET, and CRA involve bogus muscle tests that supposedly are related to body organs. The ACG is claimed to provide a “readable signature” of heart sounds” that is used to detect imbalances of body chemistry. The alleged problems are then corrected with dietary supplements. The consent agreement (shown below) notes that Berg had made many therapeutic claims that were not supportable by reasonable scientfic or medical evidence. Surveys have found that over 40% of chiropractors have used muscle testing in similar ways, most notably as part of a system called applied kinesiology.

  • Delicious! Can also sweeten with rice or date syrup to make it fruitarian. Also don’t eat too many chia seeds before you go to sleep they absorb a lot of water from your body which can lead to headache.

  • Dr. Berg thanks for all the videos you’ve been adding. It has been a huge journey of learning about proper nutrition and lifestyle for me. I feel a different person, and i thank you for that. In the near future could you do a video about the effects of ketogenic diet (and the absence of carbs) in testosterone levels? I ask you this because there seems to be a lot of misinformation about the topic. I am personally dealing with low testosterone issues and i’ve been told to up my carb intake and reintroduce starches and clean carbs into my diet to overcome the issue. Does it make sense?
