  • I AM SURE ITS YUMMY! THIS WK WILL BE ON THE MENU! THANK YOU! WITH LEMON ZEST? WERY GOOD! I USED TO PUT LZEST INTO MY YOGURT IN THE OLDEN DAYS

  • good sh*t, doc! I love these recipes. I literally almost bumped myself out of ketosis eating those choco peanut butter fat bombs cuz they’re so amazing!

  • Why did not leave the mixer after adding the chia in fridge for long
So the chai can sock up the liquid
I thought that is better way to get everything from chai
And there is another way making it with a full fat of caned cocount milk
But I like your ingredients also

  • I am loving the Fresh HERB wall behind you!!! Please share more about the herbs you grow and use!!
Loving the Chia seed pudding and the final product… It looks delightful. Thanks for sharing!!

  • Dr Berg: HELP!

I’ve asked this question several times, but have yet to get an answer. Is FIBER YUM low on the GI? I have been seeking info. about it, but I can’t find any explanation about the GI impact. Help me, please!

  • This looks like an awesome recipe but the portion sizes are feakishly huge. Chia seeds are very filling in my opinion. Could serve 8…

  • Dr. Berg not only that you so smart but You are so handsome, it’s pleasure to watch your videos. They are great. Always looking forward for more. Sending good vibes

  • I have everything I need to make this. It took me a while to get on “team chia seed pudding”, but I have loved it lately. And I’m with Amanda that purée is simply gorgeous. I’d run to the kitchen for a breakfast like this!!

  • Thank you so much for yalls great videos. Y’all have helped us change our lifestyle for the better and my fiancé has lost 20 lbs in one month

  • Dr. Stephen Gundry on his youtube channel “ask dr. gundry: why should I avoid eating chia seeds: does not recommend chia seeds his studies show they cause inflammation.

  • I made some chia pudding last night but it did not gel up like yours did….I mixed it well before putting it in the fridge and this morning the chia seeds were at the bottom…..do you know why that would be? It thickened very little.

  • Love your site and you are hot to boot! All that healthy eating shines through! I like chia seed pudding with a tablespoon of any nut butter. if buying from the store, I look for a sugar-free one. I put some cocunut oil in the pudding and some cinnamon and then add some frozen blueberries, which I always keep on hand in the freezer. Sometimes I treat myself with some 90% dark chocolate grated into the mix. Definitely my favorite breakfast AND it is ideal for people traveling, as they can pack and bring chia seeds with them. Instead of water, coconut milk can be used.

  • Had this as my after meal dessert last night and added hemp hearts along with the chia! Gave it a more granola in yogurt kind of thing. mmmm

  • So just curious since I’m just now researching chia seeds. Wouldn’t all the chia seeds in the cup filled that high expand causing them to overflow? I mean I’ve read they expand up to 27x their regular size. You literally pour4d them in straight from mixing and they came out barely the same way they went in? I would of thought they would of taken over the entire glass they were in.

  • I love these but there are rules of how much do you eat in day. They are full of nutrients and max per day is 2 spoons. Just saying ❣️

  • Ops.. got wet mouth. Fun to discover new food and their use. Recently laid my first egg in form of 1ts ground Chia and 3ts water and found it worked well as an egg substitute.

  • just HATE it when people have no respect for great product such as the Chia Seed. She doesn’t even know how to work with it. How can the properties of the Chia seed be use when it’s being prepare in this manner,.

  • I think from now on I will make one or two videos a day…if that means I get to have a snack:) Thanks for the video, I love your receipes!

  • Made these right after I saw your video. Now, I’ve been making this pudding for years, not once did it occur to me to make the sauce. Made it this morning sans the sweetner and oh my gosh, this is magnificent. This will forever be in my repertoire. Thank you again, Down.

  • I love these three colours because they are my favourite combination, red, black and white! Very easy to make so i will definitely try and make it this summer.

  • Sorry I’m late my Internet wasn’t working yesterday i apologize, but your Chia Pudding looks fantastic Very Delicious thank you Michelle for sharing, Appreciate it! ❤

  • Help! Can you direct me to your strawberry/ berry purée recipe? Is it just blended frozen berries or is there more to it than that? Thanks for your help!

  • I found this paleo plan “loso shocking plan” on Google, and I wanted to try it so bad. I could not wait. My good friend drop Fourteen lbs with this plan, and I strongly suggest which you try it! The plan is filled with good recipes that help you sustain an active and healthy way of life.

  • it’s so exciting to see that your channel is growing so fast! hopefully one day you can be a top chart you tuber! lol but i love your videos! ❤️❤️❤️

  • Hi, I am just about to place any order for some almonds online to make some milk for the Chia pudding. I normally just order whole raw nuts but noticed they sell broken raw almonds. As they are going to be blitzed these would on the surface seem to be suitable (and cheaper ) but are you aware of any nutritional issue with using broken nuts to make the milk?

  • Oh my goodness that looks delicious. Thank you for sharing these delicious recepies with us, I loved the vanilla Chia recepie. Thank you.

  • This may sound weird, but how can I calculate the calories pr. serving?
I’m on a 1600 calories pr day, and 220 of that is for breakfast. How do I messure the right amount?

  • WOOOO I made this using the cashew milk that turned out pretty bomb from your video! I needed a meal prep breakfast that was simple and quick. I added in a little homemade strawberry-chia seed jam to it:D. i usually put the chia seeds last since they do clump up while adding in the other ingredients. I also put this on top of my overnight oats.

  • So let me just say, I made this last night. Only the chia pudding and it was super delicious. Thick and creamy with coconut milk. I added a few cut up strawberries and a bit more maple syrup swirled on top of the mixed berries and it was heaven. This will be my morning go to breakfast. I am going to try it with almond milk next. But omg! Ahmazzing! Super easy to make and quick. I would love to try the other one with figs, this is a filler breakfast.

  • So what went wrong? I followed the steps but after about 6hours I decided to check on the progress. The top of the bowl was mostly almond milk and appeared to be floating on top. I decided to give it a stir and discovered all the seeds had fell to the bottom of the bowl in a clump and needed to be stired to be broken up so the seeds better incorporated. The pudding is very clumpy. It will need to be stired again to make it smooth. So, what happened?

  • this is a keeper. Just made it using what I had on hand. Used milk. I ground the chia seeds into a powder and added flax too ground them together. I used 2 frozen fresh bananas and some blueberries. I did have the actual vanilla bean. Tasted GREAT before I refrigerated it. Two more hours and it can be eaten but I think I will wait til tomorrow. If my husband loves it I will do somersaults because he will not eat chia or flax on his own. Argh! LOVE U 2!

  • Dr. Berg, I do not know if my computer is different from others, but my subscribe button does not look like the one you keep telling us to use. Ha! What’s up with that? I have been subscribed for a long time and LOVE your vids!

  • ok ppl just wanna tell you I started watching this doctor about 4 days ago, checked what I should eat and I started eating ALOT of vegetables (for potassium) and moderate protein and fat, and I can say that my mood improved, vitality and everything, AND I LOST MORE THAN 10 POUNDS OF WATER IN 3 DAYS on this diet, seriously…. thats facts I can say right now

  • I had to smile when you two said it was okay to have a snack if you were making a video (just a taste, not a lot), ‘cuz most of the time the same thing goes through my mind whenever I am making something: “Does it really count if I lick my fingers and the spoon if it is a keto recipe? Well, as long as it is not very much I am going to try not to obsess over it.”

  • Hello Lisa, I can’t wait to try this chia seed pudding at home, what size of the jar did you used in this video? is it 12oz or 16oz? Many thanks!

  • Eric Berg, D.C. operates The Health and Wellness Center in Alexandria, Virginia, has been reprimanded, fined $1,500, and ordered to stop using and promoting Body ResponseTechnique (BRT), Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET), Contact Reflex Analysis (CRA), and testing with an Acoustic Cardiograph (ACG). BRT, NAET, and CRA involve bogus muscle tests that supposedly are related to body organs. The ACG is claimed to provide a “readable signature” of heart sounds” that is used to detect imbalances of body chemistry. The alleged problems are then corrected with dietary supplements. The consent agreement (shown below) notes that Berg had made many therapeutic claims that were not supportable by reasonable scientfic or medical evidence. Surveys have found that over 40% of chiropractors have used muscle testing in similar ways, most notably as part of a system called applied kinesiology.

  • Delicious! Can also sweeten with rice or date syrup to make it fruitarian. Also don’t eat too many chia seeds before you go to sleep they absorb a lot of water from your body which can lead to headache.

  • Dr. Berg thanks for all the videos you’ve been adding. It has been a huge journey of learning about proper nutrition and lifestyle for me. I feel a different person, and i thank you for that. In the near future could you do a video about the effects of ketogenic diet (and the absence of carbs) in testosterone levels? I ask you this because there seems to be a lot of misinformation about the topic. I am personally dealing with low testosterone issues and i’ve been told to up my carb intake and reintroduce starches and clean carbs into my diet to overcome the issue. Does it make sense? Thank you Dr. Berg!

  • This looks great! Thanks for posting your video.:) Love the song you used, too! What is the name of it and who sings it? Thanks again!
