In a small bowl, stir together the cashew butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Toast bread and spread each slice with 1 tablespoon cashew butter (reserve remaining butter for another use). Spoon 2 tablespoons of jam over top of cashew butter (store remaining jam in the refrigerator for up to 1 week).

Serve immediately. Makes 1 cup of jam. We serve the jam on Ezekiel toast with a smear of cinnamon and vanilla-scented cashew butter, another easy DIY spread that comes together in seconds. Ingredients: 1 pint organic strawberries, sliced; 2T coconut sugar; 1T lemon juice; 2T chia seeds; 1/2 cup cashew butter; 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon; 1/2 tsp vanilla extract; 4 slices whole-wheat or gluten-free bread.

This blueberry chia seed jam recipe is just that – a simple, healthy jam that is so easy and delicious. It goes well with breakfast items such as toast, waffles, and pancakes, and can also be used to liven up smoothies, yogurt, or oatmeal. Today’s recipe is so easy, you can make it with your eyes closed.

I have been absolutely loving adding jams to my oatmeals and deserts, and honestly cannot believe I waited this long to make it. This strawberry chia jam is really quick to prep and can be used all week when stored in the fridge. Plus, the great thing about making your own jam is that you can adjust the sweetness. I prefer.

Besides chia bars and whole wheat banana chia muffins, one type of food I love to use chia seeds in is jams.EASY jams. Combine-ingredients-in-sauce-pan-and-refrigerate kind of jams. Growing up I devoured the Little House on the Prairie book series, and, inspired by their robust and quite-necessary preserved food stockpile, thought I’d grow up to become a prolific canner like the Ingalls.

A quick and easy jam to make as it is thickened with chia seeds. The subtle orange flavour adds a pop of brightness to the strawberries. Spread on toast, or top your yogurt or porridge!

Keep in the fridge for up to a week, if it even lasts that long! Can be frozen, if desired. The healthier choice will be jam because it has more fruit in it (and less sugar). Check out my article called What is the healthiest peanut butter? – you are going to need some P to go with the J. Also, if you like to experiment try my Strawberry Chia Refrigerator Jam – it has NO sugar added (but it does have some dates).

ALL DAY BREAKFAST OG’s Acai Bowl Acai blended with banana and blueberries. Topped with banana, blueberries, almond butter and our superfood granola. NUTRITION: 679 kcal / 96c / 14p /. Easy 8-ingredient peanut butter and jelly bars with an oat-almond crust and a strawberry jam and peanut butter topping!

Naturally sweetened and delicious!

  • I am going to try it!❤ Btw, I think your pronounciation is wrong, they’re not CHAI but CHIA seeds. I hear a lot of people with different pronounciation of these seeds so I always have to check it on google

  • The Nutella is absolutely unreal. I LOVE Nutella, but I stopped eating it a long time ago because I know how unhealthy it is. As someone who doesn’t eat sugar to control acne, this recipe has saved my life. I am currently dipping strawberries into the chocolate spread and eating as I write this comment!!!! You have to make it!!!

  • I love how Sadia is so excited about a video getting a million views -> fast forward 3 years PUL has almost 3 million subscribers!!!
I’m so happy for you Sadia ❤❤

  • Made the vegan Nutella so many times. It is so good it melts everyone’s hearts and mouths. My flatmate has started giving veganism a try due to recipes like this one! Thank you very much, Sadia! Love your videos, advises and recipes!

  • Hi there
I recently found u on you tube. I really liked almost all the videos of yours. Do you have a video of how to make Peanut butter? I tried to find but could not able to. Thnx.

  • I love this nutella! Unfortunately I have a blender but to make it easier to mix I just added some water and it was still so good. Your recipes are delicious and if somebody wants to go vegan or just eat healthier your videos will be so helpful

  • I would really like to try the jam. Can you please share recipes for fresh strawberry based baked desserts, like strawberry pie or strawberry crumble cake.

  • 1:00 Vegan Nutella

    INGREDIENTS
    1.5 cups raw hazelnuts
1/3 cup unsweetened soy milk, or other unsweetened plant milk
    1 Tbsp coconut oil
    2 Tbsp maple syrup*
    6 soft dates, pitted**
    1/3 cup cocoa powder
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp salt

3:26 Easy Berry Chia Seed Jam

    INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen raspberries (or other frozen berry)*
1 cup frozen blueberries (or other frozen berry)*
    2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp apple juice (or sub orange juice)

  • This looks amazing! Thank you so much for sharing this! I can’t wait to make these. I also want to thank you for being such an inspiration to me personally. I’m making small changes to my food choices and I feel great for it all thanks to you. Have a superb day and sending you positive vibes from South Africa.

  • So I made this nutella at first with ninja food processor, then it got error. Next time I made it with a really cheap food processor, it still did it’s job but not so good. Now I’m thinking to maybe make it with cheap blender first, then put it in a ninja blender. What do you think? Will I break it? I’m scared!
And this nutella is the best! I love it!

  • Hey, I like your channel a lot.☺️I like peanut butter but I found out online that it contains some ingredients which make it not good for liver, and other organs and it may also cause cancer. I am worried, should one use it daily? Is it safe? Please give your opinion on it.

  • While these two recipes REALLY speak to me (love Nutella, and love homemade jams); I have to comment on the quality of your videos. It’s really quite obvious the time and effort you put into creating these. Much appreciated!

  • I love a combination of sweet beans and cacao, it is nothing like nutella but makes a great spread either way, especialy with some cardamon added ^^
Store bought sweet bean paste is way to sweet for my likeing, but making it yourself with some honey or maplesirup for added taste it is great and goes so well with cacao ^^

  • Hi Sadia thank you so much for the recipe! I’ve just made the Nutella but mine was slightly salty and had to add 3 spoons of coconut sugar (I have quite a sweet tooth), but I absolutely love it!!

  • I can see just how smart you really are with your marketing, and its almost genius!! With each recipe you incorporate more ‘homemade’ recipes to check out in the information bar, and you redirect serious recipe makers to your blog instead of boring us with measurementsn

  • Hey sadia, I am actually a food technology student and we have to make a product which is low in calories, low fat or no calorie/ fat and the product should have some shelf life.
