  • hey! i’m korean the same PSY who sang GANGNAM STYLE. i always watch and like your videos. However what are you doing? Don’t you know what you do? the design of sleeveless shirt which is in 3:29 is what represents an imperialism of japan the same NAZiS. please correcting ;; it is so cruel for Korean and Chinese to wear the shirt. please.

  • Great tips! My husband and I are about to drive from northern Vermont to Austin to visit our daughter and husband. We will be staying in hotels, so I really appreciate your tips! Thanks!

  • I loved this video, I’m usually a big eater when I’m traveling and it messes with my digestive system, so this video really helped! I’ll be traveling to Orlando Thursday and I’m definitely packing me some fruit, veggies, and homemade energy balls for the road!

  • I think honey cuts the bitter in coffee better than sugar too.
as you mention on raw foods, we cook them and prepare them for a reason, corn (for example ) very quickly converts it’s sugars to starch after being picked it needs to be cooked long enough to break the starch so that your body can access that energy.
    great vids, thank you.
how has your exercise routine changed as a result of travel, I’m talking changes that you will carry on once you aren’t travelling so much rather than changes that are needful in the moment but are of limited circumstantial utility?

  • you’re amazing guys! and I’m so glad to know that you come from my top favorite place on Earth Vancouver, BC. (am I right?) You’re the reason I’m dreaming about going on road trip:)

  • My biggest issue when traveling, especially long road trips, is getting constipated. I have to make sure not to forget my Mag07. I have to be careful though because on the other hand you don’t want anything to kick in while out and about sightseeing!

  • Great video! I wish you would continue with this theme as the holiday season is creeping up on us!
    Maybe…
How to pack food in containers/wrapped up in a way that the airport will allow you to take it with you on board (Are there any restrictions on bringing certain food/packaging on planes?)
Best foods to prepare in advance for the super nerds who like to pack their food bags full of home made meals and snacks
    > What to keep in mind when picking the foods e.g. will it stink up the plane and make all the passengers secretly plot your demise, how messy the food is, how portable the food is etc..
Healthy food choices to make in restaurants, hotels (especially the mega breakfast buffet!), and street food while on holiday
Love your content, boys! And I love how you interact with the community. Keep it up!

  • Me and boy ate mostly peanut butter and jelly on our cross country to save money. I made videos for our trip only trying to spend $500 so people can see that money isn’t that much of an issue.

  • As Justis says at the end, no grilling or roasting of our dudes here please folks, this is their home turf and I’d prefer it to be a safe space for them and us. Russia looks a bit under the weather (more garlic needed maybe or was it a hangover?) but everyone else looks as perky as usual which is nice (wishing you all a great summer there).

  • oh shitt not all the information here is right though sometimes when you cook foods more nutrients come free so it doesn’t really matter if it’s raw or cooked and the eating late at night will make you gain weigh/is unhealthy is bullshit your body is able to digest the calories in it’s sleep if you have an overall healthy eating pattern:/ but yeah XD

  • Thanks for putting in that little clip at the end. Feels good to know that Parker used to do the job that I do now. Can’t wait to get out and travel! Great video guys!

  • I don’t know how it is in the USA, but here in germany, the honey from bottles like you used in your footage is often no real honey. Its kinda sugar+water, I don’t know exactly what it is, but it’s defenitly not healthy.

  • One thing I want to add is to take a good probiotic this will help your body and your immune system….sugar is bad at anytime….

  • You should check your insulin resistance. With all that oatmeals you probably have insulin resistance. That’s why you have bloating issues.

  • WHY CAN’T I BUY T SHIRTS FROM YOUR WEBSITE?!?! If there’s a different site or link you can send my way I would like to purchase a few things. Thanks. Btw keep the videos coming:)

  • This is not about eating healthy on the road BUT last time I was in Thailand I learned that if you’re in a pinch, putting tomato on a burn will help ease the pain and bring the scarring down.:)

  • Hey guys! I’m Andras I from Hungary and I gonna start my world trip in november. Just me and my bag without almost no money:) Thank you guys the motivations and very nice advices for traveling. Wish the best and I hope we can meet one time in the future:)

  • Find a fun outdoor activity unique to the area where you’re traveling. For example, my mom lives in a part of Florida where you can swim alongside and observe manatees.

  • hey guys do weight gain foods and recipes ideas for toddlers and kids under 10 come on guys bring to happy families with growing kids we need you kids need you lol

  • It is SO weird that your hotels don’t have basic kitchen facilities!!! I have never been to a hotel, cheap or fancy, that didn’t have a stocked kitchenette with kettle, microwave, fridge etc

  • just found your channel few days ago. love it.love the info. healthy eating tips n swaps.snack ideas.recipes.I had vsg in 2013.gained 13 lbs.looking to lose it.

  • I like Wendy’s potatoes too but I’ve asked for dry chives on the side and they give a little container so I have extra for the whole potato. I love that part! Thanks so much for this video, very timely for my trip in a week, yeah!

  • I am glad to get rid of annoying fat that make me depressed, I reduced 22lbs by drinking “mummy magic weight lose tea”. It is wonderful.

  • I really appreciate this video because it can be difficult to stay healthy on vacation but I like how you prepare snacks ahead of time.

  • FYI the airlines don’t clean the pipes on the plane enough, so the water is dirty. Even the FAs don’t drink it. Also, they’re called flight attendants (FA)and they keep you safe in the sky.

  • Cute cat!Does she have a video somewhere on what she is feeding the cat? I searched but couldn’t find anything and I’m sure she must have covered this somewhere…Thanks!

  • I have a question, there have been many times I’ve wanted to incorporate more vegan eating in my life, but I never feel quite full after I eat something vegan. Did you have this happen to you when you starting a vegan lifestyle?

  • Yes, Wendy’s baked potato is really good…Taco Bell will substitute black beans for meat in tacos..And tell them to also hold the cheese…

  • mmmmmm,
my go-to is oats. rolled oats, in a lil baggy and all i need is a cup, lid and hot water (though I could eat them raw just like that ())

  • F**k you Johnny sins! You are turning up against those(Indians) cuz of whom you earning shit of youtube money? Shame on you! Aaj mai sabke saame tujhe apni नज़रों me se girata hu. Aur aathuuuuu (yeah I did spit on you)

  • I love these ideas! I travel alot for my job and these are amazing ideas for on my shows. I could totally bring bagged rice and beans with me.

  • In Okinawa Japan our subway has real healthy potato wedges instead of Chips! Come stay with me it’s super cheap and vegan friendly now!! I brought my mini crock pot and a mini blender and a mini panini maker for our family to travel to Japan.

  • Travel water kettle?!  Genius. Rice Cooker too?!  Gosh, theses are awesome.  I travel very frequently.  These will be amazingly helpful for me.  Thank you for this video!!!

  • Subway pro tip:

Footlong veggie delight on Italian, no cheese; 1/2 pound of spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, green pepper, banana pepper, cilantro, avocado, mustard.

I usually eat 2 of these (that’s a whole pound of spinach!).

  • Hello, I am wondering what is your watch?? I find it very simple and discret and it is exactly what I am looking for!
    thank you! <3

  • Is Derek o.k. with eatig like this, too? or does he fell deprived or go and buy exp;ensive food and you’re eating frugally/healthy?

  • I’m sure this question will get lost amongst the others, but I’ll ask anyway…what editing program are you using and how long does it take for you to come out with these vlogs? The drone shots are great, man. As always, I enjoyed the video a lot! Thanks for the work you do!

  • I’m world traveller i am vegan and Gluten free I always stay in hotels and they ALWAYS have a kettle and a fridge at least and in Asia they have boiling water and cold water provided for FREE from the dispensers at the airports….. I also wrote a blog post last year about travelling and eating well.  https://coconutandwhat.com/2016/07/12/how-to-eat-well-whilst-traveling-abroad/

  • That rice cooker just went on my Christmas list. Thanks for sharing!!! I am in Tokyo right now and man a rice cooker would have been an amazing thing to bring w!!!! Japan is not the most vegan friendly place I hve heard. Guess we will find out (just landed)!:-)

  • Great video! I am actually uploading a video on Friday with a lot of similar tips! I loved your smoothie idea in the hotel room! I will definitely be using that idea. I always recommend getting a salad when you are out as well, and bringing your own hemp seeds and almonds to add some protein!

  • Oh my word I thought I was the only weirdo that added rice to my subway salad with sweet onion sauce!! So good when you’re traveling and starving!

  • I just got back from a week long vacation, and I BLEW my healthy eating So disappointed in myself. But I’m going on a 30 hour road trip next week and I’m determined to continue eating healthy during the trip.

  • Hi Hanns, I love your videos. Newly vegan. I worked at Wendy’s when I was in college and I did the potatoes. After scrubbing them, wrap them in aluminum foil and bake. Commercial ovens are very hot and potatoes are probably overcooked. They used Idaho creamy baking potatoes as well. Thanks for the tips. I will be getting those appliances too.

  • Excellent video, Hannah. I love those appliances. I travel mostly by car for for job and have a rubbermaid dedicated to cooking needs for the hotel. I also travel for about 5 days at a time and plan each meal (I’m a little OCD) so that I have all equipment.

  • I cant wait to move back to Canada, so many vegan restaurants. There is nothing where I live. So I just cook hihi Thank for the Ideas Hanna

  • I am flying to Cancun from MN in August I hope. I have not even gotten my flight organized but I am so nervous about food. This helps.

  • Thank you so much. I’ll be traveling soon and needed your tips. You can bring a can opener through security btw. As long as its not a knife and not serated. You’re welcome

  • You look so organised while on travel being able to prepare own breakfast snacks and all. Really appreciate this as I’m traveling soon

  • This was very helpful, Hannah. Those two little appliances are perfect for travel. We’ve been carrying our big glass hot pot with us.

  • I just wanted to say thank you for your inspiration and great ideas.  I purchased that little rice cooker for my daughter before she went away for summer art college because you had suggested it in a previous video.  She loved it and used it almost every day for the month she was away from home!  Thanks again!

  • Dude, Butter can be healthy in moderation. High in fat soluble vitamins especially vitamin A which is different type more bio-available than plant based beta-carotene which has to be converted in the liver to vitamin A and 45% of people carry a genetic mutation that significantly reduces their ability to convert provitamin A into vitamin A.  I am oddly allergic to Olive Oil which restaurants tend to use when making Omelets so I ask them to cook my eggs in butter. But then again, I cannot give nutritional advice to you cause whatever you are doing is working for you.

  • Big shout out to Ridge Wallets for sending me some really cool aluminum and carbon fiber wallets and Sponsoring this video! Check out Ridge Wallets here: http://RidgeWallet.com/Sins Use Code: SINS for 10% Off!

  • This is off topic, but I just bought an air fryer, and would LOVEEE for you and DMan to make a killer air fryer vegan recipe book. The recipe book it came with had animal products in every single recipe.:((( I bought your “lazy f*cks” instant pot recipe book, I’d def buy an air fryer one! Think about it!!!

  • Johnny Sins (You America YOU LOSE) Think Before You Talk About Another Country…. T Is The Best And It Will Be No.1 Very Soon….

  • I looked online and it says that Wendy’s uses russet potatoes wrapped in foil and baked for 60 minutes at 375. I need to know if this is true because they are hands down the best baked potatoes.

  • Hey guys! I just want to acknowledge that I did not eat as much food as I normally do in this video like I mentioned, I lost three hours due to the time difference and actually went to bed before I would have been eating my dinner on the west coast. I ate enough food to keep me full and satisfied, and I wasn’t going to lie and say I ate more or less than I actually did. I obviously want everyone to listen to their OWN bodies and hunger cues and to eat whenever and whatever they want, as long as it’s vegan Your body knows you better than anyone else on the internet and as long as you do not have disordered eating habits it will tell you when it is hungry and full it all balances out in the end ☺ That being said, I ate way more than I normally would the day after I filmed this and that’s completely ok! If you want to see what I would eat on a “normal” day, please check out some of my other what I eat in a day videos. Thank you!

  • I have just discovered your channel today and made your granola. I am so behind the times, I have just discovered four sigmatic a few months ago. Love it

  • Thank you for this video. It helps me with going out with my boyfriend. He always want to take me out and and when he wants to I️ go because he’s paying but it always turns out to sabatouge my diet. I️m going to stick to those places. Do you think you can make a video for people like me who go out with friends or boyfriends and what they should do to stay on thier diet. A going out hack video. What you would bring and where you would recommend to eat out at and what is safe to eat. I’m already getting tips from this video. Thanks

  • I’ve always done this oatmeal hack until recently they started charging you something like 3 Euros for a tiny cup of boiling water on some flights… like what the heck?

  • I met one of you guys (I’m embarrassed that I don’t know which one ) at the Happy Pear cafe in Greystones the other day and it made my day! I just wanted to say thank you for your cafe (yum, especially the salted caramel slice) and youtube channel as I use your recipes all the time:) Love Millie from England (near Gatwick) (with the dad who loved the pesto)

  • Thanks so much for that instant oatmeal recipe! Trying it right now with a greens superfood blend powder and that same berry blend you got, except it is the purple bag with only berries no nuts/seeds. I also added pumpkin seeds. Tastes great! Am gonna bring me a jar of this dry mix and an empty glass or steel water bottle whenever I fly, now!:)

  • Love your travel hacks….My travel “hack”…after watching some trucker videos…I bought (cheap) a HotLogic Mini…which is kind of like a hot plate in a collapsible insulated flat lunchbox. I also bring a cheap Tupperware type flat rectangular container. I can heat up leftovers in a hotel room that doesn’t have a microwave….I fill the container with leftovers or soup or anything I want warmed up…. change clothes, watch a little tv or read…and an hour later (time passes fast) I have a warm healthy meal. Lightweight and easy to travel with. I also travel with an mini iPot and hot water maker when I road trip.

  • Great travel tips! I’ll definitely try the oatmeal to-go. Genius and easy! Also, most stewardesses recommend not drinking hot water from a planeit’s not sanitized well apparently, but most coffee shops give out free hot water or just charge for the cup. Thanks for all your videos: it’s helped my transition to a plant based diet tremendously!❤️

  • You have the right to take food from your place on a plane? We are not allowed to do so in France, even if it’s just a bottle of water, you have to throw it away when passing security and you can then buy a little something in the airport’s stores so you can’t make your own food an take it with you in your backpack haha

  • There was a little bug baby on the lid of the jar at 1:14 and I couldn’t help but look at him going on his way when you were explaining

  • Everything looked so good. I love the tips you gave for traveling. I’m always so afraid to bring food with me because I think they might take it lol. Also, did you make your refried beans from dry beans?

  • Actually, a safer option would be to just get hot water from a coffee place in the airport. Generally, airplane water quality is shit. They don’t filter it much and it’s got a lot of bad bacteria and such. If you still prefer to get the water on the flight, get a bottle of eater from the air hostess and make a cold oatmeal. Better than getting it hot and filled with bacteria.

  • Omg… I bought an electric kettle last night for my office job… then I watched this video and learn there is a collapsible kettle! looks like I’ll be returning mine! That thing is awesome!

  • usually I’ll get hot water for oats and tea from a coffee shop in the terminal, especially if you tip them the employees are always willing to give you hot water for free! I put my oats in a hydroflask thermos and by the time I open it up on the plane they are nice and soft the way i like them!

  • Can you still bring the water bottles through security check? I just brought a small one from dollar store in case they have throw away
and what to do for on airplane for 4 hours flight
Arizona to New Jersey it in 2 months

  • Am I the only one who gets bothered whenever youtubers say that they are “sponsored” by audible when it’s really just a referral program and even without any referral you get a free month for sign up anyway?

  • I’ve been looking for videos for vegan foods that can pass through TSA! I’ll be traveling for about 19+ hours and the time difference is a whopping 17 hours ahead! so I’ll definitely be needing to pack breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you for this video, it helps A BUNCH!

  • I love your videos! You should do a video on what vitamins you take / how to eat correctly (I guess is the right word to use?) as a vegan. I am newish (Few months now) to veganism and I am obsessed with your fun recipes, but part of me is hoping I’m getting the correct nutrients. I do feel great though! Keep rocking it <3

  • Just before I go on a trip I like to stock something in my freezer like a chili or a stew so when I come back I have food ready for me! This is especially great if you’ve flown long haul and are jetlagged.

  • about the bottle be aware that you won’t always be allowed to bring bottles that hold more than 100ml, even if empty, through security!

  • You just lost your respect form India hate from India and keep your words with you we Indian make you famous…….. After saying you India you lose dude now you lose Indian popularity….

  • I can’t bring shampoo on a plane but u can bring a glass jar?? Wtf TSA I can very easily kill someone with glass but not with shampoo

  • I sometimes put hot water in oats at work but idk why I never thought to do this for traveling… Thanks! I typically just starve at airports because I’m too stubborn to buy overpriced stuff there.

  • How & where do u find some of the food u get for ur menus? How do u get these things a lil cheaper bc some of them r really expensive.

  • what kind of oats do you use? they look similar to my scottish oats but don’t know if i can just use hot water like you would with instant oats? also do you just put all you snacks through security? I don’t feel good about the idea of putting them through radiation but i guess the airplane food is already radiated as well. I have to little girls a toddler and an infant so I’m so extra cautious. we are planning our first trip with them and I am new to veganism so getting ideas:)

  • Love your travel tips! I was just on a trip where I met a flight attendant. She told me not to use the ice or hot water on the plane because it’s very dirty and moldy. She suggested getting hot water before getting on the plane. Also for water I find that the flight attendants don’t mind refilling my portal bottle with the complementary bottled water.

  • How come you are allowed to bring a water bottle on the plane that’s more than 100ml and a glass container?

Just curious, I thought we couldn’t…

Great video though and you are always gorgeous!

  • I did not know you could take food past the security point.  I usually put the green leafy veg on both breads before adding everything else, and that will keep the bread from getting soggy.

  • Aahhh Caitlin I was just in Miami! Do you have any recommendations for vegan restaurants I should be on the look out for? I’ll probably be coming back next year and would like to have a proper plan in place, this year I was sort of flying by the seat of my pants and had to scramble to find food that I could eat. Luckily there was stuff around Bayside that I could edit enough that I didn’t break my diet. Love your videos!

  • just love the video! I’m going to Patagonia in a few days and I’m planning to bring a lot of food. I think my bag will be 90% food 10% clothes hahahahahah

  • Awesome video, Caitlin! I’m going to be traveling quite a bit this summer, so this is really helpful! Also, what are the rules for bringing food through security? I always thought that you couldn’t bring anything, but I’ve seen other people on YouTube do it so I guess I’m a little confused lol

  • i also have instant pot…but still i somehow don t use it!refried beens and so….it ses i have to make big portion and in fact,i don t want to have too much leftovers!what is your inspo for instant po recipes?do you follow any vegan instant pot youtuber?thanks!

  • I loved this video! I’ve been wanting to go vegan for a long time and finding your videos kind of pushed me to start! Right now I’m just a vegetarian, but I’m slowly working my way to being a vegan and am so excited!

  • Hey Caitlyn,
If you had taken your lunch what would you have made? For me it’s so hard to travel because I end up just buying chips and I do travel quite often. Do you have any tips for when you travel to a place where there are not so many vegan options? Like a hotel? Thank you! Love your videos btw

  • Can you do a video about like how you packed for traveling on a plane? That’s really a challenge and I would like to see how you packed for you Cali trip?

  • I read that you aren’t supposed to drink the water that they give you on airplanes unless it is bottled. Has to do with e coli. It’s why you don’t see flight attendants drinking their own coffee (they go to Starbuck’s).

  • Hi Nicole…I like ur videos..they r very motivating
I just want to know how can u make smoothie outside…without mixing jar…do u carry it..

  • Love how organized you are to stay healthy on a road trip: ) I’ve been wondering where you purchased your braclets… I’ve noticed them in several of your videos, and LOVE them!!

  • I do like idea of making my own snacks ahead of time but I find taking blender, cinnamon, oats, almond milk and other ingredients bit odd to take for vacation.Vacations are about enjoying free time,to explore, eat out and not to be worrying about what to cook and prepare for meals in my hotel room.

  • I have to go to Thailand for surgery soon, and I’m dreading navigating the food/language while being in pain, so videos like this are going to be really useful. Thanks!

  • Hey guys thank you for making this Video…Awesome now I can see your spirit back into it and it makes it more fun and entertaining to watch….tkx….Yeah! they are back!

  • This is perfect since I’m always traveling south to visit family at least once a month. We usually pack our alkaline water, non perishable fruits, oats, honey, teas and some other groceries but as you can see, that’s a lot and can be daunting at times. The mini blender is a great idea! Thanks for sharing.

  • liked this one! Will you make a video about the vitamins you like to take? I want to take probiotics but have no idea how to start and I’m not good with large pills. Thanks for sharing!

  • the eggs are not real. i use to work the breakfast time at a hotel. stick to the oatmeal packets and yogurt cuz the eggs we microwaved it.

  • difference between road trip and flying. missed getting fined by a thread when I flew to Australia. bring a banana and you’ll be treated as the most wanted as opposed to snuggling drug. basically. they don’t play with fresh food!

  • Drink lots of water & walk that’s what I do everyday. Especially since the weather is getting to spring time. I leave home early with a walking itinerary to include my favourite streets architecture or window shopping! I stay out until the late evening passing all the people stuffing their faces with food and alcohol. Leaving when gets dark I am either home or on transportation. I come home presently tied drink hot tea and then it’s bedtime catching my ‘You Tube’ favourite programs like yours! Goodnight..

  • Thank you! Great ideas! I am traveling for work at the moment and will be doing so the next four weeks, and my stomach is not happy about it, but you gave me very good tips and I will be more prepared next week. Have a nice trip!

  • You guys should look into a vegan diet. I know that’s a lot to take it but watch conspiracy and forks over knives. You guys are very mindful and I think you would like it! Love your videos!:-)

  • Great video! I can’t agree with you more on sticking to your morning routine, it really makes you stay on track and stay healthy. Btw You look great without makeup:)

  • I need to be this organized, when traveling! It’s usually the time for me to take a break from cooking so we tend to just go out to eat. We do like to go to local grocery store for fruits and veggies though and granola bars. Great video!

  • I just got back from a week in Florida!! It’s actually quite simple to stay healthy on vacation if you plan ahead:) also important to let yourself have fun though! Love all of these tips!

  • Sadly some of the advice is so stupid that it hurts (Buying Vitamins and that crap with small meals and many per day blabla)….

  • When you say they are “portioned out” for the nuts and veggies, are you just filling the snack bags until full and considering that a portion or are you physically measuring those foods before putting them into the bag?

  • I like the mini rice cooker tip. For long flights I ALWAYS take a big box of home made sushi for the flight. Super cheap and really easy to carry.

  • When you were eating more raw did you ever travel with a blender? It’s hard for me to get in enough greens without drinking them in a smoothie so I’d love any suggestions you might have for a good travel blender. Buying smoothies every day is too expensive & they don’t put in enough greens without charging extra.

  • Omg girl! You have no idea how much you just saved my ass! I’m about to travel soon and I’ve been worrying about wether or not there will be a fridge in the hotel room. And if there is, if it will be full of mini bar things that can’t be removed to fit food. I want to bring my own stuff to eat… maybe like a spinach salad with grains.. or Even like what you said about the subway salad with rice, that sounds good! I had no clue that those things could be requested. Thank you so much!!! I am eternally grateful for this knowledge. Lol.

Also I can’t wait for your pig vigil event video. I’ve been anxiously checking back everyday to see if it’s up yet! Haha

  • Well I dont know about the peanut butter but anyway it’s good to have fruits and vegetables in your every meal but about peanut butter iam like I don’t know.

  • Being honest, I have 110 kg now, but I never eat French fries or knedlíky (our traditional side dish).
Many claim that I live unhealthy, but I love vegetables and fruit of all kinds and I wouldn’t be able to live normally without that.

  • Johnny check out the official podcast on YouTube. They have wanted to chat to a porn star for ages and I think your the right man for the job. You’ve been a doctor, police man, YouTube and so on. Now it’s time to be a guest on a podcast

  • Love you Johnny! Thank you for the inspiration, I appreciate the healthy tips! Even I like to eat healthy and I am very selective with my foods. Now I am also trying the same app you used in your previous video my fitness pal:)

  • Ways I fly a plane
Food: (Breakfast): Fruit or Starbucks (I stopped getting Starbucks because of palm oil)
    (Lunch): Chipotle
    (Dinner): Chipotle
Drink: Buy a water bottle (using plastic [which is bad]) or drink the drinks that are vegan on the flight
    Entertainment: Reading books
Flown a plane many times so I know the drill to flying, plus I want to be an Air Traffic Control when I grow up.

  • When traveling I keep it to one meal a day…like you beans rice froz veg…fresh fruit.and yes Wendy’s baked potatoes are wonderful…

  • Love this! I remember asking Parker about this when I met up with you guys. Such great info and something I always thought would be a challenge with how convenient and fast food has become.

  • Sup, Johnny, greetings from Russia! I grew up on films with you, and not afraid of the word, you’re the actor of my childhood. Damn, Ryan Gosling sucks in comparison with ya!
    Wish you the best

  • “Wendy’s starts with Russet potatoes, the classic potato for baking. They’re wrapped in foil and popped in the oven for 60 minutes at 375 degrees. The foil keeps the potato moist and prevents the skin from becoming leathery” do not poke the potatoes.

Not sure if this is true, but its what i’ve read.

  • Hahahaha some of the things I have done in hostels when I’ve only had a microwave… I’m sitting down with my full on meal and everyone’s there with their instant noodles and takeaways I don’t care if people think I’m nuts, I think most of the time people just think you’re really smart!

  • Ok…here we go. I am a Holistic RN following a mostly whole food diet looking more towards plant based in my own personal journey. I appreciate your overall view of health and nutrition BUT it is so individual and I utilize a mind, body, spirit, environment approach to patient care. I also, out of curiosity have checked out your other job. Sex is amazing and an important part of health…we should be more open about sexual health, however, safe sex is a MUST. I have worked with people from all walks of life including HIV positive, homosexual, bisexual, LBGT, etc. I am not not here to judge, however, if we are going to discuss health and nutrition, we must also discuss safe, healthy sex. Let’s have that discussion. I am going on 50 and I am definitely not dead yet. Reach out. Let’s chat.

  • Great tips! Thanks! That collapsible tea pot is cool.

The way to get brilliant baked potatoes is to bake them at 450F for about 75 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the potatoes to sit in the oven for at least another 45 minutes. I’ll do it once a week and put them in the refrigerator to have whenever I want! I haven’t tried to steam them in my InstaPot yet, but will definitely figure it out. I’ll try to remember to share that with you when I figure it out.

  • Johnny, did you hear about “Kuf Drahrepus” bait in Polish politics. This bait is usually used to criticize PiS (Prawo i Sprawiedliwość eng. Law and Justice) by showing you while supporting political opposition. It is obviously used to bait some granny’s and grandpa’s, I think guys younger than 30 yr old wouldnt be fooled by that kind of bait. Imo it is one of the funniest baits in polish anti-government fanpages on facebook.

  • “JOHNNY SINNER PRODUCTIONS” Presents: How to eat healthy on the road or? ALOT of people out there don’t even consider what they will eat or where they will go to do so. I agree healthy eating on the road can be extremely difficult. This video was not only informative but very enjoyable too. Loved the music….Cool
The expo was a great addition‍♀️. When we traveled as a family, my mum would have food prepared ahead and of course healthy options. Variety of fruit bagged or in containers. Sandwiches, Veggies, and sunflower seeds to take the hunger edge off. ‍♀️Sorry but kool-aid was the easy drink to have ready made for us lol. She did her best. This vid will help so many out there that never really thought about what/where to eat while traveling. Your hotel food facts was a real eye opener for sure…..
You made a healthy eating vid extremely enjoyable to watch!!! Your so talented with your videography!!
    Love the drone footage!!
Take care Sir…hope you enjoyed the trip!
    Laters….

  • The last time I travelled to the States I was forced at the Customs desk in Dublin Airport to throw out my fruit before they’d let me through. Something to be aware of.
