  • This has nothing to do with the video, but my sister just had a baby and she named her Jordyn. Ik the spelling is different, but still makes me think of you. I’ma call her Jordy lol. That being said, if you could make a plant slayer onesie, I’d buy the shit out of it for my niece!

  • I saw a video from supreme banana she made a French fry salad and I tried it after and omg life changing and bomb like you said! Great video btw

  • I was looking for an ab workout n found your page then started following your channel about 3 weeks nw. Your channels are so motivating with health and fitness and you seem very positive. Great job!

  • something my mom has always done that i’ve started is, if i absolutely want a fast food meal, get the kid’s meal. you get your french fries and your main thing (burger, chicken nuggets), and then whatever else the meal comes with. i’ve always seem it as a way to curb your cravings, especially when you don’t want to completely ruin your diet.

  • I eat out all the time. I hate cooking. I live in Australia otherwise that sponsorships sounds amazing! I’m super picky with what I want (plus I’ve had an ED so it’s a bit trickier), so if I buy loads of ingredients they all go to waste. And I hate waste so I literally always eat out

  • i think i have to unfollow… its getting waaaay too expensive even living in austria (hell yeah, i’m jealous of the missing”l”) i already ordered from loving tan and lush and was stocking up my cupboard!! Love your personality… keep on going

  • Thank you queen I’m going on vacation in a couple weeks and I was super worried because I’ll be eating out a lot as we won’t have a kitchen. Let’s hope I can keep it together!

  • what’s the biggest problem/challenge you deal with when it comes to weight loss/fat loss? if you can describe it in one word? thank you.

  • Loooved this video! Can you also show an edition where you go to “normal” cafes where they are not especialised in paleo based, gluten free or vegan food? It’s the hardest for me to find something spontaneously on a menu at a restaurant I haven’t been before!

  • It’s clear how much work you put into your video and you’re definitely appreciated! I really love your videos because you’re so genuine about your diet and work outs. Pleaseee do more work out videos!!

  • When I go to veggie grille, if I get the beyond burger I get the side of broccoli and water. Whereas if I get the salad I might get the buffalo chicken strips as an app!!

  • Can we just talk about the fact that Jordan is always interacting with her audience. Responds to comments and everything. What a woman

  • What helps me when im with my friends who do eat a lot of fast food is I just get small sizes. I want both the burger and fries I get a small fry and just get the single patty without sause. At sonic I order from the kids menu and Jack in the box or McDonald’s I order from the value menu and to help I ask for extra lettuce, tomatoes, etc.

  • Jordan, finding your channel in January this year really inspired me to lose some weight. I started to feel really unhappy with myself and my body and I’m so proud to say I’m 20 pounds down! And feeling so great, halfway there to my goal:) thank you so much! Love your channel and you seem like such a down to earth human

  • Hi Seezy awesome channel awesome videos! I’m a new subscriber and have been thinking about starting a YouTube channel as a creative outlet. Could you do a video on any tips that you have for starting YouTube and the camera/lighting/microphone equipment and setup that you have. Your videos always look so great! Love your work

  • It’s clear how much work you put into your video and you’re definitely appreciated! I really love your videos because you’re so genuine about your diet and work outs. Pleaseee do more work out videos!!

  • Honestly I try to avoid going to restaurants that don’t have the nutrition information on their website, that way I can actually somewhat track my calories of what I get from these places. That being said if I do end up going to a restaurant with none of this info then it’s no big deal because I don’t tend to eat out at places I’m unfamiliar with often, unless I’m invited out by family and friends (which is like what, twice a year). One unhealthy meal from these places once or twice a year won’t make me gain 42lbs back. However if my friends and I go to say McDonald’s they have nutritional info on their website, so I order things that fit within my calories.

  • Hey Sarah I would like for you to make a video on healthy sweeteners. I know no longer use stevia. So what are you sweetening your stuff with these days. I still use raw cane sugar especially for my coffee. What can I replace it with???

  • Hey Sarah, it’s hitting bikini season for us North Americans and I would love to see you do an at-home toned back/fat burn workout!

  • I was looking for an ab workout n found your page then started following your channel about 3 weeks nw. Your channels are so motivating with health and fitness and you seem very positive. Great job!

  • Hi there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Simply do a search engine search. On there you will discover a great guidelines about how you can lost a lot of weight. Why not give it a shot? maybe it can work for you too.

  • The whole “take half home” tip is SO UNDERRATED!!! That tip alone helped me lose weight. And what’s great is I don’t have to be super restrictive. I can look at a menu and see that a meal is 800 calories but still enjoy half without feeling guilty and still feeling full. Honestly restaurant servings are way too big!

  • Hey sezzy, Ive had to start eating a paleo diet for health/medical reasons, and was just wondering if hot chips are paleo? Or do you just prefer not to have them because they aren’t as healthy…. cuz I don’t want to be eating them if I’m not supposed to!

  • Hi sarah, I have just come across your channel and I am totally addicted! I love your outlook on life and you are such a lovely, genuine, fun person! I have binge watched all of your vids from like then last 8 months.. You’ve helped my mind set get back to where it needed to be as I’ve kind of lost my way a little this last year or so.. So thank you for that, I’ve also got my sister and friend getting hooked on your channel now too!! They love you also. So yeah just a shout out from the UK and big thumbs up to you and Al that you represent xx Jess xxx

  • I eat healthy 360 days a year. On those rare occasions I go to a restaurant I will order the prime rib with mashed potatoes and gravy.

  • If you ask for lettuce substitute/no bun type of modifications here in south tx people really dont understand or look at you like you’re fucking psycho ‍♀️

  • Uhhhh can I move over seas. Can’t wait for my little nook of the US to take up these restaurant style. So much unhealthy fast food

  • Does Custokebon Secrets (google it) help me lost a ton of fat? I see lots of people keep on speaking about this popular lose weight secrets.

  • Clothing hauls!! I love love that white sheer’ish workout shirt you always have on. Also in the past year I really got into working out and just watching your videos is so motivating and its like we’re on the journey together(:

  • I work at McDonalds and we get free meals on breaka. I didn’t eat at home because by the time I’d be home the food my mom made would be gone. So at work I’d always get a plain grilled artisan and instead of friends I’d get 2 apple slice packages. It comes out to like 400 calories and is yummmyy. Just a tip babes.

  • When I go to a Mexican restaurant I order one taco. If the taco has a second tortilla with it I’ll separate them and make two tacos

  • What exactly is Custokebon Secrets? How does this thing really work? I notice lots of people keep on talking about this popular fat burn method.

  • I’m one of those people who LOVES sauce/dressing, and lots of it. A trick I’ve been using is cutting my dressing with lemon juice. Instead of 3 tbsp of ranch on my salad I will maybe do half of that and then squirt the whole thing with lemon. It helps spread the dressing around without tasting like I’m diluting it too much.:)

  • Ey, Green Chef! My husband and I have been subscribed for over a year. It’s definitely helped us eat better at least three days a week.

  • If you ask for lettuce substitute/no bun type of modifications here in south tx people really dont understand or look at you like you’re fucking psycho ‍♀️

  • Hey Sez, I was hoping you could make a video about the foods you avoid because of bloating, constipation, etc. I also have PCOS and am trying really hard to eat right. I did the Joe Cross 5 day juice detox to jumpstart my healthy eating, and it was great, but I was SO BLOATED because of all the kale! I know you talk about what you do eat all the time, but I was hoping for a list of things you don’t eat so I can avoid then as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE your channel!

  • I usually ask for a half portion when I go out to eat. Works perfect for me. I still get the food I want but in a smaller portion so I won’t overeat.

  • Thank you so much to you and this channel. I binge watch errday lol it has helped me to stay motivated and have learned sooo much!!! So thank you!!! Continue with your great achievements!!

  • what’s the biggest problem/challenge you deal with when it comes to weight loss/fat loss? if you can describe it in one word? thank you.

  • I’ve been watching your videos for a while, you’re very inspiring!

Personally I don’t like to split my meal in half and take the other half home. I eat until Im full so my body doesn’t think it’s being starvedif eating half my meal doesn’t make me satiated, i eat the rest, or as much as I need to feel satiated. Calories in does not equal calories out. The best way to count the nutrients you’re getting is by keeping track of your macros. Which i know you do. But the amount of calories you consume doesn’t matter as much! You can easily lose weight without going into a calorie deficit.

I do realize that you’re speaking from your own experiences and that everyone finds success in different ways. I hope you don’t feel like i’m coming at you!

  • I’ve been subscribed for a while now but I haven’t seen some of your older videos and also here and there videos that I missed like this one =) I’ve been loving watching because you very positive and upbeat =D Me and my boyfriend we do it the other way around: when we go out to eat he always eats half or a third of my serving =D

  • Thank you so much to you and this channel. I binge watch errday lol it has helped me to stay motivated and have learned sooo much!!! So thank you!!! Continue with your great achievements!!

  • Recently I heard that coconut oil is unhealthy to consume internally and that its purpose is to be only externally used. I also heard it clogs your arteries.

  • My mate laughed when I told them I was gonna become slimmer with just using Custokebon Secrets, but after I showed these people unbelivable results after I used it they’re begging me to share with them about it. Of course I won’t tell them the details about this diet plan, hahaha

  • Ey, Green Chef! My husband and I have been subscribed for over a year. It’s definitely helped us eat better at least three days a week.

  • I recently calculated that my BMR is 1800 calories and I’m used to eating around 1000. I’m in struggletown trying to eat more and it just feels wrong and I’m scared I’m going to gain weight.

  • I work with food and can guarantee we don’t care how much you change the food, everybody is different and its our job to make you food youre going to enjoy

  • Do a video on getting back into the gym after a LONG break. Like a year without a regular gym routine. (It’s terrifying and can be intimidating to get back into the swing of things again)

  • nah the tip about the avocado at chipotle is trash. if you’re trying to be healthier it’s not all about calories, it’s the quality of the food. if you get a bowl with whole veggies and guac on it, get all the guac you want. trying to tell people not to eat healthy fats but to eat huge amounts of processed, sodium filled, not nutrient dense mustard is not right.

  • Thank you for your inspiration and dedication to your viewers. I am very interested in seeing what your aquatic workout is like. Love you from the US!

  • The whole “take half home” tip is SO UNDERRATED!!! That tip alone helped me lose weight. And what’s great is I don’t have to be super restrictive. • I am so jealous of all the healthy options around you! I live in the burbs surrounded by mostly chain restaurant, but dining out is a huge part of my social life. You always inspire me!

  • I always think nit picking on tiny calories is useless, but what I am understanding from this video is that it IS worth it to be that way? Cos at the end of the day all the calories add up?

  • This has nothing to do with the video, but my sister just had a baby and she named her Jordyn. Ik the spelling is different, but still makes me think of you. I’ma call her Jordy lol. That being said, if you could make a plant slayer onesie, I’d buy the shit out of it for my niece!

  • Hi Sarah! I was wondering if you could post more videos about how you manage your pcos, mentally and physically? I was diagnosed a year ago and I’m still learning how to deal with it all. Love all of your videos and can’t wait for your ebook!!!
