  • Perfect!!! I make my own yogurt with my own goat milk and its always nice to find other ways to feed the husband before a long morning on the farm.

LG Dennis

  • I tried making a variation of this using strawberry live yog, walnuts n raspberries. It was fuckin ‘orrible! Lol. I’ll stick with porridge, sliced banana n fresh cream.

  • Super geile Serie! Danke Dennis!

  • I’m wondering how Chef Ramsey could handle cooking the way our ancient ancestors cooked? A historical re-enactment could be quite a challenge.

  • Does anyone know how many calories this has in it for one serving. And I’m on a vegan diet and does this have to much carbohydrates in it?

  • If you can actually understand English is SANCHO actually gone if he is the premier is screwed if he dose and if you have accepted it why you should of put him for 200 pound or euros or even more cuz he so good

  • Hi! Muesli should be soaked at room temperature so that the good bacteria that support our gut flora can develop. The best muesli is made with whole-grains which are freshly ground and mixed with water immediately because otherwise they oxidize with air just like apples.
These home-made oats should be soaked only 30 min. otherwise they get a bit bitter. They must be soaked because they contain a substance which can’t be digested well otherwise.
The oats bought at the supermarket lose a lot of their great properties within a month because they are processed and pasteurized so that their shelf-life is longer.
Other grains like wheat, barley, buckwheat etc. need being soaked from 5-12 hours.
Dried fruits and syrup contain a lot of sugar with might give some digestive problems to some people since it makes fresh fruits ferment.
I got a lot of useful information on this topic by reading books by the German doctor Max Bruker that also promoted the work of doctor Bircher Benner and his sons.
He was adamant in repeating the above mentioned rules because he had seen some patients having problems when they used dry and fresh fruits or fresh fruits and sugar together. Instead of milk, he used cream but I think almond milk is fine too.
Like doctor Bircher, he could cure many terminal patients. His books are simple and amazing.

  • I’ve been making this for years and I had no idea it was already a thing. I thought I invented something. Instead of berries I use a nice jam/preserves

  • I just wanted to say that I am in love with your channel! not only are the recipes great but also the videos are very nice and happy which are not that easy to find in cooking channels nowadays! keep the nice work:)

  • Yum! I make mine with a mix of live bio yoghurt and milk. It feels like eating dessert for breakfast it’s so tasty. Sometimes we even put raw cacao powder in too and leave it sit overnight. With the chia seeds, yoghurt, milk and cacao it’s like a chocolate pudding in the morning. And sooo healthy. Who wouldn’t want to eat guilt free pudding? Sign me in!

  • Nadia! I loooove all your recipes. Every fortnight Wednesdays (I try anyway) to incorporate one of your meals. They are so delicious and it makes me feel so much more healthy. Also, interesting fact. Did you know that almond isn’t actually a nut? It’s a seed/drupe. My son has allergies to nuts, but not almond. He loves almond milk too

  • Ein geiles Format. Voll interessant!!!

  • Interesting, thanks. But is this enough for you for breakfast? It’s really small portion (just 12 g of oats) etc. What do you eat then after this for breakfast? thank you

  • I love when at the end he starts to get softer and softer and I raise up the volume of my headphones and when the music play I scream and throw my headphones

  • Oats are high in Beta Glucan. Its very good for us. Sprinkle raw oats on your food. A great way to lower cholestorol and promote brain and heart health for the smokers.

  • I am Swiss and I grew up with Birchermuesli. But, we were a family with 3 boys and a girl. Mother would start with lots of oats, soaked in warm Milk, lots of grated apples and raisins. Nuts were way to expensive, that’s where the raisins came in. We went off to School and were well fed until lunchtime. I still make Birchermuesli. My family loves it and my Grandchildern are making their own creation and love it..PS: Almost forgot. We naturally added raw grated carrots. They make the muesli sooo wonderful.

  • Hope I look as handsome as Gordon when I get his age. Gotta have something for a wife in-case my faculties start failing on me early lol. My math region is already on a freaking scooter and I’m only 30. Scooter as in calculator assist lol.

  • You could also use a tea egg for the spices! Like you would use if you were making tea with loose leaves vs. bagged. Definitely going to give this a try, warm apple cider is one of my go-to drinks in the late fall and winter!
