  • Some contradictions. Agree with cooking veggies. Fruit sugar is NOT the same as other sugars. I’m not sure why people still think this? Many people have heard that sugar is bad, and think that this must also therefore apply to fruits. But fructose is only harmful in excess amounts, and not when it comes from fruit. It would be incredibly difficult to consume excessive amounts of fructose by eating whole fruits. Eat all the fruit you want. Very unlikely you’ll kill yourself. Excess raw veggies like spinach CAN give you kidney stones though so.

  • Do you have to have a dramatic weight loss to see fat go down a lot for me I have gone down, from 250-228 so far I seen some changes in my body, like in my back and On the sides. My belly is flat but there’s still the fat belly.

  • I love stevia but we buy Pyre (i think thats how its spelled). i do not like stevia in the raw because it also has Maltodextrin in it too. so I do pyre stevia and monk fruit. for.y smoothis I use Garden of life chocolate fit shake and I put a frozen banana and only 2 frozen strawberries in it and also chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter and some raw spinach (which i am wondering if spinach is coniferous… I’ll have to look it up). i put a lot in my smoothie lol I love how yours is so easy and quick! I would definitely do yours everyday because it’s so easy. but I put a lot of stuff in mine so it can make me full longer… its usually my breakfast.

  • I grew up very poor and very overweight. I lost 60 lbs when I was a teenager to join the military. The military was my only choice to be able to have a chance at life. I was 15/16 and was working as many hours as I legally could… paid for a gym membership and was buying my own groceries. I learned at a very young age that I was meant for bigger things. When you believe in yourself, you can achieve anything. I’m proof of that.

  • Whoah! Love your videos, so helpful and your energy is amazing. However as a nutritionist student advising folks not to eat dark greens is not a good idea:( Dark greens are the best source of calcium whereas animal dairy actI ally strips your bone calcium (long story so read the China study)! Yup, my mouth was agasp too when I found out! Reason for bloating is simply that your gut flora is not geared to digest the good stuff you need and get the best out of it, basically the bacteria in you gut at present is geared to processing bad stuff. Animal meat needs very, very high acidic levels (hence a lion, tiger or you puss cat can eat chuncks of it at a time…but, they have a very short digestive tract to get it out quickly too…unlike humans! All that meat is doing is putrifing and hence your poops stink like crazy ����). To help de-gas, yes you are correct cut out the processed white stuff, including sugar, choccy, sweeties/candy and animal produce, including fish completely. Water fast if you can for as long as you can. Add lemon slices to water or apple cider water to your diet this increases the stomach acid. Juice the dark greens for a few weeks, then blend them for a few weeks to help your tum bud up the right bacteria to process the cellulose. If you are on medication though, as always speak to your Doctor first.

  • I don’t drink smoothies, don’t eat raw veggies, don’t eat coniferous veges (cut them out) cut out gluten. Whyyy am I still bloated and have heartburn!?

  • I never understood if the total amount of calories per day to lose x pounds is with or without the calories lost during exercise. For example I need to eat only 1000 calories per day to lose x pounds. And that day I lost 200 calories during exercise.   • The tragic thing is that you were in the wrong religion or church. Jesus is all about love and forgiveness and growth from our sins. Without Jesus this can only go so far. I’m happy, very happy for you that you’ve come this far. But honestly, it’s not about us, but about God. We learn patience and empathy through our own trials. If it stops at us, it’s temporary and there’s a chance of going backwards when something goes severely wrong. We’re not completely freed in and of ourselves.   • I stopped doing fake sugar a while ago. The funny thing is that I just recently found out that the pre-made protein shakes make me gassy. Or maybe it is just the Orgain brand. Super weird. I also don’t eat a lot of dairy because it not only can make me gassy but it makes me clear my throat a lot too. I make a protein smoothie every morning with frozen fruit. I usually buy a bag of mixed berry’s and a bunch of bananas. Then I cut the bananas in half and freeze those two. (bananas don’t get brown if you freeze them). A little orange juice and filtered water, as well as powdered peanut butter and protein powder. The weird thing is that the powder doesn’t seem to affect me, only the pre-made shakes.

    I went Keto and lost almost 20 lbs in two months with minimal exercises. Like 5 mins every other day. I’ve never eaten so much bacon and fatty meat before this diet. No calories counting. No starving. Just eating the right food and avoid the bad ones.

I gained 11 pounds of running and walking up to 2 hours. I eat raw veggies everyday now, and I have not only lost weight, but my belly is much slimmer.   • I always overestimate the calories in my food, that way I never eat too much. I’ve lost about 7.5kg in nearly 7 weeks I’m more than halfway to my goal weight loss:) I literally eat no carbs now and no sugar, pretty much just meat and vegetables I know some people might not consider this unhealthy but god damn it works for me and I haven’t fallen off the wagon so don’t try and talk me out of it.

  • Fruit in general has too much sugar. All fruit will cause sugar spikes none is good for you. You will always get bloating and veggies yes have to be cooked all the way through. Shakes are ok but every now and again not everyday. lemons and limes are alright. Avocado is healthy won’t cause bloating. Dairy causes bloating and inflammation.   • I skipped rice and substitute it with Millet and Quinoa. Added few superfoods in my diet. My plate will always be full of vege,fruits and proteins(meat,egg,seafood) and combined with workout(running,jogging,jumping jacks) Lost 15kg in 3 months. Every night bfore bedtime and morning before breakfast I’m having Apple Cider Vinegar with lemon and a dash of cayenne Pepper. That’s it. I’m loving my daily routine now. The result is incredible and I’m shedding off weight on the go…I’m happy that my BMI is in healthy range now. Adding more superfood and healthy foods gives you more vital energy and health.     This concept has motivated many times when I was putting on weight. If I feel fat I’m going to say fuck it I want three bowls of ice cream and two bowls of cereal. If I feel thin I will be way more motivated to make a healthier choice. Right I’m about ten lbs over weight. My weight goes from size 4 to size 12. Anyway if I just tell myself I’m fat and I’m to far gone. Before you know I could be 16 /18. My weight the most healthy is between size 6 and 8.   • The amount of weak minded people who rely on technology to do everything for them these days is astonishing. Even these comments people have to ask what tool a person used.   • Not once did he mention that he had an easier time losing the weight because he had a faster metabolism. When you are muscular beneath all the fat you have a much easier time leaning out then someone who had never built muscle before
