    P.s alot of people think the Thing that’s happening is just a cover up for the implementation of 5G towers, i think 5G definitely lowers immune function like all emfs do, however i also believe its a real thing (like a stronger version of the flu) and its just bad because everyone’s immune function is being destroyed by garbage food on top of emf radiation

  • Just eat a bunch of sugar from fruit, but not sugar sugar, just sugar and refined vegetable oils. Oh yeah and fiber. Maybe some lean white meat if you really have to. Make sure not to skimp on the sugar though. Just not sugar sugar.

  • Great ��. My blood pressure, ac1, triglycerides were borderline, along with just feeling crappy and gaining weight despite very regular exercise. Cut sugars, breads and crap out of diet. Multiple channels that were pro low carb higher fat along with intermittent fasting fixed everything. Lowering ac1 was pivotal. I dropped from 225 to 160 lbs in 5 months.
    However the last 3 months I am hovering around 170 mostly due to being around the house and grazing a little more. However, my strength, fitness and overall health is fantastic. I have abs, something I haven’t seen in 30 years. I am primarily low carb, but add more for higher intensity workouts, and restrict carbs when I don’t have time to exercise. Eat lots of steak, bacon, eggs, fish, nuts, steel cut oatmeal with berries and more nuts. Actually I do graze on broccoli a fair bit.
    I have watched a few vids here, and whole heartily agree with her.
    Eat real food, carnivore or vegan if you want and can handle the bloating, but stay away from processed crap.

  • It seems a lot of Europeans take the WHO’s propaganda to heart as veganism is growing. They do care a lot about the environment but I think they are not understanding the real issues. Many of their grocery store items are imported especially in cold weather countries which means a lot more fossil fuels being used in transportation. Besides any agricultural issues. I was shocked when I found out agriculture was a larger proplem for the environment than cattle. All the online vegan movement propagates said meat was bad on the environment. Unfortunately, it seems many Europeans have fallen for it to. Please let me know if anyone knows if that is starting to turn around.

    Just wanted to add my 0.02 cents to this topic being a dietitian.

    So we cant actually “boost” our immune system. We can strengthen it over time by eating well, keeping fit, and living a healthy lifestyle which can be streamlined by making specific dietary considerations. But please don’t think that eating certain foods in an attempt to boost your immunity will protect you against COVID. It won’t. First and foremost make sure you wash your hands, do social distancing, and listen to the WHO regarding precautions to implement.

    For example, bowing(Buddhist prostration) exercise can really boost physical, mental energy and stamina by adjusting yin and yang in our body.
