  • wow that’s a lot of volume & it looks SO GOOD. I’m definitely going to have to give this one a try after my next trip to the grocery store. I’ve been looking for different protein shake/smoothie recipes, w/o the added carbs, calories, etc. This looks like a winner:o)

  • Target has a liquid chai concentrate mix that is sugar-free. I think it is Oregon Trail or something like that. I bet that that with a protein powder & milk would make an excellent smoothie, too!
