  • the mixed berry puree looks so good I dont have the patients to wait for it to freeze lol. btw I made ur chia pudding turned out great. thanks!

  • Hii! What can I use instead of chia seeds? I can’t find any of those where I live.. =( Love your video by the way! Lots of love from Italy 😉

  • More gluten free recipes please!!!!  Those muffins look awesome.  I found out a few years a go about a gluten allergy and still havent quite figured out how to bake without it yet:)

  • Thank you for this great recipe. Tried it today and it was really yummie ^^ saved me a trip to the store too since I had raspberrys and chia at home but no jam:D

  • OMG that is awesome.
    Will have to try it.
I dread making jams anymore because they call for so much refined sugar.
Have you tried mixing the fruit with ground chia.
If yes, to avoid clumping would you add the fruit to the flour a bit at a time or the flour to the fruit a bit at a time?
Have you tried out chia with any other fruits such as the tropical ones?

  • Hello! Can you please do the recipe for the banana bread! I will explain. I live in Russia (Moscow) and I am trying to eat more healthy food, but THE problem is that we don’t have this kind of habbits here, we usually even don’t have ingredients which you usually use in you recipes. But I am trying to find them and repeat your recipes! And I am doing well:) I love your recipe videos! So please do more of them and especially banana bread. Thanks! Anna from Moscow

  • I have those exact Popsicle makers! And I spill things all the time. The other day the lid blew off my Blendtec and my cabinets, countertop and floor were just covered!! Too funny!

  • I bought some fresh blackberries to do this with.  I ended up having to use about three times the amount of chia seeds to get it to thicken up to a jam like consistency.  That said, it is delicious and dead easy to do.  (All I had to do was wait for the blackberries to freeze and then defrost them.)

I did use two tablespoons of wildflower honey.  Delicious and very good on wheat toast!

  • I absolutely want to thank you for sharing this. I am now the greatest Mom in the world because my kids are in love with this recipe! Thanks again so much!

  • I love, love, love this jam recipe!! I made this a few days ago and the longer it’s in the fridge, the better it gets. The chia seeds continue to soften in the berries and honey. It tastes so fresh, tart and juicy! I went to your website to get your Kombucha recipe and while there, stumbled on this beauty. Can’t wait to try it with other fruits, especially wild blueberries! Yum!!

  • Please please please can we have a video for the muffins! They look wonderful. I have yet to find a gluten free recipe that I
    Iike and is not tasteless

  • Will definitely be trying this recipe out! I’ve been obsessed with chia seeds ever since I tried them a couple of weeks ago (posted a video about it on my channel). Awesome recipe & video! I’ll definitely be trying it out soon:)

  • Please please pleeeease download the app “snapdish” or you have the iphone, it’s where you keep a food picture diary and share it with your followers, Id like to follow you and draw some inspiration! Thanks

  • I totally LOVE this recipe!
I just got Chia seeds and include it in my morning smoothie but wanted to experiment more with it and this video gave me a great idea! Thank you:)
For how long can we store the jam in the refrigerator?

  • Amazing!!! I have a favorite organic brand that I buy, with organic cane sugar, but I think this recipe will save me a lot if money:D

  • I just made my own almond butter and was thinking… “I should make my own jam too” and voila!.. I found your video. I love your vids!
