  • Love love your channel! Ive learned so much about reading ingredients! My mind is blown! Please do a video on best probiotics and digestive enzymes! Also, what’s your thoughts on milk thistle, and what combination of supplements is best?? My gut needs all the help it can get after getting my gallbladder removed! Thanks so much for sharing!!

  • Hi Bobby which protein can i add to a shake for a 17 year old boy?? Can i use the garden of life raw organic vanilla or do you suggest i go with the unflavored?? Thank you and blessings

  • Bobby, I went crazy at Trader Joe’s today. The company should thank you I spent the most I ever have because you empowered me to know what’s in my edible product. Also, finally, after a decade of many failed attempts. I feel I’m becoming a better simple cook.

  • Whoever facing metabolism problem I suggest you to use this:>> SysTem.Secured.Kim … Their natural ingredients and vitamins support the full body through the scientific process…

  • Where does the vitamin obsession come from? I think a large part are people getting older or out of shape and just wanting to feel better. People will have a pain and then Google or a friend will tell them a possibility is that they are deficient in “x”. I would be curious if that survey had asked the reason why people are taking them.

  • “Odds are you don’t have any health conditions! Odds are you doctor didn’t tell you to take one!” Uh, hello. Chronic and genetic illness here. You’ve got to stop making blanket statements, doc.

  • I would love this It jus seems like the best way to get your vitamins without having to research what vitamins are in the things u eat then having to focus on those foods

  • Not exactly natural or safe in my opinion. Vaccines yes. But injecting vitamins and stuff I don’t think is very safe. We are designed to eat food to get all the stuff we need. This kind of defeats the purpose. Never doing this.

  • I wish he would include more references to research and maybe do a video dedicated to each nutrient, rather than a blanket statement for all of them. Most people don’t go to the doctor on a regular basis, so they won’t know if they’re deficient until something in their body breaks. Proactive vs reactive healthcare, people

  • For the brand “ancient nutrition”, under folate, it states 900 mcg (micrograms). From what the CDC and other health experts say is that a standard dose of folate (aka folic acid) for women is 400 mcg (or 0.4 milligrams) per day. Under this brand, it has more mcg than the supposed daily dose. I’m confused and I would appreciate it if you can please clarify this for me. I’m looking to buy multivitamins for myself with folate/folic acid to prepare for pregnancy as well. Thanks!!!

  • Bobby, I started to listening you few months ago. I did take some of your advice and apply while I shop for grocery. Now, I slowly start to replace some stuff you recommend that is healthy. Keep going!

  • What he said also fits exceĺlently to Max Gerson who cured many chronic “non-cureble” diseases. Do not miss his daugter’s, Charlotte Gerson, many excellent lectures here.

  • Stop the pharma obsession. I’m 63 and the only pharmaceutical drugs I take are Symbicort and until this SARS thing happened, rarely actually took that. Could l likely be put on other meds but they know I’m not interested in doing that unless there’s a proven reason for doing so. I do take vitamin D to prevent infection (there are legit studies showing its effectiveness), and cannabis for sleep (works better than anything else I’ve tried that was GP recommended, and my GP was in favour). There’s a degree of brainwashing by the pharma companies on medical students that carries on into their practice.

  • I am looking for a Probiotic for Women over 50 to take once daily. Have been using Ancient for Women, but they keep running out. Can you recommend another that is just as good or better. Have already been through menopause. I am 63.

  • Love your videos! I’ve been wanting to add collagen to my diet but not sure if powders are better or just popping some supplement pills. Which is better and if pills are just a good, which ones do you recommend?

  • I’m glad someone said it. I stopped taking so many vitamins a few years ago, when I got more into food and health as I got older. I realized that most of the diet fads, supplements and “clean” everything was just marketing, wasnt regulated and was a way to get you to spend more money. Just eat a more balanced diet, drink water and see a doctor regularly if you can. Other than that, if you dont have any deficiencies, there’s no need to take 10000 different pills everyday.

But if someone wants to waste your money on magic pills, go right ahead. Whatever makes you happy, I guess.

  • I have Chron`s disease (currently not on treatment…) I am attempting to turn my eating habits around (less junk and sugar, more fruits and vegetables), but is it a good idea to take a supplement?

  • can you pleaseeeeeee do a video about your filming process and equipment used? Your videos are always so great and done so quickly and its so inspiring!!

  • can you talk about the absorbability of vitamins? i know i hear a lot about how little vitamins are absorbed into your body, but how do you know? for example, you said you take iron with VC to increase how much the iron gets absorbed so what are other tips/tricks regarding this?

  • Thanks for this video! Informative as always. In the spirit of equipping FlavCity subscribers with supplemental knowledge, please avoid the brand “LiveWell Labs” collagen peptides. Their product tastes like chemicals and gave me horrendous migraines. This is not a legit business. Stick with the brands Bobby recommends!

  • Dr. John Bergman is probably the world’s leading expert on holistic health. I have never met anyone from the medical establishment who has the depth of knowledge and the understanding of true health as he does! One day this man will be a great name in medical advancement!

  • It’s undoubtedly useful. But as the norm, as in people having one in their bedroom, no. It’s not something the uk is really interested in atm.

  • Not exactly natural or safe in my opinion. Vaccines yes. But injecting vitamins and stuff I don’t think is very safe. We are designed to eat food to get all the stuff we need. This kind of defeats the purpose. Never doing this.

  • I supplement electorlytes, b vitamins, vitamin d and hyaluronic acid. I take a 27mg iron every other day.

I do alot of IF and keto. So i feel good about my choices.

I eat a good amount of veg and take no other meds. I track using cronometer and had a good idea what i wasnt getting enough of.

  • I used to take a ton of supplements but have cut it down over the years. First of all, I like to buy high quality and I was literally spending hundreds of dollars a month. It was crazy! Now, instead of spending so much on vitamins, I’m more into taking Ayurvedic herbs (adaptogens). Holy basil and ashwaganda are great for anxiety.

  • I get regular blood tests because I’m on HRT. My doctor has me on vitamin D and B12 because they were practically undetectable in my blood

  • Vitamin B complex and lemon balm has been a life saver for me when it comes to stress and anxiety. I thought I was losing my mind.

  • Are peas kito friendly? I just read book “Eat, Fast, Feast.” Book referred to Kito diet. In my little process search I discovered Bobby’s kito cooking & info program. My info says peas are not kito friendly. However, Bobby refers to a veg protein powder, but it has peas as 1st ingredient. So are peas kito friendly & if so to what extent I wonder.

  • Hello! Love your videos I’m looking for a best biotin and collagen vitamin that are organic and good for me I’m losing my hair bad and I don’t want to buy anything I want something that help me and if you know something for anxiety too thank you God bless!

  • Start with 50mg of 5 HTP. I started with 100 before bed and slept great but woke up with my mind in a slow motion that didn’t go away for hours. 50mg is better and maybe I’ll eventually go back up. Start slow.

  • Hi Dani, I am taking, for example, Spirulina tablets, Vitamine D and B12. I was wondering about the timing of what to take when? They say you can only absorb so much at one time… and when I thought that what I take is complicated to time, you beat me to it…. thanks ❤️

  • Yes. Nordic is good.Hehe.I am from Scandinavia. ; ).I had things send to me in Denmark. No problem. It didn’t take 6 months for it to get here. ; )

  • Love all of your videos! I began taking Juice Plus 5 years ago. Fruits, veggies, berries & Omegas. I take a calcium supplement, probiotic & a magnesium, as well.

  • I take a multi-vitamin for a few reasons. One, I don’t eat veggies. I hate them with a passion and nearly vomit any time I try to eat one. Second, I’ve got a stomach condition that makes it where I can only eat very small portions which can lead to me feeling super short of breath sometimes to the point where my vision starts to go. I 100% agree with Dr. Mike on most of this. But, if you feel better taking a multi-vitamin and can afford it, go for it. It’s a no-risk situation. Like wearing a mask during COVID. It can’t hurt, can only help.

  • I take what my GP recommends: a calcium supplement. Not because I’m deficient, but because I’m about to turn 44 and osteoporosis due to menopause is very real, and on my father’s side of my family, very prevalent.

The good news is that my doctor said that because I work out (lift weights and cardio) and love my dark leafy greens, even if I do inherent the osteoporosis from my father’s side, my lifestyle can offset much of it. We’re hopeful that I inherited more from my mother’s side as it’s nearly non-existent there (my 90 year old grandmother still doesn’t show enough bone density loss to be of any real concern).

  • First of all good video as always! Looks like you spend more money on supplements than i do on food! lol I do not take any supplements. Perhaps I should but I just don’t feel the need. I eat healthy things on a regular basis like nutritional yeast, kraut and such, and avoid junk foods almost entirely so I just don’t feel the need warrants the expense for me. By the way your hair and complexion is beautiful so maybe you should keep doing what you are doing!

  • I’ve tracked the vitamins I get from foods. And a good multi vitamin does just enough to get me my dailies. They help loads with my migraines.

  • I think everyone should at least take a multivitamin, omega 3, vitamin d, and probiotic. And then I also take iron and magnesium bc my bloodwork shows I am deficient.

It’s impossible to get all of our nutrients from just a healthy diet alone, no matter how healthy you think you are:

    1. We evolved eating wild foods that contained dramatically higher levels of vitamins, minerals, and essential fats.

    2. Because of depleted soils, industrial farming, and hybridization techniques, both the animals and vegetables we eat have far fewer nutrients then they once did.

    3. The increased burden of environmental toxins in our world today, lack of sunlight, and chronic stress leads to our bodies needing even higher nutrients (Dr. Hyman, 2020).

So yes, I think most doctors will tell you to at least supplement with the 4 essentials.

  • I agree, I mean this supplements give only some kind of placebo effects, people think it makes them healthier and stronger but honestly it does absolutely nothing and wasting money. Sure it may helped some people with vitamin deficiency but I’ve seen some people, who’re taking the supplements religiously but not eating healthily, claiming that they already had it replaced with the supplements (?) unacceptable BS. And yes, my coach also told us to only take supplements if you wanna have expensive urine HAHAHA

  • How careful do you have to be about overdosing on the fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E & K)? I noticed in that multi-vitamin you had some pretty high daily value percentages (like over 600% DV).

  • I cannot take vitamin A of any kind, not even the natural 1 ……… I experience a BAD REACTION, bones become brittle & my joints will start cracking & popping loud enough to hear:'( ………. it scares me & the same thing has happened with calcium supplements but not as bad. Tried taking the calcium with vitamin K but same reaction. Dr.s don’t know what causes this either & don’t seem to know what kind of test to order to found out why. What is really strange is I can eat lots of carrots & feel fine, so I tried taking the plant based multi vitamins that have vitamin A in it, but with in a few days start having the same problem. The only med I take daily is Levothyroxine for Hashimoto.

  • Covid 19 is what happens when no one can get vaccinated. Please make what’s happening in Italy, Spain I live in the Uk and we are 2 weeks behind Italy, please make all of the victims a loud and clear wake up call.

  • Hi BobbyI really like your videos as you explains things with sound logic. I do have a question For Calcium supplement would you recommend the Kirkland Signature Brand at Costco-

  • Love this guy. He lifts my spirits Everytime I listin to him. Organic whole food diet all the way. Tough to practice but by listening to people like John bergman, they constantly plant that seed of reminder into my brain to help me wake up and do the correct thing Evey morning to start the day off on how to heal my body. Inspirational. We need these guys like John in the medical industry,BIG TIME!

  • Dani ❤

I an very vert picky on how To chose my family supplemt and mystère grandkids supplemt
    Love You vidoe
    Keep it up

  • Your a doctor your main funder is the pharmaceutical industry I question your motives.
I’ve come out of chronic addiction and felt a big benefit from supplements.

  • As a dental anesthesiologist, I find vitamin IV drips useful for patients having reconstructive mouth surgery or extensive quality dental work done with anesthesia because the vitamin c in the IV bag can help the patient’s immune system to heal the surgical site. IV’s are especially safe in a dental office, as the patient is connected to monitors such as an EKG, blood pressure cuff, and an oximeter which monitors the oxygen in the patient’s bloodstream during the whole procedure.

  • Tried getting out of codliver oil capsules when i was younger with something similar to this… apparently my doctor told my mum to give me them to take when i was younger. I failed

  • Hi Dr. Mike! Love your videos!
Could you do a review of Naomi’s Cambel video ” my vitamins and supplements “. Stay happy and healthy!

  • I LOVE Odnova by Gosha’s Organics! I take it for energy, clarity, and glowing skin. The founder Gosha, had incurable heart disease when she was a kid and managed to fix it with her diet, nutritional background, and emphasis on eating quality foods <3

  • You should do more of these types of videos for a example pastured eggs just like that and just do that on anything and i Thank u for every Video you make but i do recommend of videos like pastured eggs but yeah thank u

  • After sharing my ‘In The Fridge’ video a few weeks back, a lot of you asked to know what vitamins and supplements I like to take, so here they are!! I hope you are having a beautiful day. XO-Dani

  • Very informative video. I’m glad I actually take most of these supplements. I love your videos! They are very thorough. Very enjoyable to watch!

  • Maybe. It’s the advertising.
I have benefitted greatly from taking Vitamins (and other Supplements) though, but I do have chronic health conditions AND deficiencies and in today’s stressful environment who doesn’t?

  • I know this is an older video, but I hope you see this Dr.. With Covid these days, doctors are now prescribing to take Vit C in addition to eating balanced meals. I was also identified as a close contact of someone who contracted Covid and our health monitor recommended I take a mutivatim with zinc + Vit C. Are vitamins being recommended because of a lack of cure for Covid or because they really do help us?

  • I take a multi vitamin along with Iron and vitamin C because my period makes me deficient. Also because I don’t have a lot of different foods (mostly starches and mixed veg packets -i’m a student and they’re cheap) in my diet so that’s what the multi vitamin is for.

  • Hey Bobby I wanted to ask you which brand of collagen peptides is better the vital proteins or the bullet collagen peptides? Been taking the vital proteins and it’s working for my hair but it looks like the bullet brand has a bigger quantity of the amino acids I am ‍♀️ thx

  • And yet geniuses such as Ray Kurzweil takes hundreds of supplements!By saying that I’m not advocating supplements just pointing it out its not all just crackpots!

  • Stop the pharma obsession. I’m 63 and the only pharmaceutical drugs I take are Symbicort and until this SARS thing happened, rarely actually took that. Could l likely be put on other meds but they know I’m not interested in doing that unless there’s a proven reason for doing so. There’s a degree of brainwashing by the pharma companies on medical students that carries on into their practice.

  • Suprisingly, people that live in places that have a lot of sun exposure, lack vitamin D as well. Everyone should check their vitamin D levels and take a supplement if needed.

  • This is so helpful! I’ve been following a pescatarian diet since January & am looking to take more then just my daily multi. I am deff going to check out your recommendations for anxiety thanks so much!

  • Dr Mike you should also comment on supplemental minerals. Because as you know minerals in foods are organic unlike supplemental versions. For example calcium carbonate Is insoluble in the body. While calcium.phosphate from dairy for example is completely soluble

  • One of the rare people that takes Vitamin D because of a deficiency. I should just go outside more lol prob would help my depression as well.

  • Can you please recommend a supplement for hormonal imbalance. I’m 43 yrs old female and getting HORRIBLE headaches at “that time of the month”. No fun

  • PLEASE DO NOT GO TO A HEALTH FOOD STORE FOR IN DEPTH NUTRITION INFORMATION! Up until very recently I was the product specialist for such a store & while we are able to sell supplements in the US because of DSHEA, the Dietary Supplements Education Act, we are not allowed to prescribe supplements, rightfully so. I can’t speak for all stores, but we were trained by everyone from product reps to product formulators. That doesn’t by any means substitute professional medical advice! We don’t know your medical history. We don’t know how anything will interact with what you are currently taking. If we did, we wouldn’t be working at a retail store. It is alarming the amount of trust and personal information people are willing to give a complete stranger in an apron, in public.

  • Is that true the thing about vitamins not needing to be approved?! I’m pretty sure over here in the UK anything in a tablet form has to be approved. You can’t just sell anything. I take a dmannose supplement and a daily vitamin at my doctors recommendation as I have lower than normal immunity and the supplement is to reduce my risk of UTI infections. I hope I’m not taking these for no reason

  • I think for a lot of people taking supplements is more of a placebo effect, it’s makes them feel healthier and reassured just BECAUSE they are taking supplements

  • The effects last for a few days to a week. However Vit D can stay in your system longer because it is fat soluble. Vit D can only be administered intramuscularly and can not be added to the IV bag for this reason. IV therapy works and is extremely beneficial for the many reasons given in this video.

  • This man can keep on talking for a week straight and I’ll still be on the same page with him. I dont get lost when he talks. Very excellent at explaining his theories.

  • Hi Bobby which protein can i add to a shake for a 17 year old boy?? Can i use the garden of life raw organic vanilla or do you suggest i go with the unflavored?? Thank you and blessings

  • I don’t agree with not using Sunscreen. The sun damages your DNA and cells and causes cancer if you get too much. Coconut oil is comodegenic which means it will break your face out in pimples. Not a good recommendation

  • I enjoy your videos are very educational and informative, you tell the true in simple terms, I understand most of the terms that you used, I hold a BS in mathematics and minor in biology from CSUCI in Camarillo, Ca.

  • Love your videos! I’ve been wanting to add collagen to my diet but not sure if powders are better or just popping some supplement pills. Which is better and if pills are just a good, which ones do you recommend?

  • Hi Bobby! Thank you for all your videos. You are making a significant impact on all of us that watch you. Can you please tell me what you think about the ingredients in Garden of Life My Kind Organics Whole Food Gummies Women’s Multi Vitamin Chews? They do have organic sunflower oil but I choose to take them because I have difficulty swallowing pills. Do you see any other ingredients that are a problem? Mad love right back at you!

  • Some interesting points, some completely delusional points.
People should remember to never condemn one side and believe everything that the other side says. Especially without the two parts having a debate or discussion and then choosing sides based on your own interpretation. For example, just listening to what some political party, government, group of people or whatever sayswill make you miss a lot of good information and won’t be the best for you or anyone else for that matter.

  • I had an allergic reaction to my prenatal and my OBGYN office recommended that I just take Flintstone vitamins instead. This just seems wrong. Am I right?

  • My stepdad takes multivitamins/supplements every day, one day he went to the hospital because he had a complaint of dizziness and he is not the type of person to go to the hospital if anything happens to him (it has to be serious, or painful for him to actually go to the hospital). He did some blood test and vitals, turns out he is completely ‘healthy’ and everything is fine. I hypothesize its the vitamins he is taking that may be causing this (he’s vegan).

  • Really enjoyed this!!
    I order from vita cost
I take Terry Naturally curamed and Curamin.
Vitas house brand(root) collagen(great for my skin/hair/joints), omega, and glucosamine
I’ve often wondered about a multi vit., I’m very healthy for my age(53).. other than backpain issues..
Oh I started on an allergy regimen also from vitacost! Hoping it will help come fall when I get sinus infections…
    Again LOVE your videos!!!!!!!!!

  • I love your channel! Holotropic breathing is a big thing here in Colorado, and I’d love to see you try it and hear your thoughts!!!

  • I had an allergic reaction to my prenatal and my OBGYN office recommended that I just take Flintstone vitamins instead. This just seems wrong. Am I right?

  • “80 percent of Americans are taking vitamins.
24 percent have some kind of vitamin deficiency.”

Probably a low, like 2 or 3 percent, but what are the chances that the supplement is the reason for less people having deficiencies?

  • Melatonin should NEVER be taken it’s supposed to be produced by the body naturally that is equivalent to taking a testosterone pill except it affects your brain

  • I only take the ones my doc says which is unfortunately a ton of them:( iron, potassium, d, calcium, b12 and cranberry on top of my lifestyle changes:/

  • Damn. This doctor makes so much sense. after having a baby and having my father pass away I started having anxiety and high stress so my blood pressure got high. The doctors put me on a low dose of high blood pressure medication. After taking it for a month and feeling like crap, I started to do research and saw how bad high blood pressure medication was for you so I started to find natural remedies. I came across hawthorn berry and stopped taking my prescribed medication. Not only did hawthorn lower my bp, it actually lowered it more than the medicine and I had no side affects. I also believe I have leaky gut, I’ve probably had it for years and it only got worse after my csection and stress with my father passing away. I started to get eczema rashes on my elbow and knees. After taking supplements, probiotics, kombucha, collagen and leaky gut supplements I started to feel much better… my anxiety is almost all gone, my headaches have improved, my eczema is clearing out and I can honestly do better. I can exercise and meditate, I can stop having cheat days with gluten and I can add bone broth. Little by little I’m going to refortify my temple. Good luck guys.

  • I work in a health food store in the vitamin department. You really need to try Ashwaganda! It will seriously change your life if you have issues with anxiety or anything mood altering feelings. Please please try it, there are sooo many people who find that amazing for their anxiety!

  • Hi loved ur video. I have a doubt hope u will clear this you have mentioned 2 magnesium supplements 1 is jarrow magmind and other is pure encapsulation magnesium so wanted to know both r same magnesium. Do we have to take both, if both wat r the difference.waiting for reply

  • All I take is a vitamin D, all I really need. I just always tell people to be sure their primary care physician knows what supplements they’re taking. Everything can potentially interact with medications or other supplements or medical conditions etc.

  • Hello! Love your videos I’m looking for a best biotin and collagen vitamin that are organic and good for me I’m losing my hair bad and I don’t want to buy anything I want something that help me and if you know something for anxiety too thank you God bless!

  • Hi Dani, I was so interested to hear about your vitamin and supplement regime. My spleen was removed 9 years ago and I am therefore immunocompromised. Every Fall/Winter I take Astragalus twice a day to boost my immune system,
and if I feel like I am coming down with a cold I increase it to 3 times a day. I work in a school and I firmly believe that this has saved me from all the nasty bugs lurking on the kiddies hands:-). Loved hearing about the suggestions and I am going to take a closer look at Silymarin Complex as I am also conscious that we have many toxins in our lives these days. Always great information, thanks for sharing!!

  • Love your videos. If you can do a video on how to deal with stress and anxiety during work and after work, that will be lovely. Thanks in advance.

  • Bobby can you do a video on the best vitamin D supplements? I just bought one and failed to look at the ingredients, only to notice later that is has corn oil and soyabean oil in it. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CM6TBEQ/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_5N0kFbFG69ZG3

  • God knows if you’re still checking comments from a year ago, but question:

Do you have a particular multi-vitamin or set of supplements you’d recommend to someone who’s working through an eating disorder, to help get them the nutrients they need while they’re working on the root problem? Or would it be more tailored to the results of a particular person’s blood tests? (I know this one’s a bit controversial cause some nutritionists won’t want you to take vitamins ever and then learn to rely on them, while others see them as a stepping stone.)

  • I used pumpkin seed extract for my prostate that was swelled like a lemon and couldn’t drain all my pee no I can aerate a fish tank some do actually work and work my afib knock on wood since I been on these pills 3 years haven’t had any

  • Thank you for your story and information. John Bergman is Way Beyond a doctor, he’s like a walking encyclopedia and health and our body. I will try the hawthorn berry for BP. Also you want to go organic because he says this all the time and get the probiotics that are in the Spore form. These probiotics Will Survive the acid of the stomach and be able to populate the digestive tract. I have only found a few that can do this but search for high survivability probiotics or Spore form. No sense in spending 25 to $50 on a 5 billion probiotic when it all dies when it hits your stomach acid. I also take the probiotics when I eat. That gives him a bigger chance to make it to the digestive tract. Regards and best of luck!

  • Vitamin B complex and lemon balm has been a life saver for me when it comes to stress and anxiety. I thought I was losing my mind.

  • I’m glad you said that not all vitamins are created equal and that not everyone needs to take the same vitamins. It’s so important to talk to a medical professional or do a lot of research before starting a supplement. Great video!

  • Thank you for this video, Ariel. Are you saying anxiety and depression can be cured by some vitamins and cooking oil? This can’t be serious

  • Ten of Thousands of innocent people have died due to the fact because a vaccine NOT EXISTING they were victims of a Virulent Prague and is here to stay.

  • I take 2 vitamins to counteract the side effects I get from some other meds I take for my epilepsy…otherwise I wouldn’t bother taking them.

  • I dont wanna crush everyone’s hopes and dreams here but when you see refrigerated probiotics they have been delivered on a hot UPS truck with no ice and then they sit in the receiving area in the back room until they get put on the shelf. The only brand that does come in a refrigerated box with cold packs are the natural factors brand. And even then it may not be as fresh. I just cannot spend money on probiotics in a pill form because of that reason. I worked at sprouts vitamin department for 2 years and another health food store for a few months now. Whole foods is no different.
Everyone is better off eating probiotics rich foods.

  • thank you for this! I consider myself a very clean eater, but I still take vitamins to ensure I am getting optimal nutrition. Ive read studies that the way food is grown these days, they are not as nutrient-packed as they used to be and thats why supplementation can be important.

  • Been working in the Texas heat all summer..have lost 10 lbs..whipped, detained, dehydrated etc etc…got my 1st one today, oh wow!!! Totally worth the money…I bet feel even better after a good night sleep…

  • His original point was logically flawed, there is low vitamin deficiency and lots of people take vitamins so don’t those two things seem to go together?

  • don’t get me wrong but it is better to take vitamin d in a tbsp of olive oil because it is dissolved in it, not water. anyways thanks!

  • Can you make a video on how you eat your supplements? I have spirulina, but it is the most disgusting thing I have tasted, haha. So I would be really interested to see how you eat your supplements

  • I’ve dealt with anxiety most of my life and was on an SSRI for years but decided to get off it about 2 years ago. I heard about L-Tryptophan and it has been so helpful with managing anxiety!! I swear by it.

  • I am happy to find you! I had a heath food store in the mid 90 to 2002. I have 10 years of study and reach. People never take me serious but I love having the knowledge of all those years and I lear from some of the best pioneers in homeopathy Medicean. People really need Vitamin D3 with vitamin k2 Garden of life still has some good supplements but Jordan Ruben sold his Garden of life to nestle who just sol it to a company in China. His new company is teamed with Dr.Axe ANCIENT NUTRITION,,, I meet Jordan a long time ago at my heath food store. Their products are the best now, if you want clean organic everything that is good for your heath. Oh yea nestle is involved with Monsanto GMOs so garden of life now has the word kind on the label. Do reach and look up Garden of Life you will see what I am talking about. Thank you for your video’s

  • Love this video!!! Thanks so much for finally posting it ❤ another supplement I find is crucial to take is a probiotic I’m definitely going to try the vital proteins

  • Its a pleasure for me to write this testimony about how i got my Genital Herpes cured a month ago. i have been reading so many comments of some people who were cured from various diseases by Dr IFA but i never believed them. I was hurt and depressed so I was too curious and wanted to try Dr IFA,, then i contacted him through his email when i contact him, he assured me 100% that he will heal me, i pleaded with him to help me out. My treatment was a great success, he healed me just as he promised. he sent me his medication and ask me to go for check up after one weeks of taking the medication. i agreed with him i took this medication and went for check up, to my greatest surprise my result was negative after the treatment, i am really happy that i am cured and healthy again.. I have waited for 3weeks to be very sure i was completely healed before writing this testimony….. I did another blood test one week ago and it was still Herpes negative,so i guess it time i recommend anyone going through Herpes HSV-1 or HSV-2, HIV, HPV,Hepatitis B.,, Diabetes,. ex back,Cancer, Syphilis reach him through Email [email protected] gmail.com OR add on whatsapp +2349054764719 DOCTOR.WEBSITE; https://drifahomecentre.jimdosite.com

  • Hii Dani thanks for sharing your vitamin routine. I take a multiple vitamin plant-based, vitamin D3, folic acid, vitamin B12 and also a baby aspirin.

  • There is no such thing as “unrealistic body image”… A lot of people are eating plant foods that were NOT NATIVE to their ancestors locations therefore their body has ZERO knowledge of how to process it… plants have evolved CHEMICAL defense mechanisms to defend against predators (one example being anti-nutrients) some are more dangerous than others but the less dangerous ones just get more dangerous the longer you consume them… The body has to know how to deal with it… In this case that means that it has to be in your DNA

resulting in NORMAL body image being seen as unrealistic….

  • All I take is a vitamin D, all I really need. I just always tell people to be sure their primary care physician knows what supplements they’re taking. Everything can potentially interact with medications or other supplements or medical conditions etc.

  • Absolutely agree that eating a healthy diet is number one thing to do. I have had results from taking vitamins and herbs. Turmeric for pain, ashwagandha for stress, magnesium for aches and pains, bs for and iron for energy.

  • Whoever facing metabolism problem I suggest you to use this:>> SysTem.Secured.Kim … Their natural ingredients and vitamins support the full body through the scientific process…

  • Thank you Dr John Bergman, I so look forward to watching your video’s. So positive & uplifting in these dark times. You certainly bring light, hope in to our live. Keep up the good work

  • Hi there! I just stopped by your channel and discovered some of your really awesome healthy recipes that I think would definitely be fun to try and wanted to tell you that Jesus loves you so very much and gave His life on the cross for our sins! {John 3:16; Rom.10:9} I pray that if you do not know Him as your Lord and Savior that you would discover a beautiful relationship with Him! <3<3<3

  • I’ve dealt with anxiety most of my life and was on an SSRI for years but decided to get off it about 2 years ago. I heard about L-Tryptophan and it has been so helpful with managing anxiety!! I swear by it.

  • Only take vitamins labeled “Made in the USA.” Not packaged in the USA or stating made in America. There is North America, Central America, and South America. Made in America can be deceptive.

  • Great video! I am not rebuying fish oils and multivitamin any more. I’ve heard that some vitamins can cancel each other out like magnesium and calcium

  • iHerb is great. I always order all kinds of things from them even hair combs, spices and skin and hair care. It used to take 4 days for my order to reach my house through DHL Express, i live in Kuwait so that’s a really short time. Unfortunately they changed their shipping company and now it take 3 weeks.

  • I work in a health food store in the vitamin department. You really need to try Ashwaganda! It will seriously change your life if you have issues with anxiety or anything mood altering feelings. Please please try it, there are sooo many people who find that amazing for their anxiety!

  • One of the rare people that takes Vitamin D because of a deficiency. I should just go outside more lol prob would help my depression as well.

  • Hi. I found iherb online a few weeks ago and ordered the Oregano Leaf drops. I read it has antifungal properties. What’s your take on this supplement? Thanks.

  • I asked my local pharmacist if I should be taking vit D as it was recommended to me because we have MS in the family. She told me that everyone (society) should be taking vit D supplements?! walked out without buying anything. Will be speaking to my Dr instead.

  • I would love this It jus seems like the best way to get your vitamins without having to research what vitamins are in the things u eat then having to focus on those foods

  • Could you please clarify the difference between probiotics and prebiotics? I was told to start probiotics, but several I’ve looked at mention prebiotics. Do I need both?

  • Thanks for this video! Informative as always. In the spirit of equipping FlavCity subscribers with supplemental knowledge, please avoid the brand “LiveWell Labs” collagen peptides. Their product tastes like chemicals and gave me horrendous migraines. This is not a legit business. Stick with the brands Bobby recommends!

  • Very powerful solutions to our health crisis. I love the message. But doc’, you seem a bit overweight! We must practice what we preach and your messages are so to the point, I’m a little shocked about your belly size. You know the dangers of visceral fats! Efenians.com tells how to incorporate your ideas and have a healthy muscular body as well….

  • Hey hey, CNP here! love your channel! just a couple of side notes for you, just in case you didn’t already know:). when you take vegetarian forms of omega-3, your body has to convert it to DHA and EPA (brain health, heart health, inflammation). The conversion rate is unfortunately super low, so as far as supplementing, you may be better off with fish oil. Hemp oil is still awesome though, it’s a great source of GLA (beneficial omega-6 and great for balancing hormones).

Also, DO NOT TAKE 5-HTP WHILE ON SSRIs it can be very harmful.

  • I feel also a lot better when I take supplements I think it’s super important to look at your molecular deficiencies because our body needs all the vitamins, ions etc. Just one thing I would recommend is to really take the supplements how they are indicated to have better results.
Love your videos by the way

  • Deficiencies may be so low exactly because people are taking basics multivitamin and multimineral supplements that at least give them the minimum amount of everything needed, without even remotely approaching the danger of excess, with plenty room for nutrients coming from food, while preventing deficiency.
The other way is just having supplemented foods everywhere, just like some European countries do to face some common deficiencies in population, but this doesn’t allow to control how much one is taking and the danger of taking too much is behind the corner.
Also, this solution is leading to imbalances, as fortified foods contain just a handful of nutrients more.
If someone wants to get every essential nutrient with the daily diet, even eating 200 grams of vegetables in both meals, they need good luck.
I’m not even starting on eating “the American way” or just generally eating stuff coming from conventional farming, which depletes a lot of nutrients double good luck.
Also, I wouldn’t take any “osteopathic association” seriously, as they are one of the least to apply scientific evidence to themselves.

  • can you talk about the absorbability of vitamins? i know i hear a lot about how little vitamins are absorbed into your body, but how do you know? for example, you said you take iron with VC to increase how much the iron gets absorbed so what are other tips/tricks regarding this?

  • Maybe. It’s the advertising.
I have benefitted greatly from taking Vitamins (and other Supplements) though, but I do have chronic health conditions AND deficiencies and in today’s stressful environment who doesn’t?

  • The only thing I’ve really taken for the past 18+ years is a fish oil caplet everyday, I mean it’s helped my insides and kept my skin youthful, so I guess those are at least working for me

  • Thanks for this video!!  I’m always interested to see what someone specializing in good health takes for vitamins and supplements.  I also love to see the brands.  You hair and makeup look great too!!

  • Best health advisor ever I really respect this man this man really cares about people and their health God please always bless this man and his work your hand be on him always amen

  • Oh, another thought: probiotic supplements are all well and good but do you think it’s better to ingest them naturally via fermented foods? Not that I need an excuse to eat yogurt or kimchi or kombucha

  • Lol this reminded me I have to make an appt to get my vitamins tested because of my medically prescribed restrictive diet, I’m trying to eat well rounded but the low fodmap diet (plus like 6 more minor restrictions) is viciously restrictive, i also plan to ask my doc about probiotics as a possible option to hopefully heal my gut in some way so I don’t have to be so restricted

  • You are videos have been very helpful and very much appreciated, thank you for sharing your experience and for taking the time to make them.

  • ok so you shouldn’t eat anymore just hook yourself up to an iv drip to get more “energy” also I don’t trust the words “detox the liver” thats like sweeping your broom

  • Iherb did not ship the Flora Adult Probiotics with an icepack when I ordered them from your recommendation. Unfortunately, they will not refund me for the product either. It was in the 90’s outside when they shipped it to me. I will never order from them again.

  • As a healthcare professional vitamins and supplements are not FDA regulated. There have been studies showing that for most supplements there are only trace amounts of what the label claims to have and a whole bunch of fillers. Because these brands are not regulated and tested the companies can put whatever they want in their label. Sometimes the supplements do not even contain what the label says at all. Please be very cautious, especially when taking several at a time. There is not enough evidence that supplements are neededlike you mentioned, the majority of vitamins and minerals come from food and yes, we don’t always have a great diet but the amounts needed are so small that true deficiencies are rare. Vitamin D and B12 are probably more common as well as iron, but I would not recommend to take them unless levels have been tested. And please do not take medical advice from salespeople at these stores they want you to BUY this stuff so if course they will tell you that you need X, Y, Z. Only get advice from a professional. Love your recipe videos!

  • Daniyou are a lady after my own heart, I love all you suggestions. I’ve been taking the cheaper Costco version of vitamins for about 5 years now, and have recently been interested in finding better quality supplements to take for me and my son. This video was perfect timing since I wasn’t sure what website would be bestthank you so much! Just a couple of quick questions: is the Omega-3 vitamin you take a good Fish Oil alternative? I’m pretty sure it is, but I just had to make sure. And also, the last one you shared that had the beans on the front(CANNOT remember the name lol), do you have any idea if that has been used to help balance moods in people with bipolar? Kind of a random question, but I’ve been trying to help my husband. If anything, perhaps it could help him deal with stressboy, has he had a lot of that lately! Anyway, thank you so much for all your hard work to share your discoveries with us, it has truly helped me so much! Hope you have a good day!

  • I have all of the the medical conditions and I wouldn’t let him anywhere near my body. The parents of Samoa were convinced to not get their children vaccinated against Measles led to dozens of children die as a result.

  • Only take vitamins labeled “Made in the USA.” Not packaged in the USA or stating made in America. There is North America, Central America, and South America. Made in America can be deceptive.

  • Thanks for sharing your routine! Mine goes like this… Turmeric, Milk Thistle with Dandelion, Spirulina, Magnesium, D3, Fermented Cod Liver Oil, Black Seed Oil, Noni Fruit powder, Bee Pollen, A mushroom blend supplement, Ionic Zinc, and 100 Billion Probiotic.:D

  • Bobby, I went crazy at Trader Joe’s today. The company should thank you I spent the most I ever have because you empowered me to know what’s in my edible product. Also, finally, after a decade of many failed attempts. I feel I’m becoming a better simple cook.

  • How do know whether it is safe to mix supplements/vitamins? it seems like a lot of people say we shouldn’t mix them but you take the mutlivitamin, magamind, 5 htp after lunch

  • Could you recommend a brand of Turmeric or any other supplement that might help ease aches and pains in a 60 yr old. Healthy/fit but pain from previous back injuries. Thank you!

  • Dr Mike you should also comment on supplemental minerals. Because as you know minerals in foods are organic unlike supplemental versions. For example calcium carbonate Is insoluble in the body. While calcium.phosphate from dairy for example is completely soluble

  • Do Americans really have a yearly medical? Our NHS would collapse if we all trotted off yearly’ We get invited to have certain tests at a certain age

  • You have to watch his videos and understand what’s really going on with our immune systems. The immune system if it’s compromised will not be able to fight off measles or any other disease. The vaccines do not work. There was a school in Texas that had one hundred percent vaccination against measles. They were very proud of this and talked about it. A kid or two brought measles into the school and everyone got so sick they actually had to close the school down. This failure of herd immunity is happening all over the place. Explain to me how 100% children vaccination fails to work? Where is the autism coming from? Where are all these childhood diseases coming from? Why do over 50% of our children have a chronic disease? The answer is the food, toxins,, lack of exercise, and Bad Medicine IE vaccines. This is of course my opinion from my research.

  • Very informative, thanks for sharing. I totally know what you mean, there are so many you can take these days, it can get a bit ridiculous and you have to be strong to reduce it down to a manageable amount I find!

  • How careful do you have to be about overdosing on the fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E & K)? I noticed in that multi-vitamin you had some pretty high daily value percentages (like over 600% DV).

  • Hi BobbyI really like your videos as you explains things with sound logic. I do have a question For Calcium supplement would you recommend the Kirkland Signature Brand at Costco-

  • Bobby, I started to listening you few months ago. I did take some of your advice and apply while I shop for grocery. Now, I slowly start to replace some stuff you recommend that is healthy. Keep going!

  • I never cared for supplements in my younger days. But then I did some (wiki) research, and studied the foods I ate. Mostly sugar and bad fats. I had to change my diet. But considering what today’s world offers, the best I could do was switch from McDonald’s to Burger King. My intake of sugar and processed foods was still ramped.

    So I started taking:
    Multivitamins
    Calcium supplements
    Magnesium supplements
    Fish oil capsules
With a breast of chicken, and/or a piece of fish, and some eggs. I snack on nuts between meals, and drink plenty of water…

I no longer have brain-fog, my muscles don’t cramp, my finger nails are stronger, and I’ve gained a little weight (I was underweight despite my diet)
I feel good. I feel great.
I know supplements can’t replace a well balanced diet, but I never had a well balanced diet. My only regret is that I didn’t get my blood tested before my new supplement diet.

  • As a healthcare professional vitamins and supplements are not FDA regulated. • I LOVE Odnova by Gosha’s Organics! I take it for energy, clarity, and glowing skin. The founder Gosha, had incurable heart disease when she was a kid and managed to fix it with her diet, nutritional background, and emphasis on eating quality foods <3

  • 1:55 regarding supplemental vitamin d. It is less efficient than sun light induced natural vitamin d made in the skin. How different? Well the former is fat soluble and has a limited capacity in acting in the body while water soluble natural one is water soluble and can reach every damm part of the body and do its job.

  • Hi Dani. I take the same as you do. I have been watching you for a few years now. I have done my research and read many book. The only different i do is take the astragalus tea instead of the pill. Thank you for the good advice and your awesome videos. God bless and take care.

  • don’t get me wrong but it is better to take vitamin d in a tbsp of olive oil because it is dissolved in it, not water. anyways thanks!

  • Great video Em I’ve just starting reading Alicia Silverstone the kind diet and I’m loving it thanks to you ❤️ I’ve also been tested and I’m wheat and yeast intolerant which really wont of been helping with my vestibular stuff watching your videos gives me hope that one day I can be cured too

  • I like the video, but I don’t agree that you should avoid taking medication when sick and I don’t know if that’s something you should be spreading to your viewers. Natural preventative care is always best, but raw honey isn’t going to help cure you from a bad cold or flu! I agree that antibiotics are normally not needed, but medication exists for a reason.

  • I’m currently going through postpartum anxiety and depression:( I feel like a whole different person not my self but I don’t want to take medication please help

  • Say I was someone with low iron, low vitamin D and often feels fatigued, would anything serious happen if I just went cold turkey and stopped taking daily vitamins?

  • I don’t really trust doctors….not gonna trust everthing they say. They’re not right all the time. I went to a doctor and complained about everything I was having issues with. He said I was perfectly healthy. I went to another doctor. Turned out I was right…I had so many health issues. But the first doctor told me I was just insane lol.
Multivitamins can be great for other people who don’t get enough on their diet. It’s not necessarily bad. Don’t always listen to doctors. Many of them are idiots who don’t give a sht about people’s health…all they care about is money.

  • It’s amazing that someone as focused and put together as you suffer/suffered from anxiety. I have my bouts, too. Ur strength is inspiring,)

  • I take calcium, magnesium, zinc, and iron on a weekly spread out schedule but trying to keep my diet nice and varied so I don’t have to take vitamins. Also, don’t vitamins degrade unpredictably based on variations in the temperature they were transported at?

  • Dr Mike, I hope you see this and can respond. Brief History: 56 yo single female no pregnancies ever, Diabetes Type 2, Bipolar (mostly manic) with some psychosis occasionally, hypothyroid, high cholesterol, gastric sleeve surgery 10/2013, (350 lbs initially with shortness of breath with walking and low back pain with standing), (197 lbs now and much healthier maintaining here easily), gall bladder removal, L medial meniscus debridement, endometriosis surgery all in 1998. I think I have some nutritional deficencies due to malabsorbion due to the stomach surgery. I have been diagnosed with vit D deficency and broke R humerus at the neck in the shoulder and one bone in my R hand when I tripped over my mom’s wheel chairs. I take 10000 units of vit D. I also have been diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia which is supposed to be mild recently just before losing my health insurance and I’m waiting for my new COBRA health insurance to kick in so I have not been able to pursue these other items yet. Since March 15th, I’ve had pain in my hands, mostly palms, but also fingers and wrists, trigger thumb both hands, trigger finger one hand, cold hands, cold feet, occasional similar pain in foot ankle or toe. I have difficulty to grip with my hands or do fine task with fingers or to make a fist. I noticed that the iron glucamate and vit c combo would help but not completely and started reading on Vit B12 intrinic factor deficiency accociated with stomach surgery and so added B12. But I have to take the 3 pill combo 3-4 times a day to find relief. The worst time is in the morning for the trigger thumbs/fingers until the vitamins kick in but the pain and lose of function is most of the day except eased by meds. (I had stopped taking the b complex about 4 years after surgery). I do have some swelling and pain to the touch at the base of my thumbs and a few places in my hands usually between the bones. Also have bad tinnitus and hyperachusis in both ears since Feb 2017 wit only mild hearing lost and the only thing that helps is Flavanoide, Vit A and zinc and selenium have been helpful. I have a night guard for grinding teeth as suggested by ent. I have also used noise masking device. Nothing works as good as the vitamins though. Is it possible for you to help guide me in seeking more medical help for my hands more useful and less painful????

  • Sun phobic mothers… i see parents covering prams and pushchairs with blankets so the child doesn’t get any sun… it’s insane… covering them with factor 50 sun block… What! are these people crazy. They need educating.

  • Iherb did not ship the Flora Adult Probiotics with an icepack when I ordered them from your recommendation. Unfortunately, they will not refund me for the product either. It was in the 90’s outside when they shipped it to me. I will never order from them again.

  • Thank you for this video, Ariel. Are you saying anxiety and depression can be cured by some vitamins and cooking oil? This can’t be serious

  • The greatest gift if from Jesus. Read the Authorized King James bible (the preserved perfect one) and have eternal life with him in heaven. If you don’t believe us see our channel, all free and Watch Know your Enemy by the Fuel project, Walter Veith Catholic Islam connection, A Lamp in the Dark (shows the KJV is true), Ron Wyatt Archeological discoveries, Mike Hoggard number patterns in the KJV, and Chris LaSala videos on how to follow Jesus. Ask God for wisdom and read the New Testament first. The truth shall set you free. Jesus said “I am the way the truth and the life. No man cometh to the Father but by me. God was manifest in the flesh. He paid for your sins. God has rules, to protect us and to make us holy ready for Heaven, that is if we want him. This is for those that love the truth. Be blessed. Love Mitch and Mary.
(By the way, the bible says “It is harder for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of heaven than a camel to go through the eye of a needle. ” Rich people don’t realize they need Jesus. Few make it. God isn’t against being rich, he just warns us. He says “The LOVE of money is the root of all evil. It’s not the money itself. He doesn’t promise a best life now like some mega preachers, he says we will have trials but he will strengthen, stablish and settle us, conforming us to his image. Most want to be saved from hell (that is if they believe it, there are many testimonies of people having near death experiences from all walks of life that have seen hell and heaven), but not from their sins. They don’t know what it is like to have the peace of Jesus and not want to wilfully sin. When we make mistakes, he chastises those he loves. Those that know what we are talking about will find out. As for the rest of you, we pray for more labourers for the Lord of the harvest, that you will have other opportunities to know Jesus. We are not promised a tomorrow. Eternity is forever.

  • Suprisingly, people that live in places that have a lot of sun exposure, lack vitamin D as well. Everyone should check their vitamin D levels and take a supplement if needed.

  • I don,t need to because I was immunised against all of these vaccines and I am not Autistic and neither is anyone in my family and we were all vaccinated.

  • This man is NOT a Medical Doctor please stop listening to him you are buying into his extremely dangerous you are short of a Snake Oil Salesman John admit it.

  • I don’t get the logic behind refrigerating probiotics. Live bacteria lives in warm areas particularly gut bacteria. The gut is warm and acidic. Even so if you’ve ever worked in retail you know that somewhere along the way to hitting that shelf they were left unrefrigerated. Like after delivery in the back stock room waiting to be put out in the refrigerator section. I prefer something that is shelf stable because if it requires such specific conditions to remain viable, it’s high risk/ probability that it’s not going to hold up to anything different.

I have cultured some of the shelf stable pro-b’s myself, grew them on nutrient agar and observed the cultures under light microscope and have found with at least the ones I’ve used, to be very much alive and active.

  • Absolutely agree that eating a healthy diet is number one thing to do. I have had results from taking vitamins and herbs. Turmeric for pain, ashwagandha for stress, magnesium for aches and pains, bs for and iron for energy.

  • After sharing my ‘In The Fridge’ video a few weeks back, a lot of you asked to know what vitamins and supplements I like to take, so here they are!! I hope you are having a beautiful day. XO-Dani

  • I only take the ones my doc says which is unfortunately a ton of them:( iron, potassium, d, calcium, b12 and cranberry on top of my lifestyle changes:/

  • Dr. John Bergman, Genius of Gifted skills and knowledgeable Common Sense! This video should be playing non-stop in every Hospital and Doctor’s waiting rooms..In Schools, colleges, universities and factories!

  • The only thing I’ve really taken for the past 18+ years is a fish oil caplet everyday, I mean it’s helped my insides and kept my skin youthful, so I guess those are at least working for me

  • I’m glad you said that not all vitamins are created equal and that not everyone needs to take the same vitamins. It’s so important to talk to a medical professional or do a lot of research before starting a supplement. Great video!

  • Hi Dani, I am taking, for example, Spirulina tablets, Vitamine D and B12. I was wondering about the timing of what to take when? They say you can only absorb so much at one time… and when I thought that what I take is complicated to time, you beat me to it…. thanks ❤️

  • I think for a lot of people taking supplements is more of a placebo effect, it’s makes them feel healthier and reassured just BECAUSE they are taking supplements

  • Valuable information.Great when it is coupled with the bible and the one who inspired it.God is the one that made healthy food to eat, made a ground to walk on,made bodies to move and made sleep to restore us.We are made in his image,he is the designer.

  • If you don’t believe in God why the hell do you want to be a doctor? You have NO BUSINESS being in the healing profession, you greedy money hungry atheist evil demon.
I love Dr Bergman, I wish you would check ‘at the admissions” if people believe in God. If they are demons they have no business being at your lectures. They are only there to learn a BUSINESS and they see people are staying away from conventional doctors so they are going where they think the MONEY will be. I would never want to go to one of those money motivated docs, especially if they don’t believe in God, the guy who CREATED our planet, our food, everything LIVING on this planet and US.

  • I went to a holistic family physician for the first time this year after turning 40 and started a new regime that has really helped me. Daily: 400 mg of magnesium, 2000 mg Omega 3, probiotic 5 billion and 5000 IU of D3. The magnesium really has helped with pms symptoms and insomnia.

  • If we only had more credible Doctors like him. The problem is the medical education has the influence and support of certain unitelligent greed moguls. It’s mind blowing that they are taught to look at the body as separate parts. Instead of the body as a whole. Each part having an affect on the next part. You would think that even if they are not taught this, after a while it would dawn on them that what they were taught makes no rational since.
I have never had a doctor ask me about my diet or sleep habits. EVER….. That should be the number one question. Instead you are asked what medications are you taking and if your mother had cancer or high blood pressure. Some of these doctors have got to know what they are doing is morality and ethicaly wrong. So if you know or think what your doning is wrong but yet you keep doing it, then hes in it for the money and prestige. He doesnt give a dam about his patients.
Our bodies were not meant to have chemicals pumped into them. I am surprised we are even still living, with the amount of posion that is ingested on a regular basis. From the crap in our food to the air we breathe. All of this has a deeper more sinister backing. The hands of a few.
I love this guy, I wish we had more like him. Very intelligent and compassionate man.

  • Very useful video as usual. Thank you so much. I also appreciate if you could also advise or make a video for college students to help them with daily nutrition and supplements. supplements that also help with concentration and focus. As you said we always want to go as natural as possible. All the best to you.

  • Great info!!!!! I have Hashimotos so I take Garden of Life Brand Multi Vitamin plus additional supplements as the multi is not enough because Hashimotos depletes you body of vitamins. I additional, B12 with folate, Vitamin D, Iron, Magnesium, and Turmeric daily. Thoughts on Turmeric for inflammation? It has really helped me. I am going to try plant based plant based vitamins, as I was taking some synthetic, so hopefully I can feel even better.

  • I’m currently going through postpartum anxiety and depression:( I feel like a whole different person not my self but I don’t want to take medication please help

  • great video! Im pregnant and my midwife and I got together and made a supplement routine for me and I feel great! I think vitamins are so important! We also had our holistic doctor put together a vitamin routine for our children as well! Thanks for sharing! Its okay to have a lot of supplements! I go to so many homes and its sad because you see a medicine cabinet of pharm drugs, but no one complains about that!

  • Personally I’d rather have expensive urine than an expensive hospital bill.

(Do your research on each nutrient and eat a healthy diet, too.)
