  • First time having stuffed peppers. Since I’m a vegetarian, this was a perfect option ✔. I was short a couple of ingredients so I substituted the garlic powder for onion powder and the chili powder for a dash or two of cayenne. Topped it off with a little bit of shredded sharp cheddar cheese and a few slices of avocado . The flavor is . I’ll definitely make this again! Thank you so much for sharing!

  • Great job. Looks tasty. Instead of cutting the top of the pepper off and filling the tub, consider cutting the pepper from the stem in the middle vertically downward and using a spoon to remove the seeds and the membrane material so you can fill pepper boats instead of pepper tubs making your finished product easier to eat. Also not wasting the top shoulder pepper veg. Great vid. Very well made. Thanks for posting.
