In Pakistan every house has this. But now I found out we were curing few issues and causing some more issues same time. Such as not taking enough water. Gas problem. Iron deficiency. I took this twice. The first time it helped clean me out. The second time I had acute diarrhea & vomiting to the point that I had to go to the ER & was put on a saline drip, anti-diarrheal & anti-nausea medication & they sent me home with Ondansetron which I had to use for a week…

If you are slow, it will congeal, and you will almost have to eat it, which I find unpleasant. 0lenty of water, one day, you will forget that, and semi-damp psyllium will attach to your esophagus, draw moisture from the surface, and get stuck. It will dislodge, but drink plenty of water with it. Take it in a smallish glass of water, stir quick, swallow, then drink plenty of water.
Mix psyllium husk in coffee along with unsweetened cocoa powder unsweetened bakers chocolate and a fat of choice ( butter, heavy cream etc ) sweetener of choice blend and chill will make a keto chocolate pudding

Dr Berg, all that people will be eating and stocking up on is pasta, rice, grains, bread etc for weeks/months due to the corona virus pandemic. They are not eating or buying veggies as they go bad quickly amd not practical. Please make a video on the effect of this as I think the results will show on a mass level. Here is an idea for a video: • A comprehensive list of all vitamins/ Minerals/ Supplements necessary. You could have 2nor 3 lists, 1.) All necessary vitamins/ Minerals/ Supplements, 2.) Minimum and maximum amounts. I want to utilize just below the maximum in starting out, 3.) Important supplements to focus on to fulfill multiple requirements, (e.g.; Nutritional Yeast fulfills multiple Vitamin B requirements), 4.) I have barely used it these many months. I started,…. I started to get on Keto. I was sent to videos that taught me beginners concepts, like don’t lose weight to lose weight, eat healthy. It’s like signing 9n to a Calculus class, and having classes, “1 + 1 = 2, 1 + 2 = 3, 1 + 2 = 3, 1 + 3 = 4,…” I don’t want to take a course in remedial nutrition, I want the advanced keto and OMAD, concicely and thoroughly, and organized, not some vitamins in chapter 2, others in chapter 4, extras in chapter 10. All vitamins in one section.
I used psyllium husk caps, as an additional fiber source on keto. Initially, I really enjoyed it. However, after taking it for a couple of months, I became anemic. Be careful.

It needs to be 100% mixed in water. If not you might get a wet lump that is dry in the middle. This could latch on somewhere in your digestive system. It might then burst, releasing the dry insides that will swell and form a blockage. It won’t last for life, but it might give some discomfort next day or two.
Perhaps it could put a brilliant, shiny polish on the inside of one’s bowels, but, ain’t that alotta Psyllium Husks to be cramming into such a confined space; every day?

I use whole psyllium husk & ground flax seed as a substitute for bread crumbs in my keto meatballs & meatloaf… I use 18 grams of each, mixed with 2 oz of water, for every pound of ground beef. Of course it’s not as good as the evil wheat, but it does the job!
Hello Doctor I received your product (vitamine D3 & K2). It is really great, but doctor, when I eat it in breakfast with olive oil, I improve by 80% because I have calcium deposited in the salivary glands area, which causes me to swell in that area and thus my face changes slightly when swelling, but when I take vitamins that goes The swelling disappears but is not complete and when I wake up in the morning I find the salivary glands swollen again which means that calcium is deposited again knowing that my vitamin D level is 20.8. It hasn’t done much for me and it bloats me terribly. I’m drinking a tea called smooth move that has worked for other people. Maybe I should cut down on the 2 tablespoons of psyllium husk to 1 tablespoon or maybe it’s in the meta-Meusel itself that is the problem.
Take only for 4 to 5 days and then stop and after 10-15 days do same. Regular consumption will cause appetite loss and gas formation as it cold in nature. Long term usage will make body heat to go out and it will lead nerve weakness. Enjoy in moderation. It’s cleaning and detoxification medicine not tonic.

Problems with psyllium husk is it is a laxative. You have to be careful not to use very large amount in recipes. Unless you like sitting on the toilet all the next day. Cut the amount in a recipe by half and substitute the other half with ground flax seed. Not only will it affect you so strongly the flax will help take the egg taste out of your Breads and dose. Try it and think you’ll be happy with it. Or maybe you just like sitting in the bathroom looking at YouTube recipes all day.

Oh, gosh. Putting a spoonful in a glass of water???? YUK! Put a teaspoon of it in your scrambled eggs. Put a teaspoon of it in your fat bombs. Put a half-teaspoon of it in a large recipe of salad dressing. Put a teaspoon of it in your protein smoothie…… Always put it in your Keto King bread recipes!!! Adding fiber to carbs slows down the glucose response to less of a spike and more of a bump. This will positively effect the Insulin also.

So I understand that you cannot interchange whole psyllium husk and powder in recipes because they “measure” differently when using cups measurements. However, what if I interchange them via gram measure and not cups measure. Like, I would sub 20g of whole husks to 20g of powder husk? What difference in my baked product’s texture and taste would that make? I have been researching about this, but no one is saying anything about the taste and texture.
Don’t have to taste anything. Pinch your nose while guzzling it down, keep holding your nose and drink some clear water after to wash taste out of your mouth then release your nose.

I take psyllium husk every single day. It has gotten rid of my constipation. It doesn’t give me gas like the drugs the doctors give me. My cholesterol was 190 and it’s down to 160 in just one month. My blood pressure was 129/80 and now its 119/70. My pre-diabetes is gone. My blood sugar was over 250 and now it’s around 120. I’m no longer pre-diabetic. I started at 355 lbs and I’m currently down to 317 lbs. I’m off my IBD meds. No more symptoms. I am no longer high risk for colon cancer. I’m just so happy to get rid of the constipation. the dosage on a bag i bought said 1 tablespoon and take it 3 times a day I am sure they just said that so i have to buy it more often. That would be very unpleasant to have to drink it 3 times a day and a tablespoon of psyllium would need at least 1 litre of water for it not to end up a coagulated blob. only take one teaspoon a day and I notice a difference so i stick to that

Mix psyllium husk in coffee along with unsweetened cocoa powder unsweetened bakers chocolate and a fat of choice ( butter, heavy cream etc ) sweetener of choice blend and chill will make a keto chocolate pudding

I get the Indian organic psyllium husk and boy let me tell u! Cleans me out every morning atleast 4 times and I’m good for the rest of the day!

I made some naan bread with coconut flour and Psyllium husk fibers and believe me, I had multiple trips to the toilet for the next few days after eating them!! So if you guys have a bowel movement problem, make some coconut/psyllium husk naan bread and things will happen!!!

Adding fiber to carbs slows down the glucose response to less of a spike and more of a bump. This will positively effect the Insulin also.

relax & let it get in2 the intestine. THEN go out & do hard physical work all day. the magic happens… @ night or next day a solid tube impression of yur intestine comes out full of AAALOT’a old weird shit & stuff. FEELS FANTASTIC afterwards… great relief 2 get the intestine very cleaned out.
My Doc explained that Net Carbs are like taking over the counter medicine whereas Total Carbs is like taking prescription strength medicine.
So I understand that you cannot interchange whole psyllium husk and powder in recipes because they “measure” differently when using cups measurements. However, what if I interchange them via gram measure and not cups measure. Like, I would sub 20g of whole husks to 20g of powder husk? What difference in my baked product’s texture and taste would that make? I have been researching about this, but no one is saying anything about the taste and texture.
Could this product help a paralyze bedridden person that cant have a bowel movement, it has to be remove bit by bit with hand as often as possible.
Don’t have to taste anything. Pinch your nose while guzzling it down, keep holding your nose and drink some clear water after to wash taste out of your mouth then release your nose.
Concerned about timing. Between ingesting and actual poop. I hate going at work. Should I take it before bed to go in the morning before work?

I take psyllium husk every single day. It has gotten rid of my constipation. It doesn’t give me gas like the drugs the doctors give me. My cholesterol was 190 and it’s down to 160 in just one month. My blood pressure was 129/80 and now its 119/70. My pre-diabetes is gone. My blood sugar was over 250 and now it’s around 120. I’m no longer pre-diabetic. I started at 355 lbs and I’m currently down to 317 lbs. I’m off my IBD meds. No more symptoms. I am no longer high risk for colon cancer. I’m just so happy to get rid of the constipation. I’m losing weight well. I am no longer worried I’m going to get colon cancer.
I don’t have poo problems but I do like taking this stuff to help suppress appetite so I can lose weight. I also eat a bowl of Fiber One cereal almost everyday, a really great source of fiber with no added sugars

You need to drink a glass of water or juice straight after you took the husk because it swells up so much.
Plus it also helps to bind you up after a bout of diarrhoea
Can I combine Psyllium Husk with Metamucil? I am using Psyllium Husk to lower my cholesterol while using Metamucil for digestive issues.

I enjoy fruits and vegetables as well as psyllium husk fiber supplementation to my everyday diet! I have never had such satisfying bowel movements on a daily basis, as I do when I drink psyllium husk mixed with water!
Can you tell me if it affects birt control since it has a laxative affect? I would take psyllium in the am… birth control at night

Boy Italians are the healthiest people in the word! N.1 and they live longer! 40% carbs in their diet mostly from wheat. How stupid can anybody be to do just the opposite?
