  • thanks for the idea of putting stuff in bowls instead of carrying around milkshakes all the time. I kind of don’t like textures like the way you were saying I like my Foods really separate. so if they’re all Blended in one thing I’m fine but I don’t like to feel pieces in my mouth in my ice cream or pudding I think I could handle the Chia or ground flax and then the nut butter but everything else would have to go in the blender as a food processor. I may not even use the protein powder cuz I don’t think I need it. But thanks for the idea if I did need a boost. And thanks for the idea of putting things in a bowl because I’m kind of lazy lately hey wait what channel am I watching? and plopping it in a bowl to seems like a great idea seems more like a meal. so thank you!
