    The fit and sheen of the blazer make it look like a cheap jacket you can get at kohl’s. Business clothes show their quality super easily and I don’t think these pieces would look very good next to other (legit) business wear.

  • Actually, protein, gram for gram, supplies the body with as much energy as carbohydrates ( http://www.livestrong.com/article/495813-does-protein-give-you-energy/). The biggest difference is that proteins take longer to digest, as the nitrogen they contain must be processed accordingly. However, proteins are essential to proper, healthy human development, even playing a huge role in the development and maintenance of bones and, in general, cells.
    I am not defending that cow’s milk is inherently good, but it does have SOME nutritional value, not including a significant contribution of calcium, as milk contains very little. Indeed, in most instances milk is not a healthy choice by nearly any means, including the many negative side effects that it has; however, it is incorrect to assume that it is of no value to the human body.

  • This is VERY wrong. Protein isn’t that important. Give it up, milk industry. Vegans are going to win at some point. Protein and calcium do not work well together, and can actually be ineffective if you want strong bones. Also there’s very little studies that protein and calcium will affect your bones at all.   • Yet the USA has actually been shown to get too much protein… Protein is certainly not an issue here and there are certainly better sources than milk out there. Hell a can of re fried beans would be a better source.

The biggest difference is that proteins take longer to digest, as the nitrogen they contain must be processed accordingly. However, proteins are essential to proper, healthy human development, even playing a huge role in the development and maintenance of bones and, in general, cells.
    I am not defending that cow’s milk is inherently good, but it does have SOME nutritional value, not including a significant contribution of calcium, as milk contains very little. Indeed, in most instances milk is not a healthy choice by nearly any means, including the many negative side effects that it has; however, it is incorrect to assume that it is of no value to the human body.

  • This is VERY wrong. Protein isn’t that important. Give it up, milk industry. Vegans are going to win at some point. Protein and calcium do not work well together, and can actually be ineffective if you want strong bones. Also there’s very little studies that protein and calcium will affect your bones at all. This needs to end, we do not want your nasty ass puss filled milk anymore.
