  • I’ve used the SILK Unsweetened Almond Milk Vanilla Flavored. I’ve used it on cereal and it’s good, I bet it would be good in this shake too. If you don’t mind the slight taste of almonds, than I don’t think you’ll have a problem with drinking almond milk. I’m not a real fan of almonds and I enjoyed this.

  • I’m not the best cook but I make bomb ass healthy smoothies. I always snapchat the recipes because my kitchen is too dark to film it. Great video!

  • Just a suggestion, I can’t tolerate certain textures so I freeze the banana too otherwise it can feel like mucus (sorry) in your mouth. That just ruins the whole experience for me. Just a side note for anyone out there who may be like me

  • How many calories is that protein powder? Would you recomend that brand over the Vshakes? I been on the Vshakes but I have only lost 7 lbs in total and I been on them for two months. I have already canceled the shakes but I was looking into going with Herbalife but I saw your video and saw you are using a diffterent Protein Shake.

  • Just made it. I used the solid white part at the top of the coconut milk and my smoothie had good flavor but it was grainy. ☹

    All in all great video. I think i just might have to tweak it to my liking and just use the cloudy liquid at the bottom. I wish the smoothie tasted more coconuty.
