  • I would do it with 20ml lemon and 10 ml simple syrup because the drink is quite strong so i generally find it better that way. But everyone can do it the way they like it.

  • I’ve started drinking these because they are keto friendly with relatively little sugar especially if you only use a splash of sugar free coke and the lime is good for you.
    I just use a cap full of each alcohol and end up with a 2oz drink.
    Can you mix of all the alcohols in one bottle so you don’t have to open so many to make a drink or will that ruin the flavor? Obviously I’m interested in drinking not bar tentering. ��

  • Out of every recipe I have tried, 1/2 oz of each spirit and 1 oz of sweet and sour has tasted the best. Most bars I have ordered LI’s at serve it in a pint glass like the one you used to shake it in. More room for ice and also a little more coke. Of course a lemon wedge also, never seen a lime wedge.

  • Smoothies like to trick you into thinking they’re healthy. Once the fruits are blended they release their sugars. Some places add fruit juice as well which bumps up the sugar content.

I had some pre-juiced beet, carrot, apple, ginger juice and then added frozen bananas, raw cashews, plain yogurt, and spinach. Like dessert for breakfast!

  • Brain freeze you hold the cold drink against your forehead. In the the palate, dilation is sensed by nearby pain receptors. Blah blah, pain comes from facial area (forehead). Just try it!

  • Funny, this isn’t anything like a long island iced tea you could get at a typical bar. Most bars would give you some extremely sugary iced tea and vodka.

    Honey to taste
    Molasses to taste
    Tahini(seasame butter)
    Spinach
    Water
    Mixed berries
    I sprinkled it with chia, walnuts, coconut flakes, and it was a delicious dessert.

  • Hey, thank you so much for posting this video. Out of my nature, i drink alot. If i don’t drink for an hour i get tired, after roughly 2 hours i get a headache that just does not leave. I consume a lot of liquid most of the time. But i still eat. After i eat i feel nauseous, fatiqued and generally heavy. I tend to gain alot of weight, even if eating healthy. I am thinking of drinking smoothies instead of eating to gain vitality. I already replaced my breakfast with a Smoothie and that Made me feel really good! Thank you for your encouragement and added info! I’m going to try this too, finally!

  • I have never had the McDonald’s ones but Smoothie Kings are so good. You pay for it though. My smoothie which is peanut butter, chocolate and banana is more than eight dollars for the next size up from a kids size. I usually have someone with me and always feel like almost twenty dollars for two smoothies is insane.

  • If your mango smoothie tasted like OJ something was definitely wrong. It literally tastes like mango and pineapple. The strawberry and banana taste artificial. It was probably the mix or the machine. Love your channels❤️

  • Smoothie recipe: 1 cup of frozen strawberries or banana, 1 handful of fresh spinach, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, hemp seed and chia seed, 2-3 tablespoons caoco nibs, and soy milk to cover all the ingredients.   • I tried your recipes and they’re amazing! Thank you for making this video.
    Just a tip I’ve learned that mixing sweet and sour fruits is tough on your digestive tract and not ideal. For ex: bananas and grapefruits should not be mixed together.

  • So, the only reason why this car existed was because there were a lot of British people who didn’t want to go through the tests to get a drivers’ license and that there was a loophole at the time that said that you were allowed to drive a 3-wheeled car with just a motorcycle license, and motorcycle licenses were easier to get.
    So, basically, there were a lot of British people who would rather risk death than to get a proper drivers’ license.
