  • BTW sorry for the late upload my friends! Didn’t have cable until today. Need to learn to put my videos on a schedule (pre-upload)!

  • Absolutely. I had someone to film for me last month (signed up to my gym) and then one of his properties burned down (bad luck) so he’s been dealing with that. Should be on routine with them shortly though. Sorry for the delay

  • wow man! Maple n brown sugar is the main flavor i buy! Here in NC they sell it as its own. i actually buy the high fiber kind as well. I can gladly send you some boxes of that maple in exchange for a sleeveless T lol.

  • Been following CJ since the beginning of the previous channel, therefore I’ll pretend that I did not watch the opinion on election part of this video

  • Hey Chris, could you please make a video debunking the fact that 5×5 workout protocols do not give maximum muscle growth for beginners. For some odd reason, people recommend 5×5 over 4 sets of 8 to 12 reps which is wrong. I did starting strength and got myself injured from heavy OHP and fat from the gallon of milk a day bullshit. Now I’ve found out that this style of training is completely wrong! WTF! Please make a video debunking these dogmatic fools before anyone else gets hurt for NOTHING BUT THE ABILITY TO LIFT HEAVY OBJECTS OFF THE GROUND!

  • Good for you man..you’ve earned it with Grind, sweat, and tears. Saving some money for that hoodie..been following and supporting for a while and finally getting swole enough to earn the right to wear those pump chasers threads!..Can’t afford the Jordan’s but living the dream through you my man. Enjoy and keep grinding! sending much love support and gains from Arizona!

  • Chris, are you planning on coming out with any more flavors? Would love to support you my man and buy a tub but peach isn’t really my thing for protein. Much love buddy

  • That shake looks delicious! As far as the oats…. You can buy just Maple n brown sugar… Quaker has a few different types… You have the lower sugar but if you look at your Walmart to see if they have it in the weight control version and also in the high fiber…. Only has a couple more carbs than the lower sugar. Good luck finding it! Long time viewer! Much love and respect! IG: court_fit_life

  • Awesome stuff Protein Chef. Your entire protein shakes playlist is just invaluable to a student like me who don’t have a variety ingredients sitting in the fridge. Subscribed and will definitely be tuning in regularly.

  • That pump n grind and intra pump stacked on each other is crazy!!! Gave me one of the best pumps i had in a while! Pink lemonade flavor was brilliant man!

  • Bro my dad said the same exact thing. Very wise words Chris! And for the record, out here in LA they have Quaker Oatmeal where the whole package is maple brown sugar.

  • From 7:00 to the end of the video the smoothie was filled to the absolute top and my guy is making hand gestures left and right and not one drop spilled.

  • I loved your thoughts on the election. I’ve heard a lot of them today and yours is the best! I knew it was gonna be good when you said Ima stay hoe ready, haha

  • So him discriminating against a certain sector of people because of their religion and him calling Mexicans Criminals and Rapists is ok huh????!!! Cmon man. You saving a couple bucks in taxes ain’t worth compromising you integrity man. He’s a racist man. But to each it’s own. Fuck Trump.

  • Looks yummiest! I have my nephew for the summer and he has a,or easy lost 10 pounds in a month and a half.I just got some peaches so I am going to make this with a some honey instead of sugar:)

  • @PumpChasers I tried this smoothie and it is GAF… Especially if you add a couple dashes of nutmeg in it… Gives it an even more real peach cobbler flavor!

  • yea Flight Club is way overpriced, I use ebay, find the sellers with 100% feedback that sells kicks on a regular basis, most of them are trustworthy but not all, keep a eye out for them fakes too…
