  • Yes that’s what I have on hand, I have unflavored and vanilla whey protein powder, so can I use that instead of the collagen protein powder? Ty

  • Sorry to ask this question again can I use protein powder so I can have the same texture that had when you made your bars? I would like to keep my recipes as close to yours as possible for it too hold up and taste and look just like yours! Will the protein powder work just like the collagen protein powder? Thank you again for your advice!blessings to you as well

  • Anything with coconut is an automatic winner in my book I imagine other berries like blueberries or strawberries would be delicious too.

  • Just wonderful, been searching for “popcorn on paleo” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Diyarter Benaylee Cure (do a search on google )? Ive heard some super things about it and my brother in law got amazing results with it.

  • What can I use in place of the collagen protein instead! I do not have any on had and would love to make this recipe! I do however, have unflavored protein powder as well as gelatin powder, in the green can by Great Lakes! Thank you for your help!

  • Looks amazing!! Would gf flour instead of almond flour work? Would love to make this but some family members are allergic to almonds:(

  • Another amazing recipe that I am eager to try out! I think I’ll also drizzle some salted caramel sauce and a little bit of melted chocolate overtop and pop it into the fridge to firm up. Thank you for sharing, as always.

  • Hi Natalie I made these this weekend and brought them to yoga studio I go to Raleigh Yoga Studio. I added a twist to it. I sprinkled toasted coconut flakes on top of the chocolate. They came out pretty good. I was afraid the wetness of the berries wouldn’t bind so I add a little coconut flour! Everyone loves them. Laura owner and yoga teacher always takes a picture of the goodies. I love the no bake recipes. Thanks so much. Keep them coming!

  • I was just thinking about making crumble, or something crumble-y… thanks for the inspiration!:3
I shall omit the oil though, hope it will work.:)

  • If only I could cook… You’re blessed with an awesome temporary chef and the heavenly life skills of cooking. Nutrition is more important than the actual exercise!
I’m currently watching my calorie intake (it’s working, I’m getting there), but it’s hard getting more muscle (I used to be the most obese kid yet was also the strongest since I ate a LOT of beef). What do you eat after your workout? Shakes? Nuts? Or just the regular protein shakes?

  • This is glorious, I’ve been looking for “paleo fruit snacks” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Diyarter Benaylee Cure (search on google )? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got cool results with it.

  • Team BBC, not trying to be funny or anything like that, but can you post a video on why people who train/workout become very gassy (Farting)? Does it have to do with the type of protein shakes one is taking? Any thoughts?

  • I swear your recipes are always simple, clean and yummy

Random question. Any recommendations on how to use up a box of corn puff cereal? Before it goes bad. Can I blend it into a powder and use it as flour for cookies? Or bars,,,?

  • Hey Big Brandon, Got a question for you.

I smoke weed pretty frequently, especially after workout’s, the problem is I end up getting the munchies and eating bad foods (chocolate/chips) which are preventing me from seeing my abs due to the layer of fat it builds. Have you got any recommendations for what I could subtitute these foods for? (bearing in mind I’m usually lazy by this stage and don’t want to cook)

  • It would be really helpful to put the ingredients and measuremenrs instead of redirecting viewers to your blog. It wastes everyone’s time

  • Hello, I just stumbled across your channel. Could you please add the nutritional information on your recipes also?
I am going to make your Birthday cake today for my fathers Birthday today and it would help a lot if carbs were known even in future recipes. Regardless I am definitely subscribing today. Thank you for the great recipes.

  • Hey, Brandon! I’ve been subbed to your channel for a couple of years, and I dig every post you make! I also watch TheHodgeTwins. They swear by “intermittent fasting” as their ultimate dieting option. I’m wondering what are YOUR thought on intermittent fasting, and would you recomend it for me(19 years male, trying to lose quite a few vanity pounds)?
