    I have to be honest, I’ve never been a big breakfast person. BUT, if I were to have breakfast, this would be the way I would go!

  • Nice, I have a heck lot of instant oats so I had to use it… but I can’t leave it overnight or else it’s gonna be too mushy and weird. So what I do is I mix the ingredients first thing in the morning, then I let it soak while I’m preparing myself ( dress up etc.) then 20 mins should pass and the oats are ready!

    Dates, Chocolate, Walnuts

    Grated carrot, a dash of orange juice (instead of milk or yogurt) cinnamon

    Grapefruit, Kiwi (no liquid, milk, yogurt as there is enough water in them)

  • I love putting zucchini in my morning oatmeal. Sometimes I swap riced cauliflower. The texture is a bit noticeable, but not the taste. And I love getting veggies in my breakfast!

  • 4 weeks ago I switched from cooked oatmeal to overnight oats. Love them! Great ideas here, here is my favorite recipe so far:
    .75 cups rolled oats (I used organic and sprouted for extra nutrition)
    1 cup to 1.25 cups of nut milk (I use Silk Unsweetened Vanilla flavor Cashew milk), only 25 calories
    Heaping half cup of fresh blueberries (not frozen, fresh taste better)
    3 tablespoons of raisins
    1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon
    (I also add 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds, and 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds)…

    Tweak levels to your liking. Try it, you’ll love it

  • It’s a good idea to grind the chia seeds for better absorption. You could also use soy milk powder which is much cheaper than if you bought the ready made soy milk. Almond milk is also expensive and processed.

  • Never heat food in the microwave it basically kills all nutrition values. Microwaves are only good for melting butter, heating water and that cold cup of coffee.

  • Hi everyone..couldn’t sleep so decided to watch some vids….found this, my 1st introduction to these amazing seeds. Wow I’m hooked and can’t wait to get to the shops and start some healthy receipts.

  • Personally I’ve always layered my oats with my fillings and added the milk once I was done, but I think I’ll try mixing it like this! Also, apple pie oats is one of the best ones for beginners or those not keen about oatmeal to try. When I make it, I use apples, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Also I add Carmel sauce on top, though it’s not the healthiest lol.

  • So, I wanted to make the apple pie. I made the oatmeal chia seed base and sweetened with maple syrup. Went to the fridge to get an apple…. no apple but I had a pear. Chopped up the pear. Didn’t want peanut butter so I added chopped walnuts instead. Alas, no raisins but I had dried cranberries. Added ground cinnamon and ground clove for spice! Breakfast is served!

  • Instead of Stevia, I use finely chopped dates and one tiny (I mean tiny) squirt of maple syrup. It works perfectly. I also fine that a small dash of salt helps bring out the flavors. I mix peanut butter in as well.

    For toppings I like dark chocolate chips or strawberries. If im feeling like I deserve a treat, I’ll use both dark chocolate chips AND strawberries. So damn good

  • Wouldn’t say “sugar free” as sugar turns into glucose / fructose when eaten. Oates turns into glucose and the fruit into fructose. Oatmeal is higher on the glycemic index than sugar, meaning it spikes it higher.

  • Hey Dani I love your channel and made theses pots today, 2 of the Peanut Butter Apple Pie Oats and 2 of the Double Chocolate Banana Oats. My mix was very dry (I did sub 1 cup of Almond Milk for 1 cup of Greek Yoghurt) and I had to use 12oz Mason Jars for the four pots I made. The Double Chocolate was made even drier when I added the Cocoa Powder. Any suggestions on what I may have done wrong. I know you can see what I did but would love some advice.   • These aren’t sugar free if you’re adding maple syrup. Yes, it’s a natural sweetener, but maple syrup is still just sugar. It’s just from a tree instead of the cane plant.

  • THIS is my new favorite breakfast! I prep about 2-3 servings in advance for quick go-to breakfast option. I make mine with the same base as yours but add in some raisins, a TB of almond butter 1 tsp (or less) of maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon.   • Hi (to all my 100% loyal family) (whoever they are)

    Well it’s like I always dreamed of many great things, (as in things to accomplish) but I have never been able to get anywhere close it it ever, in my whole entire life.
    (Well I mean things to accomplish because obviously in terms of looks (face) I’m the best there is was and do ever will be (real life)

    Well I guess being a 4 without a social instinct is just a pure recipe for disaster.

    And like I said before, it’s not like
    “I’d be satisfied if I fucked 100 girls in my teenage years or dated 100 girls”

    I guess I could say that………… it’s just that I don’t feel like

    “I adequately lived my life”
    (And this is actually a mix of a lot feelings”)

    And it’s like i always wanted to live the “normal life” of a kid in my teen years.
    Such as
    Have a lot of friends, hangout with them, go to gatherings, prom and all that social stuff.
    But I never did any of that, in fact, I dropped out in mid sophomore year. But even when I was in school in freshman I never did any of that either. I was always just kinda of anti social
    ( I had confidence, but I was always self conscious, and the one thing that always hindered me from “trying to get a girl” was my body, and how I need to get in shape first. That was always the excuse. And I never had it in me to get in shape and so I never did anything.
    Well because for me it’s not about the sex (Well it is about the sex) but moreso it’s about myself, and wanting to feel “worthy” because no, I’m not going to be some random bum who gets a girl.

    Because any fugly worthless idiot could get a girl (that’s not what I want) I want to not only get a girl, but feel worthy of it.
    (In terms of looks (face) I’m the best there is was and ever will be (real life) but you get the idea.)
    (It doesn’t matter if the girl likes me or not, I have to like myself in order to feel satisfied)
    (And YES, this is the one true reason why I never ever did anything.)
    (But ofc I’m a 684 and I’m the truth teller but I guess I’d say that a lot of the other reasons I stated were true to a degree. But this is the #1 reason out of all of them)
    And what ALWAYS frustrates me to no end is that.
    The “concept” of getting in shape all you need is a “calorie deficit” it sounds SOOO simple. Yet I could NEVER achieve this.
    I guess it’s because im a 4 and in the book it said that 4’s tend to give up too easily.
    (At least that’s their typical behavior)
    Oh and this reminds me of something else I was thinking about today.

    Out of the 3 feeling types
    2’s go to 8
    3’s go to 9
    4’s go to 2
    If you notice how 8’s and 9’s are a million times stronger than a 2.
    But the opposite is that
    When 4’s rise up they go to a 1
    When 3’s go up they go to 6
    2’s go to 4.
    That would mean 4’s are the most powerful then they on the direction of integration.
    That would explain why I always feel the most capable whenever I’m emotionally moved.
    And remember when this one time, where I got “low key Infatuated with a girl that I never even talked to” in college
    (this was around 2014-2015 before everything started online)
    (It was in the “dark ages” when everyday was just filled with despair and I’d play xbox pc and other games and watched movies/ shows 24/7 everyday just to take my mind off it)
    But yeah, and I just kept listening to like super depressing music while running for hours at night.
    (I was addicted to the “bittersweet” feeling I don’t know if that is considered a 4 going to a 1. )
    But I did have a streak, and I did actually get short term results.
    I ate 1 takeout tray of Panda Express everyday and then ran for about 2 hours non stop every night on my neighborhood in neighborhood in Ohio.
    (So that pretty much cancels out to 0 calories everyday)
    But like I said “I was addicted to the bittersweet emotions” But I don’t know if this is a 4 going to 1.
    But to add on to this.
    I still remember “somewhat” of my mindset every night when I ran back then.
    I remember is that the music I’d listen to is the old ones from my dad ‘s/mom’s collection (and some American music from around the time of highschool and the girl I liked)
    and every single night when I go out to run.
    It’s like I’d listen to that music and it’d remind me of things like

    “My life story, my crush in highschool EVERYTHING that’s ever happened in my life, WHY I NEED to do this”

    And then I’d cry a lot while running too, but it always felt good. And I’d talk out loud to myself outside in the quiet night. And just meditate and reflect on my life in general.

    And I also remember a specific feeling
    (And I think this does mean IT IS a 4 going to 1)
    Well because every time I thought about that back then, I always felt a feeling of
    “a surge of conviction” well something like a 1’s thing.
    Like I’d describe it as
    “An unbreakable resolve to do something”
    (And this is literally after i cry)
    (Well because I’d describe it as “tears of bittersweetness”)

    And uhm…….
    And also……… I guess I’ll always have those regrets no matter what. (Since you cant change the past)
    But I hope to find a wife/true love or something like that lol (in the future 162) with the help of my 100% loyal family.

    And then in the end perhaps I can

    “Find a meaning in everything”

    (I’m sure everything always had a meaning, I just never figured it out yet)

    And typing about this and thinking about the past just made me had more of “that bittersweet feeling”

    Anyhow that should be all for tonight.

  • Mau biru sama merah sama aja. Yang beda cuma ukuran tipisnya..kalo biru ukuran oat lbh tebel jd butuh effort lbh yakni dimasak bentar. Yang instan tipiss jd ckup di rendem air panas udah bs mateng. Kalo mau overnight gak perlu dimasak atau tuang air panas. Jeda waktu yang lama direndem.pakek.susu bkin oatnya lembut dan bs dikonsumsi

  • I once tried overnight oats with yogurt and I threw them out cause I didn’t like them at all. I love hot oatmeal with fruit like your frozen blueberry oatmeal I tried was delicious. This morning I tried your overnight oats recipe with frozen berries and then I added 30 grams of banana and a tablespoon of fruit spread. It’s so good I never liked overnight oats now I do thank you so much your recipes are sooo amazing.

  • I just learned about over night oats using oat bran I can’t do regular oatmeal I don’t like the texture. I use 1 cup of oat bran I container of premier vanilla protein drink a dash of cinnamon and 1 TBS of PB2 powder shake and leave over night in the morning I top with blue berries and coconut chips so good it’s 3 serving for me and I stay full for much longer then just the protein shake.
