  • OMG! I felt I was eating a dessert, for real! I made a combination of cacao powder with peanut butter, maca powder, cinnamon, and hemp seeds; next morning I pour it into a bowl with half banana and frozen berries, delicious!!! Thank you, big fan!

  • I LOVE how easy you’re making a whole-foods, plant-based diet for others!

    I also love overnight oats!

I have to be honest, I’ve never been a big breakfast person. BUT, if I were to have breakfast, this would be the way I would go!

  • Nice, I have a heck lot of instant oats so I had to use it… but I can’t leave it overnight or else it’s gonna be too mushy and weird. So what I do is I mix the ingredients first thing in the morning, then I let it soak while I’m preparing myself ( dress up etc.) then 20 mins should pass and the oats are ready!

  • These were really great ideas! I’ve just started implementing a pre-workout meal into my routine, and I went to overnight oats. So this is literally the most perfect timing for me to get inspiration! I love the carrot cake oats recipe. That’s definitely the first I will try!
On a similar note, would you think about doing more meal ideas for great pre-workout meals? Or go into what a person should look nutrition wise for when making them?

  • Enaaaak bgt sih rupanya. Selama ini makan overnight muesli pkek yogurth lagi jenuh bgt gak selera. Kyaknya nyoba pkek oat aja sebagai selingan. Kuncinya gak males aja kalo mau buat yg enak2 kyk d video.

  • Just a thought, no need to add stevia or any sweetner when using fruit especially the last one. Here’s another great flavour combo:

    Dates, Chocolate, Walnuts

Grated carrot, a dash of orange juice (instead of milk or yogurt) cinnamon

Grapefruit, Kiwi (no liquid, milk, yogurt as there is enough water in them)

  • I love putting zucchini in my morning oatmeal. Sometimes I swap riced cauliflower. The texture is a bit noticeable, but not the taste. And I love getting veggies in my breakfast!

  • Wow just as I started to eat more oats! I used to like them as a kid with some dark chocolate, but for some reason I stopped eating them. Thanks for this new ideas 😉

  • OMG Thank you so much for raving about the peanut butter/apple recipe SO DELICIOUS. I didn’t bother adding stevia to sweeten the oatmeal base as the fruit was enough to sweeten but I always add a pinch of salt to oats which makes a massive flavour difference. #sogood just like you say

  • 4 weeks ago I switched from cooked oatmeal to overnight oats. Love them! Great ideas here, here is my favorite recipe so far:
.75 cups rolled oats (I used organic and sprouted for extra nutrition)
1 cup to 1.25 cups of nut milk (I use Silk Unsweetened Vanilla flavor Cashew milk), only 25 calories
Heaping half cup of fresh blueberries (not frozen, fresh taste better)
    3 tablespoons of raisins
    1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon
(I also add 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds, and 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds)…

Tweak levels to your liking. Try it, you’ll love it

  • Just made 2 of these carrot cake and pins colada one. Delicious! Nutritious! Filling too. Thank you for these excellent recipes.

  • What i always wondering with all these overnight oat is how do you guys eat it? I mean do you remove it to a bowl or just scoop it out of the jar? Because they look so stuffed, i mean arent they gonna make a mess? Hehehe

  • I always feel bad whenever i eat uncooked oats.. i get a stomachache for 3+ hours, i always have to cook oats before eating them

  • I LOVE overnight oats and can eat them for breakfast almost everyday. The blueberry lemon combo is what I will be trying tomorrow since I love lemon. Yummy…

  • I loooove overnight oats more than regular oats cooked in pot. They’re so much more savoury and enjoyable. Thanks for sharing your recipe, Elisa Stay safe!

  • Omg sooooo good! I only tried the peanut butter apple recipe and it was delish!! Thanks for this healthy breakfast idea, will definitely make this again…

  • New sub here! Watching all of your breakfast vids and I LOVE THEM! Thank you so much for the inspiration and positive energy! Lots of love from Sweden

  • Idk if this is the right video to ask this question but everytime I do my oatmeal, it’s not filling at all!! I feel hungry after one hour, literally. I top it with bananas and I had to buy protein powder to make it more filling, but I wonder will these overnight oats be more filling or at least not make me hungry after so little time?
Anyone that could provide an answer is more than welcome to do so!:)

  • I usually do an Almond Joy themed overnight oats! Thank you for these other ideas. The Peach Cobbler, Zucchini Chocolate Chip, and Banana Bread look yummy!

  • My 52nd day with you and looking forward to the 90 days you recommend to make a new habit your own! (I had thought it was 66 days so now I’ve more of a challenge… YET I WILL SUCCEED!) I’ve been hearing in 2019 about the overnight oats so look forward to this video from a year ago! (shows how ideas take a while to catch on “again”!) BYE! THANKS!

  • Absolutely delicious, wento Trader Joe’s got all of the ingredients, husband and I been having the,we absolutely love them, thank you!

  • It is absolutely delicious. My whole family fell in love with chocolate overnight oats. I skip the sweetner because I find that the banana adds enough sweetness.

  • I tried the blueberry one and I followed the instructions clearly and yuck it’s so disgusting, it’s all cold and tastes like sick I had to bin it

  • It’s a good idea to grind the chia seeds for better absorption. You could also use soy milk powder which is much cheaper than if you bought the ready made soy milk. Almond milk is also expensive and processed.

  • It’s all good. But for me I dropped dairy and almond milk. Now I make my own Hemp Milk and reduce all sweetness to the added berries. Don’t limit yourself to a Mason jar Kids, Your overnight oatmeal won’t know it’s in a small bowl. Yahooo. CMJ Canada

  • Omg all of them so freaking good. Girl I live for them!!! Dear Danny, even though you said you’re not vegan or vegetarian, since watching your videos over the last few years you’ve made helped me become a really good vegetarian!! Working on being a vegan. Thanks for all these amazing recipes over the years! Is there a book in the pipeline yet? Joe x

  • This is great. Oats are the perfect gluten free breakfast option and combined with chess seeds makes a great gluten free combination. Well done!!!

  • We made 3 types out of these last night. We have yet to try two of them, but the chocolate peanut butter one was delicious! My kids absolutely loved it. Thank you!

  • Personally I make the oats first and let them stay overnight and in the morning I’ll chop up some fresh fruit. Tastes 10xs fresher

  • Never heat food in the microwave it basically kills all nutrition values. Microwaves are only good for melting butter, heating water and that cold cup of coffee.

  • Do the chia seeds get slimy like they do if you put them just in water? Not a big fan of them for that reason. Is it ok to not add them? Thanks!!!

  • Hi everyone..couldn’t sleep so decided to watch some vids….found this, my 1st introduction to these amazing seeds. Wow I’m hooked and can’t wait to get to the shops and start some healthy receipts.

  • Personally I’ve always layered my oats with my fillings and added the milk once I was done, but I think I’ll try mixing it like this! Also, apple pie oats is one of the best ones for beginners or those not keen about oatmeal to try. When I make it, I use apples, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Also I add Carmel sauce on top, though it’s not the healthiest lol.

  • So, I wanted to make the apple pie. I made the oatmeal chia seed base and sweetened with maple syrup. Went to the fridge to get an apple…. no apple but I had a pear. Chopped up the pear. Didn’t want peanut butter so I added chopped walnuts instead. Alas, no raisins but I had dried cranberries. Added ground cinnamon and ground clove for spice! Breakfast is served!

  • Instead of Stevia, I use finely chopped dates and one tiny (I mean tiny) squirt of maple syrup. It works perfectly. I also fine that a small dash of salt helps bring out the flavors. I mix peanut butter in as well.

For toppings I like dark chocolate chips or strawberries. If im feeling like I deserve a treat, I’ll use both dark chocolate chips AND strawberries. So damn good

  • Wouldn’t say “sugar free” as sugar turns into glucose / fructose when eaten. Oates turns into glucose and the fruit into fructose. Oatmeal is higher on the glycemic index than sugar, meaning it spikes it higher.

  • Hey Dani I love your channel and made theses pots today, 2 of the Peanut Butter Apple Pie Oats and 2 of the Double Chocolate Banana Oats. My mix was very dry (I did sub 1 cup of Almond Milk for 1 cup of Greek Yoghurt) and I had to use 12oz Mason Jars for the four pots I made. The Double Chocolate was made even drier when I added the Cocoa Powder. Any suggestions on what I may have done wrong. I know you can see what I did but would love some advice. Many Thanks from Australia.

  • Hi Sara, These are lovely recipes and yes I have tried the carrot cake flavor. Mind blowing ☺️ but wanted to know that if I add banana will it not get black overnight??

  • Dani your awesome great video! I’m going to try the blueberry-lemon and the tropical using unsweetened coconut milk for the flavor because I hate shredded coconut. Thank you!

  • This video was my introduction to C and D and to eating a whole lot healthier. Now I watch all the time and enjoy every video. Especially those with those cute kids! Many blessings to you and your healthy fam!

  • If anyobe is looking for a review, i tried the blueberry one and ITS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Gave me a great start to the day.

You can make the blue berry sauce yourself even though im not good at it. I just boil blueberries and water together lol.

  • Hey Rachel! Thank yoou for the new video, currently watching. I’m a huge fan and have watched all of your videos, even the keto and PCOS ones even though nothing applies to me when you were live on insta the other day you mentioned posting more minimalism and artistic videos somewhere else on here? Just curious where I can find them because those are my favorites.

  • Hi,
I just want to enquire which type of oats are you using. Coz there are those instant ones and those which require cooking. Please advise. Thanks

  • I absolutely love your channel! I’ve been trying to get back into eating healthier and getting back on track with my weight loss goals and you definitely have been inspiring me lately! • Hey. This is me Algerian woman from Cannes, and I’m really in love, with your all delicious recipes and advices, thank you so much:)

  • These aren’t sugar free if you’re adding maple syrup. Yes, it’s a natural sweetener, but maple syrup is still just sugar. It’s just from a tree instead of the cane plant.

  • THIS is my new favorite breakfast! I prep about 2-3 servings in advance for quick go-to breakfast option. I make mine with the same base as yours but add in some raisins, a TB of almond butter 1 tsp (or less) of maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon. In the morning I top with fresh strawberry slices and blueberries! Bon A Petit! 😉

  • Hi (to all my 100% loyal family) (whoever they are)

Well it’s like I always dreamed of many great things, (as in things to accomplish) but I have never been able to get anywhere close it it ever, in my whole entire life.
(Well I mean things to accomplish because obviously in terms of looks (face) I’m the best there is was and do ever will be (real life)

Well I guess being a 4 without a social instinct is just a pure recipe for disaster.

And like I said before, it’s not like
“I’d be satisfied if I fucked 100 girls in my teenage years or dated 100 girls”

    I guess I could say that………… it’s just that I don’t feel like

    “I adequately lived my life”
(And this is actually a mix of a lot feelings”)

And it’s like i always wanted to live the “normal life” of a kid in my teen years.
    Such as
Have a lot of friends, hangout with them, go to gatherings, prom and all that social stuff.
But I never did any of that, in fact, I dropped out in mid sophomore year. But even when I was in school in freshman I never did any of that either. I was always just kinda of anti social
( I had confidence, but I was always self conscious, and the one thing that always hindered me from “trying to get a girl” was my body, and how I need to get in shape first. That was always the excuse. And I never had it in me to get in shape and so I never did anything.
Well because for me it’s not about the sex (Well it is about the sex) but moreso it’s about myself, and wanting to feel “worthy” because no, I’m not going to be some random bum who gets a girl.

Because any fugly worthless idiot could get a girl (that’s not what I want) I want to not only get a girl, but feel worthy of it.
(In terms of looks (face) I’m the best there is was and ever will be (real life) but you get the idea.)
(It doesn’t matter if the girl likes me or not, I have to like myself in order to feel satisfied)
(And YES, this is the one true reason why I never ever did anything.)
(But ofc I’m a 684 and I’m the truth teller but I guess I’d say that a lot of the other reasons I stated were true to a degree. But this is the #1 reason out of all of them)
And what ALWAYS frustrates me to no end is that.
The “concept” of getting in shape all you need is a “calorie deficit” it sounds SOOO simple. Yet I could NEVER achieve this.
I guess it’s because im a 4 and in the book it said that 4’s tend to give up too easily.
(At least that’s their typical behavior)
Oh and this reminds me of something else I was thinking about today.

Out of the 3 feeling types
    2’s go to 8
    3’s go to 9
    4’s go to 2
If you notice how 8’s and 9’s are a million times stronger than a 2.
    But the opposite is that
When 4’s rise up they go to a 1
When 3’s go up they go to 6
    2’s go to 4.
That would mean 4’s are the most powerful then they on the direction of integration.
That would explain why I always feel the most capable whenever I’m emotionally moved.
And remember when this one time, where I got “low key Infatuated with a girl that I never even talked to” in college
(this was around 2014-2015 before everything started online)
(It was in the “dark ages” when everyday was just filled with despair and I’d play xbox pc and other games and watched movies/ shows 24/7 everyday just to take my mind off it)
But yeah, and I just kept listening to like super depressing music while running for hours at night.
(I was addicted to the “bittersweet” feeling I don’t know if that is considered a 4 going to a 1. )
But I did have a streak, and I did actually get short term results.
I ate 1 takeout tray of Panda Express everyday and then ran for about 2 hours non stop every night on my neighborhood in neighborhood in Ohio.
(So that pretty much cancels out to 0 calories everyday)
But like I said “I was addicted to the bittersweet emotions” But I don’t know if this is a 4 going to 1.
But to add on to this.
I still remember “somewhat” of my mindset every night when I ran back then.
I remember is that the music I’d listen to is the old ones from my dad ‘s/mom’s collection (and some American music from around the time of highschool and the girl I liked)
and every single night when I go out to run.
It’s like I’d listen to that music and it’d remind me of things like

“My life story, my crush in highschool EVERYTHING that’s ever happened in my life, WHY I NEED to do this”

And then I’d cry a lot while running too, but it always felt good. And I’d talk out loud to myself outside in the quiet night. And just meditate and reflect on my life in general.

And I also remember a specific feeling
(And I think this does mean IT IS a 4 going to 1)
Well because every time I thought about that back then, I always felt a feeling of
“a surge of conviction” well something like a 1’s thing.
    Like I’d describe it as
“An unbreakable resolve to do something”
(And this is literally after i cry)
(Well because I’d describe it as “tears of bittersweetness”)

    And uhm…….
And also……… I guess I’ll always have those regrets no matter what. (Since you cant change the past)
But I hope to find a wife/true love or something like that lol (in the future 162) with the help of my 100% loyal family.

And then in the end perhaps I can

    “Find a meaning in everything”

(I’m sure everything always had a meaning, I just never figured it out yet)

And typing about this and thinking about the past just made me had more of “that bittersweet feeling”

Anyhow that should be all for tonight.

To (all my 100% loyal family) (whoever it is)
    Thanks for reading!

Yang instan tipiss jd ckup di rendem air panas udah bs mateng. Kalo mau overnight gak perlu dimasak atau tuang air panas. Jeda waktu yang lama direndem.pakek.susu bkin oatnya lembut dan bs dikonsumsi
