  • Hey there, have you tried “Musclegend” (look on Google)? On their website you will find a good free video demonstrating the right way to start building noteworthy lean muscle fast. This made it easier for Brandon to break through his bodybuilding stagnation and therefore develop ripped muscle free of fat super fast. I hope it will work for you too…

  • They laughed when I told them I would bulk up with “Rapid Muscle Booster”, but then I showed them the results. Google Rapid Muscle Booster to see their reaction. (You should see their shock!)

  • I agree 100%. completely cutting out fat is stupid. if you lift with intesity and do interval cardio you won’t need to. I regularly eat avacado, extra lean ground beef, almonds, peanuts, egg yolk (2 a day) and mayonaise and i have single digit body fat percentage.

  • Hey YouTubers, have you discovered Ripped Max Stagger? (check on Google) You will learn about the serious crimes we commit against ourselves. With Ripped Max Stagger, you will discover how to build muscle fast.

  • dude these things are awwwsome if you mix it right the protein is just like nutella
mix that shit with some peanut butter and you got a reesies peanut butter sandwich =D

  • Hello, have you tried http://musclegend.com yet? Just take a look at that web page on http://musclegend.com There you will find a nice free video demonstrating the best way to pack on visible lean muscle really fast. It made it easier for Brandon to overcome his muscle mass building plateau and consequently develop cut lean muscle mass with no fat super fast. I hope it will help you also.

  • I have tried this a few times. I am not a bodybuilder, I am an endurance oriented athlete running marathons and ultras, and this sandwich absolutely rocks!!!!!! After a long run of maybe 30 or so kms, it really replenishes in such a great way the body and helps it to repair. With an ice cold tall glass of milk…absolutely one of my favorite treats after a weekend long run. Great vids man…keep it coming. Greetings from Ecuador!

  • Its funny, because I was literally planning on sitting in front of the computer for 3 hours before my workout and that comment alone made me hold off on this! At least for now. thanks!

  • His arms are veiny, but they kind of look like the comic book hero arms. He’s very cute. I wonder if he’d consider doing these videos in tiny jogging shorts and tight wife beater shirt? Hee hee……..yum

  • Hi there, have you tried “Musclegend” (search on Google)? On their website you can watch a nice free video showing how you can grow noteworthy lean muscle really fast while reducing fat all at once. Christian is one of the numerous guys who experienced good results utilizing this system. It may work for you too…

  • @thrashinferno83 yea true, but you don’t want to worry about these sugar grams. you want to make sure that there is no “added sugar” so all the sugar would be from the peanut it self which is not that bad

  • This is completely stupid as you can just make the peanut butter sandwich and drink a normal whey shake and save time instead of preparing this…

  • just check the ingredient list. should be just peanuts and whatever oil it’s swimming in. you definitely have to stir this peanut butter to combine it, otherwise, it’ll stay very loose or runny on top, and dry out as you get to the bottom of the jar. The commerical brands add the sugars, hydrogenated oils and fillers so that the peanut butter stays consistent and creamy from top to bottom. It looks nice, but all that filler stuff is garbage.

  • @jusbry007

Not sure about the other reply. Peanut butter is not very high in protein.

I would imagine it has more to do with taste and getting more nutrients (since there would be no fats without the peanut butter).

That being said, peanut butter is an decent fat source, but generally a source of the omega fats that we DO get enough of. So definitely something that one should moderate.

  • Did it really need 5 minutes to tell us how to make a sandwhich. Ready, Peanut Butter, Breadthis type (holds bag) whey protein this type (holds container) Mix, Spread, Eat bam! done! 42 seconds possibly.

  • @boxfan88
i recently found wholewheat tortillas.. 104 calories per tortilla, low GI carbohydrate. what i do with it is use something like guacamole or hummous as a spread, then slices of chicken and some salad.. obviously you can do whatever you like with it, but thats what i do:P

  • @Tangylives Where did i ever mention an “unnatural peanut”?? Nowhere. Regular commercial peanutbutters consist only of x% peanuts. The rest are unhealthy artificial additives, flavourings & sweeteners. Peanut butter isn’t healthy unless its all natural. All natural meaning 100% peanutts.

  • @ianhudon
lol yeah remove everything that has any significant ammount of fat and watch your testosterones level take a dive, and watch hunger pangs kick in. you are a fool and give foolish advice. you are basically saying to not eat stuff such as nuts, avocado, fatty fish, lean cuts of beef, etc… while trying to lose bf… yeah good luck with that, unless its the “skinny” look you are looking for, opposed to the “ripped” look

  • so im in mexico now and they eat alot of tortillas here does n.e 1 know if it contains protein or a good amount of carbs? cuz there aint no fucking rye bread here juss tacos lol

  • whey protein from CVS? your a bodybuilder, come on man, you should get your supp’s for free.

sub’d the pb for almond butter, delish!

  • I whant to share with you muscle building site that helped me a lot.
    It gives me proper
understanding when & how my body is
working out. I was eating & working in a
proper manner that really helped my
muscles to make progress. It got the fastest
possible track of muscular growth & muscle
    toning.
Now, here’s the site im talking about:
Super Muscle Maximizer (find it on google)

  • @nfarnham2008 beans. i buy a big 5lb tub of whey for almost 40 bucks, but it has 90 servings of 18 grams of protein each (24 g servings), so thats a good deal, vitamin world if your wondering

  • @thrashinferno83
just buy normal peanuts, shell alot of them, and roast them, and then blend them.
its what i do and put it in a air tight jar and it will last you months.

  • i gotta stop watching! im gettin real hungry! Thanks, this was great! looking forward for more ways to eat healthy in my hectic student life

  • why not? for post-workout, i do 2 brown rice cakes with 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter, 2 tbsp. plain non-fat greek yogurt and 1 banana.

  • I just got done trying one of these samwiches and I gotta say there pretty awesome!
thanks for the idea never thought of using whey as chocolate spread before. Now im gonna sit here and vege for a while then go to sleep lol, bulkin up and dont really care about the added fat.

  • you forgot to really mention that peanutt butter is not just something good you can eat once in a while its actually healthy, it contains lot of good fats. for a bodybuilder, peanutt butter would be considered a source of good fat, not something unhealthy. but its important that is organic and or NATURAL peanutt butter!!! All regular commercial peanutt butters are processed and have had the good fat turned bad. So you must get organic and natural peanutt butter at like a healthfood store.

  • @JaySimons
Yeah. Thats why I like that program offered by
    the site
    MusclesMaximizer.info
also because it gives high quality details
and provides a successful body building method
that has been created by well-known fitness
models who have improved and also analyzed it
for a long time in order to provide
    with best results.
