Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie

1/2 cup plain yogurt. 1/2 cup skim or unsweetened nut milk. 2 tbsp flax seeds.

1/4 cup frozen berries. 1/2 frozen banana (peel and freeze prior to use) Instructions: Add all ingredients to blender and mix on high until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy!

This bright, fruity smoothie is a great way to start the day! The recipe is easily doubled to serve more. ½ c (70g) frozen unsweetened blueberries. ½ medium (70g) banana, sliced and frozen. ¾ c (180g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt. ¾ c (180mL) unsweetened vanilla almond milk. 2 c (260g) ice cubes. Instructions Add almond milk, banana, blueberries, protein powder and cinnamon to a blender.

If desired, add in maca powder and vitamin C powder.   • Please answer this what should I do there was no strawberry banana yogurt so o bought each one separately so how should incorporate them into my smoothie half of each or both of them and double all my ingredients but I don’t think o can drink that much

  • There are lot training videos, motivational training videos and other that are loaded with pretension. I can use them all, sparingly. This is first channel that I see with a EDIBLE focus on DIET. The ( right ) diet is the LION SHARE of work after consistency good. I could use a fitness, food and mindset training and program (not kick in the ass motivation). Mindset = the 1st or 3rd person voice in your mind, or “fitness attitude” if there is one. Lastly, if you do not put the ingredients/or recipe in the notes section of the video accompany them with your training program. Even better than that make a digital book of it?! Some pictures, ingredients, macros. Make it series: Breakfasts. Lunches. Dinners. Snacks. Smoothies. Cheat Days. Etc I could scrub and scribe the videos but I ain’t got time for that.

  • Yes you got the breakfast down packed! For us but can you please do the whole day. I know protein is very important whether you’re trying to lose weight or gain weight. I’m 20 years old 5”3 and weigh 200 so according to the BMI I’m obese. I have been on a smoothie only for a couple of days and now am 189. So 11 pounds lost. I do exactly what you did in the video every morning except I use coconut milk and I DONT USE PROTEIN as a female I don’t know which protein to use. I bought carnivor shred chocolate protein because I saw kai greene using it in a video but it taste disgusting. I’m trying to grow a butt so I exercise twice a day and put maca powder in my morning smoothies. If you can please tell us or at least me in which order to drink these smoothies. I need help creating a routine that will be the most efficient for me.

    This is my routine thus far.

    Morning
    5:00 am shot of ACV/water/pineapple/cayenne pepper
    5:10 am workout (jump rope & glute exercises)
    6:00 am shower
    6:30 am make smoothie (triple berries, flax seeds, chia seeds, coconut milk, overnight oats, maca powder, NO PROTEIN bc idk which one to use, bananas, spinach)
    7:00 am leave house for work
    7:00 am 5 pm. I’m at work all freaking day(I also bring a gallon of water infused with (lemon, ginger, apples, and mint) to work and bring a smoothie (I don’t know which smoothie I should drink around this time so I just drink the leftover from the morning or I make a fat burner one which is (grapefruit, 2 cups brewed green tea, lemon, dates, avacado, spinach, coconut milk, etc.).

    6:00 pm I FINALLY GET HOME. instantly change into my work out clothes. Walk to the gym to warm my body up. Then I get on the treadmill I do incline at 6 and speed 3.7 for 30 minutes. I’ll run at 7.0 speed for like 30 seconds at least 3 times within those 30 minutes. Then I do another 30 minutes with an incline at 15 with the speed of 1.8 or 2.0. When I’m done after an hour I’ll put the incline at 0 and do 3.5 speed for 20 minutes to cool down and go home.

    8:00 pm go home. Shower. Drink another ACV and a lot of water. No smoothie or tea or anything. Go to sleep to wake up and do the whole thing again. I alternate days with glutes and arms but I do cardio every single day and only take one day out the week to rest which is SUNDAY.

    I know this was an extremely longggggg post but truth be told I’m trying to get into shape for the military. I want to join ASAP and I already know that being fit is a huge requirement. This is how I found your channel and the fact that you helped or is still currently helping that man achieve his goals means a lot to me. I am a young 20 year old Haitian female who just needs proper guidance from someone who knows exactly what I need. I would really appreciate it if you can assist me in creating or routine or even if you have any pointers. Thank you so much and pleaseeeeee keeep uploading because I will be one of the first to watch.

    PS: I hope wifey, fam, and baby girl are doing good. S/o to wifey for succeeding that challenge she did a while back.

    I just made my first smoothie and the tiny seeds are an inconvenience.

  • i prefer to slice my banans and strawberries and add ice and whole milk for dem extra gainz, also plain yogurt (preferably greek) and a side of lettuce. The fiber helps with absorbing nutrients. Fam.

  • You guyz are just too funny. Yeah I luv the shakes, but I use PB Powder to make my peanut butter instead of the commercial crap. Organic’s ok. Brandon, you give ” bottoms up ” a whole new meaning lol. Sometimes I use apples, frozen blackberries, blueberries, raspberries or even strawberries for variety. Great vids.

  • Nice. I like to add 1raw egg and I use Fage yogurt instead of Chobani. Fage is packed with a ton more protein and is healthier than chobani(not that chobani is bad).

But later in the day around evening my stomach feels bloated n puffy, feels shitty. I read sumwer online that it’s coz I’m not drinking enough water. Is that true?   • Great vid man, I would love to make this but my blender sucks and can’t blend hard stuff like ice or frozen fruits… So I opt out for this shake which also tastes amazing: Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Almond/Coconut milk blend, and of course the ON Gold Standard. Then after I blend it all I add a few of ice cubes and call it a shake. You should try it out man it tastes amazing.
