MTS Tyrant is the ultimate estrogen and cortisol control agent. These two hormones are the primary reason for fat gain and may be the reason why you can’t lose fat. While testosterone is responsible for gaining muscle, estrogen is the opposite. Too much estrogen is the reason why some people are more susceptible to fat gain than others. TYRANT™ increases the amount of “good” estrogens (2-hydroxy) and decreases the amount of “bad” estrogens (4-hydroxy and 16-hydroxy).

This optimizes muscle growth and fat loss. By controlling. • He was juicing and he took it to control his estrogen levels……anyone that’s ever ran roids knows this……there’s nothing to speculate about

  • I just ordered this.  I really like Tiger  I feel like an old man in a candy store!  I’m getting back into Military shape and MTS is going to help get me there.  Great company…I’ll be advertising on my Veterans site.  These old sticks need to stop drinking and start training again!!!

  • Did y’all forget Jon Jones was in a gym power lifting and lift a shit load of weights and was getting huge???!!! He was on steroids the WHOLE ENTIRE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!

  • lmao Joe rogan pretending not 2 knw what it iz but he can name every anti estrogen on the planet since he admittedly does juice…

  • If these ingredients had an appreciable effect on someones hormones I highly doubt you would be allowed to sell them. Besides, decreasing estrogen is relatively pointless unless you’re enhanced, and anyone that’s enhanced would be using a real AI. Also if someone has too much estrogen or cortisol they probably need to see a doctor.

  • Lmao our Hormone Professor is on steroids. And in the tiny chance he isn’t, he absolutely was for years.. therefore, his results will never be yours without using massive amounts of steroids at some point before or during the goal he has reached that you are shooting for.

  • Hot sause fan Hell ya you said it, smoke some weed and you will be chilled out train very hard, smoke some weed, and you will grow like a weed!!!

  • Cheers for the Video! Forgive me for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard the talk about Chireetler Stubborn Fat Rule (do a search on google)? It is a great exclusive product for discovering what to eat to balance hormones and eliminating trouble fat spots without the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy after many years got cool success with it.

  • Males loose more hair not only because of natural genetics but because of environmental factors that predispose us to increased cortisol levels. Males throughout evolution have survived and been the protectors of their families. This requires higher levels of cortisol. It’s only natural that we have hair loss or higher levels of cortisol. Mitigating this process might actually inhibit other survival abilities.

  • Marc do you truly believe that this product is actually effective? I would love to have something to control my cortisol levels but I’m highly skeptical.

  • go to nutritionfacts org, look up studies on soy, it’s been debunked when it comes to non-processed foods (meaning you gotta eat packs and packs of tofu a day for it to give you moobs over time)

  • I just recently tried it. I work in a highly stressful and busy 12 hour shift job. Trust me Im a cool cucumber now, when before I’d be freaking the fuck out!

  • Can some hormonal thing explain why i am an extreme grower. Meaning i am embarassed in the mens changing room but not embarassed in the bed. My penis is very small when flaccid to a point where i am mortified to enter the changing room

  • What would you make of these anti e’s:

I’ve used them before and they work really well but I am just wondering if they are safe

  • I think it’s from the chemtrails Joe. Jon you need to start a new career before you smoke and snort the last of that fight money. I bet you could sell a shit ton of used cars to struggling, up and coming fighters. Love you DC keep being a good role model

  • Flaxseed and Sesame seeds combined with Cruciferous vegetables such as:
broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage,Brussels sprouts, bok choy, kale, collard greens, turnips and rutabagas are great sources of nutrients and the phytochemicals in these foods help block estrogen. Also, various types of mushrooms such as shiitake, portobello, crimini, and baby button, work to block estrogen in the body. Basically a Asian stir fry without the sugar sauces is the easiest and most affective way to easily block estrogen and have a delicious meal.

  • Dont believe that at all, maybe not cortisol induced by training to hard but if you are a stress case or have a very stressful life it has a very big impact on muscle size and gains

  • Can someone explain why its always “11 minutes of HIT cardio” is like 11mins the magic amount of time? or is it like 11 high intensity mins? I don’t understand..

  • I became stressed because i was working out tooo much. I did hiit 5 days a week, sometimes twice a day for 3 years. On top of that i wasnt eating enough. My body began to break down slowly. I am in a chronic state now… i have digestion issues, im irritable, i have hair loss, muscle loss, muscle and joint inflammation, cant sleep even tho I’m tired AND ive gained weight esp in my stomach and hips. now, im even more stressed that ive gained weight. Its a vicious cycle

  • Has anyone taking aromatase inhibitors only experienced hair growth or hair loss? They say when you take them, you increase FSH (follicle stimulating hormone). I haven’t found any information about it. Don’t wanna end up like joe just yet.

  • theres no magic number for anything, he probably does 11 minutes of HIT because thats how long it takes him to burn a set goal of calories, different for everyone

  • so when the brazilians and blacks say they didnt use steroids on purpose chael and rogan laugh at them.but when white frank mir says he didnt take anything, they both believe him.

  • DIM is great. Even women and the younger guys can use it. It’s been in the industry for a while but hasn’t really been popularized as much as the typical usefull products. This product will fly. I would’ve thrown some indol 3 carbinol in there as well. Great choice Mark!

  • Yo! Hit me up with your order number on email (in description) and I will make sure it is all good and even make them add some goodies to it for the wait if it isn’t in transit.

  • mark I really don’t know how u can handle these fucking STUPID ques ppl ask u…how the fuck do u do it buddy lol guess it that green paper motivation…lol

  • I have seen most of your vids, this one was my favorite. You gave specific vegetables, a vitamin, and when to take them. All to combat the biggest hormonal problem most men deal with. Thank you for helping me become a healthier me.

  • 3b-Hydroxy-5-Androsten-17 is actually Epiandrosterone a byproduct of DHEA, its found in Piss
3-(1h-indol-3-ylmethyl)-1h-indole is basically 3,3′-Diindolylmethane aka (DIM) is found in things like broccoli and has anticancer properties as well as a legit estrogen blocker

  • Curcumin is the most powerful aromatase inhibitor (and anti inflammatory) that occurs in nature. It is INCREDIBLE stuff. It fixes and prevents SO many health issues.

  • hey there bro…been checkin your vids this past month or so… first input…i been doing intermittent and some kinda extended fasts…not overdoing it though…so have learned the benefits of ketosis…ketones etc…that bellyfats droppin off…six packs startin to peek through…not losin any muscle…in my mid 50s now…so good to see the workouts during the past decade or so have paid off…i jus found it hard in the past to get kinda shredded…always had that layer of fat on top…anyway bro…your videos and others have been helpfull…i do like the way you present everything…you certainly do know your stuff…lets see if i can get my body in the same shape as yours over the next 6 months or so…would be great…much appreciated bro…keep em comin…btw..i was lookin at your test booster supplement…but i live in thailand so maybe difficult to post…maybe my next visit back to england ill get in touch…by for now..thanks again….Godbless brother.

  • Presentation slides here

  • Nice video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you researched Chireetler Stubborn Fat Rule (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a good exclusive guide for discovering what to eat to balance hormones and eliminating trouble fat spots minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my m8 after many years got great results with it.

  • When did you order? We cannot ship today since it is a holiday and obviously no pickup on weekends….we ship same day 99% of the time unless there is a shortage

  • could you do another vid about anti-estrogen supplements? Seems like it could give you the best of both worlds; lose fat and aid in building muscle.
Just curious on your take on them in general, and any recommendations for anti-estrogen products on the market or at tigetfitness

  • What is a ‘fat soluble vit c’?

I train at night, and as far as I know vitamin c is better supplemented first thing in the morning. Correct me if I’m wrong

  • Estrogen blocker will raise Testosterone level. But there are cases where libido goes furthur down. Osteopororis might crop up. And emotional aspwct of male will crush.

  • Haha dude if you were really on some tren dude you would be massive, don’t get me wrong your big dude, but would be a Hell of a lot bigger if he was on tren

  • hOT DUDE-CHICKS live in Sweden LOL! Chicks with sticks! LMAO! Whawhat you said about my grandma? Her stinking ass ain’t do nothing to you! Go…go ahead come at me bro! Don’t talk about my granny! • Where the F did people start learning to call it GynoCOSMastia? Its not just you T.D…. anyways class… It’s gynecomastia (guy-nuh-koh-MAS-tee-uh). Your hormone expert needs to learn his hormones .

  • Marc you become more and more entertaining every video.. glad i restocked my supps from your website.. happy to support you and your family.. BOOM

  • Cortisol is absolutely required to live. You have a post prandial increases in cortisol when you eat and can have elevations in cortisol in response to stress, in most of our cases this will be exercise. Its a natural response and required response within a a normal daily rhythm. Dont worry about it! If you had pathological leves of cortisol that could actually catalolise muscle you would have alot more to worry about than the lack of gains!!

  • Bruh that ain’t a e blocker or aromatase inhibitor. That’s an outright prohormone in the ingredient list. Epiandrosterone. . Very obviously banned in sport.

  • I’m no hater AT ALL… but why swear so much marc? Don’t you think your kids will look back at these videos? either way, I shouldnt even had said anything but keep the videos out

  • Estrogen blockers have been around for decades, science has backed it up. How does this guy not know anything about it if he’s a subject matter expert on estrogen blockers?

  • In the 90’s there was a product called Myoplex plus deluxe! And Damn!!!
That stuff made you freaking feel powerful… And Everybody was buying it and it was expensive… and it was simply protein powder!

Turned out a few years later they got sued and I believe banned for a year or more…
Because it had some actual hormonal stuff in it… now they make a similar product but don’t have that hormone in it… so it does happen. But at this point with JJ I just don’t know…

  • Wow, so where do I start,,, 1. As healthy, all natural diet as possible (that’s what our body’s evolved on), nature made, not man made. 2. Stress management: Cortisol, has ‘Spider web affect’ thru out the body (estrogen, communication with the brain, insulin). 3. Sleep/exercise: they kind of go together. exercise causes body to produce natural growth hormone. OK, I’m on it, got bell checked for all notifications, going to web page thingy,, oh one other thing, drinking lots of water, found book at second hand book store a few years back, ‘your body’s many cries for water’ Thanks for the help big dog!:)

  • Estrogen blockers doesn’t increase testosterone production but it increses the number of free testosterone you have. Estrogen binds with testosterone so if your taking estrogen blocker your reducing estrogen therefore less testosterone will be binded up with them

  • Good explanation! I’ve just published a video in which I share my thoughts on the self-sabotage of Jon Jones and what he can do to overcome it. Here’s a link if anyone would like to check it out:

  • From the label of Testagen ( 3a-hydroxy-5a-androstan-17-one. Aka Androsterone, which is described as “an endogenous steroid hormone and weak androgen with a potency that is approximately 1/7th that of testosterone.” It sounds like juice to me. Can anyone verify?

Whether or note he knowingly juiced, it seems ridiculously stupid not to be involved in micromanaging “Jon Jones, Inc.” given what’s at stake.

  • aromatase inhibitors and S.E.R.M.s ( selective estrogen reuptake inhibitors). If you block a man’s estrogen he will make more testosterone.

  • “Beta-Sitosterol” Sterol
Sterols, also known as steroid alcohols, are a subgroup of the steroids and an important class of organic molecules. They are a type of lipid. They occur naturally in plants, animals, and fungi, and can be also produced by some bacteria.

  • L-theanine will do WAY more for you in reducing cortisol and stress levels than high dose Vitamin C. Also taking high doses of lab created Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) can lead to deficiencies in copper and other nutrients and increase risk of cataracts if taken long term. 100-200mg of l-theanine 1-3x a day is very safe and has a host of enormous benefits it decreases inflammation, boosts immunity, boosts GABA dopamine and serotonin for improved mood and focus, supports restful sleep, removes coffee jitters, and puts the brain into alpha and theta brainwaves that are characteristic of mindfulness meditation and heightened states of creativity.

  • thats a fair point for the normal/healthy members of society but to achieve optimal body composition take contol of your nutrition your training and your hormones. I will listen to Charles Poliquin on the topic of cortisol. It is a gains killer, ive lost 10lbs os lean mass and put on 3% body fat because of stress

  • Cortisol is Cortisol its the same when induced by exercise its the stress hormone, so for example if your a stress case with a stressful lifestyle I dont think adding additional stress to your body would be advised, taking vitamin C and magnesium post and drinking carbs and BCAAs intra would help but you dont want to make it worse. Believ me I speak from experience

  • I took phentermine for years and I have been off it for about 3 years and I have tried keto and other diets I have hypothyroidism and I cannot lose weight
Please tell me that I didn’t destroy my metabolism taking phentermine

  • So yer products are often advertised as healthy protien I. E tofu, or soya milk.but here you are saying that tey increase estrogen and makes put on mud section weight? Please clarify

  • what if ill have sex all the time, to release oxytocin which lower cortisol…then do my over exercise will it fight the fat storage by cortisol??

  • Hi. Thomas I am definitely not an expert on this, but I have read and studied a bit about soy. According to Walter Veith the estrogens in plants are phytoestrogenes and does not have any effect on our hormone levels. I,d like to hear your opinion on the “other side ” of this argument that soy influense our estrogen levels. In my studies I concluded that levels of estrogen in meat and dairy is the real culprit. I wil leave a link if you would like to weigh the argument against soy being bad. Would like to know what your opinion is on this.

  • Hi Thomas DeLauer, Could you make a video on How to Increase SHBG & Decrease DHEAS and Free testosterone in Women with normal estrogen levels?

  • Excellent, got cortisol test its high. I have been doing some meditation and getting more sleep, i also have elevated sugar, so I have been boosting my vitamin C..we will see, feel better, lets hope I can keep this up…thanks great video…wow didn’t realize my belly says alot have so much cortisol to get rid of, sooner than later my abdomen will go back to origanl stance flat…

  • Thomas, What can i do to help me to loose the fat or water retention from the hormones/pallets i got on me? I gained 13 pounds in 2 months. I eat really clean once I am a bikini athlete. I am having a hard time to stop gaining water or fat. It looks like water. Even keto is not helping at all. I am hungry all the time. Nothing seems to help to stop the hunger. Anything you can tell me to do. I’ve going to so many different docs and sports nutritionists and none off them are able to stop the hunger and weight gain.

  • I am trying to spread the word about it! There are so many others with 20K + subscribers and I am trying to get on that level. Help spread the word!! hahah Thanks though man means a lot coming from you!

  • Cortisol control….Cortisol rises with stress….Marijuana lowers stress (which should lower cortisol)….Is Tyrant as good as and as cheap as marijuana?

  • Who else heard women are ruining the world with their crazy estrogen, stressing men out, rising their cortisol levels, making men fat.
    I’m paraphrasing of course… slightly.

  • My waist is pretty small, but I’ve only got like a little bit of belly fat and back of thigh, and freaking arm fat!! I’m pretty fit though. It’s maddening, but I try to remain calm because, well, Cortisol.

  • can this product help if your hormones were missed up due to obesity. I was obese when I was younger and never addressed truly correcting the issue. I have put on muscle since then due to years of weightlifting and dieting but wondered if it can help balance my levels for optimal stats?

  • Great vid. That shit is so over emphasized it’s hilarious. People seem to think the human body becomes catabolic at the drop of a hat, and it’s simply not true. Get your nutrition and train steady, there is only up.
