Nice cream is a dairy-free, refined sugar-free, paleo, and vegan dessert made with fruit and/or non-dairy milk for a great alternative to ice cream. A healthy dessert recipe that only requires 5 to 10 minutes of prep and a high-powered blender or food processor. 1 large banana, chopped and frozen 2 cups frozen mixed berries. 1/4 cup coconut cream.

Simple and delicious ‘nice’ cream made with just berries, bananas and coconut milk. This Berry Ice Cream is one of the easiest ice cream recipes. It’s not a heavier custard based ice cream, so there’s no tricky egg work involved.

Whole milk and cream give this ice cream its lightly creamy texture. A generous heap of berries lend their beautiful color and flavor. Ingredients 2 frozen bananas ⅛ cup of fresh raspberries ⅛ cup of fresh strawberries ⅛ cup of fresh blueberries ⅛ cup of white chocolate chips.

Banana-based ice cream may be the original nice cream, but the term has come to represent any fruit-based, vegan, dairy-free treat free from artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, and added sugar. Take our new three-ingredient mango and strawberry nice creams, for example. A banana is added to each to ensure a creamy texture, but the other. The term “nice cream” was originally coined to describe the soft serve–like confection made by blending chunks of frozen bananas, and the dense, sweet fruits remain the best for obtaining a custard-like consistency. 1) Freeze whole, peeled, ripe bananas until firm.

The riper the bananas, the sweeter the nice cream.

  • I made something like this and it’s so good it has
    6 strawberry’s
2 of the Go gurts one strawberry one blueberry
And a little bit of honey
And then freeze for like a day or a few hours and it’s soooo good I recommend trying it (btw it’s ice cream)

  • I also had an amazing work out this morning, I was in a two mile race in my town, thousands of people where there, I didn’t win first or anything, but I think anybody who runs two miles, or even one mile, is a winner, I love your recipes, thank you so much for sharing them with us!

  • Just eat some fuckin cooked food your beliefs have no scientific backing and the fact that you said you didn’t have your period for years signals your diet is inadequate

  • Every time I make nice-cream is end up becoming like a regular smoothie so I add more bananas and then it becomes more runny, I use
a cup blender so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

  • Not everywhere you can buy this Vanille protein powder, please stay with natural products (not fabric made ones!)and not everyone have the new Ice making Vita-mix! Show us how you do it then

  • Just had this love it but only made a big wish I had made more tbh and would you say this is a meal?I have it as a meal as I know some people have like smoothies as a snack and it’s kind of like a smoothie

  • Just downloaded ur app and made the strawberry, cherry, raspberry nice cream and used red velvet protein… so good. It made enough for my family of 4…everyone loved it.

  • thank you so much kristina! I didn’t even intend to go fully Raw but got so driven to watch your videos and now here i am and so excited!!! thank you beautiful one xxxxxxx

basically, I used 2 frozen bananas and the consistency was legit perfect but I thought it was gonna be less, so I could used one non frozen banana and it ruined everything! I’ve put the whole thing in the freezer hoping it’ll freeze so I’ll be back and I’ll write how it turned out in an hour.

  • I cannot be fully raw, it’s so hard! Also I have hyperthyroid so I have to have broccoli five times a week, and I only like broccoli cooked not raw, but I am semi vegan and when I do eat eggs or dairy I make sure it’s non GMO or organic, I never get gmo animal products, but I try my best.

  • Looks great. haven’t made nice cream in a while. Now I’m gonna. I don’t subscribe and I’ve only watched a handful of your videos. Whenever I do, I just don’t get all the hate and shade (from comments under the vid or elsewhere on youtube) LOL

  • Can you make something with coconut or pineapple for the summer? I’m tired of blueberries and blackberries. I want some tropicalness ☀️

  • I love the nice cream. It’s guilt free and satisfies my voracious sweet tooth. I love the colors and the vibrant tastes. This so encouraging. I eat this instead of pay days.

  • It’s to sell more Vitamix blenders. I do however love her recipes this nice cream is nothing perhaps this hit will entice Kristina to experiment and upload new recipes. Hey Kristina what about getting your dehydrator out and making corn nachos with a variety of dips and salsas yum summers here to refresh our palettes….

  • I’m back subscribed on YouTube. I had to drop Instagram. I’m a bit less conservative than the local group that adopted me and their are expectations on modesty. I’m worried lately as my latest new health roll model finds are Markus Rothkranz and Cara Brotman as after my parents past away and my daughter is 2 time zones away, I don’t want to be rejected by my local group over some art. It’s confusing as I have figured, some of the best health ministers are very talented in arts and uninhibited being so innocent. Some locals don’t jump to s2p many conclusions. I’m just interested on optimizing well being and one grandmother was a hollywood dancer and my great great grandmother’s family brought her up with the Creeks (apparently the roots are eastern from archeological times and went to run her own farm in a county where the “peaceful” western na’s went) but fitting in is part of survival and I’m still gaining some rights around here). If some get wind of some presentations, they might think I’m a weirdo and I already need to take off a superficial eccentric label I hope I didn’t vent too much.

  • Hi Kristina..I ❤️u & everything u stand for..I was going to buy some Sun Warrior protein powder, but was just wondering if it’s really that good?? It’s twice as much as the brand I normally buy..I buy the vegan Organic brand…

  • I don’t have pitaya powder and I’m just gonna use like frozen fruit that just comes in a pack like blackberries and black/red currants and grapes and cherries and things like that. Is that gonna work?

  • How much powerful is your blender? I want to buy a new one to make smoothie bowls like these and I’m looking for a powerful one but I don’t know how much power it’s gonna need to do these and crush ice.
Also I have another question: do you think a 1220 w powerful blender can crush ice like snow? (Shaved ice) Because my goal is to use a great amount of ice and frozen fruit to have a thick consistency?

  • I’m new to this channel, but for someone who recovered from type 2 diabetes, one should be careful of how much fructose one consumes. This smoothie with all those bananas is a lot of sugar. Sugar bomb actually. Fructose bomb. Now everyone has their theory, but the fact is fructose is sugar and your liver turns excess unused sugar to fat. Be careful and eat fruit in moderation.

  • I am looking forward to making this one. you have inspired me to eat more fruits and now I start my morning with a fruit smoothie so Delicious…

  • You can say it’s a large portion size or it’s too much sugar. If you’re consistently working out you can afford to eat some nice cream

  • Kristina thanks so much for this recipe!
it turns out so so soo good
I made it 2x already (not kidding)
Don’t mind the haters they don’t know what they are saying.Keep up the good work

  • Kristina although I am having a tough time switching my family to raw we have been raising our baby to eat vegan and he’s a big healthy boy we love your videos for good healthy snacks for him

  • I like the idea of a vegan lifestyle and the effects on the environment and all. but my only problem is….my appetite. I would never be able to eat that much but I do always feel hungry. I feel like if I go on a vegan lifestyle I would loose crazy amounts of weight and I’m already too skinny. any tips???

  • Can u use any blender to do this? I use this Hamilton beach blender so not sure if it will work but I’ll definitely use frozen fruit!

  • I always love your recipes, someday i’ll be able to get a vita mix. So two  questions first if I’m going to by a vita mix on eBay do you have any advice? (Its the only way I can afford one right now), and I know you did a video on the ladies that make your jewelry, but did they make the one you have on in this video? You seem to be wearing this one a lot, I love this piece so much! Is there any place I can buy one similar? Thank you

  • Hello from Brazil!! What do you think about spirulina? Have you used it in your food? Could you teach us how to add it without making the food tasting horrible? Lol thank you, I love your recipes

  • idk…I don’t get a very genuine vibe here from all the videos I have watched. But I must say the vids always look really pretty!
