8 Days Water Fasting (NO FOOD FOR 8 DAYS!!)

Video taken from the channel: AllasYummyFood

For this New Year’s Eve, we compiled a list of cocktails that use low-calorie and nutritious ingredients to enjoy without sacrificing flavor. Ah-Mazing Arnold Palmer Put a twist on your classic lemonade-iced tea drink with a shot of bourbon. When the ball drops, toast to a happy, healthy year to come with a drink that is low in calories and non-alcoholic. These New Year’s Eve drinks are perfect for sipping on throughout the evening until it’s time for the countdown to 2014. Peppermint mochaA combination of coffee, cocoa and peppermint extract are combined in this hot drink that tastes like a chocolate mint candy.

Full of. Refreshing lime, mint, and cucumber taste simply refreshing swirled together in one cocktail. It tastes so healthy and delicious you’ll forget your drinking gin. The Low-Calorie Twist: Basic ingredients are the key to a low-calorie cocktail, and this drink contains just gin, lime, mint, cucumber, and tonic water.

Healthier Beer Options. Corona Premier: This smooth and balanced beer clocks in at 90 calories and 2.6 grams of carbs per serving (compared with nearly twice as many calories and 5 times as many carbs in a Corona Extra). Pairs well with seafood and, of course, a lime. Many saison beers are great low-cal beer options because the yeasts in them “eats” away at a lot of the residual sugars.

This slightly tart saison is brewed with rice and designed to mimic the subtle and drinkable flavours of sake. Citrusy and a tad zesty like a cucumber, you can think of it like drinking a salad. Top with diet ginger ale and a wedge each of lemon and lime. Nutritional score per serving: 150 calories.

Kombucha Champagne Toast. This combo of Kombucha. When it comes to beverages, the best thing you can drink is water, so if you plan to socialize and drink alcohol, you really should drink a glass of water in between every cocktail. Not only will this slow down your drinking, but your head will thank you on New Year’s Day. A light cocktail doesn’t have to mean a boring vodka soda.

These holiday low calorie cocktails are not only simple, but they’re super quick to make, surprisingly low calorie and can easily become a ‘Mocktail’ for those who aren’t much of a drinker! Impress your friends and family this year while you ring in the new year with this round up of tasty Christmas low calorie cocktails!A vodka soda or liquor on the rock will have less calories than other cocktails and mixed drinks.

Go for a Gin Fizz. Serve a Gin Fizz at your New Year’s Eve party this year. Seltzer water provides the “fizz” and gin, lime juice, lemon juice, and a bit of an orange peel add a zesty flavor.

Each drink contains 4.6g of protein, 16.6g of fat, 0.1g of fiber, 3.3g of net carbs, and 252 calories.

List of related literature:

Calorie—free drinks like coffee or tea (you can add a splash of fat—free milk and/or artificial sweetener if you’d like, but no cream or sugar), sparkling or still water, diet sodas, or zero—calorie flavored waters are all fine.

  • Omg my friend and I were just talking about this particular drink and “Skinny Drinks”. We were brainstorming some options for sweeteners because I hate artificial ones. I have used Stivia in my mixed drinks but stuck with cane sugar. I’m going to rethink the Stivia option because I need to loose weight! Thanks for your inspiration!

  • Guys btw don’t ever do that if you are used to fast food or eat a lot of food during the day I did it a month ago and I fainted at day 7 so guys take care ok it’s not healthy at all

  • In school they are going to weight us when we go and the overweight people will do online school and I’m really fat I want to loose weight

  • Thank you ☺️ for this video!! I’ve lost 10 lbs so far doing ADF and I had been wondering about wine or if I could have any spirits of any kind ever. Now I can splurge every once in a while without going overboard, especially because the holidays are coming up.

  • im going to be trying this starting tomorrow! ill update everyday if people want to know:) weight at start: 130 pds! friday august 21

  • Thank You! For great tasting healthy drinks with NO Alcohol. A touch of alcohol doesn’t hurt, but most people won’t settle for the harmless touch, lol.

  • my results (will update)

Day 1: forgot at first but remembered was kinda hard because my parents went shopping and i thought it would be easier if there wasn’t good food but whatever still did it and it’s currently half 7 and not really hungry p.s my goal is 3 days minimum!!

  • It would have been significantly better if I found this unique diet guide, I would have get rid of that 14 pounds years ago. I didn’t alter my very own diet weight at all or work out. It just reduce your hunger to it without sacrificing your overall health. Google can help you to research it. Guide’s name is Bella Kaγozko
    good luck

  • Hey yall Imma do this starting tomorrow! Imma only drink water and green tea
    Current weight/height:
    6 feet205.6 lbs
    Goal: 170 lbs

  • I have a question. Instead of using grass fed butter like you have said in other videos, would it be just as good to use grass fed ghee?

  • Yeah with the whole corona going onI want to try this because my stomach is getting a little bigger and it sometimes hurts
    So I’m trying this

  • Hi everyone! I know this video was a while back but I’ve just watched and really want to try…however…I’m really not a drinker…like it’s super rare for me. So, that being said…I really don’t want to spend $30 for the Aperol (or at least that’s how much it cost at the local liquor store) can anyone recommend any good substitutes?

  • Nicely done! I personally like Vodka but have had Nosotros Tequila before and really enjoyed it! Thanks for the realistic content for a healthy lifestyle with a social existence.:)

  • Hi Guys

I wrote about my experience doing a 22 day water fast here. Includes data from pre and post fast blood tests https://medium.com/@realkniels/how-a-22-day-water-fast-changed-my-life-84b48287144e

    Hope it helps!

  • For some reason I think he’s a little Tequila biased. LOL.

BTW, those drinks are NOT keto. Aperol has 15g of carbs per ounce. And don’t get me started on using an Orange. Probably tastes good, though.

  • Nah… that’s a contradiction in itself. When you’re trying to be healthy, you don’t drink alcohol.
When you make an exception or just don’t give a f*ck once in a while, that’s fine too. Just don’t pretend like it’s actually good for you.

  • So you are Sooo Single. You are beautiful and spiritual and calm and it takes really a lot to do 8 DAYS WATER FASTING. HUGE Respect.

  • i’ll do a water fast for 3 days and keep you updated.
    sw: 155lbs
    gw:115

day 1: ok so i started this fast at 6:30 pm yesterday and so far nothing bad is happening i didn’t experience any headaches.

  • Hello fellow humans I am currently on a lookout for people who would be up for doing a week of water fasting and if feeling good it could be extended up to two weeks. Since I have no friends I was wondering if we could just be meeting every day here in the comments to give a report on our progress to motivate each other? Would anyone be up for doing this with me? And if yes write when you would like to start. Let’s get shredded!

  • Wow thank you! I am gonna get myself that food scale. And instead of the chocolate syrup I am doing sugar free chocolate powder, same I use for my protein. Btwn, cute smile:)

  • I am from India and am a Jain, so in our religion every monsoon we have a festival called Paryushan and many of us fast for 8 days with only bolied water allowed from 8am-6pm. I am trying it for the first time now and one day has already passed. I was watching food recipe videos all day and torturing myself . Anyways, your video definitely inspired me, I’ll not break my fast and won’t give up for the next 7 days.

  • This is healthy…? Not eating food? I lost too much weight once because I stopped eating..and I was dizzy all the time, my stomach hurt, and my mom had to buy me breakfast shakes to get my appetite back

  • Day 1i am now at 57 kg
Day 2-VERY hard but i was strong enough to don’t eat anything-55.5 kg
Day 3-good i took some laxatives just to make things faster:)-53.4

  • And I always thought the reason I wasn’t hungover from tequila in college was because it didn’t stay in my body long. — I always was sick with tequila. This was very interesting, I’ll definitely try it. Thanks.

  • This is glorious, been searching for “severe alcohol withdrawal” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Aetincoln Peerless Ascendancy (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )?

It is a smashing exclusive product for discovering how to stop drinking minus the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy got cool success with it.

  • Thank you so much! I’m gonna make it, where do you buy the coffee? I have actually looked at the supermarket and couldn’t find it.

  • I’m trying that for 7 days
Starting weight 79kg will update the weight at the very end
    Day 1=Start 17 August 00.00 done
    Day 2

    Day7=i will finish the 23 August 00.00

  • Ok I’m going to update wish me luck
    Starting weight:109 pounds (I’m 5ft 2)
    Goal weight 90 pounds
Day 1: in the morning I felt really hungry since I hadn’t eat the day before so I went for a walk and did some exercise (the walking helped for some reason). in the afternoon I felt fine I had a bit of cramping but it went really quick. I watched a lot of anime and tv shows to get my mind off things At night it really kicked in I couldn’t go to sleep at night, but I fixed my posture and my stomach stopped rumbling.
Day 2: it’s the morning I feel fine and I don’t want food at all. I feel full for some reason.☺️update i had ro eat because i nearly fainted like seriously i lost like a pound. Im going to carry on tommorrow brb
Day 1 (again): so far its pretty easy i dont feel hungry since i ate alot last night I am getting cramps for some reason tho. It’s later on in the night and it’s kicking in but drinking water really helps cold water especially.

  • Nah… that’s a contradiction in itself. When you’re trying to be healthy, you don’t drink alcohol.
When you make an exception or just don’t give a f*ck once in a while, that’s fine too. Just don’t pretend like it’s actually good for you.

  • Okay I’m going to be brutally honest I’m fat I’m not obese but I’m really fat I’m 270 pounds and I’m trying to get to 240 lb so I can fit into my jeans again at one point I was 203 lb and I felt great will this water fasting work for men

  • My girl used naturekindness .com for sometime and it really helped her lose some inches. She also used to run every morning for 30-40mins. Never seen her being so confident. Really proud of her.

  • shredweight.best has helped my friend so much with his weight loss. He also used to workout 3-4 days a week and follow lean diet. I have never seen him so happy and confident.

  • I’m going to do this for 5 days I weight 157 lb and my goal is to at least reach 135

Day one: it was hard because my mom had brought me some canes, but I made it through and now I’m at 155 lb

Day Two: I was feeling tired today but I made it and I currently weight 153lb

    Day Three: ( I failed )

  • I think when your between 15 years old and 40 years old, Fasting with water is not that hard. Just my personal opinion. I think when your 50 years old or older, I think everything is different. Am I wrong about this? One more thing. When I start to eat again I must go really slow right? How Slow? Thanks with blessings…

  • Whenever i got my tongue split, i pretty much could not eat for a week. I drank only water, a LOT of water and i lost a lot of weight. My skin looked so much better and was super clear. Ive always had problems with my acne but i had NONE whenever i went through that. Its not that bad. And i felt so much better and ever since i experienced that my eating habits have improved a lot. You just have to stick with it. Will be hard at first because you are not use to it but when you do, you will feel so much happier.

  • Hi Autumn, I love your videos and they keep me motivated to lose weight and be healthier. I’m curious if you have any thoughts on “diet” low sugar vodkas like KetelOne Botanicals?

  • I tried pure tequila with Spindrift but didn’t have whatever that other thing is. I got the clear. It’s awful. I know why people do shots. It’s not a sipping enjoyment. I’ll try the regular water.

  • I like these cocktail because they are so simple. I love Spindrift now, you and a few other health conscious Youtubers I follow have gotten me with looking out for ‘natural flavors’. I’ll be on the lookout for Nosotros or the 100% de agave tequilas in the future!

  • Hey, please reply!
Did you lose weight from thighs and legs too? I am pear shaped and I worry I might not lose weight from my bottom even after fasting.
Your reply will mean a lot!

  • I have a question. Instead of using grass fed butter like you have said in other videos, would it be just as good to use grass fed ghee?

  • And I always thought the reason I wasn’t hungover from tequila in college was because it didn’t stay in my body long. — I always was sick with tequila. This was very interesting, I’ll definitely try it. Thanks.

  • Love the vlog style video, takes me back to some of your first videos, I really need to try that instant coffee, this sounds amazing!!

  • I’m going to turn these types of videos into a series guys! I’m going to call it “The Cooking With Joe Show”, and it’s going to be much more raw than some of the other videos. I’ll still be doing polished videos, but this was a lot of fun to make.

BTW I ended up finding 50 calorie Monster the other day. But it wasn’t dairy free and I absolutely cannot have dairy before a lift as I’m lactose intolerant:)

  • I tried pure tequila with Spindrift but didn’t have whatever that other thing is. I got the clear. It’s awful. I know why people do shots. It’s not a sipping enjoyment. I’ll try the regular water.
