add cold water to blender. add protein powder and oat flour. (can use meal replacement powder like myoplex or MetRx instead). Blend for 15 seconds on medium. add frozen limeade, blend for 30 more seconds. Protein Smoothie: 1 (6 ounce) key lime pie yogurt (Greek or light recommended) 1 cup skim or almond milk 1/2 frozen banana (peeled and chopped before freezing).

INGREDIENTS 1 banana sliced and frozen ½ cup plain Greek yogurt 130 g, or dairy-free alternative ¼ cup key or regular lime juice 60 mL 1 Tbsp honey 15 mL, or sweetener of choice ½ tsp finely grated lime zest. For breakfast this morning I wanted a smoothie, but decided to get a little creative with the flavor and made myself a key lime pie protein smoothie. Into the blender went: 1/2 cup 2 percent milk.
