WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS: Hearty scrambled eggs and sausage combined into a convenient muffin sounds like a great idea, but many recipes rely on packaged mixes or selfrising flour, which make the muffins taste bready and leaden.

Not gonna lie I was trashing you a little bit, but based on the looks from your kitchen then and the one now…. YouTube has suited you well. I apologize for being such a knuckle head back then. And hope your page continues to grow and prosper!!!!

  • Kudos for the Video clip! Forgive me for the intrusion, I am interested in your opinion. Have you considered Chireetler Fantastic Physique Rule (google it)? It is an awesome exclusive product for learning how to get amazing muscle definition without the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my best friend Jordan finally got great success with it.

  • Jack thank you for all the entertainment. I always enjoy your videos. My favorites are the product reviews. I especially love when you review terrible products, like eggies and eggstractor. You’re reactions and sarcasm to these products always cracks me up. Please review more fail products. Thank you I hope you will be okay.

  • You guys are great. If I had keto as a kid, I would probably have less rotten teeth now and no weight problems. Keep up the good recipes.

  • Jack, good to have you back. I pray God is keeping you and your family. Know that you were and are missed and I continue to pray for your recovery.

May the peace of the Lord be always with you,

  • I want my health back for Christmas… I’ve been battling a disease for over 10 years, but I’m very hopeful 😉 I’m still living my best life, I think it makes stronger!

  • This is brilliant, especially for someone who never cared to cook until they had children and are very busy with two boys! thanks for it being simple and quick

  • Keep using the mental pathways, use you other hand to lift your weak hand so that your brain uses the pathways for movement and imagine that you are moving the arm independently. This is very important as it keeps the neural routes open. My mother is a stroke rehab specialist and it’s important to keep the mind seeing your weaker side moving. It prevents want is known as “neglect”. You can get TENS machines that have EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) very affordably, Beurer make an excellent one. The use of EMS keeps the nerve in the area used stimulated so that it knows what to do. This means that between EMS and visualising independent movement that you create a stimulus from both sides of the nerves and brain. Hope this info is of some help to you. Wishing you every healing thought. Plus it’s so good to see you fighting forward.

  • what an awesome recipe we just started the keto diet about a month ago we have both my wife and I lost a combined total of 10 pounds shes lost the weight but ive lost about an inch hard to lose the weight when you also work out lol but yeah for anyone out there on the fence about it i sincerely recommend it, im no doctor but i do have diabetes high blood pressure, im also in end stage renal failure aka my kidneys do not work any more, but since i started this diet my blood pressure is almost normal, i was taking 5 different bp meds now im down to 2 and i no longer take insulin to control my diabetes so yeah if for no other reason than that im on this for life and thing is i thought id miss all the sugar and starch and carbs and yeah i did the first week or so was brutal i wont sugar coat it, it was seriously hard, but after that first couple weeks i haven’t even thought about it much less missed it, you can find all kinds of recipes on the net for things that were faves filled with loads of sugar and tons of carbs but they are keto friendly and have 0 sugar and almost no carbs, anyway where im going with this is im super stoked to see Jack putting some keto recipes up especially a breakfast one lol i got on today looking for a new breakfast item and now i have it thanks much Jack, and all my best wishes for a speedy recovery, all my best to your family too.

  • So glad to see you’re going back on keto. It will be of GREAT benefit to you as you recover. So much new scientific evidence that it reverses heart disease. Wishing you the best!

  • Having type 2 diabetes, I have to watch my carbs. These look delicious, I’ll definitely have to give them a go.
Praying for you and your family Jack.

  • Do I have to use heavy cream? What about coconut milk? I want to make these but I want to add spinach and sausage. Is that too much?

  • Hey Jack! Good to see a new video up and I love these things been making them for years but yours look prettier:) Not sure what’s up with you but I hope you are doing ok and mending well lots of love being sent to you right now and I will keep you in my prayers.

  • So glad to see you back. I’ve resorted to binge watching your oldies to fill the void. Could this be an addiction of some kind? Prayers for continued improvement.

  • for those interested in exact numbers, there is around 1.5 grams of carbohydrates in each one, due to the milk. obviously though, this depends on the milk and how much you put in each slot in the pan, so this will be off by around half a gram. not to mention the couple hundred milligrams of carbs in the butter cheese, and eggs.

  • These bacon and egg cups look fantastic! 40 and… ! As always I it on Google+, Twitter and Pinterest. Feel free to watch my new ( ) uploads, only if you haven’t already done so. Thanks!

  • Awesome knowledge Brother for diabetics! Thank you. Brother I see that you have been through some type of incident where you appear to have some injuries. Prayers for a speedy recovery Brother. I am grateful to see you have a kitchen assistant to maintain the awesomeness of your cooking knowledge. Take care of yourself

  • We’re not used to have savoury breakfast in Italy, but I want to try this recipe for a special lunch!! Thank you so much, Carina, your videos are always inspiring

  • These look so good. I used to love quiche but I always made it without the crust. This is like that. Now I have a hard time digesting eggs, boo.:(
Keeping you in my prayers for a quick and full recovery. I’m disabled with severe rheumatoid arthritis and hashimoto’s disease, my immune system doesn’t like my body. I have never been closer to Jesus in my life as I am now. Things happen for a reason, always trust in our Father. Pax Christi ♥

  • The last advice is really what i do..when i am invited to a movie night or something, i make something that is keto and bring it for everyone.. and they don’t notice that it is KETO..

  • Are you sure you are up to being in the kitchen Jack…. some of worry about you ya know…… Love your glamorous assistants nail polish….. hey Tam….x

  • Funny all the comments about the knife… it’s called a paring knife and is actually a knife made for chopping and peeling veggies lol.

I just realised I don’t follow Jamie’s channel! I’m going straight over there now to check it out. She’s so vibrant and cute x

  • My tip, eat smart, know the good combination to the bad combination. For example high protein and high carbs don’t mix and will cause a insulin roller coaster. Just be educated on whats being consumed.

  • I love avacado oil. I cut up veg with a paring knife all the time and it drives Hubby crazy. He uses a massive knife which is too big for my hands. You got to do what works for you.

  • Hey man glad to see you back in the kitchen hope your doing well and are better for it can’t wait to see you back on top form stay safe and get better

  • Hello Sarah & CJ,

I always use fully cooked bacon from Costco. I keep it in the freezer and cook it to my desired doneness anytime I want on my square griddle pan. But I have found, if I put in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds, it is very pliable. So it would work for these Bacon Egg Cups perfectly. I’m going to try them.

I use the microwave method to make them pliable to wrap around cheese filled hotdogs before grilling. Awesome!

    Love y’all,

    Jessie

  • Jack thank you for this recipe it seems so easy and quick it looked and sounded so yummy when you tasted it I can’t wait to make it feel better hugs

  • So glad to see you’re appearing stronger. Continued prayers for Godspeed on the healing. Btw, these look delicious…ground turkey or turkey bacon crumbles would be great, too!

    Best regards.

    Peace.

  • I made this but had to add more eggs I seasoned the eggs with a touch of milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder they turned out awesome by adding 3 more eggs I was able to make 12 in my 12 muffin pan thanks for sharing this recipe

  • This week we bring you a simple, and delicious keto friendly breakfast recipe.  Bacon and Egg Cups, they are keto, low carb, Paleo, Carnivore and Whole30 friendly.  These are not only delicious but pretty darn cute as well.

    http://www.cjsketokitchen.com/bacon-and-egg-cups-keto-low-carb-paleo-carnivore/

  • I love the video. its easy recipe and you didn’t talk for 5 minutes before making the dish lol. I just made these and turned out great. im trying a low carb diet and these were perfect! keep on cooking!!

  • This was so easy and tasted great! I added some shaved brussel sprouts that I sauteed to a slight charr, minced baby peppers, pancetta that I browned, minced onion and shredded cheese. SOOOO GOOD! Thanks for posting this, and keeping it short and straight to the point.

  • I love almost anything made with eggs. I would definitely want to add some heat though…pablano or jalapeno peppers for starters. The thing I like about the muffins is you can wrap them up and freeze them and then just pull out what you need for the next meal or snack..only takes a few minutes to heat up in a toaster oven or even quicker in the microwave.
For Christmas, I would like to know that my grandson will completely heal from a serious, life-threatening, situation he has gone through recently…there is truth in the statement, “Some things, money cannot buy”.

  • How do you get them off the tray? Do you wait till the egg cools down a bit or can you grab it off right away? Should’ve shown it imo

  • Hello new friend! Very nice to meet you! I so need to start meal prepping these! I love that you give so many options on what to put in them too! Your egg pouring shots are great! Always full watching!

  • You are totally amazing person. Keep up doing what you are doing. My heart and prayers are with you and your family. My sister had a stroke 3 weeks ago. It affected her right side.

  • Amazing as usual 😉  Of course, I have come to expect being impressed when I stop by.  Love your stuff, and now I must go and gorge on some bacon, cuz more is bettahhhhh. lol   You look amazing in that top by the way:):):)  Have a blessed day:)
