  • Literally all you can do to get through the few weeks before the wedding is to sit back and realize that at the end of the day, the wedding day doesn’t even matter. No one will remember what kind of flowers you had, or the colour of the chair coverings or whatever.   • I don’t get it — blueberries have sugar, vinegar and fermented foods feeds yeast, tomatoes have sugar, quinoa is a grain wish also feeds yeast and candida and starch in potatoes also feeds candida, every single meal you showcased goes against the candida diet completely— this makes now sense — at all

  • Thank you for the video. I’ve also started to add a lot of probiotics to my diet and yes it helps with acne. I also like fermented birch sap (live bacteria and not pasteurized). I use ÖselBirch, but there might be some other brands available.

I like how simple and easy to make they are and I like how you edit your videos. This video looks different because the quality looks like it’s from an independent film. I’m not sure how to describe it but how did you achieve that and what filter did you use? Also, I like in the beginning how the title “What I Eat” appears the same time as you walk to the other side of the kitchen. How did you do that?   • Look up Jordan Peterson and his daughter….. They eat Only Meat and have cured themselves of lifelong crippling depression and anxiety.   • hiiiii! i realize this isn’t a perfect raw diet but it’s more of a cleanse with WHOLE foods that are are not processed. So yes roasting veggies isn’t technically “raw” but it’s eating WHOLE foods. And remember, let’s not label everything and just be healthy:)

  • Fruit won’t feed candida, no illness is caused by fruit, why would they. I had bananas all day and salad and took antifungal and mine git better.As long as you remove all fat and meat so fat won’t trap bad sugar and feed candida. I also had quinoa and boiled veg every 3 days.

  • I like how she mentions getting an intolerance test done, I did an intolerance test with and MY GOD my skin was noticeably so much clearer after I cut out the foods I found out I was intolerance to. Their allergy test is soooo thorough and specific, they even go into preservatives, food colouring. Would highly recommend.

  • Your story sounds like mine!! I started breaking out at 29. I tried everything under the sun. I detoxed my body with herbs. And I looked up food sensitivities and blood type came up. It said that blood type o acne tends to be related to food allergies. I started the blood type diet. I also eliminated other foods by keeping a journal. I drank roasted chicory root which is a prebiotic. I still take a dairy free probiotic, kelp, milk thistle, dim, cod liver oil, vitamin b5, and 1500 mg magnesium and 1000mg l-glutamine. My face is finally clear. I use only a milk cleanser, tamanu oil, rosehip oil and a Korean unscented sunscreen on my face.

  • Do not exccuse yourself for eating meat. Just do it. Let those who like to criticize, to have candida and then, they can talk. I am taking Black Cumin oil and so I do not have to go throu such a restrict diet. No sugar and no sweet fruits and no gluten, that’s all

  • Be mindful that adding probiotics or fermented foods can worsen acne in a fair share of people who have fodmap or sibo (bacterial overgrowth in small intestine) symptoms. You might want to keep this out of your diet.

  • I think the issue is in your wording. “Raw vegan diet”, when your meals weren’t raw; or you’ve openly said after the fact that you’re not vegan, but eating plant-based. Just be true to yourself, open and honest with your viewers, then there’s not much people can dispute you on. YOU can’t “label” something, then ask others NOT to do it to you regarding the same topic.�� Nice “plant-based, what I eat in a day” vid. You don’t have to use click bait to prove anything. You’ll STILL get likes for a video well-done.��✊

  • you probably know this already but for anyone who has troubles with digestion when eating smoothies a good tip is to chew your smoothies and swish it around your mouth to release the digestive enzymes. It helps by adding some chopped up dates or nuts to make the chewing process more natural so there’s actually something to chew if that makes any sense lol but it helped me a lot!

  • This was super cute. Fruits and veggies are great and eating raw helps our bodies derive the most nutrients out of our food. In regard to dinner, you should NEVER skip a meal! Tsk, tsk missy. That leads to binging and unhealthy food choices when the hunger pang hits you. Make smart decisions, GO RAW!

    Just seen a video where swallowing 4 vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) with each meal cured a teenage boy’s acne in 3 weeks. So it looks like fermented foods contain that vitamin too. Just thought it was a helpful point to mention.

  • i do have pimples but not technically acne, but my sister has awful acne and is on acutane, and I understand in a way how awful it is.

  • I took accutane and I had the same experience as you. I hated being on accutane and being a medical student, I’m saying I hated the dryness and I had headaches as well. So I started eating healthier with more fruits and veggies and I also started using Cerave or cetaphir moisturisers every night even though my face is oily mostly. I also started having probiotic yogurt and also started drinking soya or oat or almond milk with my coffee instead of creamer or milk. I also started having cinnamon tea with ginger and a dash of lemon juice. It worked and whenever I changed my diet again, I started breaking out again. I also started taking vitamins c and b.

  • I planned my own wedding and let me tell you I had a lot of help from friends for making centre pieces to doing hair and so on. it was super rewarding however and loved that day!

  • A lot of people nowadays are working to find out the best method to drop weight. Then again, being able to find a diet plan that can work for you is hard to find. A crucial thing you want to understand is that a diet that works for one person might not work for another. And that means you have to know what your getting into before you start one of those diets.   • I have to add that implementing probiotic-rich foods into our diets at least in my case can trigger a “healing crisis” which basically means that whatever is wrong with you will get slightly worse before it gets better. So whenever I go back to drinking kefir, I start with half a cup the first week, or else I might suffer headaches for that first or second week. Start off small, then build it up.

  • Same, eliminating dairy from my diet has worked literal WONDERS for my skin. I used to get painful, deep cystic acne when consuming dairy. Even tiny bit would give me a breakout!
    People need to know that acne an internal condition! All these ads for “skin-clearing” creams etc. they do not work for everyone, especially when the acne is deep.
    Yes, it may work for some, but I’ll be damned if you found one dermatologist that suggests avoiding dairy before selling a product!

  • Not saying this in a harsh or critical way, just in a pointing things out kind of way yr forgetting to care about the animals. Animals matter and it’s total abuse to murder them and exploit them for food, it just is, that’s not an arguable truth, and if u think about it it’s really disgusting to eat dead bodies. I’m not totally vegan yet but I still recognize the huge cruelty to animals instead of pretending it’s not cruel what we do to them. So when u talk about respect don’t forget to respect animals. People say it’s my body I’ll eat the way I want but it’s the animals bodies and it’s not ok to hurt them.

  • I am making hemp milk now more than using almond milk. I heard from a friend who has a similar situation to me had candida and is hypothyroid that almond milk was affecting her thyroid. so she stays clear of it now. I decided to lean away from it too just in case.

  • I had adult acne that would last for 4 mos or more. I tried everything, it turned out my acne was caused by greek yogurt. I was eating greek yogurt those 4 mos.

    I suspected it might be the yogurt since looking back it was the only change in my diet. As soon as I stop eating the greek yogurt, my acne immediately go away and has not come back.

    5 yrs later a friend of mine was suffering with acne too. I asked her if she eat yogurt, she said yes. I told her about my experience, she said she will try not eating yogurt. A month later we met up, she was so excited, she said, “look!!! my acnes are gone”.

  • thanks for this great video i want to add another reason for acne which happened to me at age of 35..which is very odd to happen to a man in this age so. i never had such ugly painfull acne in whole my life until i worked in a dirty dirty environment where i must caught the bacteria from…. you can stop eating dairy and add more probiotic foods to your diet but the true reason is there are bacteria on your skin and that is what you have to treat.. i saw 2 doctors, took a lot of medications but nothing actually helped until i out of curiosity started to wash my face with hydrogen peroxide antiseptic and yes it worked for me never had acne after that..

  • Just a tip for drinking water. I’m honestly the exact same way so what I did was I got a big 40 oz bottle, and I fill it up in the morning. I just keep it with me at all times so when I see it I drink it and that’s been working for me.

  • I have SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) and I had to cut gluten, dairy, and sugar out. I noticed while I started the diet, I not only started feeling better, but my acne got better! And whenever I would eat ice cream or candy, I would break out all over again. I’m a teenager so it’s hard to stick to the diet, but I know doing it helps!

  • Honestly, I don’t think I even remember the last time my body(skin) didnt hurt and feel awful. Adding depression, hormonal imbalance and all the things to the pot, mix it with unhelpful dermatologists prescribing the one and only medication they know without working with you, telling you that you’re causing it by stressing anyway, so ‘get admitted smwhere and dont bother me’… it’s fucking hard to function and keep optimistic with such.

  • I recommend this! I did something similar earlier in the year. I had some fruit every 2 hours. With grapes every other hour. For example, 8 a.m. grapes, 10 a.m. bananas, 12:00 noon grapes, 2 p.m. bananas, 4 p.m. grapes, 6 p.m. oranges, 8 p.m. grapes. You can tell I was inspired by Johanna Brandt book The Grape cure! LOL! I did that for 9 days. I could have gone longer cuz I felt fine, but I was excited to get onto the juice fast. Then I drink grape juice every 2 hours for 3 days. I felt lighter and more energetic. It was amazing! I felt so good that I did two more times before the year was up. I’ll definitely do it again!

  • I see that this is years old and was originally Uploaded back in 2012 and SM body who also suffers from candidates I know that you can actually eat certain fruit while being on the diet. There is so much more research out there now so I was the suggest that people look into that before taking her word as gospel.

I don’t want to go to college unless it’s to wrestle but I started youtube gaming and enjoy it so much more than school and degrees and so on.
