  • In the bible Ezekiel bread was a curse and a punishinv agent from God and it was made with excrement as an ingrediant. Ezekiel 4:1217. It was for the poor prophet to eat to atone for the sins of Isreal. And as punishment he was made to eat meat. He argued with God saying he was raised undefiled by flesh. So God allowed him to make it with Cow dung instead of human dung. It was a horrible punishment. And an interesting thing that it says that after eating it and drinking water they woul still be craving food. I didnt know about stevia, actually all of this.

  • Great info but only the white collar professional class can make practical use of it. Regular blue collar working people can’t afford to spend $5-$6 for a loaf of bread. He says nothing about the cost factor. I guess because, like most upper middle-class members of the aristrocracy, he doesn’t seem to have a clue that the majority of Americans can only afford the cheap processed, chemical-saturated crap mass-produced by the corporate food conglomerates. Most of our mass-produced food ought to be labeled toxic but we’ve got to keep the profits flowing to the corporate fat cats who literally own and run our government.   • I’ve never thought of Ezekiel Bread as Christian bread though. You said it’s the only product marketed towards Christians, that is news to me. It has a bible verse on it, doesn’t mean it’s marketed for Christians

You aren’t going to make flour anything close to commercially processed stuff, milled with commercial grain Mills that have some real horsepower THEN sifted to the finest powder, with chunky bits sold as animal feeds. Generally, consistency of home ground flours will be sand.

  • There is actually a list somewhere on the internet that shows all the alternative names of sugar (the bad stuff) and agave was amongst those names. I was shocked, since I used it so much in the past, now I stick to stevia.
