  • These look awesome especially the berry basil. I’m surprised there wasn’t one with pineapples, maybe a spice and/or herb with coconut water lol

  • Wouldn’t it be healthier if you ate the fruit and now just drink water that had fruit in it. If you eat it you actually will get all of the vitamins.

  • Mmmmm the cherry and lime looks great! I’ll be trying that!
I’ve been doing strawberry and basil and rosemary and strawberry… I also reuse the rosemary for my evening tea. Turns out rosemary aids in weight loss by revving up our metabolisms along with many other health benefits. Who knew? ‍♀️
I learned that drinking fruit infused water while fasting can break your fast. Limes and lemons won’t break a fast though…. Something about the sugars in the fruits.
    Happy hydrating!

  • Wouldn’t it be better to use warm water if youre going to refrigerate later? I’d assume more energy in the water means more molecular kickup and a faster release of flavours.

Regarding that, how come you didnt puncture or slice the blueberries.

Also those and the lemmon balls less surface area than chopped right?

  • Love the look of these! Does the flavor really come through with the berries if you don’t mash them? How long should I wait for it to infuse before drinking?

  • Shouldn’t you cut the blueberries in half, will it add more flavour or add any at all since I don’t think uncut blueberries will add any flavour cus it’s locked inside the skin

  • Ok quick question how many times can I drink infused water a day? Is it ok if I drink like 6 to 8 glasses of this. Also can we drink more than one different mind of infused water a day?

  • Nice fruit combos! Thanks. There was one I had not thought of, so I look forward to trying it —blackberry, orange, ginger. I often make fresh lemon, ginger, honey hot tea, let it cool, and sip on that. It’s great hot/warm, too. I just got a large new clear Kitchen HQ (from hsn dot com) INFUSED PITCHER, so I’ll be enjoying more infused water soon. I do recommend my Lemon, ginger, honey tea. It’s easy, yummy, and ginger aids in digestion. Enjoy! And thanks for you video info.

  • I love the berry blast, for its tasteful berries and more so for its cancer fighting properties. I’m currently fighting this illness (which I refuse to call a disease) and am adding the maximum nutrients in my diet. Can’t seem to find a bottle with the bottom screwed infuser like you’ve got in my country but will get the next best and start off this berry season! <3

  • Let’s face it water can get boring. Try these 5 new infused water recipes that are SO GOOD and will make you LOVE your water!! What’s your fave flavor combo?? xoxo

  • I really like the ideas thanks. Maybe next time/video if you would you can put them into categories of sweet bitter etc? The reason I ask is I have tried a few ideas with either little taste difference or not a great taste. Or any suggestions for sweet infusions would be appreciated.

  • Seriously, it’s not that much water. Unless you’re sweating or exercising, you only need 64 oz of ALL fluid, total, per day. Anything you hear otherwise is just marketing hype. I’ll admit to drinking way more than that, but there are medical reasons involved, plus I need to constantly monitor my intake.
