  • As i listen to what you’re eating it seems to me that you’re spending a lot of money on food for just yourself. Can i ask you something? What do you do for work? Probably gym coach or something right? I bet you don’t have a job from 9-5? You probably have lots of time to just sit around at home and cook for yourself.     How can i eat more when i have a job that makes it almost impossible for me to eat anything from 9am 5pm. (so busy at work, no time to take a break. Maybe only a chocolate bar). I also don’t eat breakfasts because i’m simply not hungry after waking up. The only big meal i eat is somewhere at 8pm and then a smaller one just before i go to sleep at around 12pm.

  • I have a disorder called rapid gastric emptying. The average person takes 90 minutes to digest and pass food from stomach to small intestine. My body dumps the food to my small intestine within 30 minutes mostly undigested, when I was 160ibs at 5’6 it was taking me 8000 logged calories to maintain that weight.   • I was under weight my whole life then at age 15 I decided to start going to the gym I was under 50 kilos I trained for the next 4 years between 4-5 days a week, I poured out my heart in the gym.
    By the age of 18 i weight 76 kilos (not lean).
    I was doing everything in power to eat more food I didn’t care if it was sugar or anything else.
    After high school I started working my weight went down to 70kg I worked for 2.5 years and then I went to college in college I decided not to eat sugar at all and I started training in boxing my weight went down to 63/64kg and it’s been like that for years.
    It’s super hard to maintain the weight, especially if you’re trying to eat clean and avoiding processed carbs and sugars (spaghetti/bread/sodas/cakes)
    It takes a lot of time to buy/make/eat healthy foods, I find it impossible to gain weight on a healthy diet especially in college when I don’t have the time.

Stop wasting money and time and just take the plunge.

  • I watched this video last year when i started to worry about my weight. I had 64kg in december last year and i realy forgot about this. I soon started eating more eggs, meat and fruit and gained 20 kg in a year(11 months actualy) while going to gym. I watched thIs video bc it popped up in my recomentadions and remmembered myself from last year..   • All of this is bullshit, well explain this, my Father had abs and he was super strong but he never went to Gym and he never lifted weights. and upto 30 years of age he was a skinny guy and after marriage he became super strong, even though i am 27 now but not married i struggled my whole teenage life to gain weight, now i even eat less than i used to eat but i am heavies than before and boy am i shredded like hell. It does not matter if you take a skinny guy from 13 years of age and train him for 10 years, He will not become Brock Lesnar, because his father and mother are skinny.

  • Really don’t believe that we need this massive amount of protein to build muscle. You just need a moderate amount and get enough calories. Don’t do the 1lb per pound of body weight
