Before you set any resolutions, ask yourself where you are on your journey. If you’re resistant to change (in precontemplation, for example), then you might be setting yourself up to fail. To be successful, you have to start with being honest with yourself. You don’t have a realistic plan for achieving your resolution.
Your goals should be smart — and SMART. That’s an acronym coined in the journal Management Review in. If you haven’t written down your New Year’s Resolutions yet, you’ve cut your chances of achieving them in half. Studies have shown that a written commitment is more effective than a verbal (or internal) one. Take a few minutes and write down your goals.
If you feel ambitious, make sure they are SMART. There is a good chance that you have a friend or family member that wants to achieve the same goal. Seek out assistance and support. With a friend by your side, your journey will be so much easier. You can also find support in other professionals.
Make Sure It Stays In Your Face. Make sure that your resolution is in your face at all times. Behavior change is very hard. Try as we might to keep those New Year’s resolutions, many have given up by this time. Here are some ways to keep going and stay on track, from a counseling psychologist.
Planning a reward for progress in achieving your goal increases your probability of success. And reward yourself based on the time you have continued trying, as well as actual marked achievements. First Call Resolution can be improved by implementing three straight-forward strategies in the contact centre. Using these strategies together is crucial; one deals with culture, one deals with process and the other with technology, and each aspect is as important as the other.
Empower Your Agents. While it may seem like a slow start, these small changes make it easier to stick to your new habits and increase the likelihood of long-term success. Avoid Repeating Past Failures Another strategy for keeping your New Year’s resolution is to not make the exact same resolution year after year. Thousands of students have already taken the course and are well on their way to achieving extraordinary goals. It’s a great way to get a leg-up in designing goals you will actually accomplish.
You can find out more here. Check it out. Either way, you’re much likely to achieve your goals by doing this one simple thing: write them down. 2) Defining the major issues related to achieving the goal.
3) Assembling the issues, ranking their importance, and defining the bargaining mix. 4) Defining the interests. 5) Knowing your alternatives (BATNAs). 6) Knowing your limits, including a resistance point.
7) Analyzing and understanding the other party’s goals, issues, and resistance.
List of related literature:
In order to obtain the best resolution (i.e. the smallest ri) it is obviously possible to decrease X or increase u or a.
Although there are ways to reduce the physical resolution losses by careful subject positioning, there is in general not much one can do about the resolution losses in a given system.
Thanks for watching today’s video. Equipment and setup is huge to improving your aim, I get paranoid if my chair height changes or I have too much stuff on my desk! Comment what equipment you’re using to play Valorant below!
Good information. Im working out the goals toe ths year. Your sugestion why you set type goal is an eyeopener to me. It gives he goal energy. Breaking down to reachable chunks gives it more functie to do. Normally goals glitch of my radar.
I lost 30 pounds in 5 months….my tip is to track down your daily calorie and protein intake and stay at a caloric deficit of about 200-400 calories per day……Hope this will help you
I just didnt make a resolution. For me it came down to being a mindset. There is no specific day that I started. I just started on working on getting healthy. I knew that if I put a set time on my goals I wouldn’t go through with it. It’s a lifestyle change for me.
I lost 30 pounds in 5 months….my tip is to track down your daily calorie and protein intake and stay at a caloric deficit of about 200-400 calories per day……Hope this will help you
after 6 MONTHS 50% give up? wtf how much weight do they have to loose? i lost 12kg in 2 months and the only reason why i haven’t lost it in a shorter time is so i don’t loose too much muscle mass ^^
ok the second tip i cant get behind (now i do get that other people may enjoy having a partner in the gym) for me however that takes ommitment and sticking to other peoples plans which im terrible at. however i do discuss it a lot with my friends getting tips and things (and i might workout here and there with them) but for me the gym is a place for me
The patient/habit bit at the end is so so true. I always try to fit a long term goal into a short term time span, and that lack of willingness to power through and wait always catches up to me.
This is glorious, I’ve been looking for “examples of personal development goals for managers” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Farnicaas Switcher Capitalisation ( search on google )? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cousin got great success with it.
Can you make a video about Fat Burners and steroids like types and Pros /Cons Because let’s face it many use it nowadays and I’d rather hear the whole truth from you rather than half of it from strangers Thank you
Hope these tips help with your new year goal planning! Here’s a video to on strange signs you will be successful: https://youtu.be/zyiNIs_J4QI https://youtu.be/zyiNIs_J4QI
Baby steps. Set short term goals that are an improvement on your current situation without becoming a burden. They should be easy to accomplish (like doing 5 sit-ups a day). Accomplish your goal and then set a new one (slightly higher). In no time you’ll be doing things that once made you miserable with ease. Overworking yourself from the start isn’t a recipe for sustainability. You have to enjoy it. Be patient and take incremental steps toward your ultimate fitness goal that are enjoyable for you and you’ll have a much more rewarding and sustainable experience.
It helped me to tackle my weight loss goals step by step and celebrating small victories. I started at 193 pounds, and instead of saying “I want to lose 40 pounds, I said “I want to get under 190” and then “I want to get under 180”, etc.
Hey dude, great videos! I have a question for you: what happened to you when you set too many goals for yourself and it started draining you? I’ve ran against the same issue, my body just resists. I can’t focus, low energy and sleepiness. What did you expersience?
if you want to arrive your personality goals you must be a stable.you dont give up your target.write them and make a daily plan.then begin to study hard.give a break sometime then again start to your plan.you will see aftter one year you woud be accomplish your target.have a nice day for every body thanks
I definitely prioritize exercise, no matter how busy, i still have at least 30mins for facebook. Then why not exercise?! Secondly, i told myself. I felt ashamed to weak, i felt ashamed to be fat. Its disgusting, i dont want to be like this anymore. I surround myself with hard working people, make friends with people in the gym. I see fatter people in the gym, but unlike most people, people in the gym are friendlier, and more supportive. If u understand Maslow’s principles of needs, u should understand why people in the gym are amazing! Like its suggested, i see myself in long term. I set my goal, two hears from now, ill be badass!
My goalie coach said, to my father, that I had preconditions no one else had, and he was referring to my laser-like focus, incredible work ethic and will power.
Somehow, though, I lost all of that. But I’ve been working hard for more than a year now, trying to become disciplined again, and getting back that iron will power I used to have, and I’m proud to say that I’m back there.
Now I’m dedicating hours of every day productively again, and I’m constantly moving towards my goals. I’m no longer a pro hockey prospect. I gave that up, and instead I’m now working towards becoming a Medical Doctor.
I lost 40lbs in 6 months, the way i did it was by having my friend/workout buddy be aggressively brutal when lifting and doing cardio with me, he would yell and curse at me to make me do those last few sets, reps and laps everyday
Even more important he would constantly text me saying if i ate unhealthy he was done training me LOL, but even through all the aggressiveness he would constantly also tell me when i was doing good and generally be positive
So for me, someone who had little motivation and willpower, someone to kick my ass back into shape was what i needed
For the food side: grilled chicken breasts became something i ate near daily with spinach and other veggies, i dont know how to cook much but i found chicken breasts cooked in a small goerge forman grill was the cheapest and easiest thing to do, protein shakes are a must weather gaining or losing weight
When quitting junk food its like quitting any other addiction, cut it out slowly, every week cut out 1 junk food you eat and replace it with something healthier
Dont be afraid to have a cheat meal once a week where for one meal you eat whatever you want, for me that 1 meal would be either pizza or taco bell, having this cheat meal will keep you from going crazy
Lastly if you feel like you are seriously burnt out after 5-6 months of lifting and cardio its okay to take a week off
Can you make a video about Fat Burners and steroids like types and Pros /Cons Because let’s face it many use it nowadays and I’d rather hear the whole truth from you rather than half of it from strangers Thank you
I like sharing my goals on social media, because it opens up doors and tips of ways to achieve them. I do have individual friends that I go into more personal goals. But if I am job hunting Or I am wanting to learn how to cook, and share that publicly The feedback and tips I get from multiple people Helps me significantly in getting closer to those goals. Almost like networking for improving.
Loved the video, me and my best friends watched your video and decided to start building a new habit every month so it doesn’t drain all of our energy. Happy New Year! PS: I’ve sent you an email, hope you got it!
after 6 MONTHS 50% give up? wtf how much weight do they have to loose? i lost 12kg in 2 months and the only reason why i haven’t lost it in a shorter time is so i don’t loose too much muscle mass ^^
My New Years resolution is simple I want progress… I want 2016 simply to be much better than 2015 at the end of the day it’s not about perfection it’s about progress
That 21 days things isn’t true. First of all, it varies according to person and the person’s attachment to their original state. Even otherwise, 21 is a really short time. Great video though. I love all your videos! http://www.sciencealert.com/here-s-how-long-it-takes-to-break-a-habit-according-to-science
The temptation to take the easy road is always there. It can be as easy as sleeping in, but discipline is ultimately paramount to have success for a leader or team!
That’s why mastermind groups on Facebook can be quite helpful, if people are truly connecting, engaging and developing friendships in those groups, they’ll be more accountable and have someone to share their journey with. I believe accountability is really overlooked and underestimated, for a lot of us it can be the final step to achieving long lasting results. Thank you for the video

fastest way to lose weight: run 20-40 minutes every day before breakfast (have a glass of water to start the metabolism first) trust me, nothing works faster
I’m amused, in a way, that the writer assumes you’ll receive praise/support, for spreading word of your goal(s) online. He, apparently, has never had to wade through the muck that is vulgar online cynicism:/.
No recap. It forces me to PAY ATTENTION the first time around. Additionally, it isn’t a punishment to here the ALUX guidance videos more than once. I’m one to listen to the same title multiple times, anyway. It helps to hammer the point home.
I agree with everything except working on teams. In my experience, we may work together, but each wants to take all the credit for the project. It has happened in every single group I’ve ever been, so I’d rather work and die alone than work hard have no credit or reward for my troubles due to greedy teammates.
It helped me to tackle my weight loss goals step by step and celebrating small victories. I started at 193 pounds, and instead of saying “I want to lose 40 pounds, I said “I want to get under 190” and then “I want to get under 180”, etc.
Proof that YT is creating a zombie army of space warriors. I started listening to this and it made me clean my room, focus, and fall into an unconscious sleep-like state for 6 hours. I can’t be the only one.
I have a question. What if I wrote these weekly reports but only kept them to myself, and held myself accountable? I genuinely think I could, and I also don’t really have someone to report to. Do you think this could have some of the same effects as the group 5 in the video?
As a writer who lives with a noisy younger brother, this video is so good it’s out of this world. It helps me block out all the outside noise and focus on my work. I’ve replayed this video at least five times and I’ll continue to use it through my career. Also, the comment section for this video is absolutely amazing.
I used to play this at 100% at college when I was in my translation exams. I couldn’t stand the typing sound of my classmates and focus at the same time. I own my major to this video. Also, OOOOOOOOOOOOOO
since I’m having online classes due to quarantine and my home is kinda loud, I’m using this video and a bg sound and now I want to finish the video: 04:30h already gone le’ts see if I can make it
I’m pretty sure the sound quality of this video has been changed. I’ve been listening to periodically it for a long time years and it has much less bass than it used to.
I live really close from Lebanon and since yesterday, I do have a ringing sound in my ears. I had a bad headache and I couldn’t hear a thing. Thank you so much, It relieve it
Cheers for the video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you heard about Proutklarton Mind Instructor Plan (just google it)? It is a great exclusive product for Improving your life without the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin got cool success with it.
Loved the video, me and my best friends watched your video and decided to start building a new habit every month so it doesn’t drain all of our energy. Happy New Year! PS: I’ve sent you an email, hope you got it!
ok the second tip i cant get behind (now i do get that other people may enjoy having a partner in the gym) for me however that takes ommitment and sticking to other peoples plans which im terrible at. however i do discuss it a lot with my friends getting tips and things (and i might workout here and there with them) but for me the gym is a place for me
Last year, on january 1st i started a diet, on october 14th i was standing on bodybuilding stage for the first time in my life. I guess for some resolutions work, for some they don’t. Happy new year everybody:)
Greetings Alux! As an avid fan, I recommend no recap because the viewing time of the video will decrease since people will tend to skip over to the end. You guys rock! Keep doing what you’re great at…Alux is a great tool as I’m on my journey of self-improvement and blessed fortune.
Hey dude, great videos! I have a question for you: what happened to you when you set too many goals for yourself and it started draining you? I’ve ran against the same issue, my body just resists. I can’t focus, low energy and sleepiness. What did you expersience?
Great Video clip! Forgive me for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you thought about Patlarny Ancient Secrets Principle (google it)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for maximising your life using a simple goal setting strategy without the headache. Ive heard some decent things about it and my good mate called Gray after a lifetime of fighting got great success with it.
Really great video! You’re a criminally underrated channel. One tip I have for new years resolutions (I know, I’m late) is to start them before January 1st. Start on the day you set the goal, because in the end you’ll be making excuses come January 1st.
im 16 yo and still live with my parents. i have interest on drawing and want to become artist. but i don’t have any friend that i can trust or care enough to me so can i use my mom as my “friend report”?? but my mom know nothing about drawing but she support me. can i still do it? (sorry for bad english, not my first language)
I’m digging this channel… it keeps pumping out useful bits… thank you.
Also again folks, if your goal is to change the world, upset the status quo, make the new Macintosh or Airplane or anything else that could be stolen, copied, subverted or get you killed… dont enter its details into any computer or smartphone.
The eye of Saruan sees all… so be like a Soviet Cosmonaut and use pencil and paper.

I know that a LOT, and I mean a LOT of people will take this the wrong way, my wife and friends will totally get my joke any day at any hour, and the joke is actually a compliment directed towards you at the end of the video…
Please just try to see the pop culture humor (and the compliment towards you)…
The best tip I can give is start a month or so before new years that way your ahead of everyone else and you feel it’s worth it to keep going. That how I am doing my workout and nutrient plan. LIFESTYLE BABY!
I just didnt make a resolution. For me it came down to being a mindset. There is no specific day that I started. I just started on working on getting healthy. I knew that if I put a set time on my goals I wouldn’t go through with it. It’s a lifestyle change for me.

This is great. I love the line “no-one has said I’m going to be healthy this year and the next day woke up healthy”. Also I like the notion of not telling anyone what your going to achieve as your brain will just think you’ve done it
this is not a motivational clip but rather a really good advice for overweight people! like IT! IT is more real! so it relates to the majority of the world!
Last year, on january 1st i started a diet, on october 14th i was standing on bodybuilding stage for the first time in my life. I guess for some resolutions work, for some they don’t. Happy new year everybody:)
how to get a 6 pack!? i have done on average 175 workouts per year (counted my training schedule) in 2016, in cardio days running average 15 km, every day bike for 45 min.. and totally happy with my strength and upper body but my belly have all the fat, not that i’m fat but measuring my body i found that i have over 4 kg of fat on my belly that hides my abs! not eating any cakes and minimum on fats, but when i’m on calorie deficit i’m loosing muscle kg and first cookie i ate on my cheat day just builds up there…. any suggestions?
The way I started conquering goals is not only to write them but have them posted everywhere so it’s a consistent reminder to you of what each objective is.
I have a question. What if I wrote these weekly reports but only kept them to myself, and held myself accountable? I genuinely think I could, and I also don’t really have someone to report to. Do you think this could have some of the same effects as the group 5 in the video?
my tip is not to wait to make a resolution, if you have to put your lifestyle change off until a certain time before you begin, then the sad truth is you are most likely going to give up quick anyway. take control of your life now,not later.
I am new to the channel and I am hooked I will watch every new and past episode like a marathon. However, advice can be helpful soOK ok I love that you state facts but how about what we can do about it? Yes Im an introvert but how can I step outside my comfort zone……..etc. Just a thought

I’m an author and one of the tips in this video that’s most inspiring to me is to celebrate small victories. I’m my own worst critic, especially during days when I’m too mentally exhausted to get any work done. Celebrating small victories is just one step closer towards my quest for self-forgiveness and ultimately towards my quest for being a successful author. Thank you, Psych 2 Go. You’re one of my favorite You Tube channels.:)

Gosh this video was helpful. I have reached such a plateau in learning Spanish. That sad point when you are between intermediate and advanced. Beginner stuff is too easy and advanced is too hard. I will come back to this video when I don’t remember
Tada: “You know, our main new year resolution should be to get good grades.” Charles: “Noone ever accomplishes new years resolutions.” Me: “Then what about getting bad grades? Because then, you get good grades!”

The inspiring message I read in the subtitles really inspired me to push beyond the boundaries of the human mind. I have been enlightened, and I hope this does the same thing for anyone else reading the subs. I have achieved inner tranquility at last.

It’d be better to give the kingdom to the ambitious son with the +2 bonus on each attribute, and give the second son the steward function. Sure, being midas touched gives you a huge +9 stewarship bonus, but ambitious is an overall nice trait for a king.
It’s unpleasant, to say the least, to have an ambitious pretender to the kingdom, but you can also murder the older brother.
The king is also playing a dangerous game with his succession laws, Scenarios where he can choose between his two sons include Elective gavelkind and Feudal elective.
Elective gavelkind is only slightly better than your regular gavelkind, given that the king’s vassals think highly of him. But the problem with gavelkind is that the realm may easily split, dividing between the different heirs. At least the son he wants to elect has the primary title.
Feudal elective doesn’t split the realm between heirs, but the king’s heir could also be someone outside his dynasty, depending on what his vassals vote for.
if I was the king, I’d cut the elective crap and change the succession laws to primogeniture. Let the oldest son inherit all titles and keep the second son as a steward, you have the best of both worlds.
Just about 2yrs ago my girl(@ time friend) blew out my left ear on our first phone call and I remember reading something about this helping, well it kinda worked but then I joined the military where they basically yelled into your ear♂️the ringing on my left ear has stopped tho just took about 2 shy months before hitting 2yrs

I like the idea of celebrating small achievements, sometimes we are so focused on the big prize that we forget to rewards ourselves for the good job we’ve done so far
My goal is to be someone successful, to be someone important, to be someone special, to be someone remembered, to be someone who can be called a hard-working dancer, to be someone who can make her mom proud, to be be someone who can reach her goals………
Cheers for this, I’ve been looking for “what goals have you set for your life” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Conoah Goalify Gotchie (just google it )? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got great success with it.

There are still no hopeto achieve my goal its too much difficult. I really wants to do something for my family member.I really wants to give them a piece full and a full of enjoyment life.I want to touch out the sky ☁
I love this! very inspirational I think and other important things to remember when it comes to achieving your goals are: -Do NOT expect different results from same behavior. Change your behavior and your results will change. -Be loving and accepting of self and pat yourself on the back for the smallest improvement.
If anyone is interested in another take on achieving your goal check out my video “How to stay focused on your goals” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ns7sXjlIL14
Good information. Im working out the goals toe ths year. Your sugestion why you set type goal is an eyeopener to me. It gives he goal energy. Breaking down to reachable chunks gives it more functie to do. Normally goals glitch of my radar.
The patient/habit bit at the end is so so true. I always try to fit a long term goal into a short term time span, and that lack of willingness to power through and wait always catches up to me.
To those here in the comment section willing to read and invest a moment to invest in themselves and their lives and futures..❤Maybe you need some inspiration or are going through a difficult time and turbulence Read on.. Focus on what you want always know what you dont want and decide once and stat focused on what you DO want and be persistent in getting it and know that at the other side of not giving up completely yes we all give up even the most successful people in the world, but they got back up and remembered the outcome and blessings to come and then the fear of not moving forward only made them stay persistent and focused on achieving what they wanted and enjoying the journey and being thankful and being aware always of the things that ARE going right back to what I was saying know that on the other side of not giving up and striving towards good and good things is a great reward after all the small steps a little makes alot! When you do that which is good always it will bring about good your brain is wired to make more of that which you do the thoughts the habits and because it’s what you want you will begin to see it everywhere around you, the good you want, all those efforts will eventually be sown together and things will fall into place make yourself ready for Great things to come even if you don’t see them yet the better you are in the difficult times the better you will be In times of ease and you’ll be able to be extra grateful when those miracles do come and you will know exactly when you see them, know that if you keep going in the right direction and making progress in the right direction that even if there are dips the level of growth will still be going higher and you’ll be better than where you were and you’ll be better prepared for tough times ahead, Know that with all this in mind, everything will be okay even if you don’t know how or if things don’t make sense, NEVER LOSE HOPE bear a beautiful patience and appreciate the beauty of the present even when there is difficulties in your life because things will pass and I want you to still look back on those difficult times in your life and have great memories and happy moments you are strong and we aren’t tested with anything we cannot bare you got this ❤
Hhhhh….i want to buy the bracelet, but I don’t have enough money (im a child without a job) and I don’t have a good reputation of wearing accessories besides my amethyst necklaces time to time.
I mean think about it somewhere in the world there is a person opening a door and there is somebody elsewhere in the world closing a door, so IT IS LITERALLY HAPPENING RIGHT NOW!!
If you don’t mind i would like to have an advice..
I don’t really know what i what to study.. i don’t have a dream.. but my aunties are forcing me to be an architect, but I’m not good at drawing structures..im only good at drawing humans.. i don’t know what’s wrong with me because they say that it’s not normal that i don’t have a dream.. they have high expectations at me.. please help. I need an advice:(
My goalie coach said, to my father, that I had preconditions no one else had, and he was referring to my laser-like focus, incredible work ethic and will power.
1. Start with NoFap. 2. Get in shape. 3. Reduce stress. 4. Read more and learn a new language, e.g. Japanese. 5. Spend less time on social media. 6. Become more social. 7. Face my fears and insecurities. 8. Meet new people.
Thank you Psych2Go team your content is really awesome,I am a big fan of animations,it makes me feel like a kid.I like it even more when it wakes up my attention and full interest I like the voice of a narrator of these videos,it’s so calm and beautiful. Achieving goals is so important thing to me.Keep going with all wonderful work.
1. Write your goals down.(place them somewhere you can see them) 2. Be patient with yourself.(Rome wasn’t built in a day!) 3. Make time in your week for your goals. (Distribute your task ) 4. Celebrate your achievements.(doesn’t matter if they are small) 5. road blocks aren’t failures. ( When one door closes another opens) 6. Don’t take criticism personally. (listen to criticism and improve yourself) 7. Work with like minded people.
Thanks for watching today’s video. Equipment and setup is huge to improving your aim, I get paranoid if my chair height changes or I have too much stuff on my desk! Comment what equipment you’re using to play Valorant below!
I really like watching this videos, they’re really motivating and inspiring and yes I think you should keep the recap after every video.
how did you become part of your master mind group? Surrounding oneself with successful people sounds fantastic but how does it work in practise?

after 6 MONTHS 50% give up? wtf how much weight do they have to loose? i lost 12kg in 2 months and the only reason why i haven’t lost it in a shorter time is so i don’t loose too much muscle mass ^^

I’ve lost 15 pounds in 2 months, the 2 main things that helped me were to give up pop/soda, and use a diet diary to track how much you eat.
if you want to arrive your personality goals you must be a stable.you dont give up your target.write them and make a daily plan.then begin to study hard.give a break sometime then again start to your plan.you will see aftter one year you woud be accomplish your target.have a nice day for every body thanks
please tell me how Herbalife Products work.. they work fast but are not that realistic… can you just make a short video on that?!
You should do a video about nutritional supplements such as tablets and meal replacement shakes. Awesome channel btw just subscribed!

Lastly if you feel like you are seriously burnt out after 5-6 months of lifting and cardio its okay to take a week off
Consistence is key but so is keeping your sanity
true and true,i have always felt comfort and i couldnt be accountable to anyone for anything thus…i have always lagged behind in my goals.
But if I am job hunting
Or I am wanting to learn how to cook, and share that publicly
The feedback and tips I get from multiple people
Helps me significantly in getting closer to those goals.
Almost like networking for improving.
Me: Ugh this video is so stupid i don’t understand it at all
Subtitles: w o o o o o o o
Me: thank you I now enjoy this video so much
Loved the video, me and my best friends watched your video and decided to start building a new habit every month so it doesn’t drain all of our energy.

Would be interesting a video about if drinking amino acids supplements can really make any difference when it comes to gain muscles…
No recap. It forces me to PAY ATTENTION the first time around. Additionally, it isn’t a punishment to here the ALUX guidance videos more than once. I’m one to listen to the same title multiple times, anyway. It helps to hammer the point home.
my reasons…
Because i’m stubborn, i never back down never surrender never submit, if i seriously say that i’m gonna do it then i’ll be too stubborn to back down
I agree with everything except working on teams.

I wrote my whole dissertation with aid of this YouTube link. Amazing the things we use to get peace and quiet for concentration. THANKS!!!!!!
Also, OOOOOOOOOOOOOO
since I’m having online classes due to quarantine and my home is kinda loud, I’m using this video and a bg sound and now I want to finish the video:
04:30h already gone le’ts see if I can make it
I’m pretty sure the sound quality of this video has been changed.

Yea this channel’s cool b/c it’s interesting & useful info/advice, REAL-no bullshit-& the guys out there-def younger ones-LOVE this woman’s voice
Also again folks, if your goal is to change the world, upset the status quo, make the new Macintosh or Airplane or anything else that could be stolen, copied, subverted or get you killed… dont enter its details into any computer or smartphone.

how did you become part of your master mind group? Surrounding oneself with successful people sounds fantastic but how does it work in practise?
I know that a LOT, and I mean a LOT of people will take this the wrong way, my wife and friends will totally get my joke any day at any hour, and the joke is actually a compliment directed towards you at the end of the video…
Please just try to see the pop culture humor (and the compliment towards you)…
So here we go…
…ahem…
cough cough
…uhmm……..
“How’you doin’?” wink wink
The best tip I can give is start a month or so before new years that way your ahead of everyone else and you feel it’s worth it to keep going. That how I am doing my workout and nutrient plan. LIFESTYLE BABY!
I just didnt make a resolution. For me it came down to being a mindset. There is no specific day that I started. I just started on working on getting healthy. I knew that if I put a set time on my goals I wouldn’t go through with it. It’s a lifestyle change for me.

This is great. I love the line “no-one has said I’m going to be healthy this year and the next day woke up healthy”. Also I like the notion of not telling anyone what your going to achieve as your brain will just think you’ve done it
WOW! How do you even leave your house looking like that?
You remind me of a young Morticia…or a grown up Wednesday Addams…you are beautiful.
If I am as great as Da Vinci, I would be working hard on a painting of you smiling right now. Have a great new year, kitten.
this is not a motivational clip but rather a really good advice for overweight people!

I definitely prioritize exercise, no matter how busy, i still have at least 30mins for facebook. Then why not exercise?!

“no one ever achieves new year resolutions”
make your resolution get bad grades
2 possibilities
1.Fail that and get good grades
2,Fail
Tada: “You know, our main new year resolution should be to get good grades.”
Charles: “Noone ever accomplishes new years resolutions.”
Me: “Then what about getting bad grades?

Dude. Your vids… Awesome! You should get a Patreon set up! Look at some colabs to get more viewers. You’ll go far with this quality of video.
Just about 2yrs ago my girl(@ time friend) blew out my left ear on our first phone call and I remember reading something about this helping, well it kinda worked but then I joined the military where they basically yelled into your ear♂️the ringing on my left ear has stopped tho just took about 2 shy months before hitting 2yrs

how to get a 6 pack!? i have done on average 175 workouts per year (counted my training schedule) in 2016, in cardio days running average 15 km, every day bike for 45 min.. and totally happy with my strength and upper body but my belly have all the fat, not that i’m fat but measuring my body i found that i have over 4 kg of fat on my belly that hides my abs! not eating any cakes and minimum on fats, but when i’m on calorie deficit i’m loosing muscle kg and first cookie i ate on my cheat day just builds up there…. any suggestions?
I love to sleep when travelling in a car. This reminds me of the sounds when it’s all quiet and all you hear is the wheels on the road.

I love this! very inspirational I think and other important things to remember when it comes to achieving your goals are:
-Do NOT expect different results from same behavior. Change your behavior and your results will change.
-Be loving and accepting of self and pat yourself on the back for the smallest improvement.
If anyone is interested in another take on achieving your goal check out my video “How to stay focused on your goals”

please tell me how Herbalife Products work.. they work fast but are not that realistic… can you just make a short video on that?!
my reasons…
Because i’m stubborn, i never back down never surrender never submit, if i seriously say that i’m gonna do it then i’ll be too stubborn to back down
Good information.

I gave that up, and instead I’m now working towards becoming a Medical Doctor.
when you have no goals in life because you will end your life anyway… i know this is heart breaking but its true for most people… am i right?
