Tips to Battle Food Cravings Through Hydration. Get a Water Jug. My very first tip is an easy one purchase a water jug which can hold at least two liters of water. If your goal is to drink one Set Timelines. React to Your Climate.

Add Salt. Use HYDRA-CHARGE. Keeping yourself hydrated can help curb cravings. Drink water throughout the day. Before you reach for that slice of pizza, have a glass of water and then check in to see if you still want it.

    Nice video; practical..however, wish you made videos related to “switch on and off” control other cravings like.. craving for love, girls, money, etc and you loose your focus from your life goals thus… if you can adapt or discipline self and remain happy while doing so and not sad than you actually “nailed it”.

  • Bro i like all ur videos..BUT.. i want to share something plz dont mind… According to my knowledge and personal experience i dont think there is any need to compromise or kill our cravings for sweets and carbs unless ur preparing for a bodybuilding contest… According to me eating light or very few portion of carbs or sweets is absolutely fine if ur getting cravings and that would not make anyone fat unless they eat sweet and carbs in limited quantity… WHAT ARE CRAVINGS? cravings for sweet and carbs means our body and mind needs it thats why we get cravings… Cravings for sweet can only be beaten by eating what ur craving for but but but in very little quantity….   • I’ve had gut problems since…forever�� I am either constipated or get diarrhea (sorry I probably spelled that wrong), am constantly bloated to the point that I have back and shoulder pain. I often feel tired and have no energy because of that. I took various blood tests, had both endoscopy and colonoscopy but nothing came positive.   • My OBGYN said one cup of coffee is safe during pregnancy. It’s pretty simple to just avoid too much coffee and completely avoid alcohol. If anything you need to be careful with what herbal tea you drink and research the tea before drinking.

  • I agree with your points totally. I want to add this I found very unique probiotics from Japanese brand Dr. Ohhira. They’ve made decades of researchers on that topic, and produce super strong colonies of wide varieties probiotics by 3-5 years fermentation processes. Last week I heard that even Megan Markle uses these probiotics.:) Anyways you can read about their products and researches. It would be interesting to hear your thoughts about it.

  • Food intolerances can actually be pretty hard to figure out. I know my stomach hurts from milk or coffee a few hours later. However, if the effect is mild and lasts for days, you might have a hard time with it. And for girls, it might also depend on which stage of their cycle they are in.

    I have been struggling with acne for over 10 years, there are times when it gets better. At the moment is good, not clean but as good as it can get, with only 3 blemishes on my face! But with open pores:( 
    I’m an ovo-lacto-vegetarian for over 6 years, and before I was a pescetarian for 4 years, my skin got better but not clean, I took several pills for hormonal control, but at the moment I’m only taking the pill with one component, with progesterone, the estrogen doesn’t suit me. I still have a lot of blemishes on my back and chest what can I do about them?
    I don’t have constipation, my gut is quite regular. I have tried yogurts but I stopped eating greek yogurts because I would have more blemishes, I think is because of the sugar… maybe I can only eat the natural ones. I will try kombucha though.
    Sometimes I do yoga or pilates to control my posture, my anxiety and stress.

  • I actually dont mind having acne. But when everyone around me, including my parents and family members nitpicked how horrible my skin look like, it affected more than having acne in general. I can’t even go out because I get paranoid thinking I look that horrible, and if I do need to go out, I wear face mask to hide my breakout.

    Now I also look at myself in the mirror and pity how I look like.

    Overall, I hope if you have friends or family members undergoing skin breakout or any problems in general, dont rub it more to their faces. We know what we look like, no need to emphasize how horrible it is ��

  • For the Lactobif product, why do you take twice a day when the website says once a day? I’m curious because I don’t understand the line for supplements between too much and not enough and it makes me nervous since there’s such thing as hypervitaminosis or too much of a good thing in general, and I want to minimize risk but get as much good benefit as possible.

    Until 12 grade I didn’t have acne but since than I started to break out
    Then it healed but it started again when I started university and my chin is where it breaks out the most
    …. I don’t know what to do
    My skin is combination but also a bit sensitive because I tried the moisturizer from Dr. Jart Drop Water and it broke me out
