  • Quick question…What do you think ab microwaved meals? Where would they rank vs fast food and restaurant type foods. I like Lean Cuisine’s Chicken in Peanut Sauce. They just made the amt larger which is nice, but my freezer has less space. Waaaa. Anyway, i like some of these, but i have heard that microwaving plastic can put out some harmful chemicals to the food. Not sure what is safe. Can you help me out!? Thx!

  • When it comes to eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern day fad diets. Extreme diet plans are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your everyday nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. It is best to check out Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine since it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • ☀️ Sunlight and vitamin D deficiency ☀️

According to studies within the University of Eastern Finland, a vitamin D deficiency increases the risk of chronic headaches.

Scientists analyzed the serum vitamin D levels in approximately 2,600 people. People with the lowest serum vitamin D levels were prone to chronic headache development more than others. Chronic headaches were also more frequently reported by men who were examined outside the summer months as the level of solar radiation was lower during other seasons.

  • I had wieners in fridge, i never eat the things but at 99 cents a pack they make good dog snacks LOL, when i learned what Mechanically Processed meat was, i am glad i stop eating Oscar Myer long ago. I have not eaten a hot dog in say 4 years..I have not eaten cake or cookies in over 4 years, I stop eating anything man made with sugar. Then stop processed meats….Do not get me wrong, i am thinking of Grilled chicken or Broiled, but hate to buy what store has to offer, wish I could find a farmer with a Live chicken i could harvest.

  • three simple but impactful and helpful steps, feel really proud and confident after this information as other nutrition advice is dense and confusing, great share Dr A.

  • What do you think of lost a ton of weight with Custokebon Secrets? I see a lot of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets.

  • I have been wanting to make fried chicken. It’s been a long time since I have made it. What fat would you fry your chicken in? Thank you.

  • I’m going to do exactly what you say. This is a good starter video to jump start a diet. Everything you advice is exactly what I do to jump start being healthy.

  • Good points, but moving from fast food to restauant food…hmmm. So you still have to make smart choices. Restaurant foods also have flavor enhancers or MSG and sugar to increase that appetite, etc. Also, there are smart fast food choices so not all is junk, right? Like Chik fil A’s Grilled Market Salad. You will find nuts, blueberries, different types of lettuce, and grilled chicken in that. For me it is more ab the choices and amt of times you eat each day honestly. But yeah, going near a fast food place and smelling that smell wafting through the air, yes, one can become an addict and veer off plan really quickly so if you cant trust yourself, lean restaurant I guess. Stay away from those calorie-dense appetizers though! Some are packed with mega calories! Know what you are eating!

  • The salad tip is very important, getting enough fiber in your diet is essential to good health, and leafy green veggies have so much good vitamins too!

  • Thank you!! We’re actually working on compiling the videos into courses that should hopefully resolve this issue. I try to make each video so that it can stand alone and also fit in the context with the others. Thanks so much for your support, it means a lot to me.:)

  • Last week I figured out of this weight loss program “sowo hope site” (Google it) from a close friend who following the directions lost practically 14 pounds within just a few short days. We are trying this diet now and also the results so far have been far beyond my wildest dreams. It comes extremely suggested. You can find that on Google.

  • It’s usually hard for me to stay disciplined when it comes to nutrition but after watching your video, I’m feeling pretty motivated. Thanks.

  • This was very helpful! I’m 27 years old and I’m at a place in my life that I need to start eating healthier and get more exercise. I love the idea of the farmers market and I might just go visit one next week! I have favorited your video so I can go back watch it if I need to. Thanks so much Rachel!

  • This video has good advice, but I am not sure about the best diet plan which i need to work with, only because I have never taken any. Anybody tried the Fenoboci Diet Plan? I’ve heard some people mention great things about Fenoboci Diet Plan.

  • Do you think I would be able to lose some weight doing this? Belly Busting Box just helped me drop three stones. Search for it and check it out. It’s the one thing that’s working for me.

  • If you’re eating home-cooked meals everyday, that is awesome!! I think it’s important to let ourselves “splurge” sometimes so we escape the “dieting mindset” (i.e. just waiting til we’re off our diet and going nuts!). I think health is about what we do most of the time, not some of the time. Maybe try cutting down to twice per week, replacing with Kale chips, homemade sweet potato chips, etc.

  • Excellent Krystle, I do the same thingtry to pull the simple recommendations and use them without letting the “rules” cause too much frustration. I will address this is in a bit more detail in the future, thanks so much for your comments and support, it means the world to me!

  • We have a few videos on sleep tips, and I have been thinking of making another. I think most people know they should get more sleep, but we all have 100 reasons why we can’t (myself included!). Great idea, thank you!

  • I just recently became a Certified Nutrition Coach. After watching this video, you guys made me more excited to be a better coach and continue my journey! Thank you so much for the advice!

  • Hi Corrina, I’ve been watching you guys for a short wile now and I wanted to say how nice it is to get some good, sound advice from people that deliver it without being condescending. Great information, ideas and advice. Thanks Looking forward to the cooking videos.

  • I’m just at a loss of what to tell other people who struggle with the same issues, but don’t have as much time or money to put into the things I do. Not that one diet will work for any one person, just some foods that don’t take a lot of time that are healthy AND easy on the digestive system. Thanks for all the vids!

  • It’s the ratio of Omega 3:6 that indicates health, we need both but we need them in a proper ratio. Since most people eat waaaay too many Omega 6 (processed foods, meat, etc.), most people need to supplement with Omega 3s. Natural sources of fat will always be healthful so even nuts with some Omega 6s can be healthy and often include Omega 3s as well. Just opting for natural foods is the best bet. I’ve mentioned this in a few vids but will work on one to clear up the confusion. Thanks!

  • I will do precisely what you state. This is a decent starter video to kick off an eating routine. All that you counsel is actually what I do to kick off being sound. Thank you.

  • In 2012, farmers began planting Monsanto’s newly approved, genetically modified Performance sweet-corn seeds. “Our sweet corn is a fresh-market product that will be sold on the ear.” said Carly Scaduto, vegetable communications manager at MONSANTO. ‘On the ear’ is ‘corn-on-the-cob’.
Besides that, corn is ACIDIC. People think of it as a vegetable, but it’s really a grain. That’s why they chose it as their stealth weapon of choice. Corn is the Trojan horse ‘vegetable’.

  • Hey Psychetruth, you should buy a fluoride meter that operates around 0.01 ppm up to 10ppm
    for measurements of course
test some R/O systems, test aquasana, berkey fluoride filters that utilize activated alumina
i know this is expensive thats why im just passing the word, who knows if all types of reverse osmosis systems work well to remove fluoride, especially activated alumina and activated carbon filters
i have heard activated charcoal is somewhat promising without removal of minerals like R/O

  • Oh boy! I feel a YouTube binge coming lol I just found y’all, I’m already grateful I found your channel! Thanks for putting your content out.

  • Yes, this is true, but this video is geared toward being people’s First Step… for those who are still hooked on junk food and wondering where to start. I think I did mention that store bought dressings should be avoided, but if you NEVER eat salads, then anything is better than nothing.

  • What do you want to know about them? These are man-made toxic chemicals most of the time. Though there are some natural foods that “preserve” or “emulsify,” these terms usually refer to chemicals and should be avoided. See “Are Food Chemicals Killing You?”

  • thank you so much for the whole information you give..its really very very usful and i feel i have learnd a lot and educated more about food which i had ever knew about it.

  • Thank you! Very helpful. I look forward to your other videos that you mentioned. At work now otherwise I would spend a little time to give you my testimony however I cannot. Sorry! Back to work, work, work.
