  • I smell a rat, and I don’t mean a lab rat.
There is already much evidence to show that curcumin/cumin/turmeric works without messing with it.
This is big pharma’s way of patenting a cheap and effective remedy that costs pennies. So now it has to contain nano particles does it? And guess what? You can bet the process by which these nano particles are made is not going to be cheap! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

  • I did a face mask of tumeric and I was super dizzy all day long!! I didn’t know it was because of it but I tried another mask and 30 seconds after I started to apply it to half of my skin I got lightheaded so i took it off immediately and now My tummy feels funny!! Yuck

  • can I take curcumin (extract) when gallbladder removed? Will it still affect the kidneys and contribute to stone formation within kidneys? From what I have read, what makes stones are additives, such as magnesium lactate. I will appreciate if you can clarify that for me.

  • Hello dr i m 19 and can i drink direct turmeric powder with warm water every day half table spoon?? This will be side effects for me or not??

  • Hey doc, Curcumin is an anti inflamatory agent that help us against corona virus. But i read that its a food for ace-2 which makes us more vulnerable to the virus.. Whats your take on this

  • Do up vote this comment if turmeric from YELLOWHALDI .COM has helped you. I feel so good and energetic. I dont know why they’re so underrated.

  • this may work by a different mechanism. sorry to disagree with you. phytochemicals that activate the Nrf2/ARE pathway (curcumin, for example) hormetic pathways involved in neuronal stress resistance and plasticity include those that activate FOXO and NF-κB transcription factors. Using neurohormetic phytochemicals as base compounds for medicinal chemistry will likely result in the development of a range of drugs that enhance neuroplasticity and protect against synaptic dysfunction and neurodegeneration.

  • If you want anti-inflammatory effects you need to get mimimum 800 1000 milligrams of curcuminoids per day. One teaspoon of turmeric powder contains roughly 200 mg curcumin. #CURCUMINPRO, a natural polyphenolic compound found in turmeric, could be a potential treatment option for flu and cold.

  • Unfunded study at Johns Hopkins years ago, 5 people with FPS, had hundreds of colon polyps, some had bowel resections due to disease, in 6 months of Curcumin and another supplement, Quercetin, half the polyps were gone, and the rest were half their original size. No drug company could profit, so study wasn’t continued,, how wrong is that. Curcumin is very active in the colon without needing nano formulations. Nano does give a good blood level for potentially addressing other issues in the body. But then a later study lacking Quercetin tries to refute this: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29802852 but it was only a 12 week study. This is not a fair comparison at all. The Curcumin-Quercetin study lasted for 6 months. Was this study meant to fail, who pushed the study, who financed it. 12 weeks is ridiculously short, first the study mentions they were taking Curcumin for a year, then gives the results after only 12 weeks? Clarity please.

  • Lol… People are so uneducated and weird. This guy is an actual Doctor. What is he selling?.. He is just stating recent research about curcumin. Which is a very healthy chemical found in certain spices like Tumeric. Very good content. I am subscribed I can see that this channel provides authoritative sources. Thanks again

  • Damn I’m popping Acetaminophen every night because of my back pain I’m taking a ant acid pill was going to try this thank god I didnt

  • Turmeric is anti-inflammatory.
Please use fresh Turmeric I peal it with only cordless (ELECTRIC SHOCK) Dremel small wire brush in shallow water, optional & it presses nice trough the Garlic press.
Just found out don’t need to be pealed as the skin stays in the PRESS just washed & I soak in Borax. Why FRESH??
I heard, found on YouTube that powdered Turmeric imported from suspicious sources contains the same color ingredient which is the Lead Paint for the weight gain on scale.
    Independent lab has tested that.
Fresh Turmeric is available & more popular everywhere.
I even use fresh Black Pepper from Thailand, delicious and aroma is super. Oriental Food Markets have it.
My all spices I prefer mostly from Thailand.

  • I think its best to buy the root and use it in your home made soup or a nice salad, all these pharma companies are jumping on the band wagon of this wonderful spice

  • Does it also have blood thinning properties thereby leading to internal bleeding when taken in high doses… what is the safe dosage… n what if someone has had gall bladder removed… can he/she take it without any due effects?

  • Dr Jose do people still get stomach pain if consuming capsules with food and some milk? I have GERD, esophagitis and gallstones and never get stomach pain taking GOLDEN MILK’ My friend gets stomach pain taking the capsules. When asked if she takes them with food no answer was the reply. I mean the capsules contain black pepper (which doesn;t affect her} probably ginger and possibly cayenne. Her problem is a broken coccyx. I sometimes have a sore Rt hip joint, pain & weakness upon walking, whieh is totally relieved in 2 days with turmeric milk (with black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, honey and hot milk).. I would totally recommend people to try this if in pain. It’s too good to pass up and has extreme health benefits taken continually; like for a year.

  • I feel this is trying to push a particular curcumin product. Other research has shown that taking curcumin with black pepper improves absorption by 2000% (may need to check that figure) however black pepper improves bioavailability. Also black pepper has anti-inflammatory properties of its own.

  • Curcumin is a low molecular weight polyphenolic compound,It comes from natural turmeric. Curcumin, which is used in food dyeing, generally needs to be modified, such as curcumin at the nanoscale, which is well soluble in water,If you need such curcumin, please contact me.

  • Turmeric has to be taken with freshly ground black pepper for full absorption. Taking a cup of golden milk every day is a good idea. I’ve just started taking a level teaspoon of turmeric with 1/8th teas black pepper in a large glass of water first thing recommended to be taken for a year to get rid of all sorts of problems. I know it’s great for back pain and any inflammation, also 1 & 1/2 teas a day has cured breast cancer..
