  • Spent all day yesterday making breakfast and lunch burritos and freezing waffles and pancakes. Its funny that this popped up in my feed. Lol. Also I place mines in ziploc bags to conserve space. I made sausage, cheese and eggs/ bean and beef/ and beef only burritos.
    Great video.

  • Made this tomato jam two days ago, it was amazing! Good on veggie burgers and omelet sandwiches on garlic toast with gouda if you’re into that kind of thing. It’s absolutely glorious chilled.

  • Hi Natascha! Just one question.. the one you tasted was in the freezer? Or I have to defrost it first? Sorry for the stu… question but I have never cooked anything untill I discoverd your channel few days ago.

  • It is the first time that I watch one of your videos and I loved the food and the cook wow you are very beautiful! greetings from Guatemala!!

  • Glad you had safe travels..burrito looks very filling..never thought to add black beans to breakfast..btw.we have the same middle name..kool..

  • If you don’t want as much starch you can boil the potatoes first. I recommend adding salt and pepper but only a little while doing your boil. Also put in grass fed butter and sourcream. It adds moisture.

  • Hi how long should I leave them outside from freezer before I cook. Thank you I love your videos. I made a pizza for my son B day every one loved it

  • The way she wrapped these makes me cringe. She rolled parallel to the bacon, leaving the strip of bacon only in the middle of the burrito. Very bizarre and thoughtless.

  • I tried the last similar video like this and one thing to note is that all ingredients should be room temperature before making the burritos if you plan to freeze them. If you don’t cool the ingredients to room temperature the tortilla will get soggy. They don’t really state this in the video. Also making these takes a fair bit of time considering you may be cooking 4-5 ingredients maybe even using the same frying pan. Great idea but it is longer than you think and when you factor in the cooling time of the ingredients this becomes a Sunday meal prep thing and not just something you can whip together the way this video makes it seem.

  • Soo glad ypur channel popped up! Loved everything, especially your positive vibe, yummy recipe and we’re fellow Texans, new sub yay!!‍♀️

  • Hi everyone:) For next month’s collaboration video, we need your help!

  • The CEO Todd Jones of Publix of Florida, has been purchasing produce and excess milk from farmers and donating to the feed Americans, that’s why my family consider him a hero to the people.

  • The way she wrapped these makes me cringe. She rolled parallel to the bacon, leaving the strip of bacon only in the middle of the burrito. Very bizarre and thoughtless.

  • My husband and kids love those breakfast burritos and will take with them for work and school… sometimes they eat them for dinner when I am out of town…

  • I might do my breakfast burritos in a few weeks:) i add eggs, sausage/or shredded chicken, cheese and salsa/or bbq sauce. Here in Sweden we dont have big bags of tortillas:( the biggest i can find is with 12 in it, and its around 2usd…

  • When I worked on the (Mojave) railroad years ago, my coworker use to leave his foil wrapped burrito on the dashboard in the morning. When lunch came around it was hot and ready…

  • Cool! Another way to use up the tortillas. We made these today & it was so good. Your right about having those mushrooms in there. Also, happy to know we can store & freeze them. Thanks Natasha.

  • You’re lovely mate, all the best with the channel. Been looking for some batch cooking ideas for meal planning as I get sick all the time and it makes my life a lot easier. Will try this out thanks!

  • Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for to see if I needed to do anything special for freezing them. I have hypothyroidism and am normally very sluggish in the mornings after my 12 hours fast, so I usually grab a quick breakfast burrito, but the only ones I can eat(I’m soy intolerant) are pretty expensive at the store. Like $2-3 per small burrito.

So something like this will save us a lot of money longterm.

My husband doesn’t care for eggs, but I bought some ground beef so I’ll probably make him a taco flavored version for lunches.

  • Thanks buzzfeed I watch sooo many tasty videos and forget to like and comment but you guys have changed the way I cook and the way I look at cooking for my growing family of 3 1/2. Thanks and keep them coming and more cool books please

  • 0:44 why do you roll the burrito that way? Turn it sideways otherwise you have one bite of rolled up bacon and nothing in the rest of the burrito

  • You know how they have frozen burritos at the grocery? Like El Monterrey, Tina’s, Jose Ole Burritos? I’d like to see you make those.

  • Hi how long should I leave them outside from freezer before I cook. Thank you I love your videos. I made a pizza for my son B day every one loved it

  • If you want a beat the eggs quicker break the yolk with the wisk then it beats so much quicker learnt that when I used to crack 40 eggs a day for scrabbling eggs at a cafe xx sorry if this was rude just handy tip xox

  • Why do you need to wrap it in so much baking paper when you’re only throwing it away to wrap in another paper towel?
This is why America is the biggest polluter in the world

  • and you spend like 20 mins washing..no thanks..Its always fun watching cooking video but when u actually do it yourself you realise how painful and time consuming it is

  • This is the first time I’ve wanted to make something I saw in a tasty video in about 2 years. Thank you Kiano! I am absolutely going to make the tomato jam

  • Great recipe, the skillet finish is a great idea and definitely a must!

I’d bet these would be amazing with phyllo dough, too! Messy, and a little more work, but I’ll have to try both ways.

  • Just meal prepped 5 breakfast burritos (okay, I ate two of them right after, so really 3). Thanks for this. I’m already thinking I can meal prep beef/chicken burritos for lunch. Easy to make, easy to eat.

  • Natasha,
while I am not a big fan of mushroom, I did like the video. I also liked your chicken noodle soup recipe and the one for spaghetti and meat sauce but the thing I love the most is your voice. It’s so……. Angelic:)

  • Can we talk about the reheating process? I know you said microwave, but for how long at what power? Im assuming you are unwrapping that because aluminum foil and microwaves are no bueno, so do you wrap in a paper towel? Does it stay together?

  • Hello Natasha. Warm Regards from Indonesia. I love your you tube Channel and I already try to make your Burritos and it’s soooo delicious. My family love it. Thank you Natasha for sharing your recipe.

  • Someone needs to remind this lovely (but overly perky!) lady that we are presently in the year 2020, NOT 1920! I would tell Garret to get off his lazy ass and cook for himself! I wonder if HE ever surprises HER with a nice home cooked meal? I seriously doubt it! Besides, that is A LOT of fucking burritos. You would think that one would get sick and tired of eating burritos every day, no? But perhaps that is preferable to the chilling alternative, which would be having to get off the couch and cook for yourself! I bet the mere thought of such a thing strikes absolute terror in Mr. Garret.

  • Can you please wrap the burritos and sandwiches slower so we can learn How? Your video is great, but goes much too fast! Thanks for the great ideas!

  • I once made different burritos for meal prep and froze them. Problem is: When you are heating them up, they get extremely soggy and watery. What can I do against that?

  • I just subscribed to your channel. Can you do a vegan breakfast burrito with zucchini, peppers, firm tofu, and potatoes, and onions, and mushrooms please!

  • and you spend like 20 mins washing..no thanks..Its always fun watching cooking video but when u actually do it yourself you realise how painful and time consuming it is

  • The Mrs. says: What fun, my favorite thing to do, and I get a lot of the ‘oh yeah, I must use that ingredient,! so easy and always there when you get the munchies.

  • If you want a beat the eggs quicker break the yolk with the wisk then it beats so much quicker learnt that when I used to crack 40 eggs a day for scrabbling eggs at a cafe xx sorry if this was rude just handy tip xox

  • I just subscribed to your channel. Can you do a vegan breakfast burrito with zucchini, peppers, firm tofu, and potatoes, and onions, and mushrooms please!

  • pretty self fuckin explanatory. “make-ahead frozen breakfast burritos” no video necessary. Whats next, Make-now peanut butter and jelly?

  • Great observation on the tortillas. They are key to making a great burrito.. the ones you used last are good ones and one of my favourite as well. Maybe you can someday master how to make your own perfect tortillas and make a vid on it..cheers!

  • I noticed a lot of unsafe food handling procedures…and possible cross contamination situations especially when handling with eggs.. but besides that cool video

  • I just found your channel through the other burrito video. You are so underrated definetly going to try this whole freezing burrito thing for breakfast seems to save a lot of time. I would love to see what I eat in a day time video

  • I might do my breakfast burritos in a few weeks:) i add eggs, sausage/or shredded chicken, cheese and salsa/or bbq sauce. Here in Sweden we dont have big bags of tortillas:( the biggest i can find is with 12 in it, and its around 2usd…

  • Did anyone else notice that they rolled the first one so the bacon would only be in the middle? That erked me. I thought buzzfeed would be progressive enough to support equal distribution of ingredients in burritos.

  • Hi everyone:) For next month’s collaboration video, we need your help!

  • I’ve always been more of a taco person, but these burritos look great! Tofu, black beans, caramelized onions, avocado, mushrooms, red bell peppers, and cilantro are my favorite additions in a burrito!

  • Question. Did you warm the tortilla prior to filling and wrapping it? I’m hoping to make a weeks worth of burritos for my husband.

  • YUM!!!! I will be making this vegan breakfast burritos. I love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the spice seasoning you put into the vegan burritos.

  • I have to be soy free. So am gonna sub sliced quinoa-based polenta or regular polenta vs tofu. And Portobello mushrooms would work! Jackfruit, too!

  • I’m 5.5 months pregnant so I made these last night as an emergency to whip up for my husband when I have bad pregnancy mornings & he absolutely LOVED them this morning!

The only issue I had was when I fried them on the outside the inside was still cold so I had to microwave it & that kinda took away the crunchy outside

  • After watching artery clogging breakfast burrito it’s refreshing to see a healthy version. So many ingredients! I find it a little painful to watch because it feels you are trying too hard to be liked.

  • I’m a new sub but I think I’m going to meal prep some breakfast burritos because it makes so much sense when you’re pressed for time in the morning

  • This is excellent. We are soooo tired of crappy breakfast burritos filled with crap from the store. I can’t in good conscience go to my Mexican food place everyday (muy authentico!) as they have lard in them but so good! These are perfect! Thank you so much! You’re a doll!

  • I was looking on on YouTube because I’m making breakfast wraps with vegan bacon, hash browns, vegan sausage, and mushroom. Yours feel more like a lunch burrito or wrap

  • Hi Natasha, can I bake the burrito in the oven and freeze them then microwave when serving?
( also if baking is ok, what temperature and how long? ) thank u I know I’m LATE.

  • That lemon chicken with white sauce. The chicken parm. I did a combo by mixing those two recipes. I cooked the chicken like you did for the parm recipe. I made your white sauce with no lemon. It was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yum! I’m in college and I’m always thinking fast snacks to prep for my long study sessions. This will be perfect for that. I’m so gonna make this recipe. Thank you Natasha.

  • Hello Natasha. Warm Regards from Indonesia. I love your you tube Channel and I already try to make your Burritos and it’s soooo delicious. My family love it. Thank you Natasha for sharing your recipe.

  • You shouldn’t be crying from onions. I have found that if dunk the onion in cold water for 5 seconds or so with the peel off you won’t cry or place onions in refrigerator.I found that a cold onion won’t make you cry.Its a little trick I learned from one of many chefs from TV. This to is old.

  • 5:36… the way you look at those potatoes……. I think you need to be my best friend….. LOL.. great video!! Thanks for sharing

  • I love this video. I am a novice cook, but am starting to cook more and more things. You answered one of my questions about using aluminum foil for the freezer and will try it. Do you have any idea about how much you are spending on each meal?

  • I love this video. I am a novice cook, but am starting to cook more and more things. You answered one of my questions about using aluminum foil for the freezer and will try it. Do you have any idea about how much you are spending on each meal?

  • Great video you guys we are so trying thismy husband loves burritos the ingredient I would choose would be mushrooms

  • Thx for response. I meant an Immersion blender. My Ma made the best scrambled eggs with it…. it aerates the eggs and makes them fluffier… Add Extra Sharp Cheddar to the plate and put the eggs on top of the shredded cheese; If the cheese is on top of the eggs they loss fluffiness… Your burritos sound delicious! Thx

  • Good heavens…aren’t you just a pure joy to watch!! Thanks for the fun video, it so hit the spot! Going to give meal prep a go

  • Calm down people.
If you haven’t realised the burrito was made by a kid (under the supervision of an adult) of course the burrito wouldn’t be as perfect as your Mexican friend’s. It’s just sad to fix a kid’s creation well.

  • Got the kids to make these with me they wanted to leave out the mushroom, sausage and tomato only half made it to the freezer

  • Who is fasting and was randomly scrolling youtube saw this video then saw her making egg a nd was about to make egg and then remembers they are fasting and starts craving egg

  • Natasha,
while I am not a big fan of mushroom, I did like the video. I also liked your chicken noodle soup recipe and the one for spaghetti and meat sauce but the thing I love the most is your voice. It’s so……. Angelic:)

  • Natasha your channel is great! However, I don’t really like how you are wearing your hair down all the time! Pull the back please!!!

  • So sausage really upped the price… about $66 for all the sausage vs $15-20 for ham or bacon? Did you make equal amounts? Also does the bacon see often when you eat them? I like crispy bacon but the frozen store bought ones have wimpy bacon

  • Mega yum! Now I have zero excuse to keep buying frozen burritos! Would love to see more freezer friendly recipes. Also LOVE this series & so glad it’s a regular thing between my fave youtubers!

  • Parchment paper. OR brown paper (like the stuff your kids draw on at resturaunts), then store them in a freezer bag you reuse and that doubles out as the “plate” after being folded once or twice.

  • This is a serious question why don’t you guys have more subscribers? Because I do hear your guy’s name gets mentioned in every other vegan youtuber’s channel a lot of them have a lot more subscribers than you guys? Since so many channels are inspired by you guys why aren’t you guys the most subscribed channel?
