  • I would suggest using less oil than they put, as oil is VERY high in calories and it’s not necessary to use the whole amount they put.

  • 4 Tablespoon oil in the sweet potatoes chips means 500 calories just from the oil. It was really one serving. I rather eat a good meal if I’m eating 600 calories. 480 calories from oil + 115 calories from the potato itself.

  • y’all think just because it’s olive oil it’s healthy. olive oil is still oil, and your body will store it as fat nonetheless. putting 4 tbsp of oil in something is not healthy even if it is olive oil. if you want a healthy snack just eat an apple don’t fry all the healthy stuff you have on the pantry lol

  • This is scary. I just purchased banana’s and have them ripening so I can make banana bread. I use King Arthur white whole wheat flour. It’s a different species of wheat than the normal you get in all-purpose and not as heavy as whole wheat but better grains (or so I’m told). Love how you mash the banana with a fork.   • Thanks. So basically everything starts with ghee / fat; then black pepper, turmeric, ginger, rock salt, onions. Everything is a variation of the same which is easy. All veggies look to be the same too: tomatoes, chilli, carrots, beans.

    One question though, with the soaked rice, millet, moong daal, how long do you soak it for?

  • This is scary. I just purchased banana’s and have them ripening so I can make banana bread. I use King Arthur white whole wheat flour. It’s a different species of wheat than the normal you get in all-purpose and not as heavy as whole wheat but better grains (or so I’m told). Love how you mash the banana with a fork. MUCH better texture. Thank you!

  • Looks yummy but must be too sweet with that amount of sugar. I do use 4 very ripe bananas, full wholewheat flour and only 2tbsp sugar and sweetness is just perfect.

  • I would suggest using less oil than they put, as oil is VERY high in calories and it’s not necessary to use the whole amount they put.

  • 4 Tablespoon oil in the sweet potatoes chips means 500 calories just from the oil. It was really one serving. I rather eat a good meal if I’m eating 600 calories. 480 calories from oil + 115 calories from the potato itself.

  • y’all think just because it’s olive oil it’s healthy. olive oil is still oil, and your body will store it as fat nonetheless. putting 4 tbsp of oil in something is not healthy even if it is olive oil. if you want a healthy snack just eat an apple don’t fry all the healthy stuff you have on the pantry lol

    2. He invariably uses clay pot to cook food.
    3. He uses rock salt instead of sea salt.
    4. He quickly consumes the food while it is still hot.
    5. Instead of red chilly, he uses green chilly.
    6. He tries his best to use whole pulses and whole grains like whole moong, brown rice.
