Frozen food is easy, quick and can be an alternative to fresh produce and cooking meals over a stove for hours. In the past five years, there has been a resurgence in the frozen food division and companies are growing at a fast rate faster than they did five years ago. Businesses are merging and there is an increase in revenue from frozen foods. Freezing food preserves it from the time it is prepared to the time it is eaten.

Since early times, farmers, fishermen, and trappers have preserved grains and produce in unheated buildings during the winter season. Freezing food slows down decomposition by turning residual moisture into ice, inhibiting the growth of most bacterial species. In the food commodity industry, there are two processes: mechanical and cryogenic (or flash freezing). The freezing kinetics is important to pre. Research shows that eating frozen foods, meat, in particular, can lead to pancreatic cancer.

Studies state that frozen hot dogs, salamis and sausages can increase the risk of contracting cancer by. Researchers found that adults (19+ years) who reported eating frozen-food took in 253 fewer calories per day than fast food eaters and ate 25 percent more total vegetables and 61 percent more whole grains. The expiration dates given on supermarket frozen foods are for quality only. They can be kept for much longer periods and still be safe to eat.

If kept at 0° F or below, they can be kept indefinitely. So, if you keep that pack of hot dogs in the freezer for longer than one to two months, the hot dogs will still be perfectly safe to eat. Frozen food remains safe to eat for months in the freezer, but once food thaws, the clock that measures its edible phase begins to tick. Even if you’ve thawed food safely in the microwave, refrigerator or a cold water bath, refreezing it will degrade its quality.

11. Garlic: Chinese garlic farms are known to be coated in chemical products before the garlic is picked and shipped to stores. If you ever eat Canadian garlic and then Chinese garlic, you can instantly taste the difference.

12. Mushrooms: When food inspectors examine mushrooms coming in from China, they often find tainted batches. A freshly prepared meal that’s made-to-order takes time.

What doesn’t take much time is reheating pre-made food, like is often done at fast-food restaurants. If you’re at a non fast-food restaurant and the food comes out lickety-split like drive-thru service, that’s a telltale sign that the restaurant is serving pre-made food. From frozen meat and fish to frozen vegetables and desserts, the benefits of using frozen are huge. So, why buy frozen food? Freezing can help to retain quality, seal in freshness and lock in all that goodness. Foods such as fish and vegetables have been proven to retain nutrients when frozen.

They even ate frozen hot cross buns straight out of the freezer, i don’t even buy them easter eggs or lollies I never have. I insist they always eat fresh fruits and vegies and have tried time and time again to drill into their heads that junk foods are bad, but they don’t care.

  • Just to let u guys know, the bug in the bathroom is called a “Kissing Bug”, they will climb on ur face at night and feed on your blood near the lips

  • I think frozen meals are better than homemade because you don’t have to go through all that hard work and effort to make a big meal and then clean up!

  • The portion control part is the best part. I usually put a side salad with these though to get more veggies and feel full. But for losing weight, eating these has been pretty good for me. Not to mention there’s no leftovers really to go back and have seconds.

  • Have you tried ‘Oxy powder’ from the Global Healing Centre? Even John Rose mentioned it in one of his videos! I have done it, really good!:D Please get it and do a video!! hahahahha! It will be one of your best:D Ps I have been trying their other supplements for creating a better digestive system, bit pricey but I do feel good after doing the 9 step cleanse, (didn’t do the liver flush as dont know it it works), especially with the oxy powder = You will POOP for days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I eat this once a week if that when I don’t have time to cook. But I add to them I add veggies and sometimes even a salads to go along with it to fill me up.

  • I love watching your videos! I’ve learned so much! And I love how you give us the facts from a scientific/nutrition standpoint without being judgmental and telling everyone “Hey, you eat like garbage!” At a time where everything is so skewed towards certain viewpoints, it’s nice to just see strict facts that allow us to make the decisions about what we’re eating on our own.

  • I like how you think things through. You’re very in touch with your body and you have a bold experimental way of life. Home life scientist.

  • Frozen? I live in South Florida. I’ve never eaten a frozen fruit or veggies, go outside, pluck it, eat it, mangoes, oranges, coconuts, bananas, tons of other fruit most people have never even heard of.

I don’t understand why anyone would want to live in any climate other than tropical.

  • Stick to natural whole raw foods like nature intended. Fruits and some vegetables is all you need for optimal health. There are no supplement trees in nature

  • i feel like there is not much variety in good instant/frozen meals in western supermarkets and stores even fast foods, we live in a day and age where we’re we may be busy have no time to cook, or just simply lazy. I think mostly eastern/asian countries are better in this aspect they have much more nicer variety in convenience store foods and affordable meals that can actually fill you with decent nutrition

  • I was literally just debating on if I should just bring a frozen meal to my friend’s house since she doesn’t eat like I do and then this popped up on my notifications. How convenient haha

  • Can you please explain to me why you think sodium is so important? I understand where it may matter for the average American who is sedentary, hypertensive, and overweight. However, a lot of research is now showing that the DASH diet is only effective in lowering blood pressure in people who are “salt sensitive”. So for people who aren’t salt sensitive, who are relatively active, and have an otherwise healthy diet, why does sodium intake matter?

  • After my experience this weekend, I am DONE with the frozen meals! I have spent the entire weekend with the worst case of food poisoning ever after eating a Lean Cuisine Swedish meatballs with pasta meal for lunch on Friday afternoon. It was nasty and even just thinking about it makes me feel nauseated. I have NEVER been this sick in my life. I spent all of Friday night and Saturday morning vomiting violently and have had diarrhea since then. I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck. Never, never, never will I ever purchase any of these frozen meals again!

  • Fuck those supplements off. The only thing you should take is DHA, B12, D3 and Creatine. Probiotics are a crock of shit and straight-up waste of money. Dude I eat 80-120 grams of Fiber per day. I had all sorts of bowel issues before going vegan.

  • I dont think that Amys meal would fill me up… Food volume wise its only 269g worth of food… I cant work out cause of chronic pain right now, and my maintenance is only 1500 calories. I need at least 500g worth of food, includng a ton of veggies to be satisfied for a long time, but I also have a huge appetite and like to feel full. Usually my meals are between 3-400 calories, but this wouldnt cut it for me. Everyone is different tho.

  • Your hollow audio is a bit difficult to understand. You should wear a mike.
About Lean Cuisine: I tried the lasagna, eating it with a metal spoon. The cheese quickly bonded to the metal, and won’t come off without power tools. This can’t be healthy.
( I find the same is true of Marie Callender’s fettuccini, is it the same “cheese”?)

  • The water in fruit and veggies etc can crystalize and puncture the cell walls of the produce. Not a huge ordeal but it adds to the texture being weird. The real issue is IF the process of freezing destroys enzymes in the food. I’m leaning towards yes but I don’t know for sure.

  • Can you do the skinny on lean pockets? I’ve been eating more of these lately because they are low in calories and quick and easy, but would love to know what you think about them.

  • Frozen fruit has more vitamin c than unfrozen
And frozen broccoli for example has higher amount of vitamins than non frozen, so that is not true…

  • As a commuting college student, I really like Grainful frozen meals to take with me to campus. They don’t have weird preservatives and most don’t have high sodium levels, just real food and yummy spices!! Definitely the best I’ve seen out there!

  • Becca I just want to thank you for being an amazing influence and motivator for me in my journey to becoming an RD. I just heard back from EMU and I got into the Masters Coordinated Program. So thank you for being an inspiration!!!

  • Definitely the sodium in frozen foods I feel is unnecessary because they’re frozen…they’re already being preserved. Most people get the majority of their sodium intake from processed foods so if they’re having that and other processed foods on top of sodium that exists in natural foods already, I’d fear the sodium levels would add up quick.

  • I’m currently 15 years old and have been looking up to Ramsey since I was 9. I’ve gotten all my cooking skills from him. Truly my hero

  • This video was amazing and shared it with my mom who thinks that these will help her diet great information love the Amy’s too lol

  • Love these videos! You should do a “Skinny on” cheese, including regular dairy cheese and vegan cheeses! Or on protein bars/powders, like Quest Bars, RX Bars, etc!

  • I frequently have Amy’s bowls for lunch and the portion size, while seems quite small, it works out pretty well as it doesn’t fill you up so you lose energy digesting it in the afternoon (doesn’t make you tired and drag you down.) Thanks for the reviews!

  • few amy’s is my one go to brand if i want something frozen! i was hoping to see it this whole video and it did not disappoint (as a back up of course to the real stuff)

  • If you’re still having trouble pooing I suggest a green smoothie in the morning. I use 3 oz of kale, 5-7 spinach/young leaf mix(mizuna, Swiss, and various choi.) Papaya is the best fruit for bowel movement. So if you can use it that’s good. Mango and pineapple as well. Non frozen. I used FROZEN fruit and it didn’t have the same effect. When you freeze fruit, the water inside expands, blowing out the cell wall. The living cell well is extremely good for digestion as it still has all enzymes in tact. CHEW EVERYTHING YOU EAT AS BEST YOU CAN. Also ditch the magnesium powders. I use an electrolyte mix that you put in water. It’s called 40,000 Volts. If anyone is having trouble pooping please try this. It worked so well for me when literally nothing else did. 40,000 volts did wonders for my muscle cramps as well. HOPE I CAN HELP.

  • How could you dislike this innocent, informative, joyful video? Also I’m sooooo jealous of your selection of frozen food in Japan. The selection in the US is awful!

  • In desparate times Nutri-Leaf Brand Dieters Extra Strength Slim Tea. I thinks it’s asian? It’s in a bright green box. Steep that in boiling water at night for 20 minutes. Chug it down, and if you’re not going in 8 hours, I don’t know what will help.

  • Great tips…..definitely subscribing to your channel! There are a lot of very easy things to do to make your frozen meals a bit healthier. A few examples: eat a yoghurt after or with their meal and it makes the calories increase and it will help it be a more well rounded meal. If your having a Mexican frozen dinner slice a fresh avocado or add fresh veggies to any frozen meal….all it takes is slicing the veggie and it rounds out the meal. You can also cook some frozen veggies, such as the steam fresh veggies and add to your meal. When you have extra time, like on a weekend, cook up a large portion of a favorite meal or meat and make your own frozen dinners that are just as easy to heat up on those busy days you find yourself too busy to cook. Hope these added tips may help someone. Take care and eat healthy!

  • I live in France, the home of Haagen and there’s a lot of variety. Also, there’s mini ice cream available as well and mini coke cans they are hilarious

  • I have learned a lot about different foods since subscribing! About 5 weeks ago, I completely changed the way I eat and have lost 16 lbs. I have a long road ahead but your channel has helped tremendously!

  • Could this be why Anime food always looks so good in their movies/videos .. America trying to kill its people while foreign countries try their best to be healthy

  • It’s better than processed shit but not anywhere near as good as fresh follow nature its obvious hydrogenated vegetable oil = chemical raw milk natural, apple off a tree natural, apple flavouring shit!

  • Toooootally called it on the Amy’s! 😉 This was a good one! I feel like sooo many people think that by choosing these “lean/skinny” meals they are picking the healthier option. That laundry list of ingredients was terrifying lol. Another great video girlfriend!

  • Dandelion will clean you out!

Put a stepping stool under your feet when assuming the position

Ants don’t show themselves in the winter, of course they don’t like frozen foods

  • I’m vegan and I think your videos are great. I don’t think I’ve ever seen videos like your Skinny series before, it’s so interesting to learn about what ingredients to look for on a label, regardless of what diet you choose to follow.

  • As someone who has suffered from IBS and leaky gut be very careful of chia seeds and psyllium husks. I’ve heard psyllium can be like coarse sandpaper in the intestinal lining of a sensitive person. And from personal experience I recently tried 10 days raw with lots of chia in my smoothies. WORST CONSTIPATION EVER!! It expands in the gut, and when I read a post on a vegan FB page another person described it as ‘passing a Chia baby’. It’s horrfic! Google it. Chia seeds should be very gradually introduced to the diet!!

  • I have nothing against certain foods being frozen. But in terms of catering or food service, it means there is no service being delivered, meaning no food is being served, and finally… meaning money being wasted.

  • Maybe the ants just don’t like the iciness, as no animal on this planet will eat cold/frozen food. Even though the ice is melting, the food is still pretty cold a long time.

  • I learned health problems are when we hav an incorrect beliefs (or myriad of beliefs) and its manifesting in a very uncomfortable way to get us to change our minds about many things. Im pretty sure u already know this. Ur videos are very funny, much gratitude.

  • If these types of frozen food were available in my country, I would be eating frozen stuffs everytime. Good thing they’re not.

Or is it a bad thing?

  • lol every time they show gordon walking in to make his first impression, tey have this omnipotent camera view to show you all the pepople gordon isn’t seeing. the pot boiling over, the owner playing with the cat. we’re supposed to believe that gordon just arrived and is meeting them for the first time, but… like… what his camera guys got there early and the owners are just screwing around in front of the rolling cameras? i guess most people don’t think that far into it, but it kills the illusion for me. if that’s fake then why would i believe anything else is real?

  • I love them meals I ate three of those a day I had myself my vegetables are my fruit really healthy lost 75 lb just make sure you drink plenty of water

  • One last thing. I found these things called “Debbie Greens Bags” they’re amazing!!!!! They make your greens last so much longer (sometimes like a whole week longer) & also just keeping your fridge clean helps & properly storing your herbs in a vase of pure water. Def look into the Debbie greens bags & also just how to properly store certain produce. Ps. I don’t know what the Debbie greens bags are made out of but they work & I don’t think they are made out of anything toxic or I wouldn’t have gotten them. Plus you can rinse & re-use them. I heard about them on Dara Dubinet’s channel & I notice we are very similar in lifestyle choices so I trusted & got the bags & my life was changed for the better.

  • Could you do another video on Frozen meals but of the some decent frozen meal options from the different brands? Some that are good to eat when you are in a pinch

  • i really appreciate this. I had asked on one of your previous videos if you did this. Since I am crazy busy and I work late nights and go to school full time. I usually eat a frozen meal during my break, but i try to incorporate other items like fruits or veggies to bump it up. I have recently been trying to meal prep, but I am someone who can’t really eat the same meal over and over again. Any suggestions?

  • Looking at comments of people complaining that the frozen food in their countries are unhealthy make me feel grateful that I’m Asian hahhaha. Most of the Asian countries including Malaysia have variety of healthy frozen food. Tbh we don’t really consider them that healthy though, especially since they contain lots of preservatives.

  • Eat greens and have some ground flax seed. Oh and a glass of warm water with lemon juice in the morning on an empty stomach works everytime! (for the bowels)

  • If you do another frozen foods Skinny in the future, could you do some on frozen “sides”? Like just french fries, frozen veggies, fruit, bread, ect.

  • A lot of people in the comments taking shit way too seriously but if you have watched videos of him you can see that he makes these satire videos from time to time. Hell I have only been watching less than 2 days and I know that.

  • Kasey, you’re doing the salt water flush incorrectly. I use it a couple times a year for candida removal. You take about six to eight cups of water, heat it in a pot just to lightly heated, not boiling. Add to this 1 tbsp of pink Himalayan salt and mix well. Drink the mixture within a half hour entirely. Within 45 minutes you better be parked on your throne so to speak…or else. Do not do any sort of flush more often than quarterly, or your body will have trouble getting the deed done as it gets used to not having to do the work if you know what I mean.

  • Did anyone ever think that the ants just don’t like the cold? Kasey, get little coats for your ants and they’ll come running for your frozen coconuts. Oops….I said nuts.

  • I have high blood pressure and I would like to come off my meds, what do recommend for salt substitute or cook with a salty flavor.also what company do think has the best over all frozen meals for weight loss

  • have you tried kefir? most comon is making it with milk, but you can also do it with coconut milk, or almond milk, or even water, works wonders with the guts…

  • my mom found these vacuum sealed frozen meals that have very small ingredient lists and no preservatives. I think because it’s vacuum sealed it keeps everything fresh that way. I don’t remember the brand though:(

  • Based on my experience here are some amazing game changers to add to smoothies &/or tonics that help me get rid of/ heal fatigue & brain fog.

    Pine pollen
Goji berry extract powder (also a great natural sweetner for smoothies)
    royal jelly powder
    Shilajit
Yerba mate extract powder (I mix w/ H2O & shilajit)
    Guarana powder (I mix w/ H2O & shilajit)
    Moringa extract powder
    Mucuna cold extract powder
    Reishi or Reishi Triterpenes
    AHCC from mushrooms
    Camu camu powder
Greens powder! I like healthforce & ormus greens
    Ionic gold
    Diatomaceous earth food grade
    Activated coconut charcoal
Chlorella/ spirulina… in my opinion these are a must

I get my stuff bulk from either the rawfoodwolrd or znaturalfoods & I find the quality to be great because I actually felt them working in my body & doing their job!:)

Wouldn’t that be great if we all shared positive solutions that we have personally experienced, that have actually worked for us????!

  • Perhaps you need to eat small portion but more often, as one meal maybe too heavy for your stomach. Test yourself for low stomach acid, food ferments rather than digest in your digestive track. Try Betaine HCL to increase it. It is worth trying.

  • Have you asked a Thai monk to punch you in the stomach while sitting on the throne? This might get the stuck log moving… just a thought. oh, and make sure you are sitting on the toilet, not the monk.

  • According to Traditional Chinese Medicine—a practice that long precedes the icebox—cold and damp foods (not just sodas and beer, but also yogurt, cheese, butter, milk, etc.) can damage the spleen. Excessive consumption of cold foods may also lead to a number of health issues including fatigue, weight gain, cysts and tumors, the development of unhealthy bacterial infections, excessive bloating and gas, brain fog, chronic sinus infections and problems with elimination.

  • Frozen fruit is higher in nutrition compared to food that can take up to 16 days to be brought to food stores to to sold fresh. Frozen fruit is also allowed to ripen properly before it is frozen. It is best not to thaw frozen fruit but instead to use them when they are still frozen in a smoothie.

  • The reason why they turn to mush after being thawed is because water expands as it turns to ice. To test it out, place a full water bottle into the freezer and observe what happens. The same thing is happening to frozen food. In a way you’re destroying the structural integrity of your food. Nutrient-wise, it’s more or less the same.

  • Drink prune juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning then alternate between glasses of water and cloudy apple juice every 30 minutes. Make sure you have plenty of toilet roll and cancel all plans for the day. Seriously you’ll wonder how that much shit can be inside you and you’ll be a mere puppet of a man by mid afternoon

  • Your awful (overdone, not the right colours for your complexion) makeup job distracted me from your video.
To compare, Lindsey Wagner, whom I’ve had a crush on since the 70s, looks more “natural” than your overdone self.

  • Thanks for pointing out that the calories were too low. I stopped paying attention to calories a long time ago, so I didn’t realize I still considered 100-300 cal a meal. And when I do notice calories, I still feel guilty for eating more that 300 at a time. Do you have any recommendations for how much someone should be eating for a square meal?

  • coffee Enemas, such as the well-known Fleet enema, treat constipation by introducing fluid into the intestines through the rectum. The liquid softens impacted stool, while the enema nozzle loosens the rectum. That combination will stimulate a large bowel movement..massage your stomach. Take a photo of your big shit.

  • Im pretty sure its just that it doesnt have a smell while frozen and that ants cant handle cold due to their size, alternatively they might inject coldiosus particluaticulatification that poisons the ants minds with fear of food

  • I saw another doco on frozen berries. they are processed and washed in chemicals in China then shipped back to your country 😉 nice!!!

  • if you want to get rid of the ants get some 20 mule teem borax and sprinkle it arround the cabinets and they will haul it to the nest and kill everyone( ants that is)

  • It DOSENT have active SUGAR IN IT! It’s not sweet enough for them. That’s a good sign from my point of view. Freeze a fresh anything…it’s the way it is. Same with dehydrating…above 118 removes enzymes and nutrients but they are maintained under 119 degrees.

  • My boyfriend and I LOVE edamame we can only get the frozen ones here in the US.. at least where we’re at.. and they’re always out of them but we grab a bunch when they have them

  • If there was a bend in a hose pipe, it wouldn’t matter if the hose was spraying water or yoghurt, the fact that the bend is there would be inhibiting whatever liquid trying to pass through it. Maybe its not the food, its your structure. Look into changing your connective tissue i.e. Fascia. Functional Patterns, Bob Cooley/Ki Hara resistance stretching is a good place to start. Love your videos!

  • I didn’t even think it was possible to be vegan and constipated! Everything has so god damn much fiber, I’m eating 200-300% of rda

  • I personally do not eat frozen meals. I have yet to find one without soybean oil or soy lethicin. Soy oil is a highly processed oil that causes inflammation in the body. Wish companies would stop using cheap unnecessary oils in their products.

  • Don’t diss Dr Greger He is the shit. You can be the shit too, though. Just subscribed to you today and I am eating up your vids!

  • I will not eat these frozen food in Japan, I prefer eating the fresh ones, esp veggies, fruits n their sashimi n fresh fish tat Japan r famous for! I dun eat too many frozen foods in Singapore, I prefer going to our wet markets for fresh buys! I believe frozen food r processed foods, with different certain amount of chemicals in them..

  • hi Becca how are you doing! i don’t like frozen meals but it’s really helpful to know about the ingredients that i can’t not pronounce or understand what that mean thank you so much

  • Tip on how to poop: Drink lots and lots of water so all that fibre you ate can do its job… if its too dry inside you it just sits there.

Drink at least 3 to 4 litres of water a day.

Also try drinking only coconut water for a day or so, it will naturally clean you out.

  • You need MORE water. Especially if you’re takimg creatine. I’ve been taking creatine off and on for years and yes, it works. 5g a day is all you need. But you need to drink a lot more water. Good luck

  • Watching old VP videos is hilarious considering where he is now. Cringing at him trying to swallow that disgusting coconut “meat”.

  • I am about to go on short term diet well that’s relavent cause what’s short for one isn’t for another I am gonna go on a 6 month diet of 1500 calories a day yes 300 is a meal 100 is a snack I have done this before with little exercise just to gain it back I had lost 50 lbs I gained
It back and relost it in 2016 but that wasn’t even trying that was grief after losing my husband I lost it in 4 months just to gain 70 in 7 months I am maintaining 205 more than I have ever wieghed In my life I want to lose 50 with lots of cardio and start body building and pole dancing at that point I will go up to 1800 untill I get to the size I want to be then move up to 2000 if I am still losing with intense work.outs I will bump the calories up until I start maintaining but 6 of these a day not the healthiest but not gonna do these but 6 months.

  • You know you have been watching too much Gordon Ramsey when you go out to your wife’s car,see the mess and go bloody hell outta nowhere

  • Hi Becca! I was just going back and watching your older “skinny videos.” They’re really helping me to pick healthier food options. You inspire me to eat healthier and stay active. In fact, I was sipping organic, unsweetened matcha tea and eating some pumpkin seeds while I watched! Thanks for the inspiration

  • Total garbage, that’s all I will say. What ever nutrition is in a food ends up to nothing when it comes out of the microwave. Full stop.

  • they must be spraying your frozen coconut with some weird shit in Thailand. Try your ant experiment with a bunch of other fruits, and some ripe fruit that you freeze yourself? then you can see if they added odd shit to the coconut.

  • instant and frozen foods from Japan are way better than in the Philippines. We feel like we are scammed and betrayed here because the price is too much for a servicing that is too little.

  • LOL, what a scream!!! “I know not how to poo!” “Legs behind the head?” “Help me, help me!”:D Maybe you needed to ease into the powders, rather than take a load suddenly body not used to it…?

  • I’m genuinely confused, these are all good sizes for one meal. For Amy’s for example since it has the most calories meaning easiest example, if you were to eat 3 of those a day that would be 1,140 a day just 860 cals below the national 2,000 calorie diet for a regular person and this isn’t meant to sustain all of you’re nutritional needs fruits and vegetables outside of these portioned meals are meant to be had alongside or in between meals meaning you could have three snacks of 220 cals a day as well, meaning protean bars, fruits veggies and so on. It would’ve been nice to see the advice of adding foods in between these meals if these meals are a staple in people’s lives rather then just saying it’s unsustainable and possibly discouraging people who are overweight from using these from what they are meant for, dieting.

    Just constructive criticism.

  • And this is why I love Japanese cuisine. It always looks fresh and healthy and there’s so much variety that you never feel like you’ll be eating the same thing over and over. I would give anything to live in Japan. Not only for the food but the culture as well. So much better than the U.S.

  • Loved the info. I am Asian, so I can give you tell you that the ingredient, “sweet rice flour,” actually comes from “sweet rice,” which is just a short grain rice (with no sugar).

  • I’m barely discovering your channel and I want to say thank you for this video and for the content you post. I’m trying to eat clean and take care of myself and so far you’re helping me reach my goals! Thank you again:)

  • What do you think of Nutri system and other weight loss programs like that? I know the majority of the dinners are frozen, and everything thing else is packaged and able to be kept out in the pantry. Would love to hear your thoughts!:)

  • I know quite a bit about ants.

My theory why they don’t take it is cause it’s too cold.
Ants can’t regulate their body temperature like we do so they will wait until the food has reached room temperature.
I know for a fact that they eat things that have been frozen they don’t care.
That ant avoids coming close to it and I’m 99 percent sure that it’s because of temperature

  • I know all these people are struggling financially but how the fuck does one set the room up, know how dirty it is, and say “yep that’ll do”

  • The first time I had that was in kindergarten I threw up so I never ate it again. In 2nd I decided it was probably just me that u was just sick that day, I ate it again, and I threw up again.—
