  • Hello everyone, I forget to mention it’s shelf life of these homemade plant milk. You can store this milk in the fridge for upto 3-4 days…just shake the milk before use. As the water may separate and come up…. hence shake it before every use. Enjoy!!

  • Try peaches! I also love raisins in my oatmeal. If I eat instant or quick oats, I get hungry. If I use steel cut or old fashioned I can go until lunch. I use walnuts & raisins in my oatmeal. It only takes five minutes to cook so I let it cook while I blow dry my hair. Measure 1 C water, put in pan & add about 1 Tablespoon of raisins, bring to a boil. This gets the raisins nice & plump! Add 1/2 Cup of old fashioned oats & let cook for 5 minutes. Top with skim milk & walnuts. Delicious!

  • I think Rachel Ray hit it on the head when she said half a push up. I’ve seen him to push ups in other videos and even the guiness book of records for most push ups all use half a push up form. Chest does not hit the floor and elbows do not bend to 45 degrees.

  • I like the old fashioned oats, and I make it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Try Chinese Five Spice instead of any time you would use cinnamon. I love my oatmeal. It really fills me up and most days I don’t need a mid morning snack. Thanks Bob, for all of your encouragement and great ideas.

  • @Dolceb7 What the hell? That’s definitely not a small, unrealistic portion. If you think so, then you are definitely overeating.

  • Try my oatmeal COLD cereal: In a sealed container, 2 cups of old-fashioned oats (not instant oats), 1 cup craisins or similar dried fruit, 1 cup sliced almonds, and tblsp cinnamon. Shake it up good to blend. Add 1/2 cup of this cereal to a bowl and add blueberries & milk. It’s great! For an Omega-3 kick, I sometimes add a tablespoon of milled flaxseed to the bowl…it’s kind of powdery and some people may not like this. I use milled because actual flax seeds don’t break down during digestion

  • I’m not big on giant slabs of rocky almonds in my oatmeal. I use chopped if I add nuts, and I nuke all the ingredients together 2 minutes. I don’t just let the stuff hang out in just some hot water. Ew.

  • @Dolceb7 sounds like you’re having hypoglycemic episodes. You definitely need to eat more often. Low blood sugars can actually keep you from losing weight.

  • @Dolceb7 Yeah I used to do exactly the same thing. A lot of people overeat for certain meals because it’s been so long since their last meal. Apparently if you eat more small meals (like this one or some fruit for example) throughout the day, then you can kind of fight off the hunger feelings and hopefully prevent yourself from overeating.

  • @Dolceb7 Yes, but you have to remember that Bob, Jillian, and other weight loss trainers all stress that you need to not eat three meals a day. You need to start eating multiple small meals. I believe that they both state that you should be eating something small every 3-4 hours. I eat something about this size for breakfast and it’s fine for me.

  • “half pushups”. Still works for what he’s trying to accomplish but lets not kid ourselves. An actual proper pushup at least to me is down all the way, just barely above the ground, and slow.

  • Those pushups are for baby bi’s. Real push up is chest to 1mm to the ground and fully up just before elbow lock. He couldn’t 00 push ups properly
