    1. Wash chicken in strainer w/cold water

    2. Cut into strips and put into bowl

    3. Season with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Paprika, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Frank’s Red Hot

    4. Mix it all together

    5. Put into airfryer tray and spread out as best you can

  • Your chicken looks delicious, but have you ever tried using an instapot? It is amazing and super quick. I throw in a pack of chicken breasts with my seasonings and hot sauce and cook for 52-minutes. When it’s done I use tongs to pull it apart. The pulled chicken soaks up the hot sauce and stays moist the entire time it’s stored in the fridge. Plus, it’s easy to weigh exactly how much I need for my meals. The problem I used to always have with chicken cooked in the oven (or even on the grill) would be that it would dry out in a few days.

  • i tried this using avocado oil. living in canada, i could not find a seasoning called “moroccan” but i found one called “berbere”, so close enough. i could not find a “mixed herb” so i used “italian herb”. first time ever i have been able to make such juicy chicken breast brilliant. my kids normally dread chicken breast due to dryness tonight they were amazed and had seconds. many thanks!

  • The only thing I recommend is even after opening the chicken package is washing your hands right after, but thats because I use to work in a restaurant and always washed my hands after opening the chicken packages. Oo btw I found out Blue cheese is really good for guys. It boost testosterone. I will have to make this one day, they look really good.

  • Love those drummers!!!������. Ry I am in a dilemma! 22”, 24”, or a 26” kettle. I am 80 years old and grew up on smoked foods. My question is my budget is limited to 500-600 dollars. The attachments is my problem. 22” seems to have the most options and attachments. I do a lot of whole spare ribs and many Boston butts over 4 10 hours. My secret is red oak heart wood.   • Lately I’ve been taking legs/thighs to 180+ when it’s not a whole chicken. Some of those leg tendons are a lot less unpleasant at a higher temp. Curious if you’ve tried taking them higher.

  • I have a question. You used the coconut oil to cook, and i wonder if coconut oil is the least fat one. Also, if there are calories, is it the lowest calories of all the oil that can be used? I tried to cook chicken breast myself as well, i think it is impossible to make it taste good without using any kind of fat at all.   • Tell your wife to use the baked chicken breast the next day in a green salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, Romaine lettuce, other veggies, and your favorite dressing. It so much easier to eat with the other veggies! I’m not a fan of baked chicken breast [unless i use a lot of seasoning…] so salads help a lot!

  • A tip is to use a meat mallet. Not only does it get all of your chicken at an even thickness, it also cooks a lot faster and more evenly. This maximizes the juiciness and tenderness of the chicken because one part does not get overlooked (which leads to drying out) as you wait for the thickest part to cook through.

  • a tip to save the flower at the end:
    Put the chicken on a plate a side
    put the flower in to a sieve
    with the sieve you can now powder the flower over the meat with the amount you need and don’t need to throw away the rest….

  • Tiny ass thing: Probably don’t wash your chicken before cooking it. Just drying the breasts with paper towels works well enough. Washing them in the sink can cause the bacteria from the chicken to splash onto your countertops, which could spread salmonella. Other than that, dope video. Gonna try this tonight.

  • It would be a shame for you not to get rid of body fat when other typical people are able to shed extra pounds very easily using Custokebon Secrets (search on google).

  • Dude you’re amazing but you should clean the chicken to avoid diseases and having a good taste. First put the chicken in a bowl then add salt and flour, rub the chicken in and out, after that wash the chicken under a running water until the water became clear, then put it in a deep bowl with vinegar for 10 minutes, last step wash the chicken probably. Hope you find this helpful.

  • My question to you is how long did it take to make this meal? Like for me, nutrition is my bane because.. well I can’t cook without directions from some box of whatever I’m buying, and even then I can manage to screw up. That and I’m super lazy about food stuff. Tell me what I should do for a body work out, I know I could follow that routine easy.
