  • What about for those of us who are going vegitarian or are currently being vegitarian? Any advice on that or websites that go in full detail for people who are like this?

  • This looks amazing and Im already planning to make it very soon. Any suggestions on incorporating or repurposing the yam or sweet potato skins to take advantage of their nutrients? Thanks for all the amazing recipes and enthusiasm you put out for us:)

  • Your chicken looks delicious, but have you ever tried using an instapot? It is amazing and super quick. I throw in a pack of chicken breasts with my seasonings and hot sauce and cook for 52-minutes. When it’s done I use tongs to pull it apart. The pulled chicken soaks up the hot sauce and stays moist the entire time it’s stored in the fridge. Plus, it’s easy to weigh exactly how much I need for my meals. The problem I used to always have with chicken cooked in the oven (or even on the grill) would be that it would dry out in a few days.

  • i tried this using avocado oil. living in canada, i could not find a seasoning called “moroccan” but i found one called “berbere”, so close enough. i could not find a “mixed herb” so i used “italian herb”. first time ever i have been able to make such juicy chicken breast brilliant. my kids normally dread chicken breast due to dryness tonight they were amazed and had seconds. many thanks!

  • Ry, I just love your videos. You always do smoking and BBQing just like I like to do. I’ve bought some of the seasonings you’ve used and they’re great. Keep the great idea videos coming my friend!

  • What is the best way to lost crazy amounts of weight? I read lots of superb opinions on the internet about how Custokebon Secrets will help you lost a ton of fat. Has anyone tried this popular fat burn diet plan?

  • Perfection sir at its finest. I’m actually in the process of using the snake method for a pork butt. You sir are a great cook. Thanks for the video and keep up the great grilling tips. Stay safe and dive into that perfect chicken

  • What’s the point of a cooking video if you cut out a big part of the recipe??? No I’m not Helen Keller and I can’t read his damn lips or read the millimetric labels on the bottles, what a shame because it looked good

  • What’s the point of a cooking video if you cut out a big part of the recipe??? No I’m not Helen Keller and I can’t read his damn lips or read the millimetric labels on the bottles, what a shame because it looked good

  • The only thing I recommend is even after opening the chicken package is washing your hands right after, but thats because I use to work in a restaurant and always washed my hands after opening the chicken packages. Oo btw I found out Blue cheese is really good for guys. It boost testosterone. I will have to make this one day, they look really good.

  • Fouad, there’s beauty in simplicity, thanks for sharing! I used Nandoz extra hot sauce instead, and the meal was worth every bomb am about to drop. Love from Bahrain!

  • Love you videos u make me look like I know what I’m doing thanks. What was the reason to cut the sauce with maple syrup?? Was it just to ensure not to hot?? Did you use fake syrup or the real maple; how about cutting with honey

  • Love those drummers!!!. Ry I am in a dilemma! 22”, 24”, or a 26” kettle. I am 80 years old and grew up on smoked foods. My question is my budget is limited to 500-600 dollars. The attachments is my problem. 22” seems to have the most options and attachments. I do a lot of whole spare ribs and many Boston butts over 4 10 hours. My secret is red oak heart wood. Nice mahogany finish. Help!!! Please

  • Thank you, this is the best and most straightforward video I found for this!
Just out of interest which brand/size of pan is that? I’m looking to get a new one. Cheers

  • This is so helpful pls make more of these I never know what i should do diet wise and well these videos will help me with my work outs as well.

  • Just used this to make my chicken for my meal prep tomorrow but the chicken took a bit longer than 3 minutes is it because of the pan I’m using? I did 10 minutes on each side to be safe. Thanks for the helpful tips

  • How well do they reheat though? For example the mozarella chicken, after you remove from the fridge and reheat in microwave, will it still taste good?

  • Thank you so much I’m trying to take getting stronger serious and you need your proteins, veggies, and meats if you wanna be strong. I’m actually going to Walmart tomorrow and trying this out

  • Can anyone tell me how the Moroccan seasoning tastes because im looking to buy it but i dont want to waste money on a crappy seasoning can anyone vouch for the Moroccan seasoning? Or reccomend a better one specifically for chicken breast?

  • What is the salt content in your spices? Have high blood pressure so have to watch the salt intake. Just discorde your videos. They are great.Thanks.

  • Just ordered a PowerXL Air Fryer Grill 8 in 1 Roast, Bake, Rotisserie, Electric Indoor Grill. Can’t wait to try recipe! Thank you for these videos.

  • Lately I’ve been taking legs/thighs to 180+ when it’s not a whole chicken. Some of those leg tendons are a lot less unpleasant at a higher temp. Curious if you’ve tried taking them higher.

  • So I’m stuck in Arkansas in a parking lot so while I’m here I’m binge watching all your videos and liking each one since apparently YouTube has stopped notifying me of your videos for like months. Also, getting ideas for the next months meal prep calendar. Getting creative with how to translate some of these to plant based! Thank you guys for being such a great resource.

  • I have a question. You used the coconut oil to cook, and i wonder if coconut oil is the least fat one. Also, if there are calories, is it the lowest calories of all the oil that can be used? I tried to cook chicken breast myself as well, i think it is impossible to make it taste good without using any kind of fat at all. But I’m also afraid to use any kind of fat in my cooking which makes my chicken taste awful…

  • Just watched your Vortex video and then this video. Would you say the Weber baskets in the center give the “same column of heat” as the Vortex for searing? I’m thinking of getting a Master Touch and want to know if I would still need a Vortex if I already have the baskets. I like to sear chicken before going indirect.

  • Tell your wife to use the baked chicken breast the next day in a green salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, Romaine lettuce, other veggies, and your favorite dressing. It so much easier to eat with the other veggies! I’m not a fan of baked chicken breast [unless i use a lot of seasoning…] so salads help a lot!

  • Nice Video clip! Sorry for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you researched Dinanlinson Elegant Figure Approach (just google it)? It is a good exclusive product for uncovering the secrets behind a highly effective low carb diet without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my cooworker at last got great success with it.

  • That’s a really nice kettle, I do like the blue. Those chicken legs look beautiful, some buffalo sauce always works and air drying does work well for crispy skin. Excellent cook as always and glad you broke in the new grill. Take care Ry!

  • I never ever knew FAJITA is pronounced as FAHITA…i guess I sounded dumb whenever I pronounced it as FAJITA..darn…no wonder ppl didn’t understand what I said.

  • A tip is to use a meat mallet. Not only does it get all of your chicken at an even thickness, it also cooks a lot faster and more evenly. This maximizes the juiciness and tenderness of the chicken because one part does not get overlooked (which leads to drying out) as you wait for the thickest part to cook through.

  • Those look fantastic Ry! You may have helped my decision as to what to cook this weekend. Do you dip them in ranch or blue cheese like the smaller version?

  • There are few things as nice as the sound of an Aussie accent!!
(Too bad the country has mostly Lost their Minds but the accent is still lovely)

  • What is the best way to lost crazy amounts of weight? I read lots of superb opinions on the internet about how Custokebon Secrets will help you lost a ton of fat. Has anyone tried this popular fat burn diet plan?

  • a tip to save the flower at the end:
Put the chicken on a plate a side
put the flower in to a sieve
with the sieve you can now powder the flower over the meat with the amount you need and don’t need to throw away the rest….

  • Tiny ass thing: Probably don’t wash your chicken before cooking it. Just drying the breasts with paper towels works well enough. Washing them in the sink can cause the bacteria from the chicken to splash onto your countertops, which could spread salmonella. Other than that, dope video. Gonna try this tonight.

  • those chicken nugget bits look great! I got into a habit of prepping with whole chicken to keep the cost down, but sometimes its easier just chopping and dropping (into the pan) a chicken breast

  • It would be a shame for you not to get rid of body fat when other typical people are able to shed extra pounds very easily using Custokebon Secrets (search on google).

  • Dude you’re amazing but you should clean the chicken to avoid diseases and having a good taste. First put the chicken in a bowl then add salt and flour, rub the chicken in and out, after that wash the chicken under a running water until the water became clear, then put it in a deep bowl with vinegar for 10 minutes, last step wash the chicken probably. Hope you find this helpful.

  • I enjoy your meal prep videos. Very helpful and motivating. Dieting is my biggest struggle trying to become a bodybuilder. I enjoy drinking alcohol but trying to leave it alone.

  • Appreciate video content! Apologies for butting in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you ever tried Dinanlinson Elegant Figure Approach (do a search on google)? It is a smashing one off product for uncovering the secrets behind a highly effective low carb diet minus the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my BF at last got amazing results with it.

  • Soooooo odd stop watching other tuber because the wash there chicken

  • I have a smart oven in my house but I’m moving into an apartment for college and so I won’t have that… will it still taste as good or is that a game changer?

  • My question to you is how long did it take to make this meal? Like for me, nutrition is my bane because.. well I can’t cook without directions from some box of whatever I’m buying, and even then I can manage to screw up. That and I’m super lazy about food stuff. Tell me what I should do for a body work out, I know I could follow that routine easy. It’s the cooking knowledge and patience for cooking that I’m seriously lacking. Sidenote: really digging that crest of courage you got there.

  • I have a smart oven in my house but I’m moving into an apartment for college and so I won’t have that… will it still taste as good or is that a game changer?

  • This is awesome. i’m finally starting to crank down and loose some weight and i’m trying this out tonight. i cant wait to see more.

  • Good vid and now I’m hungry Ry! Question though: could you not place them over directly over coals for a minute or two at the very end of cook to crisp them up a bit, or would that mess them up? Thanks!

  • How well do they reheat though? For example the mozarella chicken, after you remove from the fridge and reheat in microwave, will it still taste good?

  • I’m currently working with a trainer and he’s suggesting 6 Oz of chicken three times a day lol I need to do triple the meals in these

  • Food is my biggest issue right now. I eat out so much, and working in a supermarket too I can just buy a frozen meal (I know, I know. I’m a dickhead). I go in waves of meal prep and I love myself for it, and then I get lazy and don’t want to have the same things I have on rotation. I never thought of baking chicken though, I don’t have to keep checking on it and flipping it like I would in the pan. I guess I need to dive deeper in the cooking world. Bulk seasoned chicken sounds like a good place to start!

  • They look amazing Ry. Thanks for the videos im looking at purchasing a master touch and i am looking forward to trying out a lot of your ideas. Paul from Australia

  • Awesome video, the colors are beautiful, your camera does an excellent job. You really do a great job filming the process of your cooking videos, short, sweet and to the point and you choose the right things to say and add in a little humor to orchestrate a high quality video. I have been recommending many of my customers to your channel, especially those who are cooking challenged. You make it easy for someone to follow you with a recipe. Keep up the great work!

  • those chicken nugget bits look great! I got into a habit of prepping with whole chicken to keep the cost down, but sometimes its easier just chopping and dropping (into the pan) a chicken breast

  • Take chicken breast, cut it in half, add kikomanns green onion and garlic teriyaki sauce to it, marinade it, put it in an air fryer oven at 370 for 40 minutes. Done. Best chicken breast ever.

  • What I like to do is put the chicken and spinach in a food processor so that the spinach wrap is easier to roll up! Awesome video!

  • Chef etiquette at its best in this kitchen. I wouldn’t be afraid to eat here. Very clean kitchen food looks great and I’m hungry now

  • Tiny ass thing: Probably don’t wash your chicken before cooking it. Just drying the breasts with paper towels works well enough. • Those look beautiful! Just a thought for a comparison video idea the vortex vs Weber baskets set up like this video. As always we enjoyed ur video, keep em coming!

  • Fouad, there’s beauty in simplicity, thanks for sharing! I used Nandoz extra hot sauce instead, and the meal was worth every bomb am about to drop. Love from Bahrain!

  • jaxblade, can you help me on this i need advice. have you made a video about how one can become a personal fitness trainer yet, if so can i get the link. if not then i been wanting to become a personal trainer for a while now. i do have an interest in this field as well as health and nutrition and my college is offering classes for a certificate that i soon plan to attend. are there things i need to know first before becoming one and do you think it is a stable career for a single person living alone and still attending college?

  • Can anyone tell me how the Moroccan seasoning tastes because im looking to buy it but i dont want to waste money on a crappy seasoning can anyone vouch for the Moroccan seasoning? Or reccomend a better one specifically for chicken breast?

  • Why are we throwing vegetables in boiling water? Wasting all the nutrients the vegetables have to offer in the water. Steam them vegetables much more healthier.

  • Very drool worthy. . Huge legs. Are you sure they didn’t come from turkeys? Another excellent and very enjoyable video

  • Hey Ry love the Blue Weber Kettle. Those Buffalo Chicken Leg looks absolutely delicious and they have a fantastic color great cook as always buddy. You and the family take care.

  • Just used this to make my chicken for my meal prep tomorrow but the chicken took a bit longer than 3 minutes is it because of the pan I’m using? I did 10 minutes on each side to be safe. Thanks for the helpful tips

  • Thanks
Did this today for meal prep

However might have went to far on the seasoning
Best basic to the point on the go, no fuss, let’s get a healthy meal in and go about the day

  • Hey Jax! I’ve been having trouble finding a nice and reliable way to track my calories to help me plan out a diet. I’m planning to lose weight.
Anyways, I tried downloading the MyFitnessPal app you suggested in another video, but I wasn’t able to register due to the minimum age requirement (I’m 15, not 18).
Are there any good alternatives out there that offer the same or similar level of quality to MyFitnessPal? Or should I just lie about my age (not a great idea, I have different nutritional standard compared to an adult)?
    RC

  • Squeeze lemon juice on the avocado, mix. Citric acid leeks the avocado
    from browning.

Save the zoodle water, add to stock.

Cornmeal and polenta are different because of the type of corn that is used and the way they are ground.

  • When are you looking to do the comparison test between the vortex and the Weber baskets. Can’t believe the size of those chicken thighs

  • For the people who can’t afford to use/buy something other than an oven….. put a separate pan of water below the tray of meat and it will help retain its moisture! And for those who aren’t affraid off the fat you can use what drips into the water to make a stalk for soups or add it to a pot with some starch and make a gravy!

    Thank for the tips brother!

thanks for the video keep it up

  • Why are we throwing vegetables in boiling water? Wasting all the nutrients the vegetables have to offer in the water. Steam them vegetables much more healthier.

  • I love your videos. I’m an older lady who’s taking back her health and losing weight. Thanks for helping me be more accountable with my food!!

  • I’m currently working with a trainer and he’s suggesting 6 Oz of chicken three times a day lol I need to do triple the meals in these

  • When you leave it for 15 minutes does it burn and is it cooked?
I know its a bumb question but i want to make sure before i make it so that i don’t just chuck it away

  • for how long can we store this chicken in fridge? and when we consume it let’s say 2 days after, do we heat them again on a pan? or just microwave it

  • *how long can i store these in the fridge?
Is it ok to freeze this?
    if so for how long?
What is the best way to thaw it?
Will the chicken, RICE and BROCCOLI still taste good after being defrosted???*

    Thanksy

  • I read a lot of good opinions on the net about how Custokebon Secrets (google search it) will help you lost a ton of weight. Has anybody tried using this popular weight loss system?

  • Appreciate video content! Apologies for butting in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you ever tried Dinanlinson Elegant Figure Approach (do a search on google)? It is a smashing one off product for uncovering the secrets behind a highly effective low carb diet minus the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my BF at last got amazing results with it.

  • Thanks
Did this today for meal prep

However might have went to far on the seasoning
Best basic to the point on the go, no fuss, let’s get a healthy meal in and go about the day

  • Soooooo odd stop watching other tuber because the wash there chicken

Those droplets shot out like fireworks contaminating all thats near. Anyway it’s a to me

  • Ry,

You are so refreshing and enjoyable to watch. So many of these cooking channels cuss, use innuendos and waste my time with a long conversations I care nothing about.

You on the other hand get right to the point, cook, and are very pleasant in your language. Very family friendly essentially is what I am saying.

Bottom line you have a new subscriber in me and wish you the best!

  • I’ve always dreaded changing my diet, because I love food BUT this makes it look amazing, so I’ve finally beat my procrastinative ways and am going to start in 2 days(gotta wait til pay check lol) I’d love to see more recipes perhaps a breakfast or dinner, keep it up jaxblade. PLUS ULTRA!!!!

  • Chef etiquette at its best in this kitchen. I wouldn’t be afraid to eat here. Very clean kitchen food looks great and I’m hungry now

  • namaste!!
hi i love to watch your video is easy and ur video contains no shit talk… jus recipes and all look tasty… can i make one request please make one video on sauces/dip how to make it… thank you…

  • Awesome video man! It’s really cool how you encourage people to find ways to lose weight that they enjoy; your focus on both the physiological and psychological is how you’re going to make the most difference in peoples’ lives. Keep up the good work!

  • I read a lot of good opinions on the net about how Custokebon Secrets (google search it) will help you lost a ton of weight. Has anybody tried using this popular weight loss system?

  • Hey Ry, I’m planning on smoking a whole suckling pig but I know I won’t get that roasted type skin from smoking it. Do you think using an electric heat gun over the skin would do the trick aswell as add salt to the skin before I put on the smoker?

  • Damn, I’ve watched so many cooking videos, subscribed to so many channels, but yours is special. Your are so calm, so friendly and nice. I really enjoy watching your videos and trying out your recipes! Thank you! Keep it up!

  • Squeeze lemon juice on the avocado, mix. Citric acid leeks the avocado
    from browning.

Save the zoodle water, add to stock.

Cornmeal and polenta are different because of the type of corn that is used and the way they are ground.

  • I love your videos. I’m an older lady who’s taking back her health and losing weight. Thanks for helping me be more accountable with my food!!

  • Fit couple cooks is exactly what is right with this world! Last year I lost about 40lbs thanks to them. Subscribe!!! You won’t regret it!

  • When you leave it for 15 minutes does it burn and is it cooked?
I know its a bumb question but i want to make sure before i make it so that i don’t just chuck it away

  • I enjoy your meal prep videos. Very helpful and motivating. Dieting is my biggest struggle trying to become a bodybuilder. I enjoy drinking alcohol but trying to leave it alone.

  • I saw what you did there> adding maple syrup = sweet heat, nice… Oh I wish that Weber blue came as a performer as I will never have a 3 legged grill again. I may see a SS table with a hole cut in it… I am at a delimia. To get a 22″ WSM, a blue 22″ weber and a SS table or a good pellet grill. decisions… Well it is time, I have told the wife the camera’s roll next week NO MATTER WHAT. I finally have everything I need to start. Ry, nice video.. I will have to have the wife see this as she loves chicken legs….Thanks for the help you have shot me when I have asked. Stay safe out west in Cali…

  • Awesome video man! It’s really cool how you encourage people to find ways to lose weight that they enjoy; your focus on both the physiological and psychological is how you’re going to make the most difference in peoples’ lives. Keep up the good work!

  • Lol he had to remind ppl that it wouldn’t look like thier mammas food ppl r a mess. I couldn’t be in the public eye. If tell em all to fuck off so fast lol

  • Awesome Buffalo Legs there, Ry! Speaking of legs, it’s nice to have longer legs on that new kettle to give it more height. That’s one of the reasons why I love my Weber Performer. I’m 6’7″ tall, so additional height on the Weber kettles is really welcomed. I hope they finally took notice. I look forward to your comparison video.

  • I know you will do a grill review soon, but what are your thoughts about the bbq system grate? I just got my kettle last month and am considering getting the system grate if it’s considered worth the price and functions. Love the videos. Learning a lot!

  • Thanks for making me hungry immediately after eating dinner. I’m a big beans and rice guy when it comes to training. Can you make a video on how to spice up the boring beans and rice?

  • Another fantastic video mate! Looking forward to the side by side comparison of the weber kettles. All the best from Scotland.

  • All of the barbecue guys use so many different rubs or seasonings. Can you please recommend just two or three that would serve us amateurs at home. Preferably something at the grocery or maybe amazon. Thanks for your videos.

  • New subscriber here. Really like your show. Where did you get that rub? I went to the Real Show BBQ channel, but can’t find that rub you mentioned.

  • I say, I say, I say boy that ain’t no chicken legs, those are chicken hawk legs! Beautiful looking legs RY….not yours, the chicken legs silly!

  • Thank you so much I’m trying to take getting stronger serious and you need your proteins, veggies, and meats if you wanna be strong. I’m actually going to Walmart tomorrow and trying this out

  • I like the color of the grill. I thought you were gonna get the 26.75″. Well, you dont need all the space now that you have the offset and pellet grill. Very nice job on the “Land of the Lost”, Legs (5⭐)

  • Thanks for this man. I have a question that might sound weird, but when you take your prepped food containers out of the fridge do you always microwave them or do you eat them cold? Is it ok to do both? I have been eating them without microwaving because I’m weird about the microwave possibly taking nutrients out of the food

  • Those look and even smell fantastic through my smellevision goggles! However, I have to admit, you literally made me Laugh Out Loud when you “sliced” into the drumsticks.

  • Yo Jax!! I’m going to college nest week and I want to try to eat healthy, the problem is that healthy food is, usually, kind of expencise. Do you think you could give me a round number for how much those ingredients cost?

  • Steroid chickens. My neighbor is a commercial grower for a big name producer and they take a newborn chick to market in 9 weeks. That never happened in granny’s day feeding them scratch. He has to sign a contract stating that he will never reveal their company “secrets “ as to how they are so productive. I’m by no means a heath nut but I do remember my folks growing their own chickens for eggs and food. They never grew like that. WWE chickens in the big box grocery stores now.

  • I m Moroccan and this Moroccan mixed spices you have is handy as f.. I used almost same method but all my Moroccan spices are divided so takes longer lol
thanks for the video keep it up

  • Just ordered a PowerXL Air Fryer Grill 8 in 1 Roast, Bake, Rotisserie, Electric Indoor Grill. Can’t wait to try recipe! Thank you for these videos.

  • a tip to save the flower at the end:
Put the chicken on a plate a side
put the flower in to a sieve
with the sieve you can now powder the flower over the meat with the amount you need and don’t need to throw away the rest….

  • hey jax, i have a weird allergy to chicken lol, i know it’s fucking weird but it is what it is and i hate it. anyways, what things would you recommend as a good nutritional food alternative to chicken? i know fish is a big one, and i love fish, but it can get expensive

  • it would be awesome to see more cooking things. with the work out, food, and all the other advice you give it’s like your a person trainer

  • I’ve tried this exact method multiple times. Rack over night, same temps using vortex, adding buffalo at 140… I still get rubbery skin. I’m really not sure what I’m doing wrong. Now I pull the skin first.

  • Nice! I lost 100lbs making things like that. I’ve been thinking about adding food tutorials to my vids as well! Came up with some creative ones over the years of training. Low cal protein cakes and french toast, pretty proud of my sweet tooth stuff, we’ll see!

  • Wow those chicken legs are really looking great Ry!
Chicken meat on the grill, smoker or on rotisserie are always welcome for me

  • namaste!!

  • I never ever knew FAJITA is pronounced as FAHITA…i guess I sounded dumb whenever I pronounced it as FAJITA..darn…no wonder ppl didn’t understand what I said.

  • Great video man keep up the good work:)
And i also wanted to ask a question, im 14 and do body weight training at home do you think it would be okay if i started lifting?

  • Thanks for this man. I have a question that might sound weird, but when you take your prepped food containers out of the fridge do you always microwave them or do you eat them cold? • Tell your wife to use the baked chicken breast the next day in a green salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, Romaine lettuce, other veggies, and your favorite dressing. It so much easier to eat with the other veggies! I’m not a fan of baked chicken breast [unless i use a lot of seasoning…] so salads help a lot!

  • for how long can we store this chicken in fridge? and when we consume it let’s say 2 days after, do we heat them again on a pan? or just microwave it

  • Who the hell has an air fryer like that? I didn’t know they even made an air fryer like that. I’m not convinced that even is an air fryer…

  • Was sup Ry. Those drum sticks look amazing… That’s a really nice blue Weber… …. we have the bronze colored one.. keep up the awesome grilling videos with tricks and tips for all our cook outs. We have definitely used few to say the least of your receipts and technics. Thank you.

  • really enjoyed the video man! if you want some inspiration for formatting the video to make it more streamline I really encourage you to check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dhsOmrzaOe8. Hope this helps, have a good one!
