  • I love love love love these food diary Friday’s! They are the BEST, it gives me inspiration for everyday healthiness, pls never stop them. Btw I love your videos and your personality (and accent) are amazing

  • Morning! Only thing that could make those better would be a layer of crabmeat!
Wouldn’t LDS fat be an overweight member of the Latter Day Saints?
    Love you guys!

  • I LOVE your videos! My latest hack is this: really, really good indulgent tea. Blue Bird tea makes some incredible ones. They do like christmas cake, turkish delight, apple and caramel, etc. I get very bad cravings in the late evenings for sweets/snacks, but drinking indulgent tea is a huge help! They are so delish. I don’t add anything besides sometimes Stevia. But most of them are great on their own!

  • Yes yes yes please always do Food Diary Friday (or Daily Food Diary? ) I love hearing about what you ate and listening to it in your adorable accent and lovely calming voice.) Happy New Year to you, I hope your Dad is continuing to do well, and also congrats to Jessie! I love watching her channel too!

  • Melanie my dear, I have hacked your breakfast hack. This morning I decided I wanted avocado toast, so I toasted some sprouted grain bread (also very low in gluten and easier to digest) and mashed up half an avo with fresh-squeezed lemon juice, a drizzle of olive oil, red pepper flakes and pink Himalayan sea salt (squee) and mixed it all up. I also wanted an egg but something heartier, so I made a mini-omelette with one egg, diced tomato, green onions and a sprinkle of cheddar. It was all so tasty, I ended up just scraping the avocado mash off of the toast and eating it on top of the omelette! So, I saved some carbs!:D Thank you for sharing your mash recipe I am going to do this every day! I also love avocado toast with roasted red peppers or sundried tomatoes and fresh-grated parmesan. Highly recommend! Thanks for sharing your recipes, lovely! I am vegetarian (post-vegan) and love your food diaries!

  • I just found you on icon UK and I’m obsessed with you you’re soo pretty and I love your videos omg hahaha instantly subscribed

  • avocado toast is amazing!
when I was losing weight last summer that’s all I ate for breakfast last summer and I dropped several pounds XD
good variations are: adding one egg white.
I also like making soy ginger avocado with the other half for a snack (1tbsp lite soy sauce + some ginger ) mash the avocado half in its shell then add the soy and ginger and mix in shell. eat with spoon.

  • You are so inspiring, truly! I have been struggling quite a bit with how much I’ve eaten and the weight I’ve put on during the holidays but videos and talks like this gives me the feeling I’m not alone and that we shouldn’t hate on ourselves for enjoying the holiday food <3

  • MEL can I just say that this helped me so much! You have no idea, I over indulged so much over Christmas and was all set on being healthy come January 1st, but there’s still so much shit lying around, and I can’t let it go to waste! But because of this I’ve realised I can just consume it slowly over the month as a treat, and I don’t need to go full-on health nut:) I’m still working on finding that balance between eating healthy and allowing for indulgences!

  • Holidays were a bit of a mixed bag, but I try to see the positive in things, so I’d say they were good. The best was going to see the Nutcracker ballet with my partner <3 A food hack of mine is to use tea bags to help relieve sunburn-you just soak them in water, and the tannins provide natural pain relief. A food I've been loving recently is clementines-winter citrus is the best!

  • Definitely going to pick this breakfast back up! Alternating between avocado toast and pecan & apple oatmeal starting today! I’m ready to feel healthy again. Thank you for all of the food and health inspiration. Sometimes I really need someone to tell me not to stress over food. <3

It can be countable or uncountable.
In more general, commonly used, contexts, the plural form will also be CABBAGE.
However,n more specific contexts, the plural form can also be CABBAGES various types of CABBAGES or a collection of CABBAGES.

  • MORE FOOD DIARIES:) grocery hauls and recipes love them all. Food hack, use plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Food I’ve been loving….bagel with tomato, pesto, cream cheese and garlic powder mmmmgood

[email protected]

    1. Странные фразы с “children” типа “Good morning, children!” или “Children, listen to me!” и “Okay class listen up!”

  • It was very nice presentation, but why are you speaking in russian, they are grade 6.,and this lesson program should be for grade 1.Teacher more speaking, let students speak more….

  • I make this pudding with a vegan chocolate protein powder. It tastes like the real deal and you get protein in your snack as well. I’ll add cocoa powder as well to make it more chocolatey! Thanks!

  • Thank you so much for making these videos, they make me feel so much more confident in my own body and inspire me to be more healthy please keep making them, before i started watching your channel i had a horrible relationship with food and was beginning to develop an eating disorder (i think) and you’ve helped me get back on track

  • What a creative recipe! I love crunchy so I will definitely try baking the tortillas. You are so detailed in your explanations and I appreciate that. Missed Camera Girl’s comments in this video. Hope she will be back soon.

  • i liked avocado one day my mom call my grandfather and mom said a pair of avocadoes and the delivery comed i was the only peaple in the house and i eated ithink 20+ avocadoes and when i wathched this and i maked a avocado shake or something

  • Nice Chef Buck! My variation is similar…using flour street taco tortillas, heat a pan and slightly brown the flour tortillas, then add some chopped rotisserie chicken, mushrooms, green onion and Jack cheese. Broil for about 3 mins till edges crisp. Top with homemade salsa and coleslaw. Serve with a nice salad! Perfect lunch. xoxo

  • I was recently given a tip by a friend about eating half a melon a day and have been trying it out along with more greens and I’m feeling great. Melon helps to boots your metabolism, is great for hydration and has lots of vitamins. I struggle a lot with my weight because of health issues and I find this really helps to give me a boost throughout the day and kicks my butt into gear so I have energy to get out for a while. Need to try your avo toast recipe!

  • Można by ten wykwintny przysmak zblendować, przez co lepiej by się na chlebie trzymał po rozsmarowaniu. Przysmak łatwy i szybki do przygotowania. Pozdrawiam serdecznie:-)

Oh, Polina, look, there are a lot of sweets here! Shall we buy some? (“some” потому что вежливое предложение, наподобие would you like some…?)
+ That sounds great! Adn what about those fantastic cakes?
I don’t like creamy cakes. Let’s have some ice cream.
    + I’d love to!
How about making cake at home?
+ That’s a good idea!

    3) There isn’t _ sugar.

  • You have to try an avocado, banana, rasberry, strawberry, and watermelon smoothie. It’s so good and the warm red colors look so good. DONT forget to freeze the milk into cubes not the fruit so you don’t lose nutritional value.

  • For vegan this would be ‘perfect’ with some mashed chickpeas or white beans on top. OR (my fave option) you can make pita out of 1 cup of quinoa and water and bake it in the oven and use 1/4 of that in place of bread. Loaded with protein as well.

  • I love these videos I love what I eat in a day vids generally, but I really appreciate your message of a balanced diet and a little bit of what you fancy being the healthiest way.

  • Salut, Melanie! Lovedd this video and I love avocados. Plain avocado smoothie or blended with mango is LIFE you have to try it if you haven’t already. Would you have any tips for keeping a healthy lifestyle while on a typical 9-6 office job? It’s so mentally draining!!

  • I just saw your video but I couldn’t really hear what you said because I was in a loud place and I didn’t have headphones; but I’M LACTOSE INTOLERANT. I saw you put an egg on top of the toast so IDK WHAT TO DO ANYMORE. HELP ME MELANIE.

  • You look lovely ! And those videos are great! You’re so honest about what you eat and your relationship with food that you actually make me feel normal (not like many other youtubers who make “healthy” videos and act in a very superficial way…) Keep up the great work girl!

  • i really want to make an avocado on toast but im afraod coz its high in calories andim afraod that i will exceed in my daily caloric intake of 1450cal for a 5’0 woman. sedentary.

  • Hi…for the avacado milk shake, can I add milk n sugar? I could not understand the ingredient which goes into the blender after the avocado n before u added the vanilla essence… is it a sweetening agent??? can I add jaggery instead of sugar….?

  • Oh no, you should not eat tuna:(. Please don’t support overfishing of the oceans. You should inform yourself about a more sustainable alternative…in general, if you are fighting for women rights and gender equality, why not also fight for our environment. Or at least take care of our environment by a conscious lifestyle. It is easy and you don’t have to go vegan or something but some foods are an absolute no-go like tuna. And a lifestyle where you are aware of where your food comes from and what it causes in our environment and society is important….at least I think so. And I wish so much for a healthy society that does not mistreat its own home (environment, nature) and other humans and species like a lot of human beings are doing. I hope you read this Melanie..and I also have to tell you that I follow you for a long time and regularly watch your videos. Take care!:)

  • Avocado toast with a fried egg is my absolute favorite thing to eat for breakfast! I usually just add garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper, but I want to try your version! I also enjoy melting cheese on the egg:):)

  • Hi Melanie, I LOVE avocados but there’s no one to eat the other half (how depressing). Do you do something with the other half to keep it from going brown?

So basically thanks so much for being you and bringing your awesome energy to your videos. Xx

  • This is the first food diary friday I’ve watched and honestly it helped me so much. Over the past month or so, between the holidays, vacations, finals, a break up, etc, I’ve lost so much of the progress I was making in terms of eating right and getting healthy and I’ve gained weight which suuuuucks so bad. Today I had a panic attack and it was partly triggered by feeling just so uncomfortable. But watching this helped me take a step back, breathe, and know that I’m not the only one trying to get back at it after the holidays. Thank you for this video, Melanie! <3 <3 Now I REALLY wanna try avocado toast!!

  • so far since I’ve been watching you you’ve made eating for me so much easier to not judge myself and be happy in my skin even when it’s not perfect and when I watch your food diaries they really do make me feel warm and fuzzy, I love everything about you, all the positivity and light hearted jokes really make my day keep doing what your doing love

  • I love you so much you’re honestly soso reassuring. I’m currently recovering from anorexia and it’s just so nice to watch someone talk so positively about foods everyone around me deems as ‘UNHEALTHY WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE AHHHH’ and you’re really helping me sort out and change my mindset on certain foods:) so much love xx

  • Ovacado seeds are full of nutrients too and very healthy. So never throw them away.

Dry them under the sun for a few days then pound or grind them to turn to a smooth powder foam. One can use the powder as ovacado tea by just putting a tbsp into a cup of hot water and sweeten if you want to or add it to any smoothie. ( You must know ahead of time that the dry seeds are as hard as a rock)

You can Google about the health benefits. I hope this was helpful to someone.

1) I have got… sandwiches. 2) Are there… sandwiches on the table? 3) There isn’t… sugar.

  • i start school again tommorow after winter break, im so anxious! watching so many of your videos with a cup of tea, really helps. Thank you so much!
